    Meditation Eight: Release Resistance

    Imagine your energy system as a gently flowing stream. Emotions, experiences, beliefs, and unprocessed memories can rest along its path like stones. Some are small and barely felt; others create noticeable resistance and alter the flow. As each stone is met with awareness and compassion, the stream naturally returns to its original, effortless movement.This is also true when intuition is ignored. Your intuition continually guides you toward alignment, growth, and wholeness. When the ego overrides this guidance, the path may feel heavy or strained, showing up as stress, imbalance, identity fixation, or a sense of lack. With awareness, you can always return to flow.

    Meditation Seven: Self-Love Visualization

    Once you have integrated the standing bundles of energies into your Divine Flow biofield, you return to your Inner Garden to embody your full essence. The essence of full alignment with your Authentic Self, grounded, guided by internal sensing, knowing, seeing, hearing that is communication from your Authentic Self through your intuition.

    Meditation Six: Nurture Your Inner-Child

    When you invite in your Inner Child, sit still and listen closely without expectations. At first, your Inner Child may come as a sense, a knowing, an image. It is important to be open without expectation or effort. The energy of any effort you put forward to try to perceive your Inner Child will interfere with the higher vibration energy of your Inner Child and your ability to perceive him/her.

    Meditation Five: Authentic-Self ReMembrance

    Your Authentic Self is the part of your soul here on earth that vibrates at a higher frequency and is the bridge between your human Self and Source. Today, you are inviting your Authentic Self to join you in your Inner Garden to support your ReMembrance Embodiment self-healing journey. ReMembrance Embodiment shifts healing from release to restoration, gently dissolving standing energy bundles within the biofield and reintegrating them into natural, coherent flow.

    Meditation Four: Inner Garden Visualization

    With the guidance of your intuition, continue your healing journey by deepening your meditation practice through visits to your Inner Garden. This garden is a safe, steady holding space you can return to for relaxation, joy, grounding, clarity, creativity, ReMembrance Embodiment, or any form of nourishment that supports your growth and alignment with your Authentic Self.

    Meditation Three: Drop in & Detox

    Drop more fully into your body and into the moment, entering a state of simple observation, curious, unattached, and kind. Within the DIVINE FLOW Healing Method, nothing is forced. Everything proceeds at the pace your nervous system allows. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, return your attention to something external, such as the feeling of your feet on the floor, the support beneath you, or the rhythm of your breath.

    Meditation Two: Kaleidoscope Visualization

    The Kaleidoscope Effect is the shattered truths returning to re-form the whole Truth. Truth, when it fractures as a result of traumatic experiences, does not disappear; it reorganizes. In DIVINE FLOW Healing Method©, these fragments are not forced into coherence. They are met, one by one, and allowed to return in the form they choose, each acknowledged, validated, and held with love while the nervous system recalibrates.
