Gurumahan opens the 19th Velvi discourse with blissful Dhyana.• Inhale deeply, slowly, and peacefully. Exhale with full awareness.• Breathe deeply into the lower abdomen, allowing the belly to rise and fall naturally.• Release the breath completely, letting the body soften and relax.• Repeat this deep, steady breathing with calm attention.• Bring awareness to the heart center and breathe deeply into the chest.• Shift awareness to the throat center and continue slow, conscious breathing.• Through abdominal breathing, release physical tension, tightness, and strain from the body.• Through heart-centered breathing, dissolve emotional burden, mental stress, and inner heaviness.• Through throat-centered breathing, clear confusion, doubt, and mental disturbance from the intellect.• Take another deep, slow, conscious breath.• Gently move inward beyond bodily awareness.• Go beyond the movements of the mind.• Go beyond thought, intellect, and inner noise.• Enter profound stillness and deeper consciousness.• Transcend the three layers of body, mind, and intellect.• Rest in the higher state of pure inner awareness.• Absorb yourself in the vibration of Om.• Realize the Light beyond waking, dream, and sleep.• Move beyond the Light into the subtle realm of inner Sound.• Go beyond even Sound into the silent darkness of the Primordial Origin.• Contemplate that this Origin alone became all creation, life, growth, and dissolution.• Rest in that eternal source from which all arises and into which all returns.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What happens when we respond to hatred not with resistance but with unconditional love? நாம் வெறுப்பிற்கு எதிராக எதிர்ப்புடன் அல்லாமல், பூரண அன்புடன் பதிலளித்தால் என்ன நிகழும்?

In the 18th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan speaks for unity in Sri Lanka, affirming that all born on its soil, including Sri Lankan Tamils, equally belong there and deserve the same rights, dignity, and lasting peace. The culture of Bharat teaches human life as a journey of growth through four stages. By the age of sixty, one should experience life fully, fulfill responsibilities, and then pass on wisdom and wealth to the next generation. After that, life should turn toward detachment, vanaprastha, and finally complete liberation through sannyasa. This land never taught us to conquer others through power. It taught us to win the world through love. Our true weapon is love alone. When we respond to hatred and violence with love, no force can truly defeat us. Love is Shiva. Love is God. One who stands firmly in love becomes unconquerable. When a person rises beyond selfish identity and sees life from a higher state, they realize that all humanity is one. Human birth is a precious opportunity to share goodness. So we must think good, speak good, and do good.It is not enough for us alone to live well. True wisdom wishes for neighboring nations and all people in the world to live in peace and prosperity. “Yaadhum Oore, Yaavarum Kelir” reminds us that every place is our home and all people are our kin. Sri Lanka is a clear example of this truth. The people of Sri Lanka, including Sri Lankan Tamils, are all Sri Lankan people and deserve equal rights, equal education, equal opportunities, and equal dignity. Dividing humanity by race, language, or birth is ignorance. We all belong to one human family. Wherever we are born becomes our nation, and all who live there are its people. Division often does not arise from ordinary people but from unequal systems of governance. Just as a mother’s equal love prevents division among her children, a government must provide equal education, opportunity, and rights to all its people. Only when a nation treats every citizen equally, without discrimination, can true unity, peace, and harmony flourish.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! How did ancient Bharat integrate spiritual wisdom into governance? | பாரதத்தில், பண்டைய காலங்களில் ஆன்மீக ஞானம், நல் அரசாட்சியை எவ்வாறு வழிநடத்தியது?:

In the 18th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan teaches that when wisdom and politics unite, humanity can end hunger, ensure justice, and build a harmonious world. We must build a future where everyone receives what they need and lives in joy. To create such a world, we must unite wisdom and politics. Ancient Bharat followed this path. Kings listened to selfless sages (RajaGurus), and wise teachers guided every ruler without selfish attachment. They placed public welfare above personal gain.Later, many rulers rejected this wisdom. They chose selfish pleasure over public good and weakened society. As kings pursued indulgence, wisdom teachers criticized them. This conflict created a split between wisdom and politics. Fearing that weak rulers would expose the nation to foreign invasions, sages tried to place better leaders in power. But even some among them developed the desire to rule. As selfish ambition spread, society declined further. Therefore, wisdom teachers and spiritual guides must guide leaders without seeking power. They must protect governance because protecting governance means protecting people. A family head protects the family, a village leader protects the village, and a national leader must protect millions of families. Political parties may help leaders rise to power, but once leaders govern, they must rise above party divisions. They must serve all people, not party interests. Today, however, party loyalty often controls governance. To change this condition, humanity must rise beyond the five senses and limited worldly awareness. We must awaken true wisdom. When true wisdom guides administration, governance becomes just and powerful. When wisdom and politics unite, the world can achieve peace.Peace can remove hunger. The world has fertile land, water, and human strength, yet 80 crore people still sleep hungry. The problem is not a lack of resources. The problem is poor governance. We have enough, but we fail to manage it properly. For example, Tamil Nadu needs Cauvery water for Thanjavur, its rice bowl, to prosper. But when states think only of themselves and not of the nation as one, they divide resources selfishly. Water, rivers, and the five elements belong to all humanity, not to one region alone. We must develop national consciousness. Just as a farmer shares water across all his land, we must share natural resources for the common good.We must connect rivers, especially southern rivers, to serve everyone fairly. Everyone needs water, and rain provides it. Farmers understand this deeply because they depend on rain to feed society. Farmers welcome rain not only for themselves but for the wellbeing of all. Those who govern us act as our protectors. Therefore, leaders must remain healthy, virtuous, and prosperous enough to serve without corruption. They should not exploit people for wealth. Instead, they must understand people’s suffering, fulfill their duties, and create strong support systems especially for farmers. When leaders govern with wisdom, compassion, and justice, they can build unity, prosperity, and lasting peace.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What would a world look like if food and water were shared based on need, not power? | அதிகாரத்தின் அடிப்படையில் அல்லாமல், மனிதர்களின் தேவைக்கு ஏற்ப உணவும், நீரும் பகிரப்பட்டால், உலகம் எப்படி மாறும்?

In the 18th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan reveals His powerful vision for Agricultural Revival, River Nationalization, and Globalization of Food resources!Husband and wife are losing friendship. Children and parents are losing harmony. If this continues, humanity will soon wander in search of love. Today, more divisions are rising in Bharat than in many other nations, and the root cause is misunderstanding. This penance teaches us to remove misunderstanding and build understanding. First, we understand ourselves. Then, we understand others. When a person realizes the Self and learns to understand all living beings, life transforms into one of compassion and service for all. This velvi is not only for personal growth but for world welfare and global peace. Bharat is an agricultural nation, where a majority depend on farming and related work, yet agriculture is steadily declining. Grandfathers were farmers, fathers remained farmers, but today many farmers do not want their children to continue in agriculture because of hardship and insecurity. Before farmers lose hope completely, central and state governments must stand with compassion and protect agriculture. Only then can society continue to eat and live well.Food is essential according to one’s labor. A yogi may live with less food, but a worker who toils physically needs proper nourishment. Therefore, rivers across Bharat must be nationalized so water can be shared wisely and agriculture can survive everywhere. At the same time, food should not be controlled by power or politics. In some nations, surplus food is wasted while millions elsewhere suffer from hunger. This happens because of poor administration and selfish control.Humanity must rise beyond domination and division. Rivers should serve the whole nation, and food resources should serve the whole world. Whatever is grown in any land should be managed and shared for the welfare of all people. With this vision, we must perform penance and work toward national unity, global food justice, and a world where all beings live with dignity.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! How can nations with great potential turn their diversity into great strength? மிகுந்த திறன் படைத்த நாடுகள் தங்களின் வேறுபாடுகளை எவ்வாறு பலமாக மாற்ற முடியும்?

In the 18th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan teaches that the true strength of a nation lies in unity. When people rise above divisions of race, religion, and identity, and when nations choose harmony over conflict, peace and progress become possible both within countries and across the world. Drawing from the examples of Malaysia, Israel, and Palestine, he reflects on how unrest often grows when humanity departs from unity, justice, and spiritual wisdom.Malaysia once stood as a powerful example of how different races could live together in unity, earning the admiration of the world. Its growth was not built by one community alone, but by the combined efforts of Malays, Chinese, Indians, and many others who worked together for national progress. Indian-origin communities, too, contributed through their labor, sacrifice, and dedication. But when equal access to education, economic opportunity, and social dignity is denied, unity begins to weaken. A nation’s true strength does not come from division, but from a shared national consciousness where every citizen rises together. When people turn against their own brothers, society suffers from within. Progress becomes impossible when communities lose sight of collective responsibility. Real national awakening means rising above internal conflicts, rejecting unnecessary violence, and understanding that harming one another only weakens the future of the nation.Malaysia’s great achievements, its iconic twin towers, modern infrastructure, clean cities, and global recognition were created through the united labor of many communities. Such progress becomes sustainable only when leadership is guided by fairness, compassion, and equality. A just government must ensure that every race and religion receives equal education, equal opportunities, and equal respect. This truth extends beyond Malaysia. Whether in India, Israel, Palestine, or any part of the world, division based on race, religion, or identity leads only to fear, suffering, and instability. The pain seen between Israelis and Palestinians is also a reminder that when hatred overshadows humanity, peace becomes distant. The deeper unrest in Israel is often seen as an echo of the past, where spiritual guides like Moses and Jesus, who came to awaken humanity, faced suffering. When truth and wisdom are harmed, the effects can linger across generations. Nations flourish not through revenge or exclusion, but through justice, compassion, and mutual dignity.Religion was never meant to divide humanity or justify hatred. Every true spiritual path seeks to uplift human life, guide people toward righteousness, and create peace. Faith without compassion becomes dangerous, while faith rooted in wisdom can heal nations. The real duty of humanity is to rise above fanaticism, protect one another, and build societies where peace is stronger than conflict. This velvi is not performed for one race, one religion, or one country alone. It is an offering for the welfare of all people for a world where unity replaces division, compassion overcomes hatred, and humanity stands together as one.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! The inner awakening of Tamil Nadu shall uplift the world! | தமிழ்நாடு விழித்தால், உலகமே உயரும்!.

In the 18th Velvi Discourse Gurumahan talks about the Awakening of Tamil people, the Rise of Dharma, and the Vision of a Peaceful World.May this Velvi become a turning point where wisdom and leadership unite for the upliftment of humanity. Its great vision is clear:An educated Tamil Nadu. A prosperous South India. A strong India. A peaceful world. With this noble mission:By 2010, build an educated Tamil Nadu.By 2015, create a prosperous South India and a powerful India.By 2020, help shape a peaceful world. If Tamil Nadu awakens, India will awaken. If India awakens, the world itself will awaken.Oh Tamil people, awaken. Rise to your highest potential. Your greatness can become the greatness of the world. The time will come when Tamil is not only cherished by Tamils but also learned by people across the world. Tamil carries a unique spiritual power. Its sacred sound “ழ” naturally turns the tongue inward, symbolizing inner yogic awakening. This rare sound reflects the spiritual depth within Tamil itself. To truly learn Tamil is not merely to learn a language, but to touch a path of inner refinement and wisdom.Through deep listening, devotion, and awakened consciousness, divine insight begins to speak from within. When the inner eye opens, higher wisdom expresses itself. Lord Murugan stands as the divine guardian of Tamil. By meditating upon the inner light at the eyebrow center and holding to divine consciousness, wisdom rises naturally from within. Tamil wisdom first flowed through Sage Agathiyar and was shared with the world as a sacred path of knowledge. Therefore, the people of Tamil Nadu can shine not only as speakers of a language, but as torchbearers of yoga, wisdom, and higher consciousness.Let true wisdom flourish.Let peace prevail. What is spoken with purity shall bear fruit.Think good. Speak good. Do good. Then good will unfold. When you uplift yourself through righteousness, you uplift the world. You are beings born to protect truth and uphold Dharma. Safeguard righteousness, and righteousness will safeguard you. Practice self dharma through discipline and inner penance.Live with compassion. Offer blessings to the world. Fulfill your rightful responsibilities. May all people receive what they need. May all live in joy.May the world be filled with peace, harmony, and lasting happiness. What must we as intelligent human beings do to protect the Earth from destruction? | புவி அழிவதற்கு முன்… அறிவாளிகளாகிய நாம் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும்?

