The three Enneagram Harmonic Groups are broken down into the Positive Outlook Group (2,7,9), the Competency Group (1,3,5), and the Emotional Realness Group (4,6,8). Types 4, 6, and 8 all want their feelings and opinions to be known. In times of disappointment or conflict, their problem-solving approach is to lay their cards on the table and get real real.
