EP221 | We Both Lick it Out

We both lick it out. Yes, that is a genuine sentence from EP221. And yes, we immediately realised it would probably end up in the title. This week Ste and Nicole tackle the important issues: the correct way to eat a Creme Egg, whether eating an Oreo normally makes you a psychopath, why stealing somebody else's chips tastes better because "the secret ingredient is crime", and just how much food you can cram into your mouth before your jaw gives up. Before all that, there's a confession involving a nearly 1,200-day Snapchat streak that technically died before being resurrected for 99p, another accidental brush with going viral, baby spiders, listener feedback from Andy and another collection of news stories that sound made up but somehow aren't. We meet 97-year-old wing-walker Betty Bromage, hear about a Mercedes badge apparently getting hot enough to brand people and discover a fashion label whose name basically translates to Fecal Matter. Then Judge Jerry returns to decide whether secretly recording a two-faced relative really ruined a wedding — including seven bridesmaids, an unwanted wedding celebration and a cousin who probably shouldn't be trusted anywhere near the bouquet. Finally, Follow Fast or Scroll Past takes on social-media habits including shared Facebook accounts, gym selfies, public relationship arguments, filming strangers, parents posting their children online, voice notes, feet pics and screenshotting private conversations. Plus Meme of the Week attempts to return, before technology gets involved, and we finish with the usual selection of terrible jokes. 🎧 Topicopedia EP221 — out now. 🌐 Topicopedia.online #Topicopedia #ComedyPodcast #BritishPodcast #UKPodcast #Podcast #PodcastClips #JudgeJerry #UncleJerry #Comedy #SocialMedia #FunnyPodcast #PodcastComedy 00:00 Intro & Host Catch-Up 08:57 The Andy Segment & Listener Feedback 18:05 Notable News 28:53 Betty Bromage, Mercedes & Fecal Fashion 34:57 Off Topic: How Do You Eat Yours? 38:02 Psychopathic Oreos & Food Rules 48:39 Judge Jerry: Did I Ruin the Wedding? 58:43 Follow Fast or Scroll Past 01:02:13 Shared Accounts & Relationship Drama 01:09:41 Filming Strangers, Kids Online & Feet Pics 01:23:57 Meme of the Week 01:25:46 Jokes of the Week

EP220 | SEX ROBOT TEACHERS & NAKED STONEHENGE

Description: Nicole’s back has finally packed up, Ste has returned from his birthday trip to London considerably poorer, and a disappointing Gordon Ramsay burger has left him questioning everything. In Episode 220 of Topicopedia, we hear about Nicole’s terrifying night home alone, debate whether Britain should ever reconsider the death penalty, and meet the electric Jaguar driver whose own car grassed him up to the police. There’s also an AI school robot linked to a company making sex bots, surfing dogs, a £28,000 overdue library book, a floor covered in enough peanut butter to make 15,000 sandwiches, and the chance to dance naked inside Stonehenge. Our Off Topic discussion asks why stolen chips, cinema popcorn and food made by somebody else always taste better. Then Judge Jerry delivers his verdict on a boyfriend who practically lives at his girlfriend’s house, eats her food, uses her electricity, contributes absolutely nothing and considers McDonald’s an acceptable birthday celebration. We also tackle the biggest restaurant debates, including QR code menus, automatic service charges, splitting the bill, children in fine-dining restaurants, bottomless brunches and tipping in the UK. Plus Meme of the Week and a collection of jokes that become progressively less suitable for polite company. Vote for your favourite meme and send us your stories, questions and feedback at Topicopedia.online. EP219 | THE CHEESECAKE WAS FOREPLAY…

