96 | Comparison Builds Walls, Grace Builds Friendships - Devotion
Do you go into momma bear mode when someone hurts your family, forgetting there may be a deeper story you can’t see? Have you ever compared your priorities to another person and wonder why they are doing things that don't make sense, instead of considering the invisible battles they might be fighting? Are you carrying judgement in a way that leaves you feeling guilty, instead of choosing grace that protects your peace and your relationships? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. I learned the not‑so‑secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, building simple routines that supported my priorities, rejecting mom guilt, and discovering what self‑esteem and self‑worth really look like in everyday motherhood. In Time for Mom, we have honest conversations about comparison, practical devotional moments, and encouragement you can tuck into the cracks of your day. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, rediscover your identity, and love yourself the way your babies already do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing why what you can’t see in someone’s life matters more than what you do see, so you can stop carrying the weight of judgement and start responding with Christlike grace, empathy, and peace. Hurt people hurt people — look deeper before reacting. Judgement is easy; grace takes Holy Spirit strength. Invisible battles shape behavior more than we realize. Assumptions destroy relationships — curiosity repairs them. Understanding isn’t approval — it’s Christlike compassion. Leave condemnation to God — He sees the whole picture. Grace brings more joy than judgement ever will. 95 | Breaking Free from Comparison: Lose Weight Without Losing Yourself with Coryn Brown & Crysanne Clay
Do you ever find yourself slipping into comparison—especially as a SAHM—letting someone else’s routines or body shape quietly rewrite your priorities and your sense of self-worth? Have you noticed moments where mom guilt makes you question your self-esteem or the way you care for your body, even though you’re doing the best you can in the season you’re in? Are you carrying expectations that don’t match your real life, making health feel like pressure instead of peace—and keeping you from honoring the body God entrusted to you? Today have an amazing interview with Coryn Brown and Crysanne Clay, a mother-daughter health coaching duo and the voices behind the Her Healthy Body Podcast. With over 20 years of combined experience working with women both in person and online, they specialize in strength training, protein-focused nutrition, and helping women rebuild their health after years of diet culture and extremes. — all while keeping God at the center of the journey. In this episode, we’re talking about the quiet trap so many moms fall into—trying to lose weight, only to lose themselves in the process. When health becomes about aesthetics instead of stewardship, comparison takes over, joy drains out, and the journey stops feeling holy, peaceful, or sustainable. This conversation brings you back to the why behind getting healthy, the warning signs of obsession, and the strength‑centered, God‑honoring approach that actually lasts. Why your “why” matters more than any number on the scale. The women who succeed long‑term are the ones who pursue health for deeper reasons—not just looks, but the ability to show up for their families, their calling, and their life. The truth about chasing a smaller version of yourself. A tinier body won’t make you happier. In fact, the more obsessed you become with losing weight, the more you tend to gain—because obsession steals peace, clarity, and consistency. The spiritual reset your health journey needs. Weight loss is a side effect, not the goal. You can hand control back to God and choose to honor the body He gave you with strength, nourishment, and compassion. Realistic expectations for real‑life seasons. Busy seasons will come. Your health habits should flex with your life, not break you. Peace is a fruit of healthy stewardship. Why strength is the healthiest definition of “healthy.” Strength builds sustainable body composition, confidence, and energy—without the obsession, comparison, or guilt. How comparison steals joy from your body image. When you measure yourself against others, you lose sight of the unique, God‑crafted body you’re called to care for. Warning signs that weight-loss has become an obsession: When looks become the focus When workouts feel like punishments When diet and exercise become attempts to control your life When your workout drains your energy instead of giving it Related Episodes, Devotions, and Links: Her Healthy Body Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/her-healthy-body-lose-weight-workouts-high-protein/id1586031822 Her Healthy Body Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/herhealthybody Her Healthy Body Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/her.healthy.body/ Website: herhealthybody.co Contact email: [email protected] Next Steps: >Subscribe to the Time for Mom weekly devotion and newsletter: https://bit.ly/timeformomsubscribe Join the Time for Mom private Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/timeformomcommunity >Leave a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts! https://bit.ly/timeformompodcast >Need a mom mentor? 94 | “Unqualified” Isn’t Disqualified — How God Turns Your Past Into Purpose. Devotion
Do you ever look at your past or your weaknesses — like Paul persecuting believers or you feeling unqualified as a mom, wife, or leader — and assume God can’t use someone like you? Have you let past mistakes and shortfalls convince you that God can’t use you for something more than the day-to-day? Are you tying your self‑worth to results instead of trusting God to work through your weakness? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. I learned the not‑so‑secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, building simple routines that supported my priorities, rejecting mom guilt, and discovering what self‑esteem and self‑worth really look like in everyday motherhood. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, rediscover your identity, and love yourself the way your babies already do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing my own journey of feeling unqualified — as a mom, wife, leader, and writer — so you can see how God works through ordinary women who simply choose to obey. God equips the willing, not the qualified. Your weakness is where God shows His power. Obedience matters more than credentials. Paul’s past became his testimony, not his disqualification. God uses you even when you feel unworthy. Results aren’t your job — obedience is. 93 | Lost in Motherhood? Rediscover Your Identity, Self‑Worth, and Priorities as a SAHM
Do you ever feel like your routines are running your life instead of helping you protect your priorities — especially when mom guilt or comparison starts whispering that you’re not doing enough? Have you noticed how easily your self-esteem and self-worth get tangled up in being a SAHM, as if your identity begins and ends with what you do for everyone else? Are you carrying the weight of motherhood in a way that leaves you drained, overwhelmed, and unsure how to realign your priorities so you can actually enjoy your kids again? In this episode, I’m sharing some lessons on mom identity that I've learned in the last six years of motherhood so you can reject expectations and comparison in favor of reclaiming your identity as more than just mom. The “respond to every cry” season is short — don’t stay stuck in it long‑term. As your family grows, boundaries matter; babies can wait a few minutes and older kids still need you. Small, steady adjustments help you realign motherhood with your true priorities. You’re a mom, but not only a mom — caring for yourself and your identity matters. Staying rooted in God shifts the whole atmosphere of your home and helps you show up with grace. 92 | Feeling Unqualified, SAHM? What Moses Teaches Us About Flaws - Devotion
