CHEMTRAILS: WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING IN OUR SKIES? (278)
What are those lingering trails behind aircraft, and why has the debate over “chemtrails,” contrails, weather modification, and geoengineering refused to disappear? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D&E, Dominique and Erica look at former U.S. Air Force environmental specialist Kristen Meghan Kelly, her whistleblower claims, the science of persistent contrails, and the very real public debate surrounding geoengineering and weather modification. The EPA says ordinary aircraft contrails are not evidence of secret chemical spraying and states that large-scale solar geoengineering is not currently being deployed by commercial aircraft. At the same time, geoengineering itself is a genuine field of research and public policy discussion. (US EPA) So where does documented science end, where do whistleblower allegations begin, and what questions are still worth asking? 🎧 Listen as we spill the tea and separate what is documented, what is claimed, and what remains debated. #Chemtrails, #Contrails, #Geoengineering, #WeatherModification, #KristenMeghan, #ClimateEngineering, #AirForceWhistleblower, #StratosphericAerosols, #SpillTheTeaWithDE, #Podcast Music copyrighted by Santa Barbara Wellness Center Inc. 2026 🌿🍵 The Last Sip 🍵🌿 Before we put the kettle away and head back into the adventure of everyday life, we’d like to leave you with one final thought: Wellness isn’t something you buy. THE GREAT HANG-UP Why People Are Starting to Leave Their Phones Behind (276)
Are people finally starting to break up with their phones? A growing number of Americans are deliberately cutting back on smartphone use, putting their phones in another room, turning them off, and even leaving them behind for walks, meals, and social time. New Pew Research Center data released September 1, 2026 found that 53% of U.S. adults say they spend too much time on their smartphones, and 45% say they have tried to cut back during the past year. In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica explore the growing phone-free and digital-detox trend, what happens when we physically separate ourselves from our devices, and why more people are craving quiet, boredom, face-to-face connection, reading, walking, gardening, and simply being present again. Maybe the future is not about giving up technology. Maybe it is about remembering that the phone is supposed to be the tool, not the boss. Caption 📵 Are we finally reaching peak smartphone? People are putting their phones in drawers, turning them off, leaving them home for walks, and creating phone-free meals and gatherings. On today’s Spill the Tea with D & E, we explore the growing movement to disconnect from our phones so we can reconnect with real life. Could you leave your phone at home for a 20-minute walk? That might be harder than it sounds. ☕📱🌿 Hashtags digital detox, smartphone addiction, phone free, digital wellness, screen time, reduce screen time, social media detox, smartphone use, mental health, attention span, mindfulness, unplug, disconnect to reconnect, phone free challenge, digital minimalism, technology and society, Gen Z trends, wellness trends 2026, Pew Research Center, present moment, walking without phone, offline life, social connection, Spill the Tea, Spill the Tea with D and E Music Credit Music copyrighted by Santa Barbara Wellness Center, Inc. © 2026 🌿🍵 The Last Sip 🍵🌿 Before we put the kettle away and head back into the adventure of everyday life, we’d like to leave you with one final thought: Wellness isn’t something you buy. YOUR BRAIN ON AUDIOBOOKS (274)
🎧 PODCAST DESCRIPTION Audiobooks vs. reading: does your brain know the difference? D&E dive into neuroscience, memory, comprehension and mind-wandering to discover what really happens when you listen to a book instead of reading one. 🎧📚 DO AUDIOBOOKS REALLY COUNT AS READING? Your ears and your eyes may enter a story differently, but neuroscience shows something fascinating happens once the brain starts processing meaning. On this episode of Spill the Tea with D&E, we explore audiobooks, memory, attention, comprehension and what brain scans reveal about listening versus reading. Tea on. Headphones ready. ☕🧠 🏡 HOMEWORK Listen to 15 minutes of an audiobook with no multitasking whatsoever. Later, listen to another 15 minutes while doing one of your normal activities. Then ask: Which section can I describe more clearly afterward? Your own brain gets to be today’s laboratory. 