I've been selling on Amazon since 2015, and one platform I keep seeing sellers add on is Whatnot, a live auction platform where you sell to customers in real time. I sat down with Vernon Johns, a member of my Legends community, who went from a 50k to 70K a month Amazon business to going all in on Whatnot with his family. Amazon just announced a major change to its commercial liability insurance requirements for sellers, and it takes effect November 2nd, 2026. Tracking other sellers is one of the fastest ways to source on Amazon, their storefront becomes your list of products to check. The problem is knowing which sellers are actually worth tracking.
