Even though it's common to develop these habits, it's 100% doable to break out of them, no matter how long the process might take to do so! Another point I talk about, an analogy I make, is thinking about bad habits as like ice cubes. Episode 34- Just Because You Might've Lost Interest or Passion in Doing Something DOES NOT Mean That It Was a Waste of Time!

Welcome to Episode 34 of The Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I discuss how and why that just because you might've lost your interest or passion in doing something, no matter if you've been doing whatever it is for a short or long period of time, DOES NOT mean that it was a waste of your time! Everything that we do in life teaches us life lessons from the experiences that we go through, which then give us valuable and timeless life skills, one way or another! Down the road, you might discover that you have a skill that you might've not even known you have, that came from something that you used to engage in! I discuss how and why that is, and great ways to develop more valuable life skills. Enjoy!

  40. 34

Episode 33- 3 Signs/Signals That What You're Doing Was Not Meant to Be in Your Life Permanently.

Welcome to Episode 33 of The Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I discuss and explain 3 signs/signals to help you identify things that you do in life that aren't meant to be in your life permanently. Remember that there are things we do in life that are meant to be in our lives temporarily, and there are also things that we do that are meant to be in our lives permanently. Not everything that we do is meant to be forever. Also remember that everything that we do teaches us life lessons and gives us life skills to use in the present and the future! Enjoy!

  41. 33

Episode 32- There is No Pain No Gain, BUT There is ALSO More Pain No Gain!

Welcome to Episode 32 of The Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I discuss that there is the concept of no pain no gain when trying to achieve a goal, but there can ALSO be MORE pain no gain when trying to achieve a goal! The concepts "no pain no gain" and "never quit" have good motivation behind them, but they don't take into consideration the person who is going through the hard time, and the circumstances of the hard time. I discuss how and why that is, and a way to recognize that what you're doing wasn't meant to be and that it's time to find out what was meant to be. REMEMBER: Not everything that you do in life is meant to be! Enjoy!

  42. 32

Episode 31- Your Sense of Urgency, How Badly You Want Something, Will Determine How Much You're Willing to Put Up With!

Welcome to Episode 31 of The Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I emphasize how and why your sense of urgency, or how badly you want to attain something, will determine how much you're willing to put up with! It will determine how many distractions and how much wasted time you're willing to allow! The more you want something, the smaller your tolerance window for nonsense may be! In terms of life in general, think of it this way: When you're really hungry and craving a sandwich, in the present moment you may want to stop whatever you're doing and get a sandwich. However, when you're not very hungry and not craving a sandwich, you may be willing to wait longer and allow more time to pass by before you get a sandwich. As usual, I speak of personal experience. Enjoy!

  43. 31

Episode 30- A Reason Why People May Not Reach Their Goals Is Due To Being Focused On The Wrong Things!

Welcome to Episode 30 of The Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I emphasize that one of the reasons why people may not reach their goals/dreams/aspirations is because they're focused on the wrong things! They're focused on things that just create friction and obstacles in the process to improvement and success! These wrong things include: comparing oneself to other people, focusing on what other people have and not on what they have, and only focusing on what hasn't been accomplished yet and forgetting about the progress that has been made thus far! I discuss the negative impact of spending time doing those things, and what to do instead to help yourself! From personal experience! Enjoy!

  44. 30

Episode 29-The BEST Time to Do What You've Been Wanting to Do is NOW!

Welcome to Episode 29 of The Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I emphasize how and why the BEST time to do what you've been wanting to do is NOW! The present is called the present because the present is a gift of the best time to do what you want and/or need to do! Delaying doing what you want and/or need to do because you may think that there is a specific "better" day or time will only cause the thoughts that there is a "better" day or time to pile up. The longer you wait, the longer you may want to keep delaying! I also explain the potential consequences of delaying, and how to overcome those thoughts of wanting to keep delaying. I speak from personal experience on this! Enjoy!

  45. 29

Your character is your platform, your baseline, your foundation! It can potentially take a very long time to get to the top. However, if you have many character flaws, it can take a shorter time to fall off from the top! Your character also plays a huge role in overall situations in life too, whether you realize it in the moment or not! I also discuss how to improve your character, if you ever find yourself with multiple character flaws. Enjoy!

  46. 28

Episode 27-Stop Doing More For Others Than What You Do For Yourself!

Welcome to Episode 27 of the Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I discuss that it is important to stop doing more for others and paying more attention to others than you do for yourself! Stop letting other people demand more of you than what you demand of yourself! Remember that you can't fill someone else's cup if your cup isn't filled. Also, you have YOURSELF for the REST of your life! You are permanent for the rest of your life! I discuss why this is such an imperative concept to understand and follow by. Enjoy!

  47. 27

Episode 26-You Have Come Too Far and Have Made Too Much Progress to Give Up Easily!

Welcome to Episode 26 of The Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I emphasize that you have come too far and have made too much progress to throw in the towel and give up easily! Think about all of the progress you have made, think about who you were as a person when you first started versus who you are as a person now, think about the fact that you are much closer to your goal, much closer to the finish line than you ever were now! You have that inner strength to keep moving forward. You just have to dig for it! I also discuss ways how to regain that self-confidence not to give up and keep moving forward! Enjoy!

  48. 26

Episode 25-Tunnel Vision vs Peripheral Vision

Welcome to Episode 25 of the Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I discuss the imperative difference between tunnel vision vs peripheral vision when trying to achieve a goal, and just in life in general! This is one of the topics I live by every day, and I truly feel that choosing between these types of visions can make or break any process of achievement you're involved in in life! Enjoy!

  49. 25

Episode 24-Before you Set a Gigantic Goal, Remember to Create Short Term Goals to Attain Along the Way!

Welcome to Episode 24 of the Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I emphasize that as imperative as it is to set long-term and larger goals for yourself, it is super important to set smaller, short-term goals to attain along the way! Doing so will continuously boost your self-confidence and belief in yourself because you will continuously achieve, rather than work for a longer time for one goal! This comes from personal experience, as I can confidently say that setting one huge goal with no smaller goals can deplete self-confidence and increase frustration the longer you don't reach that huge goal! Enjoy!

  50. 24

Episode 23-When People Try to Negatively Get Into Your Head, Remember That You Have Control Over Your Thought Processes!

Welcome to Episode 23 of the Overcoming Fears and Doubts podcast! In today's episode, I discuss that when people try to get into your head in a negative way, they either don't remember or don't know that you have complete control over your thought processes! You have full control over either deciding to absorb and accept what people tell you or let it go in one ear and out the other and pay no mind to it! NOTE: I have been logged out of my account for a while, so that's why I haven't uploaded an episode in a while! Enjoy!