🔎 SOURCES & FURTHER READING • UC Berkeley / Journal of Neuroscience: research comparing semantic processing during reading and listening • Communications Biology, 2024: cortical representation of language across reading and listening • Frontiers in Psychology: reading, listening, mind-wandering and memory • Teaching of Psychology: retention of podcasted versus written material • Research on real-world audiobook listening, distraction and memory • 2026 research on audiobook use among older adults experiencing vision loss • The Epoch Times, June 20, 2026: How Audiobooks Affect Your Brain — mentioned as the inspiration for our question, not as the source for today’s analysis HASHTAGS #SpillTheTeaWithDE, #SpillTheTea, #Audiobooks, #Audiobook, #Reading, #Books, #BookLovers, #BrainHealth, #Neuroscience, #YourBrainOnBooks, #Listening, #ReadingVsListening, #AudiobooksVsBooks, #Memory, #Comprehension, #Learning, #CognitiveHealth, #BrainScience, #MindWandering, #Attention, #MentalFitness, #HealthyBrain, #BookTok, #BookPodcast, #Podcast, #PodcastLife, #Education, #Literacy, #AccessibleReading, #VisionLoss, #Braille, #PrintBooks, #ReadingIsFundamental, #Storytelling, #Readers, #Wellness, #HealthResearch, #EpochTimes, #Curiosity, #DominiqueAndErica 🎵 MUSIC Music Copyright © Santa Barbara Wellness Center, Inc. Individual comprehension, hearing, attention, reading ability and learning needs vary. A couple of particularly strong research anchors for this episode are the Berkeley findings showing that higher-level language processing is substantially shared across listening and reading, while other studies show listening can produce more mind-wandering when attention is not actively controlled. In other words, audiobooks are real cognitive work, but attention is the cover charge. 🌿🍵 The Last Sip 🍵🌿 Before we put the kettle away and head back into the adventure of everyday life, we’d like to leave you with one final thought: Wellness isn’t something you buy. GLP-1 Drugs Are Changing America. What Happens When Millions of People Stop Craving Food? (271)
THE OZEMPIC ECONOMY: GLP-1 Drugs Are Changing America. What Happens When Millions of People Stop Craving Food? 🎧 PODCAST DESCRIPTION; The Ozempic Economy: What Happens When Millions of Americans Stop Craving Food? Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound aren’t just changing waistlines. They may be changing America’s entire consumer economy. As GLP-1 medications reduce hunger and food cravings for millions of people, researchers are already seeing changes in grocery spending, snack purchases, restaurant visits and the kinds of foods consumers choose. So Dominique and Erica ask a much bigger question: What happens to an economy built around getting us to consume more when millions of people suddenly want less? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, we explore the rise of GLP-1 medications, the emerging “Ozempic economy,” Big Food’s response, changing grocery carts, restaurant portions, healthcare costs, nutrition, compounded-drug concerns and the fascinating science of craving itself. Because GLP-1 drugs may be doing much more than changing America’s weight. They may be changing what America wants. Educational discussion only. BIG FOOD GOES TO COURT: Are Ultra-Processed Foods the Next Big Tobacco? (270)
Could ultra-processed foods become the next Big Tobacco? San Francisco has filed a landmark lawsuit against some of America’s largest food manufacturers, alleging deceptive marketing, addictive product design and public-health harms tied to ultra-processed foods. We break down what San Francisco is alleging, why an earlier Pennsylvania lawsuit failed, what the science actually says about UPFs, the massive problem of proving causation, and whether government lawsuits, personal-injury claims and class actions could be next. Grab your cup because Big Food may be headed for a very unfamiliar place: the witness stand. 🚨 BIG FOOD IS HEADING TO COURT. San Francisco is challenging major manufacturers over ultra-processed foods, and the legal theory sounds remarkably familiar: What did the companies know, when did they know it, and what did they tell consumers? We break down the lawsuit, the science, the failed Pennsylvania case and the question that could launch the next enormous wave of litigation: Are ultra-processed foods becoming Big Tobacco 2.0? ☕⚖️🥤 HOMEWORK: Pick five packaged foods you regularly buy and read the full ingredient lists. Are Expiration Dates Really Expiration Dates? What “Sell By,” “Use By” and “Best By” Actually Mean (269)
