    How to Rewire Your Mind

"We are taking our thoughts, looking at them, and seeing if they are in agreement with what God’s Word says."An episode of "The He(art) and Science of Transformation" series on the ReNew Your Mind podcast. The core transformation in this episode is moving from being a passenger to becoming an active participant in your mental and spiritual health. Donna bridges the gap between the Bible and neuroscience, revealing that renewing your mind is not just a spiritual platitude but a physical process. By understanding Metacognition, LTD (Long-Term Depression), and LTP (Long-Term Potentiation), listeners learn how to take every thought captive to dismantle toxic mental superhighways and pave new, God-ordained neural pathways. The theological heart of the message is that God’s Word doesn’t just compete with science—it proves it. The call to action is to move out of the reactive amygdala and into the prefrontal cortex, where conscious, Spirit-led decisions lead to a whole life.Have you ever wondered if the renewing of your mind mentioned in Romans 12:2 is actually possible, or is it just a nice sentiment? In this episode, we dive into the Revelation Switch—the moment where neuroscience meets the Holy Spirit. I’m sharing how your brain physically changes when you decide to think about what you’re thinking about. It’s time to stop living in the fear and flight of the amygdala and step into the intentional life God ordained for you.The Four Pillars:Metacognition and CaptivityUnderstanding the scientific process of thinking about what you're thinking about to fulfill the command to take every thought captive. LTD: The Pruning ProcessHow the brain carves away irrelevant synaptic connections, much like the Father prunes the branches in John 15 to ensure healthy growth. LTP: Creating New HighwaysThe power of Long-Term Potentiation to build new neural pathways (superhighways) based on truth rather than toxic loops. The Homeostasis HurdleRecognizing that your brain seeks safety in the familiar, even if the familiar is unhealthy, and how to push past that resistance.Timestamps:00:00 – Introduction to the neuroscience of renewing your mind. 01:15 – What is Neurotheology? Stop the Spiral | Break Negative Thought Cycles

"I began to come into agreement with what someone else was saying about who I was... you begin to believe a lie about who you are and what you were put on the earth to do." An episode of The He(art) and Science of Transformation series on the ReNew Your Mind podcast. We’ve all been there: a trusted friend turns away, a marriage crumbles, or a toxic workplace slowly chips away at your soul until you don't recognize the person in the mirror. Your brain, trying to protect you, builds a framework to define those painful bricks, labeling you "unlovable" or "a failure" just to make sense of the hurt. But those labels are lies. Transformation isn't about trying harder; it's about flipping the Revelation Switch—letting God’s light expose the cracks in your reasoning so He can pour in oil and wine to heal the deepest parts of your heart. You don't have to stay stuck in a chemical cascade of anxiety. You can unshame yourself by aligning your thoughts with the truth of who God says you are today.I know what it’s like to feel beat up, angry, and betrayed. I spent months living in a toxic environment where the people I trusted to have my back simply didn’t. Slowly, I started believing their version of me instead of God’s. If you’ve ever felt dismayed by your own life or trapped in a mental loop of regret, this episode is for you. We’re going to talk about how to stop the chemical cascade of fear and how to finally peel off the labels that no longer belong to you.The Four Pillars:The Meaning-Making MachineYour brain is an efficiency seeker that quickly labels new pain based on old wounds, often keeping you trapped in a "reasoning box".The Revelation Switch The moment God’s light breaks through our limited, "darkly-seen" perspective to reveal the absolute truth of our situation. The Science of the Jesus PrayerUsing deep breathing and the name of Jesus to physically flush anxiety-triggering chemicals out of your system. The Unshaming InvestigationA practical process of asking, "Is this thought based in reality?" and "What does God say instead?" to dismantle the power of shame.Timestamps:00:23 – Why your brain is always working to make meaning—even if it's wrong.02:20 – The "bad restaurant" effect: How one bad experience labels your whole future.03:10 – Why even AI "hallucinates," and why we can't trust our own skewed reality.04:02 – Isaiah 53: The "ignorance" of assuming God is the one striking us down.08:28 – My personal story of betrayal and the months it took to find my footing again.11:54 – Step 1: Searching for "tangible proof" vs. someone else's opinion.13:51 – How to stop a panic attack by clearing your chemical triggers with oxygen.15:36 – Peeling off the 25-year-old labels that are coloring your world today.17:13 – A simple prayer for when you don't know the Bible: "What have I been believing that isn't true?".Resources:Book: His Hostage Heart-Encountering the Unrelenting Love of God Daily Support: The Well-Managed Mind Devotional Journal Connect: Leave a comment for prayer and supportThis content is provided for spiritual enrichment and educational purposes only. Break the Cycle | The Revelation Switch