Do you ever slip into comparison or mom guilt when your routines don’t look “good enough,” even though God keeps reminding you He uses imperfect people on purpose? Have you noticed how your self-esteem takes a hit when you focus more on your flaws than on the calling God has placed on your life? Are you letting your priorities get swallowed by fear or insecurity instead of stepping forward in obedience, trusting that God qualifies the called? In this episode, I’m sharing how God uses our flaws and insecurities—just like He did with Moses—so you can step into your calling as a mom with confidence, courage, and a heart willing to obey even when you don’t feel enough. God uses your flaws on purpose, just like He used Moses’ weakness to reveal His strength. Your calling doesn’t require perfection, only a willing heart to obey even when you feel unqualified or insecure. Mom guilt and self‑doubt don’t disqualify you — God equips you as you step into what He’s asked you to do. Your weaknesses can become someone else’s encouragement, because God’s power shines brightest through the places you feel least confident. Obedience grows confidence, just like Moses became bold only after he started walking out his calling one step at a time. You can’t ruin God’s plan by being imperfect, because success in His eyes is measured in eternity, not instant results. 91 | The Strength of Dad — and the Support He Needs From You
Does your husband do things so much differently that you that you twitch a little if you watch him? Have you wondered why your kids just respond differently and better to your husband than you? Are you trying to support and love your husband as he takes on fatherhood? In this episode, I’m sharing how dads uniquely shape their kids and how we can better support our husbands in parenting so you can build a stronger, more unified home where both parents thrive. Kids thrive when dads lead with calm strength, and their unique influence shapes confidence, discipline, and emotional security. Children learn by watching their dad, not just listening — modeling matters more than perfect parenting. Moms and dads parent differently, and that’s a gift, not a flaw. Different strengths create a fuller, healthier home. Backing your husband in front of your kids builds unity, stability, and trust in your family’s leadership. Disagreements about parenting belong in private, where unity can be restored without confusing your children. Respecting your husband publicly strengthens your marriage, and your kids learn how love and partnership work. Letting your husband “dad his way” empowers him, builds his confidence, and shows your kids that both parents matter. Protecting space for intimacy keeps your marriage strong, which ultimately strengthens your whole family. 90 | Stop Comparison and Grow Your Faith Again - Devotion
Do you ever treat your spiritual routines like gummy vitamins — quick, cute, but not actually nourishing your heart? Have you felt that quiet sting of comparison or mom guilt when God exposes something uncomfortable in you — like anger you didn’t realize was there? Are you giving yourself grace for the slow, inconvenient growth seasons — the ones that stretch your self-worth while God prepares you for what’s next? In this episode, I’m sharing how spiritual growing pains show up in our everyday mom life — from “gummy vitamin” faith to the uncomfortable stuff God exposes — so you can recognize your own growth and walk into it with more confidence and grace. Spiritual growth needs real nourishment, not “gummy vitamin” faith. Just like your kids needed quality vitamins for healthy development, moms need Scripture, prayer, and reflection to strengthen spiritual routines and self‑worth. Growth is uncomfortable, even when it isn’t painful. Outgrowing shoes, clothes, and old habits mirrors how God stretches moms beyond comparison, anger, and old identities as He matures us spiritually. Your growing pains are personal — and they don’t define your worth. Some moms feel the “pain” of growth intensely, others barely notice it. Neither experience means you’re failing; it’s simply where you are in your walk with Christ. Spiritual growth rarely fits your schedule — but it prepares you for your next season. Just like kids suddenly needing new clothes overnight, God uses inconvenient seasons to prepare moms for new priorities, confidence, and calling. Growth reveals new strengths God planted in you long before motherhood. Compassion, patience, self‑control, and confidence emerge as God matures you — just like David’s long journey to kingship shows growth takes time and intention. 89 | The Mirror and Scale Are Lying! Love Your Mom Bod and Boost Your Self-Esteem
Do you ever look at other bodies and instantly start the comparison game, like somehow her thighs not touching means she has her priorities more together than you? Have you let mom guilt and low self-esteem convince you that your worth is tied to your jeans size, your cellulite, or whether or not your thighs spread like pancake batter when you sit? Are you talking to yourself with the same kindness and confidence you want your kids to grow up with, or are you still tearing yourself down for things that are part of being woman in a real body? In this episode, I’m sharing the truth about our bodies—how they’re shaped, built, and how weight doesn't equal health—so you can stop beating yourself up, drop the comparison game, and finally see your own body with the confidence and compassion it deserves. Your body shape is mostly genetic — weight loss won’t change your bone structure. Every woman has lumps, bumps, rolls, cellulite, and stretch marks — they’re normal, not flaws. Your weight doesn't make you healthy. Health is a personal journey and built through consistent movement. Housework isn’t enough movement — your body needs intentional activity to thrive. Your body is uniquely yours — dress in ways that honor your convictions and comfort. Confidence is more attractive than any size, shape, or “perfect” body. Intimacy strengthens marriage and increases attraction — not a flawless body. You are beautiful, valuable, and worthy even when your body feels imperfect. Confidence can be a choice — speak to yourself the way you want your kids to speak to themselves. 88 | Spiritual Growing Pains Got You Down? Restore Your Spiritual Health With These 4 Simple Steps - Devotion