SPILL THE TEA TOPIC OF DISCUSSION Are Expiration Dates Really Expiration Dates? What Sell By, Use By & Best By Actually Mean Most Americans assume the date stamped on food tells them when it becomes unsafe. Surprisingly, that usually isn’t what the date means. In this episode of Spill the Tea with D&E, Dominique and Erica break down Sell By, Best By, Best if Used By and Use By labels, explain why most food dating isn’t federally required, uncover the important infant-formula exception, and explore how confusion over date labels contributes to food waste. We also talk about what matters more for food safety: refrigeration, storage, handling, time, temperature and the type of food you’re dealing with. Before you clean out your refrigerator this weekend, listen to this episode. That “expired” food might not be expired at all. HOMEWORK: Go through your refrigerator and pantry and find three different food-date labels. Read the words before the date and identify whether each is a Sell By, Best By, Best if Used By or Use By date. When you’re unsure about safe storage times, look up the food in the USDA FoodKeeper resource rather than relying solely on the package date. Like, Subscribe and Share Spill the Tea with D&E. 🔥 California homeowners, what’s sitting within FIVE FEET of your house? (267)
California has approved its new Zone Zero wildfire regulations, potentially affecting approximately 1.75 million homes in high-risk areas. Wood mulch? 🪵 Firewood? 🔥 Wood fencing? 🚪 Trees? 🌳 Flowers? 🌺 A shed? 🏠 Some things can stay. Some may eventually need to move or change. But here’s the question we’re spilling today: If California requires homeowners to spend thousands making their properties safer from wildfire, should insurance companies be required to recognize that investment? Dominique & Erica break down what Zone Zero really means, what’s actually required and why those first five feet around your house suddenly matter so much. ☕🔥 Spill the Tea with D & E 🏡 LISTENER HOMEWORK Find your home on California’s official Fire Hazard Severity Zone map before changing anything. Then walk the first five feet around your house. Take pictures. Look for obvious combustible materials. Make a list of what might need attention. And most importantly: Learn first. Democratic Socialism vs Conservatism vs Constitutionalism: What Do These Political Labels Actually Mean? (266)
🎧 PODCAST DESCRIPTION What exactly is a democratic socialist? And how is that different from a traditional conservative, a moderate or someone who calls themselves a constitutionalist? Political labels are everywhere, but the definitions underneath them are often surprisingly fuzzy. In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica leave the political boxing gloves at the door and unpack three very different ways of thinking about government, economics and individual freedom. We explore democratic socialism, social democracy, conservatism, constitutionalism, capitalism, taxes, healthcare, federalism and the proper role of government. Instead of asking which political team is “right,” we’re asking a more useful question: What does each philosophy believe government is actually supposed to do? Grab your tea. This one may change the way you hear political arguments. ⸻ 📱 EPISODE CAPTION ☕ SOCIALIST? CONSERVATIVE? CONSTITUTIONALIST? We use these political labels constantly… But do we actually know what they mean? Today on Spill the Tea with D & E, we’re breaking down democratic socialism, social democracy, right-leaning conservatism and our middle-of-the-road constitutionalist. No yelling. No campaign slogans. 💰 Who Gets Paid When America’s Problems Don’t Get Solved? Follow the Money (265)
Who Gets Paid When America’s Problems Don’t Get Solved? Follow the Money What if America dramatically reduced fraud, homelessness, healthcare waste and immigration dysfunction tomorrow? We’d celebrate. But Dominique and Erica ask the uncomfortable follow-up question: Who would lose money if the problem actually disappeared? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica follow the money through Medicare and Medicaid improper payments, immigrant labor, America’s Bracero history, government contracting and immigration detention. This isn’t a conspiracy story, and it isn’t about blaming every business, nonprofit, government employee or contractor working inside these systems. It’s about incentives. What happens when billions of dollars, thousands of jobs and entire organizations become connected to managing a social problem? Can perfectly good people work inside a system whose financial incentives accidentally reward activity instead of results? And could America redesign those incentives so that preventing fraud, reducing costs, improving legal immigration, protecting workers and actually solving problems becomes more profitable than perpetually managing them? Grab your tea. We’re following the receipts. ☕💰 💰 WHAT IF SOLVING THE PROBLEM PUT PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS? America spends billions managing healthcare problems, government waste, immigration, homelessness and other enormous social challenges. But here’s the question we don’t ask often enough: Who benefits economically from the problem continuing? That does not mean everyone working inside these systems is corrupt. It means incentives matter. Dominique & Erica follow the money, look at Medicare improper payments, immigrant labor, government contracts and a little American history to ask one giant question: 👉 Are we paying people to solve our problems… or simply paying them to manage them? And Dominique has a new rule: Don’t just spill the tea. 🤖 Forget the Four-Year Degree? Meta Will Train You FREE in Five Weeks AND Offer You a Job (264)
