Spiritual Vision - Part 12
Spiritual Vision is the gift of sight that outruns what the natural eyes can confirm. In 2 Kings 6:17, Elisha prays that his servant's eyes be opened, and the young man sees the mountain already surrounded by horses and chariots of fire -- the battle was never in doubt, only unseen. Paul echoes this in Ephesians 1:15-18, praying that the eyes of the Corinthians believers' understanding would be enlightened, so they could grasp the hope of their calling and the riches of their inheritance. 2 Corinthians 5:7 names the discipline this vision requires: "we walk by faith, not by sight" -- trusting God's revealed truth even when circumstances offer no visible proof. Together these teach that the call of beliver's are to pray for opened eyes, to hold onto the hope and to walk daily on the strength of what God has spoken rather than what the moment reveals.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/believer-s-life-in-the-word--6081386/support.

A Higher Calling - Part 17
The African impala is a remarkable creature — capable of leaping over 10 feet high and covering more than 30 feet in a single bound. But in our zoos, they are often kept behind a simple 3‑foot wall. Why? Because impalas will not jump unless they can see where their feet will land. This behavior is a powerful metaphor for Christian faith. Just as the impala’s ability far exceeds the height of the fence, believers are called to trust God beyond what is visible. The limitation is not in ability, but in trust — the willingness to leap into the unknown, confident that God will provide and protect. Are we looking for our landing? Trust in God and He will ensure you land in His arms!Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/believer-s-life-in-the-word--6081386/support.

A Higher Calling - Part 12
Dealing with perception is very important. The children of Israel went into the land which God told them to enter, but everyone did not see the same thing. Is your faith as big as the clusters of grapes or as tall as the giants? Or do you see yourself as small as grasshoppers in your own eyes? Is your faith as BIG as Caleb's in that we look our circumstance or condition in the eye and say, "We can do this!" Don't let your circumstances limit you, look right into the eyes of whatever circumstances or conditions we may dealing with and go forth into whatever God has said you have! A Higher Calling - Part 9
Stop limiting God and move forward to the Higher Calling! The same hands that flung the stars into space and hemmed in the oceans with sand are the same hands holding our tomorrow -- so why are we still praying samll prayers to a limitless God? We have to change, our mind-set, our thought process, our internal character. That's what Paul tells us in Romans 12:1-2, read it and think on it. In essence, God didn't say improve our circumstances, He said transform our thinking. Higher calling requires higher believing; we cannot access the third floor of God's promises while still riding the elevator of doubt. Stop negotiating with God for crumbs when He's already prepared a table, and watch what happens when our faith finally matches His capacity.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/believer-s-life-in-the-word--6081386/support.

"A Higher Calling". This is my personal testimony; Monday, June 29th mark the 6th anniversary of my Sister, Friend, and Mentor's death. As a result of her passing, God called me higher and opened doors for me to be able to share the Word of God in different areas and arenas; internationally and globally. However, it was a struggle because I was content where I was playing her recordings. I was gripped with fear and preconceived thoughts. After the passing of Moses, God affirmed Joshua with the following words found in Joshua 1:9 NIV; "Have I not commaneded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." So, let's stop limiting God and move forward to the Higher Calling!Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/believer-s-life-in-the-word--6081386/support.

Keep Praying Saints of God! Our adversary is going about seeking who he may devour. Why allow what God has defeated try to reign over us? We have the weapon of Prayer to which we are armed with along with the whole armor of God. The Spiritual disciplines God has given us will help us to victory. Think about all the prayer warriors God brings to memory. Let Holy Spirit bring back to memory all the promises of God. Keep Praying - Part 18
Just came out of the Intercessory Prayer Conference at our fellowship this past weekend. Friday night's teaching dealt with "Serving Gracefully Under Stress". Our instructor spoke about those "systems" that are affecting the atmosphere. Some of those systems are in Ephesians 6:12; "evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places". They come to cause chaos, confusion and stress. Saints, Keep Praying!Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/believer-s-life-in-the-word--6081386/support.
