Wer sich im Startup-Ökosystem vor allem in Berlin bewegt, kennt Boris Radke. Seit über zehn Jahren gehört er zu den bestvernetzten Kommunikatoren in der Branche. Sein Weg in der Kommunikation begann vor knapp zehn Jahren bei Zalando. Zum damaligen Zeitpunkt hatte er von PR de facto keine Ahnung - dafür aber ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Menschen und Kommunikation. Dieses und seine Lernbegierde sorgten dafür, dass sein Team und er die Kommunikation bis hin zum Börsengang erfolgreich bewerkstelligten. Nun ist Boris seit Ende 2019 zurück in Berlin, nachdem er zuvor einen Ausflug in die Konzern-Welt und nach München zu ProSiebenSat1 unternahm. Bei Omio fängt er in etwa dort an, wo auch sein Weg bei Zalando begann: 1000 Mitarbeiter, die voll motiviert die Welt verändern wollen.
