The Great I Am - I Am The True Vine
Ever finished a hard bike ride wondering why it felt like the brakes were rubbing the whole way? The Christian life can feel exactly like that, and Pete reckons the problem isn't trying too little, but being plugged into the wrong thing. Join us in John 15 for vines, dodgy acer pruning, and a carefully weighed cup of coffee-shaped disappointment, as we find that Jesus is the bean, not the kit.

The Great I Am - I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life
"I am the way, the truth, and the life" sounds like a claim about religion — about doing the right things, knowing the right answers, feeling the right feelings. But what if way, truth, and life aren't three separate boxes to tick, but an inseparable whole? And what if the point isn't religion at all, but a relationship? In this sermon, Paul explores John 14:6 – Jesus' answer to a very practical question from a very practical disciple – and what it means for how we actually live in this life and the next.

The Great I Am - I Am the Good Shepherd- John 10:11-14
What makes a shepherd good and why is Jesus our good shepherd? Explore with us how Jesus actively seeks us, guides us and provides for us as the ultimate shepherd for humanity.

Pentecost - The Person of The Holy Spirit
In this powerful Pentecost Sunday message from Sutton Vineyard, Julian explores the person and power of the Holy Spirit and what it means to live a Spirit-filled life. Looking at Acts 2 and Ephesians, he unpacks how the Holy Spirit brings comfort, guidance, conviction, healing and assurance, while empowering believers to grow closer to God and live out their faith with boldness. Through personal stories, biblical teaching and practical encouragement, this talk dives into spiritual gifts, prayer, prophecy and the importance of pursuing God with hunger and expectation. Whether you’re completely new to faith or have been following Jesus for years, this message is an invitation to encounter the presence of God in a deeper way and discover how the Holy Spirit works in everyday life.

The Great I Am - I Am The Door (or Gate) of the Sheep - John 10:7-9
Join us as we dive into the radical, counter-cultural claim that Jesus is "The Gate"—the singular point of entry to a life of true security and purpose. Discover how moving past the "buffet-style" spirituality of our world leads us into the abundant pasture of a Saviour who doesn't just watch over us, but literally lays His life down for our protection.

The Great I Am - "I Am the Light of the World"
Jesus says boldly in John 8 ‘I Am the Light of the World’ - but what does this mean for us? Hannah unpacks that not only can we find hope in a single flicker of light but we can partner with the power of Jesus in life over death and allow Him to uncover the hidden things in our lives, community and world.
-

The Great I Am - "I am the bread of life John 6:35"
Julian kicks off The Great I Am series by exploring Jesus’ powerful statement, “I am the Bread of Life” (John 6). In a culture full of competing voices and surface-level spirituality, this talk challenges us to move beyond seeing Jesus as just a good man or teacher—and instead encounter Him as the true source of life, sustenance, and satisfaction. Using relatable food analogies and real-life insight, Julian unpacks how we often chase things that leave us empty, while Jesus offers something deeper: daily provision, steady faith, and lasting fulfilment. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or have been in church for years, this message invites you to come back to the table and find true life in Him.

Vision Sunday
This Sunday we take time to talk about the momentum we gained as a church over the years, the opportunities that lay ahead, and the challenges of meeting the mission. Each April we invite the church to see how we allocate our resources and to share in the vision for using them for what we sense God doing through 2026.

Living as Easter People
Jesus is risen - so why does life still feel hard? Through the stories or Emmaus Road, Doubting Thomas and the disciples by the lake, Sam looks at how we carry the hope and victory of Easter into seasons that feel far from celebrations.

Resurrection Generation
Resurrection Generation: We are like living stones being built into the purposes of God. We think of legacy as something we leave in a will. But the greater question is not just what are you leaving behind, but what are you doing with the unfinished time that God has left you with. A resurrection generation carries the power of the Gospel through this life and lays a foundation for the lives of others.

Passion - Dead Undone
Easter is strange. Chocolate, bunnies, and a man walking out of his tomb. But if we understand what the resurrection actually means, it changes everything. In this Easter Sunday talk, Paul explores the identity of God as "I AM" — the self-existent One who knows every heartbeat and etched the galaxies into being — and what it means that this same God entered His own story in Jesus to deal with our rebellion and defeat death itself. Whose story are you in? And what would it mean to step out of the tomb?

