Lieber Podcast-User, liebe Podcast-Userin. Das Leben in unserem Kulturkreis ist in den letzten drei Jahren immer schwieriger und unverständlicher geworden. Die Gesellschaft verlangt von einem, dass man sich überall auskennt und alles kann. Deshalb hat die vierte Senderkette des österreichischen Rundfunks ein neues Dienstleistungstool eingerichtet. Mich. Den FM4 Ombudsmann. Ich werde mich bemühen, für alle Fragen, die da kommen mögen, nach bestem Wissen oder Gewissen, entsprechende Antworten und Lösungsansätze zu formulieren. Mein Team, bestehend aus so erfahrenen Problemlösern wie Martin Puntigam und Hosea Ratschiller wird mir in dieser Mission tatkräftig zur Seite stehen.