Do you ever notice your routines slipping when life gets hard—leaving you feeling spiritually empty and fueling that familiar mom guilt as a SAHM trying to hold everything together? Have you been comparing yourself to other moms and wondering why your self-esteem or self-worth feels so fragile when your spiritual “nutrients” (prayer, Scripture, remembering God’s faithfulness) are running low? Are you carrying pain that feels heavier than it should because your priorities have shifted away from abiding in God—making every spiritual growing pain feel sharper and more overwhelming? In this episode, I’m sharing how to ease spiritual growing pains by getting close to God again, so you can walk through hard seasons with more peace, purpose, and strength. Spiritual growing pains often feel the worst when we’re far from God — distance amplifies the ache, closeness brings clarity and purpose. Abiding in God—through prayer, Scripture, and reflection—reduces the “ache” of growth because it reminds us that nothing is wasted in His hands. Just like our bodies need nutrients, our spirits need prayer, Scripture, remembrance, and worship to stay strong during stretching seasons. Remembering God’s past faithfulness strengthens trust in present trials, especially when life feels confusing or heavy. Worship in the middle of hardship becomes a testimony, showing the world a hope and peace that doesn’t make sense without Christ. 87 | Slow the Summer Down! A Gentle Reset to Break Comparison and Mom Guilt
Do you ever get caught in summer routines that leave you wondering if you’re actually living by your real priorities or just trying to keep up with what everyone else seems to be doing? Have you felt that quiet mom guilt creep in when your days as a SAHM don’t look as “productive” or “fun” as someone else’s — even though you know comparison steals your peace? Are you noticing how quickly your self-worth takes a hit when the house is chaotic, the plans fall apart, or you don’t meet your own expectations — and is God inviting you to see yourself differently this season? Summer is here — and if you blink, it’ll be gone. But what if this year could feel different? What if you didn’t get to September wondering where the time went… or why you spent the whole summer rushing instead of enjoying it? In today’s episode, we’re talking about how to stay grounded, present, and intentional in the middle of summer chaos — without overcomplicating it or burning yourself out. Identify Your Summer Priorities Your priorities can shift with the season — and that’s healthy. Write down your top 3–4 for this summer and use them as your filter for decisions. Define Your “One Thing” What ONE thing would make this summer feel like a success? Name it. Protect it. Build around it. Simplify Your Plans You don’t need a packed schedule to have a meaningful summer. Slow down enough to enjoy the moments you’re actually living. Hold Loosely Plans will change. Kids will melt down. Weather will ruin outings. Flexibility is not failure — it’s wisdom. Remember to Rest Rest is not optional. Rest is how you stay present, patient, and connected to God and your family. A meaningful summer isn’t built by doing more — it’s built by choosing what matters and letting the rest go. 86 | SAHM Priorities and the Dreams God Revives
Do you ever feel your self-worth slipping when your SAHM routines leave no room for the dreams you once held, making you wonder if you’ve fallen behind in comparison to everyone else? Have you carried quiet mom guilt for shifting your priorities, feeling torn between who you used to be and who motherhood is shaping you into? Are you wrestling with the fear that letting go of certain dreams means you’ve failed — instead of trusting that God may be reshaping them into something that honors your season and strengthens your self-esteem? In this episode, I’m sharing how God reshapes the dreams we’ve had to set aside in motherhood so you can release the guilt, honor your season, and find peace in the dreams He’s bringing back to life. Some dreams aren’t dead—just dormant. Motherhood often requires setting aside desires for a season, not forever. God transforms dreams in His timing. What once felt impossible or “over” can be reshaped and revived by Him. Your priorities shift with your season. What was healthy or exciting before kids may not fit the life you’re living now—and that’s okay. Surrender brings peace. When we release our dreams to God, He carries the outcome and breathes life where He chooses. New life comes after obedience. When the season changes, God often brings back dreams in a renewed, healthier form—because you have been transformed too. 85 | Overwhelmed by Your To-Do List? Part 2: Finding the Solution
Are you trying to manage a home, raise kids, and hold impossible standards all at once — and wondering why your self‑esteem keeps taking the hit? Have you let comparison convince you that your self‑worth is tied to how much you get done instead of who God says you are? Do you ever feel Mom Guilt because your routines don’t match the priorities you wish you had, and you assume every other SAHM is doing it better? In this episode, I’m sharing how to stop overloading your to‑do list and start living within your actual capacity so you can protect your time, your energy, and your family. 1. Choose Your Four Priorities and Stick to Them. Pick your top four (God, Family, Health, Home) and let them guide every decision in this season. 2. Set Realistic Daily Expectations. Aim for one pressing task a day. Anything beyond that is a bonus — not a requirement. 3. Delay What Can Wait. Not everything is urgent. If it can be pushed back, let it be pushed back. 4. Remove What No Longer Belongs on Your List. Some tasks need to be paused for a season — or released entirely. 5. Delegate Without Guilt. You’re managing a whole home. Let your husband and kids help, even if it’s messy or imperfect. 6. Pray Over Your To‑Dos. Ask God for wisdom and alignment. Do your priorities first — because if you don’t, you won’t. 7. You’re Human, Not a Machine. You don’t have to do everything all the time. Rest, margin, and breathing room are part of obedience, not failure. 84 | The Hidden Cost of Compromise - Devotion
Have you gotten so used to comparison or frustration in your SAHM days that you don’t even notice the “slimy places” in your heart until the damage becomes visible? Do you ever feel Mom Guilt because you’ve let unhealthy routines or attitudes linger so long that they feel normal — even though they’re quietly eating away at your self‑worth? Are you carrying habits, excuses, or emotional reactions that are quietly distancing you from God and your family — while your self‑esteem pays the price? It’s Time for Mom In this episode, I’m sharing how small compromises slowly shape your heart and home so you can recognize them early and return to God before they take root. 1. Compromise is a slow fade, not a sudden fall. Just like the moldy cups that get dirty over time, spiritual compromise builds gradually through small, overlooked choices until the damage becomes visible. 2. We get used to what is unhealthy when we stop paying attention. Your girls preferred the taste of dirty water because they became accustomed to it — the same way we can get used to toxic habits, attitudes, or sin without realizing how harmful they’ve become. 3. Distance from God, your spouse, and your own emotional health happens one excuse at a time. “It’s just because I’m tired” or “I didn’t mean to” slowly creates separation in your marriage, your walk with God, and your home life. 4. The cost of compromise is long‑term damage that’s hard to undo. By the time we notice what’s happened, relationships, health, and spiritual life may already be suffering — and regaining lost ground takes intentional effort. 5. We need the Holy Spirit to reveal what we can’t see on our own. Just like you don’t notice the mold until you look inside the cup, we often don’t see the “slimy places” in our hearts without conviction and God’s gentle correction. 6. Cleaning your heart is hard work — but it’s holy work. Repentance, humility, and asking forgiveness (even from your kids) is difficult, but it’s the only path to spiritual health and a home that reflects God’s grace. 7. Your kids need to see you repent, not pretend. They learn who God is by watching how you respond to your own sin — with humility, honesty, and a willingness to be washed clean. 83 | Overwhelmed by Your To-Do List? Part 1: Find the Problem