In the 18th Velvi Discourse (2007-2008), Gurumahan talks about awareness, responsibility, and action toward protecting life on Earth. The Earth is heating. Forests are disappearing. Rivers are fading. Humanity has intelligence, but do we have the wisdom to protect the world before it is too late? The world now faces increasing environmental and global heat. If global warming continues, calculations show that the Earth’s temperature, which once rose by 1°C each year, is now increasing by 2°C. If this rise continues, glaciers in the northern regions will melt, water levels will rise, and cities near the seas will be destroyed and submerged. At the same time, humanity reduces the number of trees while increasing fuel consumption, petroleum use, and car usage, releasing large amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Yet humanity has not preserved enough plants to convert this carbon dioxide into oxygen. Farmers, who traditionally protect trees, are also decreasing, while plants, rainfall, and soil fertility continue to decline. As these decline, earthworms decrease, birds that depend on them disappear, and many species move toward extinction. If this pattern continues, humanity itself will eventually face destruction. We must act before disaster arrives. This Yajna exists to protect humanity, the human body, the human mind, and human life. Through this Yajna, we must strengthen the plants that absorb carbon and release oxygen. Gurumahan especially emphasizes the mango tree as a life giving tree because it continuously absorbs carbon dioxide and releases oxygen. Even after plucking, mango leaves remain fresh longer than many other leaves and continue their natural function for an extended time. Our elders encouraged every household to grow a mango tree. Whether it gives fruit or not, it gives oxygen. Therefore, during birthdays, weddings, and celebrations, we should stop giving temporary gifts like sweets, chocolates, or unnecessary items. Instead, we should give saplings, especially mango saplings, and encourage children and families to plant them in schools, parks, and homes. When we plant and nurture trees, we protect the future. If we fail to protect the Earth now, we may lose the chance to save it later. We must approach this responsibility with the urgency of wartime action. We must not postpone good actions for tomorrow when we can do them today. Those who have food, clothing, shelter, and intelligence carry a greater responsibility to protect the world. God did not give intelligence to remain unused, but to serve humanity wisely.Wise people carry countless duties toward humanity. That is why Gurumahan calls for dedicated individuals to step forward, practice meditation, cultivate noble thought, and actively participate in creating a new world that protects life on Earth.Let all rivers be nationalized for the welfare of all!Let food resources be globalized to nourish every life!Let all living beings in the world live in joy, peace, and prosperity!Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Your mind is trapped by attachments that create suffering.. how do you free it? புறப்பற்றுகளால் ஏற்படும் துன்பத்திலிருந்து, நம் மனதை எப்படி விடுவிப்பது?

In the 18th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains Pratyahara, the withdrawal of the senses as prescribed in Ashtanga Yoga.Divine Attachment: Most people are caught in external attractions through what they see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. Through these senses, the mind constantly flows outward and becomes bound to temporary experiences. To release this worldly bondage, the mind must be redirected toward a deeper inner truth. This is possible only when one discovers something real within to hold onto. That is the purpose of the Guru, to reveal the inner Self (Atma Swaroopa) and guide the seeker toward that Divine essence within. When the mind holds firmly to this inner reality, it stops wandering outward through the senses. In Ashtanga Yoga, this process is known as Pratyahara, the conscious withdrawal of the senses from external objects. The mind that endlessly pursues the outer world must be turned inward and anchored in the Atma. This inner path of Yoga is necessary because ignorance is the true source of human suffering. When ignorance is removed, inner darkness dissolves, and the light of wisdom awakens.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Significance of 18th Holy penance for Universal wellbeing! 18 ஆவது பிரபஞ்ச நல மகாதவ நோக்கம்!

In the inaugural discourse of the 18th Velvi, Gurumahan speaks of the great yajnas once performed by Vishwamitra to protect and uplift the world, and reveals that today, the same divine mission continues through penance within the Pranavaalayam for the welfare of humanity.Who is the Guru? “Gu” means ignorance, and “Ru” means the one who removes it. The Guru is the light that removes the darkness of ignorance. That is why this land itself is called KuruKshetra, the field of awakening. Within this body, there is an inner knower. You are not merely the body or the field; you are the knower within it. When you live as the doer with awareness and perform your duties rightly through the five senses, you fulfill your true responsibilities. Therefore, one who performs penance must also perform rightful action. This is why we practice both tapas and duty through this Velvi. Having crossed 17 Velvis, the 18th marks a significant completion. The number 18 reduces to 9, and 9 symbolizes an ending or fulfillment. Through this velvi for world welfare, we must now create transformation in the world. Every action begins with thought. Thought is the root of all action. If thought becomes pure and disciplined, action too becomes pure. So first, we must correct our thinking. Before speaking of world peace, we must first care for the needs of our own land. When we visited Theni district, we met farmers and their leaders. They spoke of their suffering, no water, declining agriculture, and the destruction of farmers’ livelihoods. The Government must listen to the cries of the people, but Gurus also have a duty: not merely to close their eyes in meditation, but to bless rulers with wisdom and offer noble thoughts for the welfare of society. From ancient times, great sages like Vishwamitra performed yajnas for world peace. These were both outer sacrifices and inner spiritual sacrifices. To protect these divine efforts, every section of society had a role. Spiritual wisdom guided the sacrifice, warriors protected it, providers supplied resources, and workers supported its function. Only when all worked together could great transformation happen. In earlier times, divisions were not created to separate humanity but were based on one’s role and responsibility in society. These great yajnas were never done for one person alone, but for the welfare of the entire world. Agni Velvi is not new. From ancient times, it has been the path of transformation. Parvati herself performed intense penance through the power of fire to attain Shiva. Arjuna attained greatness through tapas. Many divine beings reached higher states through penance and sacrifice. Tapas elevates human beings to higher consciousness. The future must be built on devotion, because without devotion, true wisdom cannot arise. But devotion must not remain as mere outer display. It must become inner devotion. It must turn inward until one realizes God as the very soul within. This inner devotion becomes Gnana Yajna. Only then can we create a future where all people receive what they need, live in harmony, and experience true joy.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! How does Universal blessings influence the world? | பிரபஞ்ச வாழ்த்து உண்மையில் உலகத்தை மாற்றுமா?

In the 17th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan reveals the transformative power of blessing the rulers. In our daily meditation, when we continuously offer sincere blessings, those blessings travel into the Universe. The Universal waves then touch and influence the mind and intelligence of those who govern. Even if rulers remain selfish for a time, the powerful longing of the people will one day reach their minds. Then they will reflect on how they have lived so far and choose, at last, to do what is good for people.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Does Tamil land hold the power to transform the world? | உலகை ஆளக்கூடிய வல்லமை தமிழ்மண்ணில் உள்ளதா?

In the 17th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Reveals the Rise of the Wisdom Army and the Divine Destiny of Tamil People to Lead the World.Do not see those who commit harmful deeds as evil by nature. The harm of others cannot truly affect us, because divine power lives within us. That power will surely protect us and create a noble path around us. Hold firmly to faith and unshakable trust in the Guru. Every true Guru, even the great leaders of wisdom, carried higher purpose for the world. Vallalar searched with deep sorrow for the right disciples and declared that he would return again and again. Gnanavallal Paranjothi Mahan too grieved in his time, longing for a worthy disciple.Even if 1% of Tamil Nadu rises in true wisdom, that alone is enough. Then the wisdom of Tamil will reach the world. Tamil Nadu is destined to guide the world. When one who speaks Tamil rises with true knowledge, that person will stand in the arena of the world. This is certain. This is not a destiny formed today or yesterday. It is a fate ordained long ago. For this purpose, you are the warriors. You are the commanders of the wisdom army. Through you, a greater rule will arise, a reign of wisdom. Only when Wisdom (Gnana) and Governance unite can true world peace emerge. Why should everyone experience the Divine Vibration through Kundalini Awakening? | ஏன் அனைவரும் இந்த மெய் உணர்வைப் பெற வேண்டும்?

In the 17th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Reveals MeiUnarvu as the Supreme Path to Liberation, Guiding Humanity Beyond Religious Division and Physical Form into the Direct Experience of Divine Oneness. Many believe that constant remembrance of God leads to liberation. In the same way, abiding deeply in Divine awareness, MeiUnarvu, becomes the path to liberation itself. Do not limit God or the Guru to physical appearance alone. Move beyond external form and realize them as pure consciousness, living presence, and inner light. The Guru is far more than a visible body; the Guru is a radiant expression of Divine consciousness, and that MeiUnarvu is what must be directly experienced.People may worship the Divine through many forms, but separation begins when those forms are seen as different in essence. In truth, God is one. Just as one mother is loved in different ways by her children, the Divine may be approached through many names and forms, yet its true essence always remains one. When this oneness is realized, divisions among people begin to disappear. If the Divine is one, then humanity too is one. With this understanding, separation and conflict lose their power, because beneath all differences, we arise from the same source and share the same deeper truth. To live in Divine awareness, MeiUnarvu, is to rise above sorrow and suffering. Pleasure and pain belong to the body and the senses, but they do not define the true nature of the Atma. Through genuine spiritual realization, one transcends these passing experiences. Yoga makes it possible to awaken, while still living, the same elevated state that some yogis attain only after death, revealing eternal truth in the present moment.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What kind of clarity does meditation bring within us? | தவம் எப்படிப்பட்ட தெளிவை அளிக்கிறது?

In the 17th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan teaches that true peace becomes possible only through intellectual clarity, and meditation is the path that awakens this clarity within us.Penance and meditation do not mean resisting or blocking everything that comes into life. They mean consciously bringing into the present the mindset we wish to possess ten years from now. Through meditation, we develop the maturity to accept life with balance and grace. This Velvi is created for the peace of the world, because our true duty is to help every living being experience happiness. No matter how life has been until now, from this moment onward, let us choose to do our part. We belong to a divine family, Paranjothi Kudumbam. When we live with this awareness, we begin to see that every being on earth is connected to us. Every family becomes our family. This understanding expands our hearts beyond division and reminds us that we are one human family. Just as we affirm that Kashmir to Kanyakumari is one India, we must first hold firmly to the truth of our shared identity. We should never lose awareness of who we are. When asked, we must answer with clarity and conviction: I am Indian. Though India holds many religions, races, languages, and cultures, national consciousness unites us as one people. Yet to remove conflict not only within nations but between all people, a greater awareness is needed. That awareness is divine consciousness. Religious identity alone can create separation through ideas of my religion and your religion. True divine awareness rises above such division. The teachings of Buddha, for example, guide humanity toward meditation, peace, and compassion. But when people misuse even sacred teachings to harm others for personal survival, they move away from truth. Real wisdom teaches us not to live by causing suffering to other beings, but to live in such a way that both we and others can experience joy. Spirituality does not mean withdrawing from life or becoming like a solitary sage. Spirituality means learning to live in harmony with everyone. If we cannot live peacefully with one person or build healthy relationships in our daily lives, how can we hope to embrace the whole world with unity? How can we create harmony in humanity? The root of this struggle is a lack of clarity in our understanding. That is why daily penance and meditation are essential. They refine our awareness, sharpen our wisdom, and bring the inner clarity needed to live with peace, unity, and true spiritual understanding.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Peace has only one path - "Understanding", but what must we truly understand? | சமாதானத்திற்கான ஒரே வழி புரிதல், ஆனால் எதை புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்?