What if one of the smartest career paths in the AI revolution doesn’t begin with a four-year computer science degree, but with a tool belt? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica explore Meta’s America’s Workforce Academy, a $115 million workforce initiative designed to help train skilled tradespeople for America’s rapidly expanding AI and data-center infrastructure. Qualified participants may receive free training, travel, housing and living-expense support, while graduates are promised a job offer from contractors working on Meta projects. But what does “five weeks of training” really mean? Are you actually becoming an electrician in five weeks? Who employs you afterward? What credentials do you receive? And could programs like this provide young adults and career changers with an alternative to taking on four years of college debt? Dominique and Erica dig into the opportunity, the fine print and the bigger question facing the next generation: Instead of only asking which jobs AI might eliminate, should we also be asking which careers AI is about to make more valuable? Dominique adds in - do we want to bill all these data centers? Will they be used for surveillance and control? ☕ Today’s Tea: Blueberry Hibiscus Ginger Tea 📚 Word of the Week: Vocational 🥂 Tea Toast: Here’s to building a future you’re proud to put your name on. 🥩 Is Lab-Grown Meat Coming to Your Grocery Store? What’s Really in Your Food and How to Know (263)
🥩 Is lab-grown meat really coming to Costco, grocery stores, and fast-food restaurants? Social media is buzzing with claims that cultivated meat is already quietly making its way into our shopping carts. But what’s actually true? On this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica separate the science from the social-media rumors and explore the rapidly developing world of cultivated meat. We break down: 🥩 What “lab-grown,” “cultivated,” and “cell-cultured” meat actually mean 🛒 Whether cultivated meat is really being sold at Costco or major grocery chains 🍔 Whether fast-food restaurants are serving it 🏷️ How these products may be labeled 💰 Why cultivated meat remains expensive to produce 🌎 The environmental and animal-welfare arguments behind the technology 🔬 How bioreactors turn animal cells into edible tissue 🤔 And the bigger question: Is cultivated meat meant to supplement traditional farming, or could it eventually replace part of it? We’re not telling you what to eat. We’re asking something much simpler: Shouldn’t consumers know exactly what they’re buying? Pour yourself a cup and join us as we spill the tea on what could become one of the biggest changes to our food system in generations. 📝 Homework This week’s Tea Table Homework: Next time you shop for meat or meat alternatives, read the entire package. Look beyond words such as “natural,” “plant-based,” and “alternative protein.” Find out what the product actually contains and how it was produced. Then ask yourself: If cultivated meat becomes commonplace, what information would I want prominently displayed on the package before deciding whether to buy it? #️⃣ Hashtags #SpillTheTeaWithDE #LabGrownMeat #CultivatedMeat #CellCulturedMeat #FutureOfFood #FoodTransparency #KnowWhatYouEat #ReadTheLabel #FoodTechnology #FoodInnovation #ConsumerChoice #GroceryShopping #Costco #FoodFacts #Bioreactor #AlternativeProtein 🎵 Music Original music copyright Santa Barbara Wellness Center, Inc. Sophie Cunningham, Two Young Fans & the WNBA Firestorm: Can We Disagree Without Losing Our Humanity? (260)
Sophie Cunningham, Two Young Fans & the WNBA Firestorm: Can We Disagree Without Losing Our Humanity? A basketball game in Seattle became much more than a sporting event. It sparked a nationwide conversation about women’s sports, free speech, inclusion, and one question that every parent, coach, athlete, and fan should be asking: How should adults treat children, especially when they disagree? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica unpack the widely discussed incident involving Indiana Fever player Sophie Cunningham, two teenage girls holding supportive signs, and the confrontation that led to disciplinary action by the WNBA against a Seattle Storm minority owner. But this episode goes beyond headlines. We explore why women’s sports were created, the ongoing debate over fairness and inclusion, and why respectful conversations have become so difficult in today’s culture. Most importantly, we ask whether we can protect opportunities for female athletes while ensuring every person, including transgender individuals, is treated with dignity and compassion. Rather than telling you what to think, we invite you to think critically, listen respectfully, and remember that children are watching how adults behave. Whether you cheer for the Indiana Fever, the Seattle Storm, Sophie Cunningham, or simply believe kindness should always come first, this episode is about something much bigger than basketball. Join us as we ask: Can we disagree without hatred? Can we defend our beliefs without attacking people? Can we teach the next generation that respect is stronger than outrage? Because in the end… Respect is never out of season. 📝 Homework This week, have a respectful conversation with someone who sees this issue differently than you do. Flock Cameras: Public Safety or Mass Surveillance? (259)