Do you look at your to-do list and immediately feel like you're drowning, and your routines are hopelessly broken? Are you tired of the mom guilt for trying to catch up only to fall further behind? Have you tried everything but still can't fit your priorities into your to-do list If so, you’re in the right place. In this episode, I’m sharing why some seasons simply exceed your capacity and how God meets you there so you can release the guilt, receive help, and make space for what matters most. Are you in a season where you just can't do all the things? Some seasons simply exceed your capacity — and that’s not failure. Do you have a time management problem or are you at the max capacity of what you can do? Productivity culture loves to blame “poor time management,” but many moms are already maxed out. Before you shame yourself, ask: Is this actually doable in this season? Are your tasks doable but you're overwhelmed by them? Even simple tasks feel heavy when you’re stretched thin. Overwhelm is a signal, not a character flaw. Are you letting people help you? Or are you disguising control issues as "easier" than letting people help? Letting people help isn’t weakness or failure — it’s discipleship for your family. Do you have time in your day to spend with God, your husband and your kids? If you don’t have time for God and your people, something has to shift. 82 | I Am Not My Own... Learning to Surrender Control - Devotion
Do you feel mom guilt when your routines fall apart and you can’t keep up with your own expectations? Have you noticed comparison stealing your self-esteem and making you question your self-worth as a SAHM? Are you carrying the weight of priorities God never asked you to hold, leaving you overwhelmed instead of surrendered? In this episode, I’m sharing what it really looks like to surrender your time, plans, and expectations to God in motherhood so you can release the pressure to control everything and finally find peace in the season you’re in. Motherhood reshapes your autonomy — your time, plans, and energy are no longer fully your own. God invites you to hold your plans loosely and trust His redirection. Surrender isn’t losing yourself; it’s finding peace in God’s purpose for your season. When your day feels hijacked by needs, interruptions, and responsibilities, God is still leading. Letting go of control creates space for God to strengthen your self-worth and restore your priorities. You don’t have to carry the pressure of doing everything — you belong to God, not to your to‑do list. Have you caught yourself overreacting to your children and spouse, but you don't know why? Are you tired of trying to stop your reactions when you can't even figure out what caused it? Do you just want to have peace in the home and in you? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing how to identify what’s really triggering your own emotional outbursts — spiritually, mentally, or physically — so you can start deescalating your own emotions. Do a quick self‑check: Are you running on empty spiritually, mentally, or physically? Reconnect with God and notice how time with Him shifts your capacity. Consider whether your child’s latest developmental leap is impacting behavior – yours or theirs. Pay attention to possible hormone changes influencing your emotions. Look for hidden triggers that may be shaping your reactions. Bring your husband or a trusted friend into the conversation. Pray over your kids and your parenting, then wait for God’s direction. 80 | From Mom Guilt to God’s Image - Devotion
Do you let mom guilt convince you that your mistakes define you, even though God has already stamped His image on you? Have you compared yourself to other moms and forgotten that God made you intentionally — with a purpose, a plan, and a unique reflection of His character? Are you living your days from a place of low self-worth or exhausted routines, instead of the truth that God is continually shaping you to look more like Him? In this episode, I’m sharing why mom guilt can’t change the image of God in you so you can finally see your worth the way He does. Your children reflect your image — and you reflect God’s image. Mom guilt can distort how you see yourself, but it cannot rewrite God’s design. Your self-worth grows as you spend time with God and reflect His character. Comparison steals joy, but God’s image in you is unchanging and unique. God is continually transforming you — even in the hidden, exhausting parts of motherhood. Your calling as a mom is intentional, purposeful, and God-designed. 79 | The Gift of Generations — They Need More Than Mom
Are you holding so tightly to your own routines that you’re missing the people — parents, grandparents, or spiritual family — who can pour wisdom, love, and stability into your kids? Do you ever feel the weight of mom guilt telling you that needing help means you’re failing — even though there is a community of people you already trust? Have you let comparison reorder your priorities, pulling you away from the generational gifts right in front of you? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. I learned the not‑so‑secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, building simple routines that supported my priorities, rejecting mom guilt, and discovering what self‑esteem and self‑worth really look like in everyday motherhood. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing memories from living with my grandma and benefits my children have from us living with my parents so you can see how you and your own children can benefit from family, older generations, and time with mentors. Community isn’t weakness — it’s God’s provision. Generational connection is a gift we rarely see coming. Age brings a kind of wisdom that strengthens families. Shared life builds shared memories. 78 | Snuggles to Scripture: What My Kids Teach Me About God - Devotion
Do you ever feel stuck in your spiritual growth—caught between mom guilt, comparison, and the pressure to keep perfect routines as a SAHM? Have you noticed moments where your self-esteem or self-worth take a hit because you can’t see the “invisible growth” God is actually building in you? Are you giving your priorities to everything and everyone else while forgetting the spiritual nourishment your heart needs to stay rooted in Christ? In this episode, I’m sharing the eight spiritual growth lessons God has shown me through my girls so you can recognize your own spiritual maturity—even the kind that feels slow, invisible, painful, or buried under the daily weight of motherhood and capacity limits. Growth isn’t obvious while it’s happening, but becomes clear when you look back and see how God has been forming you in the hidden places. Growth is painful, yet the discomfort is evidence that God is stretching you toward deeper spiritual maturity and sustainable motherhood. Just like children need varied nutrition, we need spiritual nourishment—Scripture, prayer, rest, connection, and community—to grow in healthy, faith‑rooted ways. Boundaries create safety, wisdom, and confidence, helping both kids and moms stay grounded in God’s truth instead of mom guilt or overwhelm. Love, connection, and affirmation remain lifelong needs, and God faithfully meets them as we learn to mother from a place of being loved, not striving. Discipline is uncomfortable but essential, shaping character and helping us grow into who God designed us to be—inside our Four Walls and beyond. Children need intentional teaching, and we need spiritual teaching too, so our roots grow deep in Christ and we don’t live with shallow, exhausted faith. Growth takes time, and God prepares us slowly and lovingly for what He’s calling us to do next, even when we feel behind or unsure. 77 | Mama, Failing Isn’t What You Think