If you view the Guru only through the physical form, you offer respect only to the body. But the Guru’s true purpose is far greater. Guru is the divine light who removes ego, awakens your true search, and guides you toward eternal truth. You often seek things that fade, but the Guru reveals what never perishes. That is why the Guru’s physical form is necessary only for a time. Beyond that, you must understand the deeper philosophy, divine purpose, and mission carried through that form. You must realize why that form appeared and what truth it came to awaken within you. These Velvis are conducted to help you understand this divine purpose. Many Velvis were created to protect humanity from natural disasters, while others were established for the upliftment of women. But today’s Velvi is unique, it is for wisdom seekers who are ready to consciously realize and live a divine life. Today, individuals struggle mentally, families face conflict, societies divide, nations remain restless, and the world suffers. Everywhere, humanity longs for one thing, peace. But what is the true path to peace? Gurumahan reveals that the answer lies within. Stand at the eyebrow center between your two eyes. More than a 1000 years of worship, even half a minute of true inner inquiry holds greater power. If you deeply examine the thoughts arising within you, you can gain the wisdom of a 1000 Gurus. This space of higher inquiry is the third eye, the eye of wisdom. Then you realize that peace has only one path, understanding. To understand the world, you must first understand yourself, because the world is not separate from you. To understand yourself, you must understand your body, mind, intellect. Yet beyond these three lies a deeper source, the hidden cause. The body is physical, the mind, intellect are subtle, but behind them all is the witness consciousness. Nothing happens without a cause. We often see only effects, while the cause remains hidden. That hidden cause is the reason for your birth. Yet many live only fulfilling worldly duties, raising families, and completing responsibilities without understanding why they were born. But your true duty does not end there. Your dharma is far greater. You are born not merely for worldly duties, but to uphold and protect dharma itself. If those meant to protect dharma walk away from it, who will preserve it? You speak of protecting Sathya Yuga, world welfare, and world peace, but have you first understood yourself and realized that you are Atma Swarupa? Have you understood that your true nature is Paranjothi, the Supreme Divine Light? Without this realization, people keep expecting others to understand them which creates disappointment, division, and disharmony. Because the mind sees differences, unity disappears. Where division exists, peace cannot remain. That is why the highest tapas is self-understanding. When you truly understand yourself, peace first awakens within. From that inner peace comes true tranquility, and that peace naturally radiates outward. You do not need to go anywhere to spread peace, your very presence becomes its source. Peace flows through your words, relationships, home, community, nation, and ultimately the world. Peace with the self becomes peace with others, and peace among individuals becomes peace for humanity. Thus, world peace begins with inner peace. Therefore, peace must not remain only an ideal spoken through words, it must become a living reality within. To attain it, you must go beyond the physical, mental, intellectual layers and journey inward toward the soul. When that inner peace is realized, it becomes Atma Shanti.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! In the 17th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Reveals That When an Individual Protects Their Own Dharma, World Dharma Naturally Flourishes and Universal Peace Is Sustained. The 17th Velvi is a profoundly significant one. The time has arrived to fully awaken and fulfill the divine purpose for which UPF was created, to plant the seed of world peace through the foundation of individual peace. That is why, in this 17th Velvi, when deep devotion, true understanding, unwavering faith, and MeiUnarvu unite as one, suffering and illness naturally fade away. Therefore, this devotion must live within us through heartfelt surrender, awareness, and unshakable faith. This devotion should not exist for just one moment or one day; it must remain within us always. In the same way, our breathing must rise beyond the ordinary. Every breath should carry faith. That is why it is said that even faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains. Whoever you place your trust and faith in, that very trust and faith will protect you. The trust and faith you have placed in the Guru have already become your shield. When you offered yourself in this morning’s Velvi, your sincere surrender became evident. When one looks beyond your outer form into your heart, faith is clearly present. Your faith in the Guru stands strong, yet your faith in yourself still trembles at times. That is why you must first believe in yourself. Do not allow anyone or anything to disturb your purpose. Fulfill the sacred duty for which you came into this world. You are an Atma Swarupa, the embodiment of the soul. Your dharma is to protect Sathya Yuga. Therefore, never distance yourself from this dharma, and never turn away from understanding your true self. Because when you step away from this path, you do not merely abandon your personal dharma, you also neglect the greater dharma you are meant to offer the world. When you fail in your dharma, the world itself begins to drift from its dharma. When the head of a family fails in dharma, the family loses its righteous path. When the leader of a society fails in dharma, society itself begins to fall. Likewise, when national leaders or religious leaders fail in their dharma, the people who follow them also lose their way. When those chosen to lead become corrupted, all order begins to collapse. That is why, for a nation to remain strong, its leader must remain righteous. For a nation to flourish, society must remain righteous. For society to stand firm, families must remain righteous. And for families to remain righteous, each individual must first stand rooted in righteousness.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What does it truly mean to live a spiritual life? | உண்மையான ஆன்மிக வாழ்க்கை எப்படி இருக்கும்?

In the 17th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Reveals the Responsibility of UPF Wisdom Teachers to First Transform Themselves, Guide Humanity Through True Spiritual Living, and Awaken the Hidden Rishi Consciousness Within Every Soul.A person’s discipline shapes that person’s life; that is true spirituality. Spirituality does not mean abandoning family. It does not mean running away from society. It does not mean giving up one’s profession. It does not mean escaping from the experiences of the five senses. True spiritual life means realizing the truth that exists within oneself, loving all other living beings just as one loves oneself, and living a life that allows one to exist in harmony and joy with all beings. That is why one must live a spiritual life. Spirituality is not merely speaking about it or listening to it. Spiritual experience is neither something spoken nor something heard; it is something to be lived and experienced. Therefore, even while living a family life, one should not run away from the pleasures and pains that arise within it. Whether joy or sorrow comes, one must accept both and lead an ideal household life. If we truly want to reform this world through the individual, the family, society, and the nation, then whom must we first reform? We must first reform ourselves. That is why my beloved wisdom teachers, who guide people by teaching philosophy exactly as it is, must understand this truth and act upon it. The noble guardians who protect divinity must also understand this truth and live by it. Therefore, both wisdom teachers and trustees of UPF hold a great responsibility.Today, where are you all seated? You are seated in an elevated position. Because of that, whatever people in lower positions do may remain unnoticed, but whatever is done here becomes visible. Such is true wisdom. Whatever pioneers think, whatever thoughts leaders express, those thoughts spread throughout the Universe and enter the minds of all who are capable of receiving and resonating with them. That is why many people in humanity live only for the body. They live only for physical comfort. Others rise beyond that and live for the mind. Still others rise higher and live for intellectual fulfillment. But my beloved ones, you are yogis. You are wise beings. Your birth is a magnificent birth. Yours is a noble birth because you do not lack food to eat, clothes to wear, shelter to live in, or knowledge to gain. You already possess all these. Yet your fulfillment does not end with these outer forms of completeness. This fulfillment must transform into spiritual fulfillment. That is why you were not born merely for the pleasures of the five senses. You came here to attain the state of supreme bliss. Within you lies hidden the nature of the Rishis. A Divine treasure remains buried within you. The purpose of a Guru is to reveal that hidden truth, uncover that divine essence, and bring forth the greatness concealed within you.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Astrology: Predicting Your Future or Awakening Your Awareness? | ஜோதிடம்: எதிர்காலத்தைக் கணிக்கவா, அல்லது நம்முள் இருக்கின்ற ஜோதியின் இடத்தை புரிந்துகொள்ளவா?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains the deeper essence of astrology, not merely as a tool for worldly predictions, but as a sacred science that reveals the destined moment when the soul reunites with its ultimate source Paranjothi.Astrology works when you speak from the place of Divine Light (ஜோதி + இடம் = ஜோதிடம்). That is its true seat, the center of creation. Without selfishness, if you hold a horoscope in awareness at the eyebrow center and think of a person, you can clearly understand his zodiac position, stages, and the situations he will face. My dear astrologers, when you predict from the eyebrow center, your readings will not fail.Astrology is not meant for finding jobs, partners, wealth, or worrying about tomorrow’s events. It exists to guide a person toward the Light, showing how and when one will enter that Divine state and become one with it. It is a precise system created to help you recognize and reach that inner Light, and its calculations do not fail.Ancient Nadi astrology arose from this wisdom. From SukhaBrahmaRishi and many other sages, they calculated and recorded that at the very moment a life enters the mother’s womb, the positions of the sun, moon, planets, and stars determine the path of that life. From the time of Buddha, this knowledge was used to shape great disciples, even enlightened beings. This sacred science was born in Tamil Nadu, in Bharat. It is a cosmic art, a true science, and one among the 64 divine arts that are destined to rise again in this holy land.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! How does directing MeiUnarvu to the Ajna center enhance the body’s ability to heal? | ஆக்கினை மையத்தில் மெய் உணர்வைப் பற்றினால், எதையும் குணப்படுத்தும் சக்தி எப்படி அதிகரிக்கிறது?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains that through Kundalini initiation, MeiUnarvu (true awareness), one can learn to heal the body by consciously directing inner awareness and energy. My dear ones, your responsibility is waiting, and it must begin within you. Start by being loving toward yourself. Before extending love to others, learn to offer it to your own self. Care for your body with kindness, and wherever you feel pain, do not react with anger instead, gently place your hand on that spot with awareness.True healing is not merely about taking medicine; வைத்தியம்( வைத்து+ இயம்புவது) or treatment of disease with the following healing concept.  Place to heal, object that enables healing and Aim. (இடம், பொருள், ஏவல்)  Focus on the Ajna, the point between the eyebrows - The Place, aim the object MeiUnarvu there. From that centered state, issue a calm inner command to the body. For example, ask the affected part to relax, to remain at ease, and not to disturb the natural flow within. When this command arises from Agnya-commanding center, through MeiUnarvu, the body responds, and relief follows. This is a subtle method of healing. Many may think it is some kind of mantra or mystery, but it is simply the power of awareness and intention. However, begin only with yourself do not try to direct others first. If there is discomfort in your body, place your hand there, focus your MeiUnarvu at the eyebrow center, and let the awakened inner energy guide your command.Words alone are not enough, awareness is essential. Just as a pen cannot write without ink, intention cannot work without true inner presence. That “ink” is your awareness (MeiUnarvu) itself. When you connect to that inner presence and give your command, it becomes effective. What you hold firmly in MeiUnarvu begins to take shape in reality.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Will You Stand as a Mere Witness, or Rise and Walk the Path of Dharma with the Guru? | சாட்சியாக மட்டும் இருப்பீர்களா, அல்லது குருவுடன் உலகத்தை காக்க முன்வருவீர்களா?

In the 16th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Calls Out: Will You Stand as a Mere Witness, or Rise and Walk the Path of Dharma with the Guru? Those who stood firmly with Gurumahan in the Velvi that safeguards the world came without regard for time or circumstance. Night after night, they circled the Velvi hut and protected it with devotion. In ancient times, Sage Vishwamitra performed this very Velvi for the peace of the world and the welfare of all beings. What he conducted outwardly was the external Velvi. Though Vishwamitra was a Brahma Gnani, he performed inner and outer Yajna. Through the inner Yajna, he realized Atma Gnana. Through the outer Yajna, he sustained sacred practices and purified the environment, removing all impurities. He knew that when this Velvi was completed, negative forces could not survive and all negativities would dissolve. Aware that unseen asuric tendencies might try to disrupt it, he sought the support of Rama from King Dasharatha, and with Rama and Lakshmana, he carried out the Yajna and protected the world. In every age, Rishis, Brahma Gnanis, and Atma Gnanis continue to fulfill their responsibilities. Their vision embraces the entire cosmos not a single community, nation, or even just this Earth. This Earth you see is like a tiny fig, my dear ones; when seen from the center of the Universe, it appears as small as an atom. How then do we protect it? Only by preserving its surroundings can it truly be safeguarded. From this sacred land, aligned with the cosmic center, the world has been protected. Therefore, those born in Bharat are truly blessed. From this land arose the great beings who uphold the Universe Alwars, Nayanmars, Siddha Purushas and their energies continue to exist even now. Whoever turns inward with deep devotion and remembrance can feel their subtle presence and receive their grace. Even in this Velvi, many Rishis have expressed diverse powers and guided numerous Siddha healers. Each has imparted what is needed, including sacred methods of wisdom. From Shukabrahmarishi to Kagabhujandar, to Vishwamitra and countless Siddha Purushas they do not come for one alone; they come for all. You belong to the lineage of these Rishis. That Divine seed already lives within you. You who are born in this land are the dharmic ones destined to protect the world. Guard your dharma. Fulfill your duty. Today, Gurumahan begins his mission. Whoever joins him will unite with him inwardly, and together we will protect the world. Who bears this responsibility? We do. I will protect it. Whether you choose to join or not, even a single individual can uphold this work. I stand performing this Velvi and safeguarding the world. Will you remain a spectator, or will you step forward and walk the path of dharma with the Guru? Tell me, my dear Rishis who among you will join in this dharmic path? This is not a battlefield that requires weapons. Yet it is a different kind of war. The only weapon needed here is love. No matter how much hardship arises, I will teach you the strength to accept it with maturity. I offer you the weapon of love. With it, you can move not only across this world but throughout the entire Universe. No one can stop you. No one has ever been able to stop this great Maharishi, this Gurumahan, this Supreme Light. You are marked with his seal as Rishis, can anyone stop you? Can anyone stop Shiva? Can anyone stop the devotees of Shiva? What if your birth was not accidental but a promise you made? | உங்கள் பிறப்பு சாதாரணமல்ல, நீங்கள் எடுத்த ஒரு வாக்குறுதி!

