    Progressive muscle relaxation meditations are one of the most evidence-based mindfulness techniques for pain relief, based on decades of research and success. You’ll notice it continues to improve each time you practice it. Be careful when engaging certain muscle groups and don’t pressure yourself to tense anything you’re not comfortable with.     While cats may not be for everyone, science shows that the vibrations from their purring can reduce stress and help you relax. Having a purring cat nearby can also bring comfort and lower blood pressure - which can make the endo pain feel a lot less intense.
