RePS, ReGRETS, & ReCOVERY w/ Scott C. Weaver : Journey #7: Jennifer Myers, FNTP: Nutritional Wellness Coaching
Jennifer Myer, FNTP Owner of Nutritional Wellness Coaching in 4909 Wunnenberg Way, West Chester, OH (260)804-1099 joins me on this podcast to talk with me about metals in the body, specifically in the organs. We talk about everything from how they get inside you, what they can do to you in terms of symptoms, & how to get rid of them. Perhaps the most concerning thing we uncover is how much of various types of metals and other nefarious chemicals are in our water over the limit that is recommended in PPB/PPM and we are told not to worry about it. This leads us to discussing how many different ways we are consuming or bringing in these metals & chemicals from water to air to vapes to vaccinations like CoVID 19 or even the flu shot. Over time amount of different ways we get this in our body has increased; a minimum intake from one source may be ok but how many sources are we getting these form in one day, one week, one month, or one year???

RePS, ReGRETS, & ReCOVERY w/Scott C. Weaver: Journey #6: Dr. Cassie Parker: Postural Restoration
Dr. Cassie Parker of Resilient Wellness in Montgomery, OH. We talk about Postural Restoration and how daily movement patterns effect our ongoing body mechanics causing pain we associate with working out or an injury. We tackle common chronic pain that people feel longer that 3 months such as knee, hip, shoulders, & back. These things have a root cause and something that magnifies the issue such as working out, sleeping, sitting at a desk for long periods, ect. Meaning: You may not be experiencing injury, you may be experiencing bad body mechanics. The GOOD NEWS!?!? It's totally fixable.
