Acknowledging growth

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

The process of making our life what we consciouslsy want it to be requires us to take ownership of our abilities so we can choose how we use them.  We already have all the talent and power we could ever want.  The challenge is letting go of our resistance to being consciously accepting of that power and ability. I'm finding, more and more, that I'm relating to the fact that my mind creates everything in my "differentiated" life.  The "non differentiated" life includes our Will and Being.  The differentiated life includes all people, things, thoughts and time.  All of that is created in the present moment by our mind.  Only that which we "pay attention" to exists. As I relax my resistance, I'm becoming increasingly aware and accepting of the fact that my mind creates everything.  It does so at the direction of the will.  This awareness is not something I'm trying to make happen.  It's wisdom that has always existed that I'm becoming increasingly conscious of in my mind. At the direction of my will, I am learning more and more of the details of how my mind creates at the direction of my will. If you want to engage with me in learning more of how our mind works and how it is directed by our will, contact me for a free introductory coaching session at https://calendly.com/scottfriedman40/30min My books are avaailable on Amazon.  You can find links to them on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