"We see things not as they are, but as we are." An episode of "The He(art) and Science of Transformation" series on the ReNew Your Mind podcast.Have you ever wondered why you keep making the same decisions, even when they lead to the same old results? We all operate within a "Reasoning Box"—a collection of every thought, attitude, and cultural identity we’ve gathered since birth. This box influences everything we do today, but it often limits us to a myopic point of view. To experience true transformation, we must flip the Revelation Switch. By bringing our ingrained beliefs into the light of God's Word, we can stop operating out of old strategies and start living with the clarity of His perspective. The Reasoning Box Defined: Your brain stores every relationship, job, and family experience, creating a "box" that dictates your current determinations. The Danger of Casting Off Restraint: Without divine revelation, we become like Samson or the people in the Book of Judges—tossed by emotions and doing only what feels right to our own hearts. The Revelation Switch: When we align our personal history with the Word of God, "the switch turns on in the dark room," allowing us to see truth instead of supposition.Breaking the Cycle of Tradition: Much like the story of cutting the ends off a ham for a pan that is no longer too small, we must identify which beliefs served a past season but are weighing us down today.TIMESTAMPS0:00 – Understanding the "Reasoning Box" and how it influences today's decisions.2:30 – Why a lack of vision or revelation causes people to cast off restraint.3:54 – Lessons from the Book of Judges: The chaos of doing what is right in our own eyes.5:52 – How to find a "grounding stone" to avoid being tossed by emotional waves.6:46 – The Ham Story: Identifying outdated strategies and traditional beliefs.10:03 – Fresh revelation for new seasons: Why 2026 requires different answers than 199011:30 – Practical Exercise: Distinguishing between truth, reality, and supposition.SOURCESBooks: The Well-Managed Mind 90-Day Devotional and Workbook Learn More: Visit DonnaWoolam.com for more teaching and resourcesSupport Donna: Partner with the ReNew Your Mind PodcastThis content is provided for spiritual enrichment and educational purposes as part of a teaching ministry. ReClaim Your Mind | How to Stop Negative Self Talk

”Every person in the world that has ever lived since Adam and Eve has been a victim of identity theft.”Welcome to episode three of The He(art) and Science of Transformation on the Renew Your Mind podcast. We are continuing our journey toward wholeness by tackling a foundational issue: Identity Theft. From the beginning of creation, the enemy has employed a strategy to steal our understanding of who we are and, more importantly, who God is.As we discussed in the first episode of this series, we all navigate life within a Reasoning Box. Inside this box, we store interpretive glasses that trigger split-second decisions. Often, these decisions are based on a broken identity rather than the truth of God’s Word. Our struggle with identity theft began with the serpent’s question: “Did God really say?” The enemy didn't just question our identity; he caused us to question God’s character. "Is God truly good?" is the silent question underlying every challenging season of our lives.Spiritual authorities target our origin to convince us we are either “too much” or “not enough,” aiming to keep us stagnant and fearful. In Ephesians 6, we learn that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness. When we attempt to win these battles in our own strength or on the enemy’s home turf, we will lose every time. This is why we must take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. There is a fascinating intersection between faith and neuroscience here. The brain accepts our spoken words as data; it often cannot distinguish between imagination and truth. Our declarations become the architecture of our mental landscape.Jesus warned that we will be held accountable for every idle word. This isn't about "manifesting" a result through our own power; it is about aligning our speech with the Word of God. When we repeat His principles, our lives begin to change. The question is simple: Whose words are you repeating?[01:24] – The Reasoning Box Refresher: How life experiences, culture, and family history create our internal boundaries.[02:27] – The Interpretive Lens: How our brain makes split-second decisions to keep us “safe,” even when our lives feel out of order.[04:36] – The Original Identity Break: Exploring the fall in the garden and the enemy’s attempt to besmirch God’s character.[07:33] – Spiritual Authorities and Origin: Understanding the forces that speak lies to the core of our being.[10:15] – Jesus and Identity: How the enemy used the “If you are…” strategy in the wilderness to challenge Christ's origin.[13:00] – The “Not Enough” Barrier: Breaking free from the noise that says we are too broken for God to use.[16:12] – Personal Story: Overcoming the fractured identity of being a “bad friend” and the lie that I was disqualified from God’s service.[20:04] – The Neuroscience of Belief: Why the brain accepts declarative statements as absolute data for your life.Books: DonnaWoolam.com/BooksLearn More: DonnaWoolam.comFree Gift: Words Wreck Your LifeSupport: buymeacoffee.com/donnawoolamDisclaimer: The content provided in this podcast is for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes as part of my work as an Author and Teacher. Unmasking the Soul | How to Stop Pretending