Have you ever wished you could stop making mistakes with your kids? Is mom guilt eating at you when you don't follow through with your own priorities? Are you frustrated with failing to follow through with your own values? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing how failure is a part of motherhood so you can start seeing failure as an opportunity to grow. Failure doesn't have to define you or your self-worth. Just because you say you prioritize time with God, doesn't mean you won't stop when it's hard to make that time. Routines are easy to break when life gets crazy and hard to start back up – but you can still do it. Don't compare yourself to where you want to be. Give yourself a little grace when you mess up. Do you ever feel mom guilt creeping in because you think you should be able to declutter, manage the house, and hold everything together without help? Have you noticed how comparison steals your self-worth — especially when you assume other SAHMs are doing it all alone (even though they aren’t)? It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing the truth about clutter and community so you can build a peaceful home with support, not burnout. Key Takeaways: Decluttering is emotional — “what if” thinking keeps moms stuck in clutter cycles. Boundaries protect your peace — even “helpful” items can derail your decluttering progress. Moms need community — Scripture shows we’re designed to carry burdens together, not alone. Receiving help is biblical — like Moses, moms thrive when others hold up their arms. Your story matters — every messy moment becomes part of your God‑given testimony. 75 | No Purpose in Motherhood? Let's Find Your Dream Again Special Guest Nicole Naicker
Did your dream and goals vanish when you became a mom? Do you feel stuck in the mundane and repetitive routines that seem to consume mothers? Have you wondered if motherhood overwhelmed your purpose in life? Today’s guest, Nicole Naicker, is a Life coach, wife, boy mom and entrepreneur who helps Christian women who feel stuck (in anxiety, self-doubt and limiting beliefs) gain clarity on their purpose, define success through their faith, and set goals that align with the life they believe God is calling them to live. She works with women who are ready to move past self-doubt, trust God’s direction, and start taking meaningful steps toward their calling. In this episode, we are discussing how your priorities change when you become a mom so you can see how motherhood isn't the end but an expansion of your God given purpose. Key takeaways: There is Purpose in Every Season of Motherhood – Motherhood may feel repetitive and mundane, but God weaves purpose into every season, role, and responsibility. Your dreams don’t disappear when you become a mom — they expand. God’s Strength in Your Weakness - You don’t have to be confident on your own. God uses your gifts, your limitations, and even your hard days to shape you, grow you, and prepare you for what’s next. Discovering Your Calling Through Your Gifts - If you feel unsure about your purpose, start with prayer, your natural gifts, your interests, and the feedback of people who know you. Write it all down and look for the overlap — your calling often hides in what feels ordinary to you. Motherhood as Sacred Preparation - Raising children develops new skills, deepens compassion, and strengthens resilience. These aren’t detours from your purpose — they’re part of the preparation for future dreams, work, and ministry. Waiting Well Without Losing Heart - Dreams may feel paused, but they aren’t dead. Waiting is not passivity — it’s a posture of faith. Motherhood is a beautiful chapter in your story, not the end of it. If you don't know what your dream or purpose is what can you do? Pray and ask God for clarity. Identify your natural gifts and talents — what comes easily to you. Ask trusted people what they see in you if you’re unsure. Notice your interests and what you genuinely enjoy. Write everything down so you can see it clearly. Look for the overlap — that’s often where your purpose begins to take shape. Your gifts won't seem like they are extraordinary to you 🌿 What do you do ff you feel your dreams are dead? Feeling like your dreams have faded is completely normal, especially in a season where motherhood is sacred but often unseen and unpraised. Modern moms carry heavier expectations than ever, but having a child doesn’t erase your purpose — it adds a new layer to it. Motherhood is one of the most meaningful callings you’ll ever walk in, and it grows skills, strength, and wisdom you’ll carry into every future dream. Your purpose isn’t gone — it’s being expanded and prepared. God is shaping you through this season for what comes next. Ask yourself: What might God be preparing me for through the very things that feel small, repetitive, or hidden right now? 72 | Learning to Let Go and Depend on God - Devotion
Do you have emotional “empty boxes” — mom guilt, comparison, or old routines — you're holding onto? Have you been carrying hurt, dreams, or expectations that God is asking you to release so you can rebuild healthier priorities? Are you keeping things—physical or emotional—that are actually doing damage to your family? In this episode, I’m sharing how boxes of stuff, literal or figurative can clutter our lives so you can see where God is asking you to let go and make room for new things. Letting go makes room for what God actually wants to give you. Hoarding—physical or emotional—quietly drains your capacity. Invisible boxes (hurt, dreams, grudges) weigh more than the real ones. Forgiveness is releasing what’s poisoning your heart, not excusing the hurt. God can’t fill what you refuse to empty. 70 | Finding God in Your Mundane Motherhood Moments - Devotion
Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a never‑ending valley season — where motherhood, marriage, or life just feels heavy and unrelenting? Have you walked through days that feel more like survival than growth, wondering why God would allow so many low moments at once? Are you longing for reassurance that the hard, mundane, or painful parts of your story actually have purpose? In this episode, I’m sharing a devotional inspired by Jane Eggleston’s poem “It’s in the Valleys I Grow.” We’re talking about why the valleys of motherhood — the grief, the overwhelm, the mundane, the emotionally draining moments — are often the very places where God grows us the most. From the weight of daily responsibilities to the deeper struggles we don’t always talk about, God uses these low places to strengthen us, shape our character, and draw us closer to Him. 🌿 Tangible Takeaways for Moms 1. God grows you in the low places The valley seasons — the heavy, mundane, or painful ones — are where your roots deepen. 2. Your struggles have purpose Nothing you’re walking through is wasted. God uses even the hard moments to shape you. 3. God is steady in every season You may not understand the valley, but He’s with you in it, guiding and strengthening you. 4. The everyday moments matter Even the repetitive, ordinary parts of motherhood are places where God is working in you. 69 | 3 Time Management Tips for Moms to Find Routines That Fit You
