The body remembers that activation can feel alive instead of overwhelming. In this ceremony, we explore ecstatic dance as a way of breaking out of stasis. A chance to loosen the rigidity that keeps us small and reconnect with the freedom and aliveness of the body. ------- This ceremony is dedicated to Milagros, my wild wise woman, midwife to the Goddess, and my favourite dance partner.