Flock Cameras: Public Safety or Mass Surveillance? How much privacy should we expect when we’re driving on public roads? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, we explore the growing use of Flock Safety automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras throughout the United States, including Santa Barbara County. Supporters argue these cameras have helped recover stolen vehicles, locate missing children, and solve serious crimes. Critics raise concerns that storing years of vehicle movement data could allow governments to build detailed records of where innocent people live, work, worship, receive medical care, and spend their time. We discuss: How Flock cameras work Where they have been reported in Santa Barbara County The constitutional questions now being argued in court The balance between public safety and individual privacy Organizations advocating for stronger privacy protections and greater government transparency Whether you believe these systems make communities safer or believe stronger safeguards are needed, understanding how this technology works is an important part of participating in the conversation. As always, our goal is not to tell you what to think, but to encourage you to ask thoughtful questions and make informed decisions. 📣 Caption Who’s watching your drive? Across America, thousands of license plate reader cameras quietly record passing vehicles every day. Some people see them as an essential crime-fighting tool. Others worry they represent one of the largest surveillance networks ever created. This week we’re spilling the tea on Flock cameras, privacy, the Fourth Amendment, and why several organizations are challenging aspects of these systems in court. Fraudonomics: When Stealing Becomes a Business Model (255)
🍵 Spill the Tea Topic of Discussion When does fraud stop being the work of a few bad actors and start functioning like an industry? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica explore what they call Fraudonomics: the point where fraudulent billing schemes become economically embedded, supporting businesses, payrolls, vendors, and entire networks that depend on public dollars. Using publicly available audits, Department of Justice prosecutions, and California agency reports, they examine how weaknesses in oversight can allow fraud to grow, why whistleblowers are often essential to exposing it, and why following the money is more important than following political labels. This conversation encourages critical thinking, careful use of evidence, and accountability without stereotyping individuals or communities. 📣 Caption What happens when fraud becomes part of the economy? Today’s episode introduces a new word: Fraudonomics. From fraudulent Medi-Cal billing schemes to weak oversight, whistleblower retaliation, and billions of dollars in alleged health care fraud cases across the country, we ask a challenging question: At what point does fraud stop looking like isolated crime and start behaving like an economic system? The California Lottery: Jackpot for Schools or a Clever Shell Game? (251)
### 🍵 Spill the Tea Topic of Discussion The California Lottery was sold to voters as a way to provide additional funding for public education, but how much of every ticket actually reaches California’s schools? In this episode, Dominique and Erica follow nearly $9 billion in annual lottery sales through prizes, retailer compensation, operations, contractors, and education. They examine state audit findings, the $36 million funding dispute, questionable contracting procedures, district-level spending concerns, and the surprising fact that lottery money supplies less than 1.5% of California’s overall education funding. The lottery does send substantial money to public education, but the real story is buried beneath the jackpot-sized advertising: only about 20.6 cents of each sales dollar was allocated to education in fiscal year 2024–2025. ### 📝 Homework Please Like, Subscribe, and Share today’s episode with a friend. Should Members of Congress Be Allowed to Hold Dual Citizenship? (248)
Should members of the United States Congress be permitted to