cultivating routines
In this episode, we explore the art of self-care routines with a refreshing perspective. Join me as I unpack the pressures we face in "doing it all" and challenge the all-or-nothing mentality that surrounds self-care. It’s not about rigid, perfect routines or checking off every wellness box each day. Instead, it’s about honouring yourself, filling your cup in a way that feels natural and sustainable. I share insights into creating a routine that aligns with who you truly are and allows you to show up for yourself daily—without guilt, shame, or the need to follow someone else’s plan. -- If you enjoyed listening to this episode, please consider supporting the podcast by commenting, following, or giving us a rating—it really helps! taking yourself seriously, shadow work & overcoming ego
we need to give ourselves permission to start being more of our carefree selves we used to be when we were younger. we need to allow ourselves more space to be different and take action towards the things that light us up. it's not dangerous to be different anymore. in this episode we talk about shadow work, overcoming ego and practicing the self-love we preach about. hope you like it! xx

allowing yourself to take action and letting the journey teach you
when you want to launch something, whether it’s a podcast or a business or a clothing line - you feel like you have to do so with no flaws. but that's not true. the attitude that things need to be perfect from the get-go is only keep us from living our dream life. in this episode we dissect "would you rather take the leap first and slowly improve something or slowly improve something first and then take the leap?" and we land on the fact that it doesn't *really* matter. it doesn’t matter if you chose option 1 or 2, the point is you will still face uncertainty, self-doubt and a little bit of failure. no one can escape those things, they’re a part of the journey and they’re not the most fun in the moment, but they are what make the wins taste sweeter in the future. give it a listen & join the conversation in the comments!