”If even my AI cannot tell the difference between who I am, my actual face, and my actual voice, what makes me think that I can in my own strength and ability truly know my own heart?”In a world increasingly saturated by AI-generated perfection, we often find ourselves caught in a masquerade of our own making. I’ve spent years navigating the exhausting cycle of swapping one mask for another—from the "good girl" to the "competent professional"—all while fearing that my true self wasn’t enough.Transformation begins when we stop hiding. In this episode of the Renew Your Mind podcast, we explore how to peel back the veneers of shame, fear, and tradition to stand unveiled before the only One who truly knows us.From my earliest days, I remember pretending to be someone else—a fear-based attempt to be "good enough." I see a long track of "pretend" following the girl who became the woman I am today, always believing that if anyone really knew me, I would fail their approval test. For those of us seeking to walk with God, the attempt to live out of harmony with the woman He crafted you to be is profoundly exhausting. Eventually, it causes your world to fracture.Humanity has been hiding since the Garden of Eden, driven by a cocktail of anger, fear, and shame. It isn’t just the mask of shame we wear, but the mask of blame. We hide our brokenness by blaming others for our unwillingness to show up authentically. The serpent blamed God, Adam blamed Eve, and Eve blamed the serpent. Though it wasn't His fault, the Lord took all of it on Himself so we wouldn't have to hide any longer. From ancient caste systems to modern 24/7 social media input, we are constantly told we aren't "enough." We adopt labels we didn't choose—political, societal, even church affiliations—because we all want to belong. We gather modern "fig leaves" to cover our nakedness instead of telling the truth.True transformation occurs when we stop being "actors" in our own lives and allow God to pull the scales from our eyes. Only when we hear His voice speaking truth over us can we be free. As Paul writes:"And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." (2 Corinthians 3:18)It isn't a generic truth that sets us free; it is the truth that Jesus speaks—the truth we choose to believe—that breaks the chains.[00:00] – The AI Paradox: A personal story of technology failing to recognize a real face and voice, prompting a deeper look at the heart.[02:43] – Defining the Masquerade: How the cycle of “imagined piety” mirrors our daily masks.[03:48] – The Struggle with Vulnerability: Why it is hard to let people see the “cracks” inside of us.[04:42] – The Veneer of Competency: Confessing how a childhood of lack led to a lifetime of “putting on a face.”[07:28] – The First Masks: Examining how Adam, Eve, and Cain used hiding and lies as a response to sin.[09:27] – Fear and Tradition: Analyzing how Abraham and Isaac used “half-truth” masks for protection.[11:20] – The Unveiled Face: Contrasting the fading glory of Moses’ veil with the permanent freedom in Christ.[13:14] – Inauthenticity and Fractures: What happens when the world cracks because you aren’t living as your true self.[16:05] – A Prayer for Freedom: A call to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the masks keeping you from your calling.Books: DonnaWoolam.com/BooksLearn More: DonnaWoolam.comSupport: buymeacoffee.com/donnawoolamDisclaimer: The content provided in this podcast is for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes as part of my work as an Author and Teacher. Finished Figuring It Out | Stop Overthinking

