    At eight years old, Sandrine Ray OLY dreamed of playing ice hockey at the Olympic Games. At the time, it seemed impossible; women’s ice hockey wasn’t even an Olympic sport. When people told her that she, and women like her, didn't belong, she chose to follow her passion anyway. Twenty years later, she represented Switzerland at the Turin 2006 Olympic Games.Today, as a sports chaplain, she supports athletes on their journey pursuing their own dreams.     Purpose Beyond the Game | Hugo Inglis OLY

    A four-time Olympian and former vice-captain of the New Zealand Black Sticks, Hugo Inglis OLY was one of the most capped players in New Zealand hockey history. But the more he traveled the world competing, the harder it became to ignore the contradiction between his career and his environmental convictions. After retiring, he co-founded High Impact Athletes, a global movement that channels elite athlete funding toward evidence-based climate solutions. With over 240 athletes from 50 disciplines across 35 countries, HIA has directed more than $2 million to organizations tackling climate change. In 2025, he won the IOC Climate Action Award.     The Courage to Go First | Regina Martinez OLY, M.D., MPH

    A Mexican emergency room doctor who had never touched a ski until she was 28, Regina Martínez Lorenzo OLY made history at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics as the first Mexican woman to ever compete in cross-country skiing at the Winter Games. While logging 80-hour hospital shifts in Miami, she trained on roller skis on pavement and worked as a dog walker to afford flights to snow. She didn't choose between medicine and the Olympics. She chose both.