Does every time management hack, routine and schedule leave you frustrated and overwhelmed? Do you want to prioritize finding routines so you can finally have a schedule that works? Are you comparing what works for everyone else and wonder what you are doing wrong? In this episode, I’m sharing 3 tangible time management tips so you can start finding those routines that actually work with you, your family, and your life. 🌿 Tangible Takeaways for Moms 1. Build your routines on a foundation of time with God Start with one small, consistent moment with God each day — a verse, a prayer, a conversation. Ask God to shape your schedule instead of trying to force someone else’s system onto your life. 2. Experiment without guilt Try one new routine this week — morning rhythm, cleaning flow, bedtime structure — and treat it like an experiment, not a test. When something doesn’t work, don’t label it a failure. Adjust and keep going. 3. Work with your God‑given wiring Choose routines that match your personality, energy levels, and season of motherhood. Ask yourself: Does this routine support my family’s real life, or am I trying to squeeze us into someone else’s mold? 4. Give yourself grace every single day Replace self‑criticism with curiosity: What can I learn from this moment instead of beating myself up? Remember: motherhood isn’t defined by perfection but by how you rise, repair, and keep loving. 68 | You Prayed for Growth, but Not the Storm That Brings It - Devotion
Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a “winter season” of motherhood — where everything feels heavy, repetitive, or draining — and wonder if you’re doing something wrong? Have you caught yourself comparing your messy, stormy days to another mom’s sunshine moments and instantly felt your self-worth drop? Are you holding onto routines, expectations, or priorities that used to work in a different season of motherhood but now only leave you overwhelmed or guilty? In this episode, I’m sharing how life mirrors storms, there is good that can come out of the bad, and how God is still in the middle with us so you can learn to recognize God in the middle of your circumstances. 1. Every season has a purpose — even the ones that feel cold, dark, or hopeless. Winter seasons may feel like death or loss, but they’re often clearing space for something new to grow. 🌧️ 2. Growth requires storms — not comfort. Spring storms are uncomfortable, messy, and disruptive, yet they’re the very thing that produces maturity, strength, and new life. 🌞 3. Joy becomes deeper when you’ve walked through seasons of hardship. We appreciate the “summer” seasons more fully because we’ve endured the cold and the storms that came before them. 🌱 4. God uses endings to make room for beginnings. Sometimes He brings things to a close so you can step into a new season without being held back by what once was. 🙌 5. Whatever season you’re in, God is steady, present, and intentional. He is the same in winter, spring, and summer — and He is using your current season to shape you, grow you, and draw you closer to Him. Does motherhood feel like a never-ending wave of storms? Are you wondering where God is when everything is falling apart? Do you know who God is when life is hard? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, Beautiful! I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing how God is still present even when life is hard and maybe even a little depressed. No matter how messy mom life is, how perfect other people's lives seem compared to yours, or if your self-worth crumbling as fast as your overcooked meatloaf, God is there. Key takeaways: Life is filled with storms AND times of beauty and peace. Like it or not, moms set the tone for the home. Our kids feed off of our emotions and so do our husbands. I hold myself to a higher standard of behavior and ultimately fail because I'm not that good. Reminding yourself of who God really is, not what society says he is. I know who God is because I have seen who he is in the hard times. God is the only thing that has not crumbled in my life. God is in the storm. 66 | Learning Christ‑Like Compassion Through Our Children – Devotion
Does your child handle life better than you? Have you needed to guide your child through a hard situation and been the one who is taught a lesson? Are you wondering if anything you've been trying to teach your children is sinking in? In this episode, I’m sharing how life has shaped my child in ways my routines couldn't so you can walk with your child through life we can't protect them from forever. When your child faces loss or cruelty for the first time, it does something inside you. This episode walks through a moment where my daughter’s compassion outshined my instinctive reactions — and how God used that to reshape my heart. From navigating grief to responding to bullying, this devotional reminds moms that our kids often model Christlike love long before we think they can. Kids often model God’s love more clearly than adults do. Your first reaction isn’t always your best reaction. Mom guilt shows up, but God uses it to refine your priorities. Encouraging your child in the little things strengthens their self-worth. Parenting moments can grow your heart in ways routines never will. 65 | Stop Believing Mom Guilt. Being Healthy Makes You a Better Mom - Guest Christa Baker
Are you constantly exhausted but can't fall asleep? Do you consistently skip breakfast? Have you felt guilty for taking a shower longer than 5 minutes? Momma, you're being lied to. It's time to prioritize your health out of obedience to God. In this episode, I’m sharing why being healthy isn’t selfish — it’s stewardship, so you can ditch the mom guilt and make your health a priority. “I Don’t Have Time” is the biggest lie moms believe. Taking care of your health is not selfish — it’s stewardship God calls moms to steward their bodies, not run them into the ground. Health requires movement and nutrition, not perfection. Mom guilt is destroying health routines Taking time to make healthy decisions – to prioritize caring for our bodies is an act of obedience to the Lord. 15 minutes is enough to make a difference in your health. 64 | Don’t Stay Stuck in Routines, Embrace God’s Leading - Devotion
Do you ever cling to old routines or habits because change feels too overwhelming? Have you compared yourself to other moms and been too afraid to step into something new God is nudging you toward? Are you ignoring God’s gentle nudges because your priorities are shaped more by survival mode than faith? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi, I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, Coach and Mom Mentor. I learned the not‑so‑secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, building simple routines that supported my priorities, rejecting mom guilt, and discovering what self‑esteem and self‑worth really look like in everyday motherhood. We have honest conversations about comparison, practical devotional moments, and encouragement you can tuck into the cracks of your day. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, rediscover your identity, and love yourself the way your babies already do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing a devotional comparing potty training and spiritual growth to help you recognize where you are on your own spiritual growth as a Christian. • Growth means leaving behind comfort. • God knows exactly what we’re capable of. • Spiritual growth is slow, messy, and repetitive. • God prepares us long before the moment of change. • Training isn’t pleasant, but it produces deep fruit. • God leads us deeper one step at a time. 62 | Why, God? Ask Questions Without Mom Guilt - Devotion