hold dual citizenship? In this episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Earth Mamma Dominique and Coach Mamma Erica examine the constitutional requirements for serving in Congress, the arguments for and against dual citizenship, concerns about national security and divided loyalty, and the possibility of public disclosure as a balanced alternative to an outright ban. This thoughtful kitchen-table conversation asks whether citizenship status is the real issue, or whether America should focus more closely on transparency, financial conflicts, foreign influence, conduct, and fidelity to the constitutional oath. This episode does not accuse individual lawmakers or rely on unverified lists. Instead, it invites listeners to explore a genuine constitutional and ethical debate with curiosity, compassion, and practical wisdom. 🍵 Should members of Congress be allowed to hold dual citizenship? The Constitution requires members of the House and Senate to be U.S. citizens for a certain number of years, but it does not expressly prohibit dual citizenship. Does holding citizenship in another country create an appearance of divided loyalty? Could international experience make a legislator more informed? Should dual citizenship be banned, or should candidates simply be required to disclose it? And are foreign financial interests more important than the number of passports someone possesses? Earth Mamma Dominique and Coach Mamma Erica examine both sides without accusations, internet rumors, or political shouting. Maybe the real issue is not dual citizenship. When Your Heart Becomes the Teacher: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life (245)
What if your heart has been trying to guide you all along, but life has simply been too noisy to hear it? In this calming and thought-provoking episode of Spill the Tea with D & E, Dominique and Erica explore the science of heart-brain coherence and lead listeners through a gentle four-question practice designed to quiet the mind, awaken gratitude, and access deeper inner wisdom. Discover how slowing your breath, shifting awareness into your heart, and naming old emotional wounds can open the door to healing, creativity, and authentic self-understanding. Whether you’re navigating change, searching for clarity, or simply longing for more peace, this episode offers a practical daily ritual for reconnecting with your deepest self. Sometimes the answers you’ve been searching for aren’t hidden… they’re simply waiting beneath the noise. Slow your breath, soften your heart, and ask four simple questions that may change the way you hear yourself forever. ❤️🍵 My heart, what do you want me to know right now? Listen for the most important insight or truth you need in this moment. My heart, what do you need from me right now? Discover the next act of care, rest, courage, forgiveness, or attention your heart is asking for. My heart, what is the ancient wound within me that is asking for a deeper healing right now? Notice any old hurt, fear, or limiting belief that is ready to be acknowledged. Give it a simple name (for example: “Rejection,” “Not Enough,” “Abandonment,” or “Fear of Failure”) so you can return to it with compassion and healing. My heart, [ask one personal question in a single sentence]. Ask one brief question about your own life or next step. Stay focused on yourself rather than another person, then receive whatever comes as a word, image, feeling, or quiet knowing. The Four-Step Practice ❤️ Awareness: Place your attention on your heart. 🌬️ Breath: Breathe slowly and comfortably, as if breathing through your heart. 💛 Feeling: Evoke genuine gratitude, appreciation, compassion, or love. 🕊️ Receive: Ask each question, pause without forcing an answer, then take one slow anchoring breath before moving to the next. #SpillTheTeaWithDE, #HeartBrainCoherence, #HeartCoherence, #HeartMath, #InnerWisdom, #MindBodyConnection, #EmotionalHealing, #SelfHealing, #GuidedMeditation, #Breathwork, #GratitudePractice, #Compassion, #PersonalGrowth, #SpiritualGrowth, #ConsciousLiving, #MindfulLiving, #HealingJourney, #NervousSystemHealing, #TraumaHealing, #SelfAwareness, #EmotionalWellness, #MeditationPractice, #PositivePsychology, #InnerPeace, #SelfDiscovery, #HeartCentered, #Neuroscience, #WellnessPodcast, #EducationalPodcast, #AuthenticConversations, #RealTalkPodcast, #SpiritualTruthConversations, #WisdomSharing, #GrowthMindset, #LifeLessons, #CommunityWellness, #PodcastCommunity, #PodcastLife, #DailyPodcast, #TruthMatters 🌻 Word of the Day: Heartlistening (heart + listening) Definition: The intentional practice of becoming quiet enough that your deepest wisdom can finally finish its sentence. 🌿🍵 The Last Sip 🍵🌿 Before we put the kettle away and head back into the adventure of everyday life, we’d like to leave you with one final thought: Wellness isn’t something you buy.