In Episode 219, Ste and Nicole accidentally spend far too long investigating Ben & Jerry’s flavours before eventually remembering they have an actual podcast to record. There’s listener feedback, Andy Burnham and Number 10 North, hosepipe snitches, people parachuting from towers, a real-life Spider-Man, rogue AI, Sam Smith’s hazel-eye confusion and plenty more from the week’s headlines. Nicole then challenges Ste to identify everyday products using nothing but furious one-star reviews, before Uncle Jerry tackles a family crisis involving missing food, a hidden kitchen camera, a stolen cheesecake and a mum secretly using her son’s house as a waiting room for an affair with the 82-year-old neighbour. Finally, meal kits, Amazon Prime, app payments, advert-free streaming, creator memberships and car subscriptions face Follow Fast or Scroll Past, followed by Meme of the Week and another collection of deeply questionable jokes. EP218 | HUMAN DOGS, £12.50 TEA & AIRPORT ANIMALS

Episode 218 gets expensive, awkward and worryingly canine. Nicole has bought a 3D printer and immediately discovered that the printer itself is only the beginning of the spending. We catch up with your feedback, discuss the week's headlines and make some political predictions that may age terribly. Then Ste plays The Price Is Wrong, attempting to guess the real cost of everything from a cup of tea at The Ritz to airport parking, theme-park churros and an alarmingly expensive Mr Whippy. Judge Jerry also returns to rule on a family birthday dilemma involving a friend's dog persona, a harness, a surprise game of fetch and a previous incident with hand-fed pork scratchings in Wetherspoons. Finally, we settle some airport-etiquette arguments, battle over Meme of the Week and finish with another collection of wonderfully questionable jokes. Listen, vote and send us your own stories at topicopedia.online. Short podcast-app description Nicole's new 3D-printing hobby gets expensive, Ste faces outrageous prices in The Price Is Wrong, and Judge Jerry rules on whether a human Alsatian should be allowed at a family birthday party. EP217 | STICKY BALLS, SWINGERS & THE BINDICATOR

Autocorrect has learned one word from Ste’s phone and it absolutely refuses to let it go: THE BINDICATOR. This week, Nicole reveals the matching tattoos and launches a forensic investigation into the face of someone who laughed at them. Ste embraces sticky-ball season, Andy risks the friendship by attacking pistachios, and Topical Media returns with the biggest, weirdest and most ridiculous stories of the week. Then Autocorrect Roulette exposes far too much, including Nicole’s plan for old people and Ste’s suspiciously persistent home-automation dashboard. Judge Jerry also tackles a key-party disaster involving Mum’s Nissan Micra, a woman called Bev, discount body glitter and something now known as “the little red rocket”. Plus, we decide whether chips belong in a McFlurry, whether banana pizza should be prosecuted, crown the Meme of the Week and finish with jokes of varying legality and quality. EP216 | Camera Up My What?! Weddings, Water Taxis & The M&S Bag Scandal | Topicopedia EP216

Ste and Nicole are back for episode 216 of Topicopedia, and this week starts exactly how any sensible podcast should: with colonoscopy chat, road surface analysis and a suspiciously deep dive into bus-route YouTube. There’s also a missing smash burger delivery, a cursed DHL coffee table saga, listener feedback about weather stations, Viagra in football, air con, political chaos and the sort of world record chat nobody asked for. In notable news, we get into England at the World Cup, the Sky/ITV streaming deal, Russia and Ukraine, viral Empire State Building edits, Joey Chestnut’s hot dog record, a Plymouth taxi that fancied being a boat, and the greatest headline ever written about an M&S bag. This week’s main game is Finish the Sentence, which somehow manages to cover ageing, weddings, lottery purchases, cats, aliens, supermarket tannoys and the banning of matcha. Exhibit A looks at the heartbreaking murder of Helen McCourt, a local case involving the former George and Dragon pub in Billinge, before the mood swerves violently back into chaos with Follow Fast or Scroll Past: outrageous wedding trends. Audio guest books, champagne towers, tattoo stations, live painters, midnight McDonald’s and outfit changes all get dragged through the Topicopedia filter. Plus: Meme of the Week, jokes of the week, Uncle Jerry lurking somewhere in the shadows, and the usual amount of cancellation-risk behaviour. EP215: Viral Spiders, Slushie Machines & The Murder Theory That Made No Sense