Do you question God when asks you to obey but you don't understand why he's asking—just like your kids question you? Have you fought with God when you didn't understand his direction? Are you wondering if God is okay with your questions or if he's asking you for silent obedience? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, SAHM, coach, and mentor. After years of comparison and mom guilt, I learned the secret to becoming the mom my girls needed! By prioritizing time with Jesus, building simple routines that actually worked, and discovering what self‑esteem and self‑worth look like through God’s eyes, I was able to find joy in motherhood. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, become the mom you hoped you’d be, and love yourself the way your babies do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing how watching my kids ask questions and struggle with obedience opened my eyes to how I do the same with God so you can find peace in the struggle between obedience and understanding. Obedience often comes before understanding, both for our kids and for us with God. Kids play the “Why?” game, and we often do the same with God when we delay obedience. God sees dangers, consequences, and priorities we don't, just like we do with our children. It’s healthy to ask God why, but He still calls us to obedience rooted in love (Deuteronomy 11:1). God sometimes withholds answers because faith grows through trust, not full explanations. Acts of obedience—like Rahab’s—can shape generations, even when we don’t see the fruit right away. Choosing obedience over questioning helps us build spiritual routines, stronger faith, and deeper trust in God’s guidance. Do your SAHM routines leave you exhausted and empty? Have you ever said, "I need me time!" but just felt guilty? Are you comparing yourself to other moms and wondering why none of them seem as tired as you? (They probably are.) If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. I learned the not‑so‑secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, finding routines that worked, rejecting comparison and mom guilt when I failed, and learning what self‑esteem really is. This podcast is for moms who want Biblical encouragement and real‑life devotions. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, become the mom you hoped you’d be, and love yourself the way your babies do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing about 3 different kinds of rest (physical, spiritual, and mental) so you can find where you need rest as a mom and as a family. How you get the rest you need isn't always the same as your spouse, bestie or even your kids. You can rest on any day, it doesn't have to be on a Sunday. What will work for you and your family around school and work? The rest we need varies week to week. What kind of rest are you needing this week? Do you need one or all three kinds of rest? The hardest part is sticking to rest. Schedule it like you would an appointment if you need to. 60 | Learning About God Through Tantrums and Tears - Devotion
Have you noticed moments—just like your kids—when comparison, impatience, or selfishness reveal areas where God is still growing your heart? Do you ever feel stuck in a spiritual “baby stage,” repeating the same routines and wrestling with guilt when your priorities slip? Are you willing to let God mature you beyond spiritual milk, even in the exhausting SAHM seasons where your self‑esteem feels low and devotions feel hard to keep up? If so, you’re in the right place. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, become the mom you hoped you’d be, and love yourself the way your babies do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing how motherhood mirrors our spiritual growth from baby to adult so you can see your own spiritual progress with fresh eyes. Our kids’ behavior reflects our own spiritual tendencies. As we grow, our prayers shift from self‑focused to others‑focused. God delights in our small steps of obedience the way we delight in our kids. Spiritual maturity is a choice, not a timeline. 59 | Your Marriage Is Worth Your Time, SAHM
Do you feel guilty for prioritizing your kids over your marriage but don't know how to stop? Have your SAHM routines pushed your marriage to the bottom of your priority list without realizing it? Are you trying to keep your marriage alive, but aren't sure how with the constant demands of motherhood? If so, you’re in the right place. In this episode, I’m sharing why and how to take time to nurture your marriage in the season of motherhood so you can keep your marriage strong even when your kids are demanding all of your time. Your marriage can’t thrive on autopilot — relationships weaken when they’re not intentionally nurtured. Just like muscles, connection atrophies when ignored, and the longer it’s neglected, the harder it becomes to rebuild. Your kids will be okay when you pause to prioritize your spouse. A stolen hug, a quick kiss, or a five‑minute conversation won’t harm them — but it will strengthen the foundation they depend on. You don’t need elaborate date nights to stay connected. Staying emotionally connected starts with simple habits: greet each other, check in, and make space for real conversation. 57 | SAHM and Equal Partner in Marriage
Is your view of “husband as head of the house” shaped by Scripture or by tradition, old routines, and comparison? Are you carrying guilt from not following beliefs God never actually asked you to follow? Would your priorities shift if your marriage was an equal partnership rooted in biblical principles and not a hierarchy? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, finding routines that worked, rejecting mom guilt when I failed, and learning what self‑esteem really is. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, become the mom you hoped you’d be, and love yourself the way your babies do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. In this episode, I’m sharing some hard truths about marriage dynamics and how my husband and I navigate them so you can stop comparing your marriage to others and start building your marriage in healthy ways. Authority doesn't look the same, but it doesn't mean it's not equal. Me Jane, he Tarzan doesn't mean I'm less capable but that the things that I'm the most capable in is different than him – hence partnership. If we want to do something but one of us doesn't agree, we don't do it or at the very least hold off until we have communicated and prayed and come to an agreement. What has God convicted you of verses what are the things you grew up thinking is normal? Don't compare your husband to someone else's. 56 | What Does God’s Provision Look Like? Mom Life Devotion
