本集我們聊到了二手衣， 從文化、環境、思想方面上， 各有一些想法想跟大家分享。 Wearing nothing new. 台灣地形變化多端， 吸引許多國內外登山客慕名而來， 本集我們來聊聊各自的登山體驗， 在地的大同山系也會是本集重點唷~ 【與爬山相關的單詞、片語】 go hiking 健行 go trekking (偏登山的) 健行 go backpacking 背包旅行、(偏健行的) 登山 go mountaineering 登山 go mountain climbing 登山運動 hiking 與 mountain climbing 有什麼不同？ 我們一般說的爬山，大部份是hiking，偏向休閒活動，像是步道系列的，或是沒有步道但是也算是平坦的。 Mountain climbing 就是屬於具有挑戰性的、真的會手腳並用的那種，有時候甚至是種極限挑戰的體育比賽。 trekking 跟 backpacking 又是什麼？ 有人以難度來做區別，說 trekking 就是比 hiking 再更具有挑戰性一點，可能時間更長一點，地形也比hiking稍微具有挑戰性一點。而 backpacking 通常又會比 trekking 需要更長時間、也可能會走一些沒有完善保護的路徑，像是懸崖邊之類的。 另外有些是以準備東西的不同來做區別，比方說， trekking 的背包裡面只會準備一日在山上所必須要用的東西，如果行程不只一天，其他像是多餘的衣物或是伙食、帳篷，會另外有專人幫忙準備營地；而 backpacking 顧名思義，就是所有東西都用背包帶去，像是整個行程會用到的的帳篷、伙食、衣物等等，全部靠自己的隊伍帶去。 最後一個也是難度最高的，就是 mountaineering Mountaineering 包含所有一切你能想到跟登山有關的活動，像是一般的健行、攀岩，或是攀爬有冰、有雪、有岩石的混合地形，不但比前面幾種所需要更長的天數，而且必須要攜帶更專業設備、更長的規劃時間、更嚴格的行前訓練與休息、以及更加堅強的意志力。 上面這些都可以直接搭配 go 這個動詞來使用。 我們在第二集有介紹 休閒運動 如何與動詞 go, do, play 搭配使用會更道地，歡迎大家前往收聽。 今天的分享都記得了嗎？ 別忘記抽獎活動持續進行中，快到fb、ig單集貼文下方參與吧~ 快留言告訴我你對這一集的想法：https://open.firstory.me/story/ckz231hom4toq0832hkphr331?m=comment Powered by Firstory Hosting