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan reveals that love is the supreme weapon that transforms the wicked into the good, and elevates the good into the powerful. Why were you and the Guru born? What is the secret behind your birth? My wondrous Rishis! We were not born for mere pleasure. We did not come into this world to indulge in the five senses. For such experiences, you have already passed through countless births, and in those lives you realized the Divine. Having attained that state, you made a sacred resolve: “O Supreme One, whenever you descend to the Earthly realm, we too shall come. We will serve you, uphold your purpose, and stand aligned with your dharma.”In accordance with that vow, in every age, whenever humanity faces danger, to protect it, you take many forms and alongside those forms, you too are born again and again in human bodies. In this present birth, a yuga is drawing to a close. That is why, even now, we have manifested to safeguard this Earth and this Universe. For we are the very ones who created it would we then seek to destroy it? We are not born to destroy those who destroy. In earlier ages, the purpose was to protect the good and eliminate the wicked. But in this age, the purpose has evolved to protect the good, transform the wicked into the good, and elevate the good into the powerful. Therefore, when our hearts refuse to label anyone as evil, their negativity cannot touch us, and they too will gradually turn away from harmful actions.See the world with compassion. Look upon every human and every living being with kindness. With a loving vision, one conquers oneself. With that same loving vision, one conquers the world. In this age, love is my weapon. With this weapon of love, with the force of compassion, we have taken form now to transform this world into one united whole.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What is the invisible bond between the Gurumahan, Thirumurthi Hills, and the seeker? | திருமூர்த்தி மலை, குருமகான், சீடர்கள்; இவர்கள் இடையே உள்ள அந்த நுண்ணிய ஆன்மிக இணைப்பு என்ன?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan reveals how the sacred vibrations of the Rishis in Thirumurthi Hills awaken the Atma, bring clarity to the intellect, strengthen the body, and guide seekers toward liberation under the Guru’s grace. While we are still alive, we make use of and protect the homes of those noble people who dedicated their lives to their community, society, and nation. Each time we visit such places, we begin to feel their elevated state of being, and the subtle vibrations of where they lived naturally draw us in. In the same way, we should not look at Thirumoorthi Hills as something ordinary. We should not think it is just a place where water flows, where we can bathe in a waterfall, or where Panchalingas are simply present. This is a sacred land that reveals a profound spiritual truth. What does Panchalinga mean? The Supreme Divine energy, which exists as a subtle force within the waterfall, has manifested itself as the five elements. These five elemental energies take form as the Linga, representing the subtle, formless reality. These are expressed as the five Lingas—Prithvi (earth), Appu (water), Theyu (fire), Vayu (air), and Akasha (space). In this very place, within this waterfall, the Panchalinga that embodies the five elements has been established. The Siddha Purushas, great Maharishis, and enlightened beings who lived here, even after leaving their physical bodies and merging with the supreme light, continue to remain present. Whoever comes to this land, whoever approaches this hill and performs penance with focus on them, begins to experience their subtle presence within. That energy rises through the crown center and reveals the true nature of the Atma. As it reaches the eyebrow center, it brings clarity to the intellect. When it flows down through the body via the five elements, the body itself begins to experience the strength they attained. That is why this hill is extraordinary. From this hill, powerful spiritual waves will once again arise to protect the world. This world is meant to become one united realm of harmony. All people across the world belong to one human family. The force that governs the entire Universe is one, and everything that has emerged from it is also one. We too are part of that oneness. What was once experienced as the individual “I” has now expanded into the collective “we.” So, it is no longer just “I”; it has become “we.” The Guru carries the responsibility of protecting this collective “we.” In fulfilling that responsibility, who will safeguard the world from destruction? Who can perceive such destruction? It is not something easily known, yet once it is realized, one cannot remain passive. To protect not only humanity but the Earth itself from such destruction, this Velvi was performed. My dear ones, the unseen forces and the five elements themselves supported this act. They have now granted the time to conclude this message. Therefore, my dear Rishis, you share a deep connection with this land. That is why only those destined to come here are able to come. Only those who truly belong to the Guru can reach Him. Those who have no connection or bond with me cannot come to see me. I am not present only in this birth; I remain with you in every birth. In every lifetime, I come along with you, and my duty is to guide you to the shore of liberation. I do not strive to reach the shore for myself; my purpose is to lead you there. This is the responsibility I fulfill as a Guru.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Who is a Rishi and What is their purpose? ரிஷி என்பவர் யார், அவர்களுடைய நோக்கம் என்ன?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan asks are we not Rishis, seekers of true wisdom, who through awakened Kundalini and the opening of the inner third eye can realize and experience the hidden divine energies of the Thirumoorthi Hills?Who is a Rishi? One who values wisdom (Gnana) is a Rishi, and one who seeks to attain wisdom is a Rishi. Just look at yourselves. On this Sunday, you all had many tasks and could have gone to many places. Yet, leaving everything aside, even when there was heavy rain, you chose to be here. From within, I also wondered, “When the unseen forces are asked to bless people, they offer such wonderful blessings in the form of rain. As if responding to my request, asking whether you would show some compassion to allow Gurumahan to come out, there has been a brief pause in the heavy downpour. Perhaps there will be another pause for Guru to return within, who knows?"It is not that there is no good person; rather, we are all good people. And so, we have protected the Earth. From this very period, we have taken steps to safeguard the Earth. Do you realize that you have protected it? Certainly you have. Just as you have come here like Rishis to perform these  Velvis, you have conducted these three-day Penance. What is the purpose of a Rishi? It is to realize the truth of knowing thy Self, to understand the philosophy of the world, and to grasp the Divine truth within nature. It is to awaken and experience the Kundalini energy within, and to feel the state that grants supreme bliss. In such a state, we have all gathered here together, seated in a truly wonderful and sacred atmosphere.Today is truly a good day for the world, a day of awakening. The states that existed in the previous fifteen velvis have now transformed, and in this sixteenth velvi, an extraordinary atmosphere has emerged. What is the reason? This Thirumoorththi hill itself is a wondrous one. It is not an ordinary hill. To the ordinary eye, it may appear as just a stone. But when a devotee looks at a simple stone, he sees it as God. For the one who sees it as Divine, it reveals the very form and presence of God. In the same way, this hill is not ordinary. If we see it merely as a hill made of rocks, soil, and vegetation, then it remains ordinary. But when one goes beyond that and prays, “O hill, reveal your wonder to me. Show me the hidden powers within you. I cannot see you with these physical eyes. My Guru has given me the third eye (wisdom eye). Through that wisdom, come within me and make me realize,” whoever descends to this hill, focuses on it, holds it within their thoughts, and meditates upon it—within that contemplation, an inner awareness arises. In that awareness, a Divine light appears. And in the radiance of that light, each person can experience the extraordinary energies present within this hill.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Can we protect the Earth for even 100 years after it was preserved for 90,000 years? 90,000 ஆண்டுகள் காக்கப்பட்ட பூமியை, அடுத்த 100 ஆண்டுகள் காப்பாற்ற முடியுமா?

In the 16th Velvi discourage (2005-2006), Gurumahan urges the wise to take responsibility for protecting nature warning against dangers like acid rain and river encroachment and calls on humanity to preserve a healthier, balanced Earth for the well-being of future generations.About 90,000 years ago, the arrangement of stars and planets existed in a particular state. In that era, sages documented those celestial conditions. Today, with the help of science, we analyze those records and determine that they indeed belong to a time 90,000 years in the past. Long ago, they envisioned how the world should be and performed yajnas, velvis, and tapas to shape a life-sustaining Earth. This sacred land of Bharath stands as the fruit of their efforts. They have passed this Earth down to us from that distant time. Should we not at least preserve a world that can support life for the next 100 years? My dear ones, who must reflect on this? It is the learned who must think deeply. Those who struggle daily for food, clothing, and shelter may not have the awareness of these concerns. But the wise must take responsibility for protecting the world. What is that responsibility? Scientific findings indicate that while we now enjoy rainfall and admire it, we casually think, “Let it rain just a little.” Yet, predictions warn that by the end of the 21st century, acid rain could occur. We ourselves are creating the conditions for such a future. If acid rain falls, will we even be able to stand outside? Reflect on this. This is the year 2006. Within the next 94 years, even today’s infants may witness that time. How will they live then? We say we want our future generations to thrive but what kind of world are we leaving for them? If humanity is to continue for another 90,000 years, the environment must remain in balance. And for that balance, we need proper rainfall. We need good rain. Rain did fall in Tamil Nadu. Yet people say, “Times have changed; this is Kali Yuga,” and they have built homes over riverbeds. Water channels have disappeared, and there are no proper paths for water to flow. What happens then? Rivers overflow and flood the land. Once, we proudly showed rivers to our children. Now what have we done? Rivers that once flowed across Tamil Nadu have faded; even the Palar River has nearly turned barren. People have built houses over it, and others have converted it into farmland. It is as if the river itself questions, “Why are you encroaching upon my space?” If government land is encroached upon, authorities act immediately. A king delivers justice at once, but Divine justice takes its own course. The river remained silent for long, and then it responded in its own way unexpectedly. Or perhaps, dear ones, it was not unexpected at all. Rain will fall. Good people still exist. You are all good people. Because of your presence, you are like rishis though you may not accept it.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Are we triggering natural disasters through our energy choices? நாம் எரிசக்தி பயன்பாட்டின் மூலம் இயற்கை பேரழிவுகளை ஏற்படுத்துகிறோமா?