” I am finished with this trying to figure it out on my own. I am tired of not being able to find the answers.”An episode of “The He(art) and Science of Transformation” series on the Renew Your Mind podcast.I reached a point where I had to admit that I was tired of not finding answers and exhausted from trying to be the “strong, supportive, courageous one” for everyone else. In this episode, we explore the mental architecture that keeps us stuck and the specific moment of transformation that shifted me from a state of powerless grief to a life of abundant grace.Admitting you don’t have all the answers is the first step toward healing. I call it “Self-sourcing”. It is the the exhausting hustle of trying to manage life through your own strength rather than living out of the grace of God.I’ve discovered self-sourcing is born out of fear. It’s that voice that says, ‘No one is coming to my rescue, so I’ll have to protect myself.’ Oh, we don’t think that’s what it is. In fact, we call it self-sufficiency and resilience, and being low-maintenance. And for many, especially women who have endured some soft of life-altering trauma or experience like death, betrayal, or abandonment, it becomes the fuel we burn to simply make it through the day. But at night, when no one is around, we define “the truth”; we feel alone and vulnerable. These thoughts and responses are born out of the mental filter we have created throughout our entire life; usually beginning at about age 4. I call it The Reasoning Box. And in our safe Reasoning Box, our brain has created meaning out of our life experiences. And these filters dictate our responses.Science calls it homeostasis: the mechanism which maintains balance. Our experiences create a mental filter that dictates our responses. Our brain uses homeostasis to keep us “safe,” even if our current normal is dark or disturbing. “This, this, and this happened before, and it meant this, so when something feels the same, it must mean that, too.”Maybe you had a disapproving family member or teacher, and their comments caused you to feel that no matter what you did, you were never good enough. Now, as an adult, any form of critique feels like criticism, and you respond by retreating or retaliating. (Whatever your life experience has shown you to do.)And without some kind of intervention, we will continue to respond and react the same way, without even knowing why.I call that process of intervention, The Revelation Switch. And it isn’t about just getting more information from Google, or Bing, or Chat. Because information will never create transformation.Natural thought processes cannot give us the victory we hunger for. Scripture tells us that without revelation we will perish. And that revelation switch is flipped when we trade our routine, practiced, and life-make-sense beliefs for a renewed mind.We all come to a point when we must choose what kind of life we will live. We can stay in autopilot and at the end of our days feel like we’ve missed it all. Or, we can choose to let the power of God’s word and life clear out the garbage and live. What choice will you make?Timestamps[00:00] – Admitting the exhaustion of trying to be the “strong one”.[03:37] – Identifying the struggle of trying to find your own answers.[04:12] – How your brain keeps you stuck in dark places.[12:37] – The prayer: “God, why am I believing what is hurting me?”.[15:41] – The “Kitchen Moment”: Choosing to live after loss.Resources for the JourneyBooks: https://DonnaWoolam.com/BooksLearn More: https://DonnaWoolam.comSupport Donna: https://buymeacoffee.com/donnawoolamThe content provided in this podcast is for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes as part of my work as an Author and Teacher. You’re Not Stuck—You’re Standing in a Sacred Moment

It’s not the end of your story. What you’re standing in right now might just be a holy moment—a sacred invitation to choose again.I’ll take you with me into the kitchen where I had to coach myself to live again after deep grief. One act of courage from momentum. The door may already be open. You just need to walk through it. And I’ll be right here, cheering you on.💬 Ready to take the next step? Courage is a Muscle