This week on Topicopedia, Ste and Nicole are surviving the heatwave, arguing about aircon, celebrating Spoodpimp going weirdly viral, and once again proving that Lidl’s middle aisle is basically financial Russian roulette. We also dive into listener feedback, weird eBay purchases, resin pumpkins, suspicious weather maps, missing giraffes, sewer explorers, raccoons with jars on their heads, and seagulls stealing terrible sausages. Then we look at some of the world’s weirdest Guinness World Records, including chopsticks in beards, washing machine throwing, rubber duck collections, extremely questionable fingernails and a skateboarding bulldog. In Exhibit A, we cover the tragic murder of Shani Warren, a case wrongly clouded for years by a bizarre suicide theory before DNA evidence finally helped bring justice 35 years later. Plus, Follow Fast or Scroll Past tackles Labubu figures, Jellycat plushies, Stanley tumblers, Ninja slushie machines, Squishmallows and other things people are suddenly obsessed with for reasons science may never explain. Vote for Meme of the Week and send us your feedback at: topicopedia.online Warning: contains adult humour, swearing, poor decisions and at least one joke that probably needs a formal apology. 00:00 Intro: viral spiders, Lidl chaos and what’s coming up 03:28 Catch-up: heatwave, aircon and Spoodpimp goes viral 08:38 Listener feedback: weird eBay buys, resin pumpkins and Andy’s lolly 12:58 Notable news: football, Wimbledon, heat maps, sewer explorers and raccoons 34:16 Main topic: the world’s weirdest Guinness World Records 49:50 Exhibit A: the murder of Shani Warren 59:40 Follow Fast or Scroll Past: Labubu, Jellycat, Stanley cups and slushie machines 1:12:29 Meme of the Week 1:14:51 Joke of the Week 1:17:54 Wrap-up and goodbye #Topicopedia #Podcast #ComedyPodcast #UKPodcast #BritishPodcast #WeirdNews #TrueCrimePodcast #ShaniWarren #GuinnessWorldRecords #Labubu #Jellycat #StanleyTumbler #NinjaSlushi #MemeOfTheWeek #AdultHumour

EP214: Starmer Quits 🍾 Haunted Ducks & The World’s Stupidest eBay Purchases

This week on Topicopedia, we SOMEHOW go from politics to haunted bath toys, which feels about right. We talk Keir Starmer apparently throwing in the towel, Andy Burnham being lined up as the next big northern hope, social media bans, Clarkson, voting ages, and whether the government just wants everyone carrying digital ID. Then things get properly stupid as we dive into some of the most unhinged things ever sold on eBay, including William Shatner’s kidney stone, a haunted rubber duck, Elvis Presley’s alleged leftover water, and an invisible air guitar. We also cover the unsolved murder of Daniel Morgan, fakeaway recipes, meme of the week, feedback, jokes, and the usual amount of nonsense. Topicopedia EP213.mp3

This week on Topicopedia, Ste and Nicole accidentally wander through the Lidl middle aisle of chaos, discuss whether Ste has become worryingly healthy, and explain why slime with bits in it is an offence against humanity. We dig into listener feedback, RollerCoaster Tycoon nostalgia, Uncle Jerry’s growing presence in the comments section, and a Notable News round-up featuring Andy Burnham, Keir Starmer, social media curfews, the World Cup and Katie Price’s husband. Then it’s time for the big one: Elon Musk and the trillion-dollar question. Has Ste softened on Elon? Is a trillion dollars even real money? And does Hyperloop count as genius, madness, or just a very expensive tube? We also put history itself on trial with a round of “Am I The Arsehole?”, judging Henry VIII, the Titanic captain, Guy Fawkes, Napoleon, Christopher Columbus, Julius Caesar, Robert Falcon Scott, King John, the Wright Brothers and Oppenheimer. This week’s true crime case is the chilling White House Farm murders, one of Britain’s most debated criminal cases, before we lighten the mood with some of the most ridiculous viral gender reveal ideas ever imagined. Plus: Meme of the Week, rude jokes, Uncle Jerry being deeply unsupervised, and the kind of gender reveal idea that should absolutely never leave the group chat. EP212 | Website Hacked, Frozen Murder & Beans on Toast