In the 16th Velvi discourse(2005-2006), Gurumahan reveals how the overuse of fossil fuels disturbs Earth’s balance, triggering seismic unrest, and guides humanity toward harnessing solar energy as a sustaining alternative. We use fossil fuels that lie beneath the Earth, and this may seem beneficial. However, as we continue to use these fuels excessively, the Earth is forced to draw more of its required energy upward, which creates various internal changes in the environment. The layers of fire deep within the Earth's core begin to shift and move. When these layers change, immense energy rises from beneath the oceans as powerful waves. When the Earth cracks, it results in earthquakes, and many landslides occur. At times, these massive disasters even challenge science, because science can only estimate the energy behind an earthquake within a certain time frame. But enlightened beings have the ability to sense the origin from where it arises. In this period, the conditions we have created are highly intense, and it is possible that about 70% of such changes have already occurred. To put it further, as the Earth absorbs the energy it needs, the molten state of fuel beneath transitions and pushes upward as fiery eruptions. When this fiery force rises, even places like Mount Everest, considered the highest peak in the world, could experience volcanic activity. If such an eruption occurs there, it will create tremors across many regions, including China, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Similar cycles will also occur in the southern regions, affecting areas like the Western Ghats. When a change occurs on Earth, it does not remain confined to one place; it inevitably creates chain reactions. These reactions are like a rebound, just as a ball returns with double the speed at which it was struck. How can this increased force be reduced? It is not reduced at a single location, but by regulating the energies that surround the solar system. Through the energies that flow from the Sun, the Earth itself can be stabilized. Therefore, scientists around the world must understand that as we continue to use underground fossil fuels for vehicles and other purposes, the environmental conditions in those regions will change, increasing the likelihood of earthquakes and seismic disturbances. So what should we do? We have already started producing fuels derived from plants, but beyond that, we can harness powerful energy from Sunlight. Solar energy is abundant and ever-expanding, never diminishing. By using the energy that flows from the Sun, we can generate solar electricity and apply solar power in many different ways and environments. Especially if India and other Asian countries fully utilize this energy and store it in energy-retaining systems like batteries, we can ensure that the Earth remains a livable place for future generations.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Can ancient wisdom still help us protect the Earth today? | முற்காலத்தில் ஞானியர்கள் பூமியின் சமநிலையை எவ்வாறு காத்தார்கள்?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan says humanity can restore the ozone balance by replacing harmful CFCs with safer alternatives that protect and nurture the ozone layer. The Montreal Protocol (1987) reflects this vision, uniting nations to phase out ozone-depleting substances and support the Earth’s gradual healing. The fire within the Earth, the plants growing on it, and the living beings that depend on those plants must always stay in balance. If this balance shifts, whether it increases or decreases, it will bring changes to the Earth. Today, many vehicles created by human intelligence have harmed the ozone layer. This damage mainly comes from the chemical substances we use, especially Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). These substances rise into the atmosphere and create holes in the ozone layer. If this continues, more openings will form, allowing the Sun’s intense rays to directly strike the Earth, making it impossible for life to survive. Just as scientists say that Mars may once have supported life but no longer has the right conditions, the same fate could one day affect Earth. Yet, sages understood this truth long ago and worked to preserve the Earth’s natural balance.Based on this wisdom, they guided individuals to realize these principles within themselves and develop the ability to protect not only the Earth but also the planets and stars around it. For this reason, they established practices like Navagraha worship in temples, encouraging reverence for the five elements and planetary forces. Temple rituals include both elemental and planetary worship, reminding humans to respect everything that sustains life and to act in harmony with it. We must not go against nature or its laws. However, in the present time, humans use atomic power and carry out nuclear experiments. While it took countless years for the Earth to form and for life to evolve, humanity has now reached a stage where its own inventions can destroy all living beings in a single moment.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Is there a state beyond waking, dreaming, and sleep? | விழிப்பு, கனவு, உறக்கம் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு அப்பால் இன்னொரு நிலை உள்ளதா?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains that the intellect attains true clarity only when one realizes the Atman and abides in the peace that arises from that realization. The Earth rotates on its own axis and also revolves around the Sun because it has the energy within itself to do so. Just as the Sun continuously expands its energy without reduction, through the combination and separation of the atoms within it, it keeps radiating energy. The law of this Universe is that whatever begins from a source ultimately returns to that same source. That is why there is movement toward the center and movement away from the center. We have now moved away from the center, so we must move back toward it. We have come from the center called the Atma, and we must return again to that same center, the Atma. Everything in the Universe has emerged from its center, and guiding it back toward that center is Yoga. The energies that emerged must again merge back into that same source of energy. This is why every day, when a human sleeps, they move toward uniting with their Atma state. When they wake up, they emerge again from that state. Each day, they move toward Atma and again move away from it. In this movement toward the Atma, the intellect experiences the soul and rests in bliss during sleep. In that state, clarity of intellect is absent; the intellect becomes inactive and rests. That is why we say sleep is the rest of the intellect. After experiencing that bliss in sleep, the mind moves into dreams, and then returns to sensory awareness. From sensory awareness in this material world, it again goes into dreams and then into sleep again and again this cycle continues waking, dreaming, sleeping, repeating continuously. Yet, the intellect finds no true peace and lacks clarity. It questions: Why were we born? For what purpose? Why do we wake up every day, perform duties, and then sleep again? Is sleeping, waking, and dreaming the only purpose of human life? Is there nothing beyond this? When one reflects deeply, they realize that there is a state beyond sleep a fourth state of awareness. In that state, one realizes their true nature. One must reach that state beyond sleep. That is why it is said: stay balanced in hunger, stay inwardly alone, and stay awake. Here, being awake does not mean opening the eyes, but being awake in awareness. This Yoga cannot be attained by one who sleeps too much, nor by one who does not sleep at all. It cannot be attained by one who overeats, nor by one who starves. Therefore, maintaining balance is essential. If one progresses under the guidance of a Guru who has attained experiential wisdom, that Guru can help them attain the same Atma realization. Good intention is enough for this. These waves of good thoughts rise upward, and through them, subtle and unseen particles exist particles of wisdom from many great sages and Maharishis that still remain here. Just as when the Earth cools, waves rise above it and form a layer around 16 km above the Earth, which becomes the ozone layer that protects the planet. This ozone layer filters the countless rays coming from the Sun and allows only the necessary energy to reach living beings on Earth. The energy that rotates within the Earth is connected to the fire at its core. Whenever changes occur in this inner fire, changes occur in its rotation. Thus, the Earth continues to rotate by drawing the energy it needs from within itself. When its energy reduces, the inner fire draws energy from the upper layers of the Earth, using those energies to sustain itself and protect the outer surface of the planet.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! How do planetary movements support and influence human life?கிரக இயக்கங்கள் மனித வாழ்க்கைக்கு எப்படி தாக்கமும் ஆதரவையும் அளிக்கின்றன?

In the 16th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan points out that Subtle Awareness Is the Forgotten Power That Connects Man to the Universe. An ordinary person first lives without any attachment to family. He believes that life is only about living for himself, so he acts out of self-interest. People then question him and say he has no family responsibility. They try to develop a sense of family in him, so he can move beyond selfishness. The person who once lived only for his own pleasure and pain now begins to feel connected to his wife, his children, and his family. This is the feeling of family. This family feeling grows into social awareness. He moves from “this is my family” and “that is your family” to seeing all families as “our families,” “our relatives,” and “our people.” In this way, he develops a sense of society. As this social feeling increases, it unites further and becomes national feeling. Different communities that were separate come together under one nation, and a sense of patriotism develops. Thus, the self-centered feeling of an individual transforms into family feeling, then into social feeling, and then into national feeling, leading the entire nation toward unity. Beyond this, a higher feeling arises, the feeling that the whole world is ours. A person begins to feel responsible to protect and preserve the entire world. But is the world alone enough? If the surrounding conditions connected to the Earth are not favorable, the Earth itself cannot function properly. The Earth rotates on its axis and revolves around the Sun. During this time, the Moon, which stays close to the Earth, provides cooling and protects all living beings from excessive heat. That is why the Sun and the Moon give great benefit to the Earth. In the same way, the planets also support human life. When a human soul takes birth, people later calculate a horoscope. They determine in which zodiac sign and under which star the person was born, and in which houses the planets were positioned at that time. But instead of calculating after birth, the most accurate moment is when the embryo forms. Every soul chooses the time it enters the mother’s womb. All of you who are here have a connection with the planets and the stars. These planetary and stellar connections create different conditions at different times. For example, when wind flows from a distance, its effect is different compared to when it comes closer and becomes more concentrated. When it is far, it may not affect us much; when it comes closer, its impact changes. In the same way, the movements within the solar system have a close connection with us.Are events like tsunamis on Earth happening randomly? No. Whenever changes occur in the Sun, changes also occur here on Earth. Even before humans detect these changes, birds on land and aquatic creatures sense them. Because they live in tune with nature, they have that subtle awareness. They use this awareness to understand changes and protect their lives. Do humans lack this ability? No. Humans have even greater ability. But they do not use it for this purpose. Instead, they use their intelligence for food, drink, clothing, shelter, position, status. Because their attention remains focused on these, they fail to recognize the subtle awareness within themselves. When a person lives with this subtle awareness, he can certainly perceive these changes. Modern science detects these changes using instruments and helps protect humanity. Yet, even with all this knowledge, why do earthquakes and ocean disturbances occur in places like America today? They arise because of the thoughts created by humans.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! How should a seeker truly perceive the Guru? | நாம் குருவை உண்மையில் எவ்வாறு உணர வேண்டும்?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains that we attain the state we identify with. If we see the Guru as just a physical body, we remain limited to the body. If we see him as the mind or life-force, we rise only to those levels. But when we see the Guru as the Atman, the Supreme Light, we transcend all limitations and reach the highest state of realization.Scientists continuously try to discover the fundamental substance of the Universe. They found that the atom is the basic unit. They then explore the cause of the atom’s movement by studying its inner core. The inner core drives the motion of the atom. Within it, there is the speed of thought, fullness, courage, and pressure. Inside the atom, there is also sound, movement, and tone. That is why it is called Nada Brahmam. From this arises a radiant, wondrous divine light. This is not the body you see. It is not the gross physical form. It is not inert matter. It is a subtle energy that cannot be seen, the Supreme Light. That is my true nature, the Atman. So, do not see the Guru as a physical body. In whatever way you see the Guru, you reach that same state. If you see the Guru as a body, you connect with the body. If you see the Guru as the mind, you connect with the mind. If you see the Guru as life-force, you connect with life. But if you see the Guru as the Atman, as the form of the Supreme Light, you become that. You become what you associate with. The darshan of a realized Guru should lead you to become like Him. Do you want His wealth? Do you want His knowledge? No, you must become Him. To become Him means to become the Supreme Light, the Atman. The Guru teaches you to realize yourself just as He has realized himself. He shapes everyone into that same state. You and I are not different. But you still identify with the body, so you see differences like color, height, and form. Even if you identify with the mind, you only form mental identity. Go beyond all this and realize the wondrous inner true nature. Hold firmly to that realization.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Santhosamhttps://universalpeacefoundation.org

