should you listen to your heart or your mind?
to answer the "never-ending" dilemma of who you should listen to out of heart and mind i for some reason go deep into neuroscience, then come back to philosophy and circle back on psychology. also i teach you some new vocabulary that i came up with myself (or so i like to believe). all of it ends on the division between wants, needs and cravings and how to parent your inner child preferably without trauma. enjoy!

a money talk
this is a sick episode. not because it's so cool, but because i was sick when i recorded it. i decided to talk about money, how broke i am, capitalistic society and that i am a consumerist number one and i'm not planning to be ashamed of it. i fully embrace the fact that i want to own many items and be offensively rich. haha, guys, i'm not kidding... anyways, more on that in the episode

mbti, being a weirdo and a ted-talk on standing out
have you ever been called a weirdo? if yes, then this episode is definitely for you. personally, i have a strange relationship with this word, to the point that in different periods of my life i tried to avoid it, embrace it and rethink it completely. also, in the beginning i talk a bit about mbti types and how i used them as an excuse for my bad behaviour (hah). at the end, i give a little ted-talk for you all on why it's better to stand out than to be mediocre. Honey, shine, let them burnnnn (i'm so sorry)

is self-development toxic? (self-help books praise&roast)
have you ever seen those tiktoks - dissapear, grind for 6 months, and you'll be unrecognizable? well, i believe, as much as it may be true, it is also completely unsustainable, isn't it? in this episode i go on a bit of a detour into self-help books, why they suck, and why some don't, and give you my personal take aways from some of my favourites. hope you enjoy this one!

overthinking, gratitude and "this is water"
in this episode i go a bit deeper into my relationship with overthinking, how i used to be extremely judgemental, what helped me to overcome overthinking (at least to some extent) and how awereness and consciousness are closely tied with these perturbations that i went through. also i mention David Foster Wallace's essay "This is Water", which is really nice and short, so a big rec from me. other than that a more detailed view on all of this is in the audio itself

the art of letting go: grudges, revenge and trust
if somebody breaks your heart, lies to you or simply betrays you - what do you do after? do you hold a grudge for the rest of your life? do you try to get revenge? or do you actually let go? and if you do the latter (which in this case - bless you!), how the f do you do that? either way here i talk about whether i prefer to become miss reputation or a happiness girly (iykyk). in other words - how the fuck to trust people after betrayal? let me know if you figured it out cause i'm a bit of a mess

a healthy mindset on past, present and future

what the hell is love
i know i'm only 20 but who says it makes me less capable of coming up with the most outrageous claims about love as if I have any clue what it means and how it feels and how to show it? either way in my first episode i talk about how i personally see this phenomenon, what it can and cannot mean both romantically, platonically and in all other forms
