    Season 3 coming in HOT! I sat down with Annie and Liz who are pilots of a Black Hawk helicopter that is a water dropper for fighting fires. They are in LA helping with the fires and were involved with getting the fires under control in the Palisades fire. Their story grabs you and gives you insight into the realities of fire fighting from the air. These two are talented, direct and very good at what they do. I am so honored that they chose to join me to share their story. This all came together in the matter of hours and it is a story that I hope you find as inspirational as I do. The work they do is dangerous and takes a great deal of skill. Thank you for your service Annie and Liz. Chrissy offers insight into what being a yoga teacher has taught her and how leading teacher trainings has helped her to be a better teacher for her students. Her thoughtfulness shines through in her answers to questions that she did not have access to before the interview.

While Kathryn still teaches yoga, she is exploring her love of fashion and food and creating new directions for the next phase of her life. We spoke about her recent travels to France that combined seeing all the art and architecture that Paris has to offer as well as the fashion while she was there. This was a lively conversation about life in general.