Have you ever pulled back from life—not because you stopped dreaming, but because it just felt safer to stay quiet?Maybe you’ve been through something that made your voice feel invisible… your ideas dismissed… your strength questioned. And now, even though your heart still holds hope, it feels risky to speak up, show up, or try again. If that’s where you are, I recorded this episode just for you.In this conversation, we’ll talk about what it really means to be courageous—not loud, not fearless, but steady. Persistent. Willing to try again, even when everything in you wants to hide. You’ll hear how I lost my voice in a season of leadership… how caregiving wore me thin… and how grief almost convinced me to stay small. But more than that, you’ll hear how courage slowly returned—one tiny, trembling step at a time.Courage, Lovely One, isn’t something you either have or don’t. It’s a muscle—and every time you choose to face the day, speak the truth, or take the next step, you’re building it.Together, we’ll explore: 🌱 Why fear doesn’t disqualify you 🌱 How neuroscience and scripture agree—you can rewire your courage 🌱 The one small question that can reignite your strengthKey Scripture: “Be strong and courageous... for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9So, let me ask you: ✨ What would change in your life if you believed courage was already inside of you? ✨ What could you bring back to life with just one brave step? You are not weak because you’re afraid. Reclaim Your Promises

Lovely One, Have you ever felt like the promises God whispered to your heart got buried beneath the rubble of loss, disappointment, or delay? In this powerful episode, I want to remind you: God’s promises didn’t expire when your plans fell apart. We revisit the stories of Abraham and Sarah, Hannah, Rahab, and others who held onto God's word—sometimes for decades—through silence, ridicule, and impossibility. They stumbled, they wept, they waited… but they didn’t give up. And neither should you. You’ll hear my own story too—the moment when life blindsided me with Richard’s diagnosis and how, for a while, I forgot how to dream. But God didn’t forget His promises. And He hasn’t forgotten yours either. This episode is a gentle yet urgent call to: 💛 Remember what God has already done 📝 Reclaim what He’s still going to do 🕊️ Refuse to let the noise of this world drown out His truthLet this be your moment to reclaim the promises over your life. God Still Speaks

Lovely One,Have you ever cried out to God and heard… nothing? This episode is for the woman sitting in that quiet, aching space—wondering if she’s been forgotten. If you've been waiting for direction, aching for healing, or wrestling with doubt, I want you to know: silence does not mean absence. We walk through the story of Elijah on Mt. Horeb—how even after a powerful victory, he ran, collapsed in exhaustion, and desperately longed to hear God’s voice. And when the wind, the earthquake, and the fire all passed... God showed up in a whisper.Maybe that’s where you are now—tired after doing “all the right things,” unsure if God still sees you, let alone speaks to you. I’ve been there, too. From the heartbreak of unanswered prayers to the slow rebuilding of my own life after loss, I’ve learned that the quiet seasons are often the most holy. This episode is a gentle reminder: 🕊 You’re not abandoned. 🕊 Your pain is not wasted. 🕊 Your God is still near—working, speaking, and preparing you for what’s next.Let’s talk about pressing in when you want to pull away. Let’s talk about the dark night of the soul—and how even there, God is at work. You Are Not the Label Life Gave You

Lovely One,In today’s episode of ReInvent Your World, we’re getting honest about the labels we wear—those handed to us by pain, by people, by our past. You are not what happened to you. You are not the name shame whispered in your ear.I share the powerful story of Jabez, the woman at the well, blind Bartimaeus, and even Peter—and how each one refused to let their old identity define their future. You’ll also hear a part of my story: the shift from entrepreneur, to caregiver, to widow... and the moment I decided to take off the label of loss and wear a new name: warrior. If you’ve ever felt trapped by your past, unsure of who you are now, or wondered how to live forward with hope and courage—this episode is for you.Jesus has a new name for you. It’s not “Too Late” or “Not Enough.” It’s “Beloved.” “Chosen.” “Lovely One.” And it’s time to peel off the labels that no longer fit and step boldly into your next season.🌿 Let’s rewrite your story—together.👉 Book your free Start Again call with me and let’s talk about what God says about you.