    In what way does an individual’s action impact the balance of the Universe?ஒரு தனி மனிதனின் செயல் பிரபஞ்சத்தின் சமநிலையை எவ்வாறு மாற்றுகிறது?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains that no one lives in isolation; we all depend on one another. For a human to truly live well, harmony must exist not only among people, but also within the five elements, the planets, the stars, and the entire Universe. This Holy Penance is not only created for humanity. Humans cannot live alone; we depend on each other. We need all the forces of the world to live. We need the movement of the five elements (panchabhootos). We need the waves of the planets. We need the energies of the stars. So, no person exists alone. In the beginning, everything was one. That “I” is no longer separate; it has become everything. We now exist as “we.” If we want to live well, all humanity must live well. The five elements must stay balanced. The planets must function well. The stars must move in harmony. For our well-being, the entire Universe must function properly.A human is a small part of the Universe. When an individual acts in balance, it supports the family, society, nation, world, elements, and all living beings. So, a person’s mistake does not stop with them. It affects society, the nation, the world, the sky, the earth, the elements, and even the solar system. The Sun connects to the Earth. The Earth connects to humans. So, we are not separate individuals; we are the Universe. If we want to be well, the Universe must be well. The Universe is a union of many layers. We cannot understand it by thought alone; we must experience it deeply. Everything in the Universe exists within each human. We call the force that moves everything Brahman, God, divine energy, or divine space. From that divine space, humans emerged as a powerful energy. That same energy exists within us; we call it the Atman. Real wisdom comes from realizing the Atman.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What is the real impact of inner realization on the outer world? | மெய்ஞானம் அடைவதன் மூலம் புற உலகில் எப்படிப்பட்ட மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்க முடியும்?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan says that true transformation begins within, and a handful of realized souls can become the unseen force that sustains the Universe. We cannot go beyond the mind without first giving the body what it needs. We cannot transcend the intellect without crossing the mind. We cannot gain true Self experience unless we deeply inquire into the Atma that has crossed the intellectual state. So, when wise people and seekers who want to realize God reach this state, they bring benefit to everyone. Just one good person can bring goodness to all, like rain that falls for everyone. We do not need many such wise people; even one percent in a town is enough. In earlier times, every village had a few people who realized themselves, gained Self experience, and understood the four principles of life. People called them Brahmins (அந்தணர்). Even though they were only a few families, they worked for the welfare of the whole village. They did not think of anything other than the good of the village. They knew all arts but did not use them to earn money. They understood business methods but did not engage in business. People in such a high state guided others on the right path.A person who lives for dharma and teaches it is a Brahmin. A person who gives his life for dharma is a Kshatriya. A person who earns wealth with dharma is a Vaishya. A person who supports all these three and also grows spiritually is a Shudra. These four roles must be guided and disciplined properly. Only those who know the path should guide others. True dharma is not what benefits only oneself, one’s family, society, nation, or even humanity alone, but what benefits the entire Universe.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Why is feeding the hungry considered the highest form of service? பசித்தவர்களுக்கு உணவு அளிப்பது ஏன் உயர்ந்த சேவையாக கருதப்படுகிறது?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan unfolds a deeply striking episode from the Mahabharata on the Kurukshetra battlefield, revealing the overwhelming power of hunger through the poignant encounter between Gandhari and Krishna. After people gain wisdom, they do not keep it to themselves. A hungry man walks along the street begging. People at the temple call him and invite him to join Gurumahan, who is observing penance for 21 days without food, speech, or interaction. The man does not ask whether he will gain wisdom, he asks if they will give him food.Hunger tightens and pains every nerve in the body. So we must feed those who are hungry. When someone asks for food, we should not refuse, we must first offer them food. That is why people honor those who feed others as divine. When hunger strikes, it makes everything else disappear relationships, traditions, affection, and dignity. The Mahabharata illustrates this truth. Gandhari loses all her sons, including Duryodhana. She stands on the battlefield and cries in deep sorrow. Krishna comes to her and explains that victory and defeat are natural in war. He asks her to calm her mind and return to the palace, reminding her that her tears cannot bring back the dead. But Gandhari refuses. She blames Krishna and says she will not return to the palace without her children. She feels like an orphan despite giving birth to a 100 sons. She continues to grieve and refuses to leave. After some time, hunger rises within her. Hunger grows stronger even than sorrow. She looks around for food but finds nothing. Then she sees meat hanging on a tree. Driven by hunger, she loses awareness and judgment. She tries to reach it but cannot. So she places Duryodhana’s body below, stacks the bodies of her sons one over another, and climbs on them to reach the meat.Hunger strips away all awareness even a queen loses herself to it. Earlier, Krishna had told her that no one can endure hunger and that hunger makes everything else fade. She did not listen then. Now, when hunger becomes unbearable, Krishna appears again and reminds her of his words. He asks her to come with him so he can satisfy her hunger.Only those who rise beyond the body can transcend hunger. Others cannot escape hunger and thirst. So we must eliminate hunger from the world. That is why sages established the practice of offering food in temples. They also taught that we must feed guests first in every home before we eat.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Why do good people suffer and what does it awaken within them? | நல்லவர்கள் அனுபவிக்கும் துன்பம், அவர்களுள் எந்த உள்ளார்ந்த எழுச்சியை உருவாக்குகிறது?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains how questioning the purpose of one’s birth opens the path to intuition and ultimately leads to wisdom. If you ask whether intuition is needed for everyone, it is for those who sincerely seek to know God and question their own existence. They begin to ask: Who am I? How was I born? Why was I born poor while others are born wealthy, educated, and full of talent? They wonder, who am I really, and who are others? A person who reflects in this way starts to feel, why do only I suffer like this? I try to do good to everyone. Since birth, I have not caused harm to any living being. Yet why does suffering come only to me? Was I born only to suffer and experience pain? To such a deeply questioning and thoughtful person, true wisdom begins to unfold.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! If the Supreme Divine light exists in all, why do we experience separation and conflict? | அனைவரிலும் உள்ளது பரஞ்ஜோதி என்றால், ஏன் நம்முள் வேறுபடும், போர் சூழல்களும் உருவாகின்றது?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan says that from the One Divine Light arose the entire creation, and reflects on the boundless compassion of Ramalinga Swamigal, who attained self-realisation in the last century and shared that divine bliss with all humanity.Self realised beings did not keep their wisdom to themselves. They wished to share their discoveries with humanity, yet many enlightened masters passed away before they could fully express the truths they had found.Even in the last century, one such realized soul (Vallalar) attained Divine bliss on his own. He went beyond all forms of worship, composed the five Thirumurais, and further established the sixth Thirumurai—a scripture meant for practical living. He proclaimed, “I have realized this truth. My beloved people of the world, come to me. With supreme compassion, let us all live in the bliss of the Arutperunjothi that I have experienced.”In a mind that has perceived this divine light, compassion arises naturally. It is not that he alone is that light, what was one (Divine light) in the beginning continues to exist as one even now. From the primordial darkness arose the strong sense of “I.” This spread everywhere as thought. Within that thought came the urge to evolve, which led to movement. From movement came pressure, from pressure came sound, and from sound emerged a vast, ever-expanding energy, like a great fire. This is the beginningless and endless Arutperunjothi. From this supreme light came atoms. Through their combinations and separations, the world was formed. Within this world, three fundamental qualities (Tamas, Rajas, Sattva) appeared. Through their nature and the functioning of the five elements, creation unfolded, giving rise to ego. From ego emerged the desire to take form, leading to the development of the subtle senses sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Gradually, this evolved from inert existence into living beings.Life first emerged in water. As the Earth cooled and land formed, life evolved from aquatic beings to plants, then to crawling creatures, flying beings, and finally walking beings. Among all these forms of life, true wisdom is to realize that all differences are, in essence, one’s own self.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Science explains the unseen atom; can spirituality help us experience the unseen Divine? | அறிவியல் காண முடியாத அணுவை விளக்குகிறது—அதேபோல் ஆன்மிகம் காண முடியாத இறைவனை அனுபவிக்கச் செய்யுமா?

In the 16th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan States the Parallel Between Science and Spirituality in Humanity’s Quest to Remove Suffering.People often ask where to search for something that cannot be easily found (God) and how to attain it. They also wonder how they can realize the subtle energy that cannot be seen. To help people understand this, wise beings created certain methods and practices. We cannot see an atom with our eyes. Yet science explains the atom by giving it a model and describing its structure. It explains the outer part of the atom, its center, and the energy within it so that people can understand it.In the same way, temple worship was created to help people experience the subtle divine energy that cannot be seen. In a temple, this energy is symbolized inside the dark sanctum. The sound of the bell and the light of the camphor flame help people feel this presence. Through the visible form we worship, we learn to realize the formless divine truth within ourselves.Religions that arose in Bharat were created to teach this truth. In fact, religions around the world were not formed by ordinary people. Wise sages created them after deep thought and spiritual practice to help remove human suffering.Just as scientists spend many years researching to find solutions for human problems, spiritual sages also searched deeply for the cause of human suffering. They discovered that the peace people search for outside actually exists within themselves.Through deep meditation and reflection, they realized profound truths. These truths later appeared as the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Sutras, and various spiritual traditions. When these discoveries benefited many people, they grew into respected religions. If they benefited only a few people, they slowly disappeared with time.Through Velvis and Yajnas, sages revealed a unique spiritual truth for the welfare of humanity.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What is the difference between scientific knowledge and spiritual realization? | வெளிப்புற அறிவியல் ஆராய்ச்சிக்கும் உள்ளார்ந்த ஆன்மிக ஞானத்திற்கும் உள்ள வேறுபாடு என்ன?

In the 16th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains that just as a scientist shares his discoveries for the welfare of the world, a true spiritual seeker also shares the wisdom of self-realisation. When one realises that the same divine energy exists in all beings and spreads this understanding to others, it awakens a sense of oneness among people. Only this awareness of unity can bring true harmony and peace to humanity. In the 16th Velvi, my devoted trustees and respected wisdom teachers understand the greatness of this penance. For many ages, this penance has protected Bharat. Why must we protect Bharat? Because by protecting Bharat, we can protect the whole world. That is why many people born in Bharat stand as examples to the world in different fields.Even though we advance greatly in science, people do not find complete fulfillment through it. An atomic scientist studies the atom, but he studies it as something separate from himself. His research gives him results. But true spiritual wisdom teaches the scientist that the energy inside the atom is also within him.For example, today we say that someone from the West first stepped on the moon. But if a spiritual seeker from Bharat had gone there, he would not step on it immediately. First he would touch the moon with reverence and offer respect. Only then would he begin his study. This shows the difference between knowledge and spirituality. Knowledge keeps searching again and again. Spirituality realizes what it seeks and experiences joy in that realization.Spirituality does not mean experiencing truth and keeping it only for oneself. When a person experiences great bliss, deep peace, great power, love, and beauty, he should share it with others. In the same way, when a scientist realizes that the same energy exists within the atom and within us, and helps others understand that we are all one with it, a feeling of unity arises.Until this feeling of unity arises, humanity cannot live in true peace, harmony, or happiness. That is why people keep searching for peace, harmony, and happiness through knowledge. But they cannot find them outside, because they already exist within us.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! What is the one thing that blocks spiritual experience, even in the presence of the Guru? | குருவின் அருகில் இருந்தும் ஆன்மீக அனுபவம் வராமல் இருப்பதற்கு காரணம் என்ன?

In the 16th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan says the trials of the Universe lead the disciple towards complete surrender and divine wisdom. The Supreme Light, the all-pervading reality, fills everything everywhere and showers waves of divine grace into the world. Many sages, saints, and Siddha beings dedicated themselves to the welfare of humanity. Through deep penance they realized great truths and wished to share them with the world. Some of them exist in subtle states beyond human sight. Through this 16tg Velvi, they fulfill their long-cherished aspirations. All the wishes of the participants united to conduct this Velvi so that the coming age may become like a Satya Yuga. The five elements (Pancha Bhootas) also aligned with this purpose, making the Velvi a special one. This great yajna, performed for the welfare of the world, took place joyfully and successfully. If nations and people maintain good intentions, even if there is delay and suffering increases for a time, the results will surely come later often far greater than expected. In the same way, the noble intentions behind the previous 15 Velvis helped make this 16th Velvi a remarkable one. Those who participated visibly and those who participated invisibly all shared in its joy. Some people came with the intention of performing the Velvi with the Guru for twenty-one days. Others came only to watch. They too were allowed. After facing certain tests, when they finally surrendered, they received a complete experience of spiritual wisdom (Gnana). My beloved wisdom teachers often say that some people think they do not need to perform penance and believe that merely seeing the Guru will remove all their faults. For such people, and for those who sincerely sought knowledge, special experiences unfolded. For three days, without many explanations, each person experienced the Velvi through their body, mind, intellect and beyond. Through these experiences they understood spiritual principles.Yet these principles must be realized more deeply. Those three days carried the essence of the full 21 days of Velvi. If you had surrendered completely on the very first day, the path you would have understood would have been even higher.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What prevents us from realizing the truth within us? | நம்முள் இருக்கும் உண்மையை உணரத் தடையாக இருப்பது என்ன?