Passion - Palm Sunday - Enter The Christ
Palm Sunday wasn’t peaceful, it was tense, urgent, and full of people wanting very different things from Jesus. In this sermon, we slow the scene down and ask not just what the crowd expected from Him, but what we expect from Him now. And the question at the heart of it is this: are we welcoming the real Jesus… or just the version of Him that fits our lives?

Passion - Be like Jesus, Become Like Him, Do as He Did
Hannah explores how, by the same Holy Spirit that lived in Him, we are called to be with Jesus, be like Jesus and do what Jesus did.

God's Nurture
Where is God when the nurture feels missing? When life falls apart and God seems silent, it's easy to assume He's forgotten us — or that we've done something to lose the signal. But Isaiah 49 tells a different story. In this talk, Paul explores what it really means to be held by a love that is fierce, permanent, and closer than words can express.

Set Apart - Holiness
As we continue our 'Set Apart' series Sam explores the idea of Holiness and what it means to be called to be Holy. We are told to be Holy as the Lord your God is Holy, but how do we approach this and what does it look like? It feels like something we will constantly fall short of and, for some, it can feel like a real barrier between them and the Lord. But in the Gospel we hear the veil and has been torn and the barrier removed so what does it mean to be Holy and why is it important?

Set Apart: Faith
In this powerful message, Dave, Senior Leader at Bridge Church in Lincoln, speaks into the church’s “Set Apart” series with a bold and challenging focus on faith. Drawing from Hebrews 11 and the Parable of the Talents in the Gospel of Matthew, Dave unpacks a deeper, biblical understanding of faith — not just belief or trust, but active obedience. He challenges the modern Western view that faith is simply internal belief, reminding us that true faith is demonstrated through action. “Faith without works is dead” isn’t about earning God’s love — it’s about responding to it. Through the Parable of the Talents, Dave highlights that it’s not about how much we’ve been given, but what we do with what we have. The servant given five talents and the servant given two receive the exact same reward: “Well done, good and faithful servant.” The message is clear — comparison kills calling. There are no winners in the game of comparison. Faithfulness, not status or scale, is what matters. He also explores what it really means to be blessed. To be blessed isn’t simply to be loved by God — it is to be commissioned by Him. From Genesis to the Great Commission, we are entrusted with responsibility and invited to partner with God in His purposes. This message is a call to move from passive belief to active partnership with God — to live entrusted, courageous and obedient lives of faith. If you’re wrestling with what it truly means to live by faith, this teaching will both challenge and encourage you.

Set Apart - God's Will
Is God’s will a fragile blueprint you can fall out of, or something deeper? In this message, we explore how Scripture reframes God’s will not as perfection or a single life-plan, but as formation, a life bending toward Christ. Through the stories of Saul and David, we consider obedience, shame, suffering, and the mercy that meets us when we turn.

Pursuing Presence - Confession & Guidance
Confession shouldn't be a guilt trip or shame filled duty. It should be a natural part of a loving and vulnerable relationship with the Father. It helps us recognise He is God and we are human. Hannah explores how Confession and Guidance leads to freedom and spiritual growth.

Pursuing Presence - Service & Submission
Jesus doesn’t lead from a distance — He kneels, washes feet, and invites us to do the same. Rather than treating church like something we visit or consume, we’re challenged to belong deeply, to become rooted, and to choose willing submission that brings life to others. When we pick up the towel instead of chasing position, we discover that serving is one of the clearest ways we grow closer to God.

Pursuing Presence - Simplicity & Solitude
What do we do when the noise and complexity of life pull us into confusion and stress? Simplicity and solitude are two of the tools that help us to be present to the God who is always present to us. This week, we explore pursuing God in simplicity and silence.

The Advent of Joy
At Christmas, joy seems to be abounding but what if I don't experience that? What even is joy? Is it a feeling? Hannah explores the Fruit of the Spirit, looking at how we can grow joy in our lives by proximity to the Father.

The Advent of Peace
So often, we look for peace in our circumstances, failing to see that it's something we can actively forge with God's Holy Spirit. In this talk, Paul asks us to consider if peace is a passive feeling or a courageous action we must undertake. In this talk we take a look at what Jesus says in the Sermon on the Mount to challenge our default instincts. We explore why the most authentic peace demands the difficult partnership of both truth and reconciliation, and how Jesus's instructions on handling conflict show us how to make space for the other person. Discover how your own peace, grounded in your identity as a child of God, is the foundation for creating peace in the world.

