    Trigger Warning: Discussion of shame and teenage bullying.  This is the fifth episode of Firth Park Academy's Positivity Podcast and it’s a Period Positive Week and World Menstrual Day Special. In this episode we find out the very cool and very local history of Period Positivity! Mrs Arundel and Miss Tompkins talk about their experiences with menstruation and their views on it throughout their lives. Then we meet Chella Quint, a former head of PSHE at our school.
