Understanding Your Periods & Menstrual Cycle: Live in Harmony with Nature
Welcome to another enlightening episode of my podcast! Today, we're delving into a topic that is both ancient and profoundly relevant to our daily lives: menstruation. Our guest is the wonderful Eleonora Cosner, who brings a unique perspective shaped by her rich heritage and upbringing in the picturesque and historically rich regions of south-eastern Tuscany. Eleonora grew up at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by medieval villages, expansive countryside, and wild woods – a place that has seen the convergence of Neanderthals, Sapiens, Etruscans, and Romans.