This week on Topicopedia, the website gets hacked, Uncle Jerry continues terrorising the Facebook comments, Nicole survives another week of NHS side quests, and somehow we end up blaming Keir Starmer for everything. We kick things off with listener feedback, Andy’s thoughts, Bonnie Blue fallout, pet insurance drama, flip phones, Spotify, nostalgia, and the return of Uncle Jerry in the comments section. Then it’s into Notable News, including the Henry Novak case, political double standards, Clarkson’s Farm, UK defence delays, surprise pub gigs, penguins with tiny cameras, and the birthday of Tetris. This week’s main topic is Task Failed Successfully, where we look at inventions that became famous for completely different reasons than intended. Bubble wrap as wallpaper, Play-Doh as cleaner, Viagra for blood pressure, Listerine as floor cleaner, microwaves from melted chocolate, treadmills as punishment, cornflakes as anti-horny food, and Vaseline doing… well, apparently everything. Then for Exhibit A, we dive into the chilling unsolved case of Ann Noblet, also known as The Deep Freeze Murder, where a 17-year-old girl vanished after a dance in 1957 and was found weeks later in circumstances that left investigators wondering if her body had been stored in a freezer. And finally, Follow Fast or Scroll Past takes on struggle meals: beans on toast, instant noodles, cheese toasties, pasta with butter, pot noodle sandwiches, sausage beans and mash, ketchup pasta, corned beef hash, mug cakes, baked potatoes, picky tea and more. Plus, terrible jokes. Obviously. EP211 | DELETE ME THEN: Facebook Meltdowns, Y2K Regrets & The Warcraft Murder

This week on Topicopedia, Ste and Nicole somehow go from Uncle Jerry being a menace on Facebook to police, politics, Bonnie Blue, Jeremy Clarkson’s choir, and the sort of people who post “delete me then” statuses at midnight. We get into the Manchester Airport case, the Henry Novak discussion, two-tier justice arguments, Bonnie Blue’s latest chaos, and why Jeremy Clarkson accidentally becoming likeable is deeply confusing. Then Nicole introduces Delete Me Then, a full breakdown of Facebook oversharers, public breakup soft launches, fake-deep quote addicts, MLM warriors, school-rant parents, and people who turn every status into a hostage situation. This week’s Exhibit A covers the murder of Matthew Pike, a chilling true-crime case involving online obsession, gaming communities, and a real-world attack planned through the internet. And because emotional whiplash is our brand, we immediately follow that with Follow Fast or Scroll Past, judging Y2K comeback items including Juicy Couture tracksuits, Motorola Razrs, Von Dutch hats, low-rise jeans, Tamagotchis, Ugg boots, jelly sandals and digital cameras. Plus: Meme of the Week, terrible jokes, and probably at least three things we should have edited out. #Topicopedia #Podcast #UKPodcast #ComedyPodcast #TrueCrimePodcast #FacebookDrama #DeleteMeThen #BonnieBlue #JeremyClarkson #MatthewPike #WarcraftMurder #Y2KFashion #Tamagotchi #LowRiseJeans #UggBoots #MemeOfTheWeek #BritishPodcast #FunnyPodcast #PodcastClips 00:00:00 Intro: Uncle Jerry Is A Facebook Liability 00:03:19 The Intro Gets Immediately Questioned 00:05:02 Nicole’s Neighbours, Roof Parties & Ball Gowns 00:10:00 Doctor Appointments, Body Problems & Nerve Blockers 00:13:08 Listener Feedback & TikTok Comment Chaos 00:16:33 The Manchester Airport Case 00:20:06 Henry Novak, Police Response & Public Outrage 00:25:05 Kirpans, Exceptions & Two-Tier Arguments 00:30:01 Political Hypocrisy & Selective Outrage 00:33:00 Bonnie Blue On The Radio 00:35:04 Bonnie Blue’s Pregnancy Reveal Chaos 00:39:52 Jeremy Clarkson’s Choir Wins Britain’s Got Talent 00:41:52 Storytime With Nicole: Facebook Characters 00:50:50 The Fallout From Nicole’s Facebook Argument 00:52:12 Delete Me Then: Online Oversharing & Public Meltdowns 00:55:00 MLM Huns, Copyright Hoaxes & Facebook Nonsense 01:00:07 Fake Deep Quotes & School Rant Parents 01:05:00 Breakup Soft Launches & “I’m Too Real” Essays 01:09:58 Exhibit A: The Murder Of Matthew Pike 01:20:05 Online Safety, Dating Apps & Stranger Danger 01:21:57 Follow Fast Or Scroll Past: Y2K Comebacks 01:22:12 Juicy Couture Tracksuits & Motorola Razrs 01:25:00 Von Dutch Hats & Foldable Phones 01:27:53 Low-Rise Jeans, Flares & Tamagotchis 01:33:34 Ugg Boots, Jelly Sandals & Digital Cameras 01:40:17 Meme Of The Week 01:45:16 Jokes Of The Week 01:48:35 Outro