The Battle Begins in the Mind

Hello, Lovely One—This episode is close to my heart because it’s something I say all the time: The thing is never the thing. We think the problem is the situation—our job, the relationship, the delay. But more often than not, the real battle? It starts in the mind.In today’s Start Again episode, we’re diving into what I call the Reasoning Box—the stories, experiences, and emotions that shape how we interpret life. I’ll share a little science, a whole lot of Scripture, and even a turmeric tea mishap (because… life happens 🙃).We'll unpack what Proverbs 23:7 and Romans 12:2 tell us about the power of thought and how retraining your brain is both a spiritual practice and a neurological truth. Your mind can be transformed. Your future can be different. But it all starts with what you're thinking right now.I believe you are called to walk in peace, confidence, and clarity—but to do that, we’ve got to silence the inner chaos and declare, like Jesus did to the storm: Peace. Be still.Let’s talk about it. And if this episode speaks to your heart, please share it with another Lovely One who might be sitting in silence, wondering if her life can ever start again. It can. And you don’t have to do it alone. With love, DonnaLet's talk! https://DonnaWoolam.com/Belief-Revolution

    Can These Dry Bones Live?

Hey Lovely One,I want to talk to the part of you that wonders if there's still life left in your dreams… in your voice… in you.In this episode of Start Again, I share something deeply personal—because I’ve been there. After loss, disappointment, or a life you didn’t expect, it can feel like you’re standing in the middle of dry bones, just like Ezekiel did in chapter 37. You look around and wonder, God, can any of this come back to life?I’ve whispered that question myself—more times than I can count.Together, we’ll unpack that sacred story and look at what it means when God tells us to prophesy life over the broken places. I’ll share about women like Maya Angelou and Elisabeth Elliot who faced trauma, silence, and tragedy, but refused to stay buried under the weight of what happened to them. And I’ll talk honestly about what it looks like when you’re the one trying to breathe again after being knocked flat by life. This episode is a gentle nudge and a fierce declaration: You were never meant to live sidelined, silenced, or stuck. You were meant to live—fully. So if you're feeling breathless, irrelevant, or invisible, come sit with me for a bit. Let’s believe together that the bones can live again. Not just survive. Not just get by. But rise up.And if today resonates deeply, let’s talk. I’d love to meet you right where you are and help you start again—with grace, courage, and breath in your lungs. With love and belief, DonnaSchedule your complimentary clarity call here: https://DonnaWoolam.com/Belief-Revolution