In the 16th Velvi discourse(2005-2006), Gurumahan says that devotion to God is only the first step on the spiritual path. A seeker must go beyond devotion and seek the guidance of a true Guru, live by Guru's words in order to realise the Supreme Self within. That one truth which, when realised, equals attaining everything, is the very power that moves the Universe. That same Universal energy shines within every person as the Self. This wisdom is not new. For ages, the spiritual tradition of Sanatana Dharma in Bharat has shared this truth with all of humanity.Yet many people believe that such teachings are meant only for a few. Without truly understanding these principles or realising God as it truly is, they remain at the first step of devotion. Feeling that devotion alone is enough, they continue striving across many births. But in this present birth, one receives the rare opportunity to make a sincere effort to realise the truth.Finding a Guru itself is the fruit of the merits earned over many lifetimes. However, merely finding a Guru is not enough. The Guru shows the path that leads to the divine state. When a seeker develops complete faith in the Guru, they begin to follow his guidance with sincerity. By valuing every word of the Guru, understanding his teachings, and putting them into practice, the seeker gradually moves closer to realisation. Whatever we deeply trust and hold firmly in our mind will ultimately guide our life, and with unwavering faith in the Guru, that guidance leads us toward the highest truth.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Why is the Divine Vibration - MeiUnarvu gained through Kundalini Initation so precious? குண்டலினி தீட்சையின் மூலம் அனுபவிக்கப்படும் மெய் உணர்வு ஏன் ஒரு அரிய பொக்கிஷம்?

In the 14th Velvi Discourse, Gurumahan Compares Divine Vibration (MeiUnarvu) to a Priceless Diamond Whose True Value Can Be Recognized Only by a Self Realized Yogi!My dear ones, never abandon this Divine vibration that has been given to you as initiation. This is the very state that great saints, sages, and prophets sought for ages. They performed intense penance, melted their bodies through austerity, stood on one leg for long years, and meditated deeply on God to attain this realization. Some undertook severe spiritual disciplines such as Lambika Yoga. They trained their tongues and bodies for many years, remained motionless in deep samadhi, and waited until they were blessed to meet a true Guru. Only then did they receive this supreme realization (MeiUnarvu) and attain that exalted state.Yet you have received this rare awareness in this very birth. It has come to you because of the merits you gathered and the devotion you offered to God over previous births. This awareness is not something ordinary. It is a treasure that cannot be easily found even after long searching. To understand its greatness, try remaining without food and water for three days. Then you will begin to realize the value of this awareness. Reflect on the compassion of Gnanavallal Paranjothi Magan who has freely granted you such a precious gift. You may have come expecting something small, like ten rupees. But imagine someone suddenly placing a million rupees in your hands. You may feel happy, yet at the same time you may doubt it and wonder whether it is real or whether you are worthy of it. If you ask others about this experience, they may not understand it. Some may even say it is only imagination. Medical science cannot fully explain such a subtle inner feeling. Just as doctors press between the eyebrows to check whether a patient is fully under anesthesia, this spiritual sensation is entirely different from anything known in medicine. This experience cannot be recognized everywhere. If someone finds a large diamond, a child will think it is just a shiny stone. Only a skilled diamond merchant can recognize its true value. In the same way, only a great yogi who has experienced this divine awareness can explain its nature. Many who follow other spiritual paths may not know about this state. Therefore, this true awareness is not an ordinary sensation. It is a divine awareness that exists beyond the five senses.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! True prosperity in the world will arise only through those who have realized MeiUnarvu—the Divine vibration through Kundalini awakening!மெய் உணர்வாளர்கள் மூலமாகத்தான் இந்த உலகிற்கு சுபிட்சம் ஏற்பட இருக்கிறது!

In the 14th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan teaches that eternal life unfolds when one steadily abides in the divine awareness received during the initiation at Thirumoorthi Hills. Through meditation, yogis can radiate noble thoughts, purify the world, and bring about a positive transformation.Among people, you are elevated beings. Others have only awareness of the five senses, but you have received true awareness (MeiUnarvu). We call you those who are God-conscious, Self-conscious, truth conscious. You have understood the subtle reality and received the higher initiation of wisdom in Thirumoorthi Hills. You went beyond the mind and experienced divine awareness at the highest inner peak, Crown chakra. With this awareness, you can obtain everything needed to live in this world. You can live in harmony with society, experience life in the right way, and joyfully fulfill the great purpose of human birth. Through such truth-aware people, a positive transformation will arise in the world. In earlier times, ascetic yogis spread waves of goodwill throughout the world. While others slept, they remained awake and performed spiritual practices that nurtured noble thoughts, harmony, friendship, and goodness in society. Through righteous rulers, they helped establish just governance so that all beings in the world could live happily.Today such conditions have become rare. Only a few people now follow the path of tapas yoga. These yogis draw cosmic energy and channel it through their mind, through the Sahasrara, and through the Third Eye center. In this way they purify their surroundings and fill them with waves of good intention. They live with the noble aim that they themselves and all beings should live in happiness. Those who live in such true tapas are the ones who have realized the truth.Yet you have not fully understood your own greatness. When you understand yourself, you can live a joyful life on this earth. Not only in this life, but you will also gain a noble state beyond. That is why this tapas brings happiness in both this world and the next. You may hear that people practiced severe austerities for many ages. But you do not need to perform such long and painful penances. You do not need to torment the body like the Guru. The teaching says: Melt the flesh and allow the inner light to grow. But I say, you do not need to suffer. Remain where you are and simply give a little attention to divine awareness every morning and evening. It is enough to remember it. It is enough to remain steady in it. When you rest in that awareness, unite with it, and become filled with it, that alone is sufficient. In that state, whatever you think can come to you. You can receive all the good things needed in this world. Therefore, one should joyfully realize the Self, strengthen inner power, use it in daily life, experience life properly, and finally complete the great purpose of birth in supreme bliss.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! From purity arises clarity of intellect, and a clear mind naturally finds peace. In that peaceful state, the Divine Light Paranjothi shines brightly within. The same Divine Light that governs the entire Universe also lives within you—as your inner light, your path, and your guiding support. In this age of Kali Yuga, you do not need to struggle in distress. God’s grace is already present for you in abundance. To help you receive that grace, a worthy Guru is there, and ashram is also available. Use these blessings wisely, deepen your spiritual practice, and cultivate a sincere interest in penance and inner discipline.Ask yourself now, what do you truly seek? Do you want wealth? Do you wish for good health? Do you desire peace of mind? To live well in this world, do you not need the means to sustain life? Do you want clarity of knowledge and sharp intelligence? Naturally, you wish for all these things. So pray to the Lord, “Grant me all that is good and necessary. Let me not desire what should not be desired.” What should be avoided? Desire and anger. This is the land of Bharata where women are revered as divine. Which woman is honoured as divine? The one who is free from desire and free from anger. A mind untouched by desire and anger reflects true divinity. My beloved seekers of truth, I trust that those who pursue true understanding will remain free from desire and anger.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Why does the Gurumahan performs intense penance every year for disciples, and how does it help in resolving their karma?

In the 14th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan deeply moves the listeners as He reveals the sacrifices He undertakes, bearing the karmic burdens of His disciples and accepting responsibility for their actions to uplift them towards soul awakening.Compared with other Velvis, this 14th Velvi was performed with greater austerity and intensity. Even if a person gains Tattva (philosophy), Dhavam (spiritual discipline), and wisdom, the body will still carry out its natural functions if its needs are ignored. Then why should this Velvi be so strict? When a mother sees her children suffering from illness or difficulties in body or mind, she prays to God and performs various acts of devotion so that the sins they may have committed knowingly or unknowingly are removed. If a child suffers from a disease like pox, the mother becomes even more devoted and disciplined than the child. For the sake of her child’s recovery, she observes fasts, performs prayers, and willingly endures hunger and hardship without complaint. In the same way, a Guru acts for the sake of those who sincerely seek truth. All those who have received initiation in this Gnanapeedam are like beloved children of wisdom. Before gaining true knowledge, whatever actions you perform, knowingly or unknowingly, belong to you alone. But once Kundalini initiation is given, the responsibility of guiding and protecting you also rests with the Guru.If you cause suffering to other living beings through your thoughts, words, or actions, that responsibility reaches the Guru as well. After countless births, you have obtained this rare human birth, and in this life you have come to the Guru to attain wisdom. To ensure that the mistakes you make do not harm you, the Guru performs these Holy Penance.Guru does not perform them to gain power for Himself. Instead, I pray to God so that the suffering and sorrow that may arise from the actions of my beloved seekers, whether done knowingly or unknowingly, may be removed. I pray that they should not face suffering in this life and that they may attain liberation itself.Even after reaching the Guru through many hardships, if they continue to live only with attachment to the body and fail to recognise their true nature, they will have to experience the consequences of their actions in this very life. This world is the field of karma: whatever you sow, you must reap. Whether one is a saint or a great sage, no one can escape the results of their actions. As a Guru, my only wish is that you should receive only good. Just as a mother serves food first to her husband and children and eats whatever remains, a Guru lives solely for the upliftment of those who received my teachings, so that they may grow in body, mind, and spirit.I even pray to God not to test them again, wondering whether they will be able to bear further trials. I ask myself what should be done to remove the suffering caused by their karmic burdens, whether I should discipline the body, remain without food, or withdraw from meeting others. This Velvi was performed for that very purpose. Because the Velvi was intense, I could not speak immediately afterward. My only prayer is that you should live in wellbeing and prosperity. Every being born into this world is meant to live in happiness.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Why do people in Kali Yuga struggle to follow traditional spiritual disciplines?கலியுகத்தில் மக்கள் உயர் ஆத்ம நிலையைப் பின்பற்ற ஏன் சிரமப்படுகிறார்கள்?

In the 14th Velvi Discourse (2003-2004), Gurumahan Speaks on the Precious Gift of Human Birth and Shows How Remembering and Chanting the Divine Name Becomes the Path to God in Kali Yuga!Among all living beings, the human being is considered the highest. To get this rare human birth, the soul has passed through countless lives over immeasurable periods of time. Yet even after attaining this precious birth, many fail to realise the ultimate truth and remain caught in the endless cycle between birth and death. The scriptures speak of four ages, known as the yugas. In the earlier three ages (Sathya, Treta, Dwapar), people attained the Divine through intense penance, acts of charity, and sacred rituals. However, in the present age of Kali Yuga, it is said that simply chanting and remembering the name of God is enough to reach the highest spiritual state. Why is this so? Because in Kali Yuga righteousness gradually declines. Love and respect between parents and children weaken. Affection among siblings diminishes. True friendship loses its meaning, and even relationships such as those between employer and worker become unstable. Deceit and selfishness begin to increase. In such an age, the human mind easily becomes absorbed in basic instincts—eating, sleeping, seeking comfort, enjoying pleasures, and continuing the cycle of reproduction.During such times, it becomes difficult for people to reflect on God, study sacred wisdom, live by righteousness, or deeply realise that the Divine exists and must be attained. Practices such as severe penance, sacrificial rituals, and elaborate spiritual disciplines therefore become difficult for most people. For this reason, the sages taught a simpler path for this age: if one sincerely remembers God and chants the Divine Name, that alone can gradually lead a person toward union with the Divine.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Does suffering after spiritual awakening break you or transform you?| ஆன்மிகப் பாதையில் வரும் துன்பம் நம்மை சிதைக்கிறதா, அல்லது செதுக்குகிறதா?

In the 14th Velvi Discourse(2003-2004), Gurumahan Says pain and suffering after Kundalini awakening  or the Gnana Initiation Lead the Seeker Toward Liberation. He urges us to draw inspiration from the lives of Buddha, Jesus, Prophet Muhammad, and the teachings of the Ramayana and Mahabharata, and to see suffering as a call to uphold dharma and move towards inner freedom. In this very birth, you have gained the opportunity to attain liberation. We told you this even before you came to the Velvi. When you lived only in devotion, you did not experience much suffering. But after receiving this wisdom teaching and reaching the Guru, some difficulties may arise. This happens because you must clear the karma of many past births in this one birth. Suffering and sorrow come to awaken you and help you grow to a higher state. In truth, they are not real suffering. When a woman conceives, she undergoes many hardships for ten months. She lets go of her selfish needs and thinks only about the well-being of the child. She makes many sacrifices. Even after the child is born, she continues to make great efforts to raise the child. Few hardships are greater than this.In the same way, the yogis and truthful saints who lived in this land of Bharath experienced many hardships. When you look at their lives, you will see that the suffering they endured was far greater than anything you may face in this life. So whenever you face sorrow, remember the great sages who lived before. Think of Buddha. Think of Jesus. Think of Prophet Muhammad. Think of Shankara. When you remember them, you will see that they sacrificed themselves for the welfare of the world and patiently endured many hardships. They lived for truth and wanted to proclaim that truth to the world. For this, they gave up royal positions, family life, relatives, and worldly comforts. Even when they lived in forests and faced many difficulties, they never abandoned their dharma. The same message appears in epics like the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. Instead of debating whether the stories happened exactly as told, we should look at the life principles they teach. Even in times when truth and dharma existed strongly, the heroes faced many hardships but still stood firm in their dharma.Realised beings say that life is not just a physical life. Life must become a life of dharma. Through you, truth and dharma must once again stand strong in this world. When people live with dharma, all good things will naturally arise in the world. Humanity must once again follow a life rooted in divine dharma. A world where everyone lives with well-being and happiness should arise. These spiritual practices and Velvis take place for that purpose. By uplifting yourself, you uplift your family, your society, Bharath, and ultimately the whole world. With this single noble aim, these Velvis are performed.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! Why is identifying with the body considered ignorance (ego)? | உடலை ‘நான்’ என்று அடையாளப்படுத்துவது ஏன் அறியாமை (அகங்காரம்) என்று கருதப்படுகிறது?