Hope
Mary receives hope not through comforting circumstances but through a disruptive encounter. Her world is ordinary, pressured, and overshadowed by fear, yet God speaks into her trouble with truth: “The Lord is with you… Do not be afraid… You have found favour.” Hope doesn’t remove difficulty; it calls us to rise within it.

I WIll Make You.....
Guest speaker, Lily Brightwell, explores Jesus’ call to “Follow me, and I will make you,” highlighting how discipleship is both an invitation and a journey of transformation. Through the story of Jesus calming the storm, she reminds us that our “I will make you” moments often happen in seasons of challenge, where God shapes us more deeply. Lilly encourages us to surrender, trust Jesus’ presence in the boat, and step boldly into the purpose He has for us.
-
72
Peace & Conflict
Conflict is unavoidable—but how we respond reveals our hearts. Jesus calls us not to be peacekeepers who avoid discomfort, but peacemakers who bring His presence into tension and division. When Peter reached for the sword, Jesus reached for healing—showing that real strength is found in restraint, mercy, and love.

Inner Formation - Study
What happens when we stop rushing through Scripture and let it steep, like a teabag left long enough to do its work? This week’s message explores how study can shape our minds, calm our hurry, and bring our hearts back to the slow work of love.

Inner Formation - Fast
Of all the spiritual disciplines is fasting something we neglect, is it something we understand? In this talk, Sam continues our series on Spiritual Disciplines and explores why we are called to fast. It isn't that God has a problem with food and it isn't about punishment. It is not about what we lose, it’s about what we gain. It’s not about emptying our stomachs, it’s about filling our souls.
-
69
Inner Formation - Pray
Prayer is like a telephone - or is it? Just as a master pianist learns to become the music, so too can we grow in the spiritual discipline of prayer as an ongoing conversation at whatever point in our walk with the Lord.
-
68
Inner Formation - Meditate
What comes to mind when you hear the word meditation? Maybe it’s someone peaceful on a mountaintop — quiet, still, and far away from the noise. But what if the kind of meditation the Bible talks about isn’t just for the calm moments, but for the chaotic ones too? In this talk, Paul explores not just what biblical meditation isn’t, but what it really is — an accessible, everyday spiritual survival skill for life with God right in the middle of the noise.
-

Inner Formation - Spiritual Disciplines
Spiritual disciplines aren’t about rule-keeping or earning points with God—they’re about walking in rhythm with Jesus. Like a three-legged race, we learn to match His pace instead of rushing ahead or falling behind. Through simple, consistent practices—prayer, Scripture, rest, worship—we till the soil of our hearts so God’s Spirit can form us from the inside out. Start small. Stay steady. Let Jesus shape your inner life.

Hidden Lives - The Midwives Who Defied a King
In this talk, Julian Arnold explores the challenge of living with conviction when faced with pressure, compromise, or fear. From a personal story inside the Pentagon to the biblical account of the Hebrew midwives in Exodus, Julian shows how small acts of courage can shape history — and how the choices we make today define who we become tomorrow. He reminds us that true courage isn’t the absence of fear, but the presence of reverence: choosing integrity and faith over compliance and compromise. Drawing parallels between ancient stories, modern challenges, and everyday decisions, Julian invites us to ask: Who do I want to be before the moment arrives? This is an inspiring call to live with faith, integrity, and courage, even when the world tells us otherwise.

God's Work Through Willing Hands - Shaky Servants
God doesn't just rebuild walls—He rebuilds people. Our calling is not just to stand firm alone, but to be rebuilt together as a faithful community, allowing even our weakness to become strength in His hands. There are things we need to break, things that will shake us and cracks that need repairing. With real-world honesty, biblical insight, and spiritual encouragement, this message reminds us that being a disciple of Jesus isn’t about perfection or performance — it’s about love, humility, and faithfulness in the everyday. 🧱 What needs breaking in your life? 🌪 What’s been shaking your confidence? 💔 What cracks are you pretending don’t exist? Let’s be the kind of people who build with love, grace, and integrity — who reflect Jesus not just on Sundays, but in the quiet, small moments of our week.

God's Work Through Willing Hands - A Burdened Heart
In today's talk, Julian unpacks the story of Nehemiah to explore how God uses burdens, prayer, and passion to spark action. When Nehemiah saw the broken walls of Jerusalem, he didn't wait for a sign — he let the burden stir his heart, prayed, and stepped out in faith. Julian challenges us to look at the brokenness in our world and ask: 👉 What problem is God calling me to see? 👉 Could my burden be the calling? 👉 Am I waiting on God, when He’s waiting on me?