Have you ever wondered what God's provision looks like in your everyday life and routines? Do you compare what we experience with Hollywood special effects and wonder if you've missed God working in your life? Does God's provision seem like a good idea, but you don't know what you're looking for? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, finding routines that worked, rejecting mom guilt when I failed, and learning what self‑esteem really is. In this episode, I’m sharing 12 real life examples of what God's provision has looked like in my life so you can start seeing God's provision in your own life. What is the provision of the Lord? It's the not-so-glamorous things that happen to provide exactly what we need, not necessarily what we want. God's provision is: Unwanted direction. Generosity. Knowledge and skills. Desperation and exhaustion. The death of pride. "No". Just enough. Things lasting when they shouldn't. Community. Peace that defies the situation. Affliction. Small. In this episode, I’m sharing an amazing conversation about self-esteem, comparison, and loving your body with the lovely and fabulous Ashley Perry Lambert, host of the Fat Loss Momentum Podcast, so you can be encouraged and see your mom bod as the beautiful vessel it is. God uses our broken times to draw us closer to him. You are so much more that what your body looks like. You can come to peace with your walk with God having to look different in motherhood. When God removes something, he replaces it with something better. Spiritual health is a part of being healthy and maintaining health. There is so much strength in motherhood. Becoming a mother helps you become selfless. Allowing God to transform you from the inside out is the only way for true transformation. Ask the Lord to reveal to you who you truly are outside of the titles and roles and believe him. The Lord has you in this season for a reason. Comparison is the thief of joy. 52 | I’m Afraid to Pray, but God Still Hears - Mom Life Devotion
Have you ever been afraid to pray? Has your fear of God's answer ever paralyzed your prayers in your throat? Have you been afraid God would bring the very thing you are praying against to pass? Have you thought that if you relinquished control and surrendered something to God then, of course, He was going to take it away? You aren’t alone. I have struggled with all these thoughts and so many more. In this episode, I’m sharing a time when I didn't want to pray because of fear, shame and guilt so you can find God's faithfulness in our failures. Fear can make prayer feel dangerous, especially when we’re afraid of God’s answer. God is a Good Father who gives good gifts, even when His answers stretch our trust. Suffering shapes families, but we choose whether it makes us bitter or draws us closer to God. God listens to imperfect, fear‑filled prayers and still works for our good. Trust grows when we surrender what we can’t control and ask God to help our unbelief. Starting February 1, I’m launching a live monthly Q&A for premium Substack members — If you are a mom who feels alone, overwhelmed, and just want someone to come alongside them, this space is for you. 51 | Guilty for wasting time? Biblical Encouragement for the SAHM
Does motherhood feel like it’s derailed your priorities and canceled your calling? Are you stuck in routines that make you wonder How God could use this season of wiping butts for anything meaningful? Do you ever feel guilty for wasting time even though your whole day is spent serving your family? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, finding routines that worked, rejecting mom guilt when I failed, and learning what self‑esteem really is. In this episode, I’m sharing how God is using a 20-year-old mistake so you can be encouraged when you look back on your past. Nothing you walk through is wasted. God uses every season, even the messy ones, to shape you. Your mistakes and wasted time don't limit what you can do now and in the future. Your mistakes and wasted time don’t disqualify you. They often become the very tools God uses to equip you. Growth takes time. Running from or ignoring your calling doesn’t cancel it. SAHM life is exhausting, and the routines can feel endless, but this season can grow you in ways nothing else can — stretching your patience, your priorities, redefining your self‑esteem, and your dependence on God. Motherhood isn’t undoing you; it’s refining you. God is using even the emotional cliffs and chaotic days to build strength, wisdom, and compassion in you. Starting February 1, I’m launching a live monthly Q&A for premium Substack members — If you are a mom who feels alone, overwhelmed, and just want someone to come alongside them, this space is for you. 50 | All I See Are Problems, Is There Hope? Mom Life Devotion
Are you exhausted from trying to keep up with the constant change, of mom life? Do you ever get so overwhelmed by the “trees” in your life that you forget there is life outside of your problems? Have you found yourself grieving old routines and seasons that it is impossible to find anything good in your current circumstances? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, finding routines that worked, rejecting mom guilt when I failed, and learning what self‑esteem really is. In this episode, I’m sharing the slow journey of navigating big changes so you can find hope and peace as you navigate those rapid changes of SAHM life. Big life changes can make us lose sight of the bigger picture. Focusing only on what’s hard blinds us to the good still in front of us. Every season has purpose, even the overwhelming ones. Survival-mode moments deepen our dependence on God. God is with us while we are slogging through the forest. 48 | What if You Tried, SAHM? When Growth Means Breaking Routine - Mom Life Devotion
Do your kids ask to do things that you don't want to, like dance in public? Have you given into those cute little faces and surprised yourself by actually doing well? What if God is asking you to step out and try new things? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, finding routines that worked, rejecting mom guilt when I failed, and learning what self‑esteem really is. In this episode, I’m sharing a devotion on how much trying to draw (not an artist!) has grown me spiritually so you can see those boundary stretching things in a new way. Trying matters more than perfection — to your kids and to God. Your children delight in your presence, not your skill level — and God delights in your obedience the same way. You can do more than you think because God has already prepared good works for you (Ephesians 2:10). Fear of failure keeps us stuck in old identities, but trying builds confidence and spiritual maturity. When we stop trying, we miss out on discovering the gifts God has placed in us. Next Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm PST – 2:00 pm MST – 3:00 pm CST – 4:00 pm EST (Pick your time zone!), I will be hosting a free Time for Mom Breakthrough Workshop! Do you want to find that woman you used to be before you turned into Mom, but you feel like that woman died in childbirth? Listen, Cherished Momma, no, that is not truth. This workshop is going to help you find her again, one choice at a time. You don’t have to run away, you don’t have to start from scratch, and you don’t need to waste time trying everyone else’s mothering techniques. I’ll help you lean into how God made you, by reconnecting you to your faith and growing from there. So come join me in the Time for Mom Breakthrough Workshop, so I can take years off your journey to becoming the mom you want to be so you can enjoy life without the mom guilt.