The witness consciousness in waking, dream, and deep sleep states is the all-pervading, omnipresent, all-powerful primordial energy. Through 'I' thought, it manifested as sound, and from that sound it becomes light which fills the entire Universe. A scientist says that everything in the world is made of atoms. But a devotee sees everything as filled with God. A wise person says that everything seen lies in the awareness of the beholder. By constant enquiry, the seeker finally becomes one with Divine. A devotee who searches for God worships deeply, and he becomes That itself. After becoming That, his real nature is the nature of the Self (Atma), which is your true nature too. The qualities of the Self are love, grace, wisdom, power, beauty, bliss, peace. But you do not see yourself as the Self, you see yourself as a physical form. Every day you look in the mirror. You only see your body, not your true Self. Yet you say, “I saw myself.” In truth you only saw your body. Just as you see your car when you sit inside it, you only see the body in which you live. Your real nature is not this body. It exists inside. If you want to see your true Self, you must turn inward. That inner Self is covered by unnecessary qualities like desire, anger, greed, attachment, pride, and jealousy. Because of these coverings, you think the body is you. When you see the body, you think you are beautiful or strong. But this body will perish. You are the eternal witnessing Self. You are not the beauty or strength of the body. When you go beyond the body, you sometimes think you are an angry person. When anger comes, you even say that you may become like an animal. But that means you are not anger itself. Ego means considering something unreal as real. When you think the perishable body is “I,” that is ego and ignorance. The aim of the Vedas is to remove this ego and ignorance. Think about it. If you travel in a car, are you the car? If you ride in a chariot, are you the chariot? No, the vehicle belongs to you, but you are not the vehicle. In the same way, you are not the senses touch, speech, sight, smell, or hearing. You are not the mind either. You are not even the charioteer. With your physical eyes and intellect you only see the outer body. Do you truly see the Guru? The Guru is not limited by the physical body. He exists within that body and within you. He speaks, sees, and hears from within. If you search outside for ages, you will not find this inner reality. Turn your senses and mind inward. When you see this inner awareness, you will see the Supreme within it. In this world there are solid forms, liquids, heat, air, and space. But behind all these elements there is one fundamental reality, the Supreme Truth. It is eternal, permanent, and everlasting. It alone truly exists. That is why sages call it the Ultimate Reality. Where is this truth? It exists everywhere. There is no place where it is absent. That is why the Siddhas said, “Do not leave the place where it exists and search for it where it does not exist, O precious one of wisdom.” You are all treasures of wisdom. The divine power already exists within you. If you turn inward, you can see the vision of God. You do not need to walk to temples or go on pilgrimages. You do not need to travel far or climb mountains to see God. In this age, God already exists within you wherever you are. You need only the mind. If you turn the mind inward, you can see the divine. But your mind looks at things outside. The intellect tries to know everything outside itself. Yet it fears to know itself. When knowledge truly knows itself, it shines as the Lord of the Universe.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! One good thought is enough to burn away all inner impurities! நல்லது ஒன்றை நினைத்தால் போதும்; அத்தனை குப்பைகளும் எறிந்துவிடும்!!

Gurumahan gently reminds seekers who have received initiation to think, speak, and act with wisdom. By living with such awareness, the mind’s impurities gradually fall away. When one has understood that everything is ParaBrahmam, it becomes even more important to live in harmony with that truth. If, despite this understanding, a person knowingly does wrong, the consequences may be stronger than for those who are still unaware, hence the need to walk the path with sincerity and responsibility. If you see impurities in your mind yet feel unable to remove them, that is ignorance. The resolve that “I will remove them” is determination. One who recognises his mistakes and corrects them is truly wise. But when someone knowingly does wrong, punishment will follow. My dear ones, whoever you may be, you must experience the results of the actions you perform. That is why we say: think good, speak good, and do good, then only good will come to you.Do not commit wrong even unknowingly. A person who errs without knowing receives a lesser punishment. But one who knowingly does wrong receives a greater punishment.Ordinary people may receive only a small punishment for their mistakes. But if you come to the Guru’s path, practise this meditation, and realise that God is One and that all beings are nothing other than 'That', yet still commit wrong, then your punishment will be greater than that of an ordinary person.A child may be forgiven for its mistakes. But when a knowledgeable person does wrong, forgiveness is rare. Therefore, before doing anything, reflect carefully with your intelligence on what is right and what is wrong. In the same way, think before you speak, and speak with care so that no mistake arises.Do not feel discouraged thinking, “I see the impurities, but I do not know how to remove them.” Simply move away from those impurities and hold on to a single good thought. When you do that, all the inner garbage will gradually fall away.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe! What is the impact of good and harmful perception on the body, mind, and soul?நல்ல உணர்வுகளும் தீய உணர்வுகளும் உடல், மனம் மற்றும் ஆன்மாவிற்கு ஏற்படுத்தும் தாக்கம் என்ன?

Your thoughts become your perception, and your perception shapes your life. Gurumahan reveals how cultivating positive awareness and divine consciousness can lead to inner peace and spiritual awakening!Gurumahan Reveals the Way to Transcend the Cycle of Birth and Death by Holding to the Divine Vibration Received as Atma Upadesha. When a thought arises, sense perception also arises. The thoughts that appear in your mind become your what your senses perceive. These feelings are of two kinds: good  and harmful. When the thoughts in your mind are right, they become good perception. When the thoughts are not right, they create harmful perception, and those feelings bring harm to the body, mind, and soul. Good exp rience of sense perception protect the body, the mind, and the soul. Therefore, always perceive the good! Whatever you think of, will bring a perception with it. When you think of a sweet like laddu, the expelrience of sweetness appears. When you think of bitter gourd, its bitter nature comes to mind. When you think of a dear friend, good feeling arise. When you think of someone who caused you pain, unpleasantness arise. What you always need are those good experiences. Think of what brings joy. When you keep thinking of the Divine vibration (MeiUnarvu), that very divine awareness becomes a joyful experience. To reach that higher state, in every birth people pray to God and seek a Guru. Even after attaining the Guru and reaching certain states, they forget their true Self. Without knowing the secret of their birth, they are born again, enter the womb again, live in the body, and eventually face death. To understand birth and death and to attain the deathless state, the teachings called Brahma Upadesa and Atma Upadesa are given.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What Happens When Kundalini Energy Reaches the Brain? குண்டலினி சக்தி மூளையை அடைந்தால் என்ன நிகழும்?

Gurumahan highlights how to draw abundant cosmic energy at the crown chakra, rejuvenate the body, mind and intellect, utilise the energies in daily life, and experience true bliss. The energy rising from Mooladhara towards the  center of the brain, as it spins at the crown, it draws in all cosmic energies. Crossing the Brahmarandhra, it moves beyond turiyam into turiyateetam, absorbing Universal power. It grows stronger, develops further, and brings joy and expands knowledge. By knowing the Self, one develops this energy and uses it in daily life, experiencing pleasure, and fulfilling the great purpose of birth in bliss. This power is born in every cell of the body. Through silent meditation, it fills each cell millions upon millions. The brain, though only two percent of body weight, directs blood flow to feet and controls countless cells. When the brain receives good energy, it grants the body the wondrous power to act. Thus, this supreme energy removes the three kinds of suffering physical, mental, and intellectual and fulfills the great purpose of life.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What Does Santhosam Truly Mean? | சந்தோஷம் என்றால் என்ன ?

In the 13th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan explains the true meaning of “Santhosham.”Santhosham (happiness) is the very state of the Supreme, an expression of boundless love, infinite intelligence, power, bliss, and peace. It is a state completely free from all flaws. When a person drifts into forgetfulness of the Divine, we gently remind them by saying “Santhosham,” meaning: do not forget God. Expressions such as “Shiva Shiva,” “Allah,” and “Kartar” all point to the same Supreme Reality.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! What happens when our Mind becomes absolutely Still? |மனம் முழுமையான அமைதியை அடையும் போது என்ன அனுபவம் ஏற்படும்?

In the 13th Velvi discourse, Gurumahan leads seekers into meditation, inviting them to sit in stillness and offer all their prayers, worries, and heartfelt requests at the Guru’s feet. As the mind quietens in that moment of surrender, the seeker begins to feel the presence of the all-pervading Supreme Light within.Think of the Supreme Divine Light Paranjothi and sit in a comfortable posture for a minute. Place all your requests and concerns before the Guru. Sit in a relaxed position without any strain or pressure. Gently close your eyes. Bend your neck slightly forward so that your chin touches your chest. Let your tongue touch the upper palette or clench your teeth and take deep breaths in and out. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply again and again.Let the Brahma energy move inward as creative power. Let the Vishnu energy flow through all parts of your body and protect through the nerves. Let the Shiva energy remove all unnecessary elements from within. Let the Brahma energy enter as creative force, transform as Vishnu energy to protect, and act as Shiva energy to remove all that is not needed. Let these three energies - Kundalini as creative force, Jiva as protective force, and Prana as life force work together to give health to your body, peace to your mind, clarity to your intellect, enthusiasm to your life, and fulfillment to your soul. Now raise your neck slightly and turn your gaze inward to the point between your eyebrows, the inner eye. This is the place where divine power exists. This forehead center is where immense power arises in humans. The third eye controls the functions of the body, mind, and life force. You experience the Divine energy there as inner awareness. That supreme energy rises from the base as Kundalini and reaches the forehead center. It exists as awareness in knowledge and as feeling in the body. Now go beyond feelings and thoughts and unite with pure awareness. God exists there as pure consciousness.Worship your chosen form of God there. You may worship as Allah, as Kartar, as light, as Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma, Rudra, Mahesha, as Shakti, as Ganesha, or Muruga. Worship in any form you love, as a form if you are a devotee, or as pure awareness if you are a yogi. Ask the Divine there. Knock and it will open. Ask and it will be given. Place all your burdens and intentions there. The cosmic energy will descend through your crown as Guru’s grace and bring what you truly need. Instead of asking for everything you want, pray: “O God, do what is good for me, my family, and everyone.”Think with wisdom and ask with clarity. Gain knowledge and reach higher states. When you go beyond the forehead center to the crown, you realize that you are the soul. When you remain in that awareness, love flows from you, knowledge expands, grace fills you, and your body radiates light. Peace spreads everywhere in the Universe.Let this peace spread to your family, neighbors, street, city, state, nation, and the whole world. Let all beings live in happiness. Let the world attain peace and harmony. Let all leaders live in well-being. Place your hands on your forehead and affirm: “I am the soul. I am love. I am knowledge. I am power. I am bliss. I am peace. I am divine.”Let all beings live happily. Let the world attain peace and harmony. Blessings to the world from the forehead center. Let true wisdom grow. Let peace prevail. Let us protect the welfare of the world. Let us protect world peace. By the grace of the true Guru, let the age of truth prevail.