The Dream Isn’t Dead It’s Just Been Sleeping

Welcome to the very first episode of the Start Again series. I’m so glad you’re here. If life has ever knocked the wind out of your dreams—whether through loss, betrayal, disappointment, or just plain exhaustion—this episode is for you.I know what it’s like to stare at a life you never saw coming. When my husband Richard was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, everything shifted. I went from building a business to sitting in hospital rooms, trying to hold on to hope and figure out who I was becoming in the process. Maybe you’ve had your own life-shifting experience—grief, divorce, a financial crisis, or just the slow unraveling of a life that once made sense. In this episode, I’m inviting you to remember who you are and what you carry. Not because you have to fix it all—but because God hasn’t forgotten you. That dream you thought had died? It’s not gone. It’s just been sleeping. Here’s what we’ll talk about:What it really looks like to start again after life flips upside downHow to recognize the "sacred middle"—when everything feels like a mess but God is workingThe story of Peter’s redemption after failure (John 21), and how Jesus called him back into purposeEleanor Roosevelt’s unexpected rise after betrayal—and why her story still speaks to usLysa TerKeurst’s journey through heartbreak, and how she chose healing over shameMy own winding road from grief to grace, and the surprising way God met me in a tiny apartment with a big new callingSome truths I hold close:You are not disqualified by your past.God can redeem every broken piece. The dream isn’t dead—it’s just been sleeping. You can start again, even if it’s your second or seventh time trying.💔 What happens if we don’t start again? We stay stuck on the sidelines—watching life pass by. Our gifts go unused. The people we’re meant to bless miss out. And we live under regret, discouragement, and doubt. But that’s not the story God wants for you.🙏 Let me encourage you:I’ve lived this. I’ve wept in quiet places. I’ve questioned my value and whether I still had a voice. And I’ve seen how God takes the wreckage and builds something beautiful. He can do it for you too. You don’t have to figure it all out—you just have to say yes to trying again.❤️ Here’s what you can do next:Leave a rating or review—it helps other women like you find this podcast.Let’s talk. Hello Lovely One,After months of sitting down with some of the most incredible women I’ve ever met, we’re wrapping up the Women in Ministry series. And wow… it's been amazing! These 16 women have shown us that ministry isn’t just about pulpits and platforms. It’s in hospital rooms, lunchboxes, whispered prayers, and brave obedience when no one’s looking. So in this final episode, I’m inviting you to pause with me and reflect on some of the powerful truths we’ve uncovered together. Here’s a glimpse of what we talk about:How Melissa Mashburn and Christa Cordova found ministry in unexpected places—far from what they’d plannedHow Renee Austin and Katie Sokolovska discovered purpose in the middle of heartbreak and healingHow Christine V. Davies, Donna Scott, and Dawn Ezelle reminded us that presence is powerful—even in painWhy Mari Hernandez-Tuten, Tess Vergara, and Linda P. Jones show us that identity is more than a title—it’s rooted in ChristHow Dr. Cynthia Hester, Karen Smith, and Brittany Schlichter anchor their lives and leadership in God’s WordHow Ashley Wymore, Jayme Woolam, and Darla Madrid reflect ministry through motherhood, marriage, and moments most people never seeThese stories remind me—and maybe they’ll remind you too—that ministry isn’t something we wait to be invited into. It’s already happening, right where we are.Reflection Questions I’m still sitting with:What if the thing I think disqualifies me is actually what God wants to use?Where is He already moving in my pain?If every title disappeared… would I still know who I am?What scripture has been chasing after my heart lately? We've got a free gift for you:So many of these amazing women offered a short devotional thought or prayer that I’ve bundled up just for you. It’s honest. It’s faith-filled. And it’s totally free.👉 Grab the Women in Ministry Devotional here: www.donnawoolam.com/podcast/women-in-ministry-seriesLet it breathe life into your quiet time. Awake O Sleeper: Why it's time to awaken your inner dreamer.

Luke 1:37 in the NKJV says:For with God nothing will be impossible. What happens when you read that? Do the warning signals roar, or does your heart yearn for it to be true? Maybe both.Because in our Christian tradition, it almost seems unholy to believe in impossibilities. It feels selfish to want more than we have, or desire to be more than we are. This is when we need to be the like the father of the boy thrown into the fire by the demonic spirit in Mark 9:24:"Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”Where in your life is the Lord asking you to wake up and believe? And to go beyond the believing to the walking it out?Is it a relationship challenge? Or a financial setback? How about a physical battle? Perhaps mental or emotional turmoil? As long as we say "this is the way it's always been, so it's the way it will always be" we relegate ourselves to the realm of the problem. But when we allow the SUPER of God to come and touch our NATURAL - anything is possible.Read the blog article at: https://donnawoolam.com/awaken-the-dreamer-within/

Overcoming Barriers to Breakthrough: The Revelation Switch

If you always do (and believe) the same thing, you'll always have exactly what you have now.Revelation is a catalyst that comes to shake the foundations of our belief. It shifts our perception of identity and purpose. We have only two choices. Accept it as truth or reject it as invalid. It holds up our barriers to breakthrough to the light of truth. Here is the beautiful thing about revelation... it uncovers. It opens up to show the heart. Like a flower blooming. Or that steamy, flaky biscuit. Or the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Revelation and breakthrough are like that. To coin a phrase from The Chosen, I was one way, and now I am another. Each area of our life screams for growth, expansion and more freedom. The enemy tells us freedom is one thing. The Lord proves it is another. When REVELATION occurs, we see the core reason we believe what we believe - and - how it is affecting us. Read the full article at https://donnawoolam.com/5-barriers-to-your-breakthrough/Schedule your Discovery Call at https://donnawoolam.com/belief-revolution