This week on Topicopedia, Ste and Nicole return with another hour of absolute nonsense, medical mystery energy, listener chaos and questionable life choices. Nicole has another egg-related meltdown, the listeners are back with feedback about pavlovas, ice cream vans and underground amaretto panic, and TikTok decides Nicole’s snake setup is somehow worth sending death threats over. Then it’s into Notable News, featuring fake sexy priest calendars, a live frog found in lettuce, Area 51 thoughts, Gemma Collins somehow entering the Department for Education chat, and Katie Price’s missing husband update. We also play “Things You Can Say In IKEA And In The Bedroom”, which goes exactly as maturely as you’d expect. Plus, in Exhibit A, we cover the disturbing case of Malcolm Webster, the nurse accused of manipulating, drugging and murdering women who trusted him. Then we finish with 2016 nostalgia, meme of the week, and some properly filthy jokes. EP209 | EP209 | THE EGGS EXPLODED & SO DID THE EPISODE

This week on Topicopedia Episode 209, the eggs exploded… and so did the episode. Nicole kicks things off by revealing she detonated two eggs in the microwave like tiny breakfast grenades, Ste has reformatted his computer and accidentally tried to rejoin Slack like a confused new starter, and Uncle Jerry has once again been let loose on social media without supervision. We’ve got listener feedback involving productivity hats, square pizzas, Viking books and a tragic 69/99 ice cream mix-up. Then it’s into Notable News of the Week, featuring political circus energy, Stephen Curry and Warren Buffett’s very expensive lunch, shirtless baseball lads, Knight Rider speeding tickets, Eurovision failure, a man pulling a car with his bits while on fire, Katie Price’s missing husband, and the latest Bonnie Blue pregnancy rumours. This week’s Exhibit A covers the tragic and disturbing case of Suzanne Capper, a deeply upsetting British true crime case involving group cruelty, torture, and the horrifying consequences of wanting to belong to the wrong people. Then we lighten the mood with Corporate Jargon Translations, Follow Fast or Scroll Past on celebrity products, Meme of the Week with a suspiciously boob-shaped breakfast, and the usual terrible jokes to finish. EP208 | RAT SH*T CRUISES & ONE-STAR MELTDOWNS: The Internet Has Lost It

This week on Topicopedia, Nicole is horizontal, Ste is ranting, Uncle Jerry is lurking, and the internet has somehow got even more ridiculous. We kick things off with listener feedback, postcards, pirate weekend, body reprogramming, and the return of lavatorial profanity. Then it’s time for Notable News of the Week, featuring David Attenborough turning 100, politics getting messier than ever, a deeply unpleasant hantavirus cruise story involving rat droppings, and one surprisingly wholesome tornado kitten. Then we dive into some of the most ridiculous one-star reviews ever written, including complaints that waterfalls are wet, zoos have animals, blackout curtains make rooms dark, weighted blankets are heavy, and mirrors keep showing exhausted people. This week’s unsolved mystery looks at the disappearance and suspected murder of Claudia Lawrence, one of the UK’s most haunting missing person cases. EP207 | EP 207 | 69 SH*TS & A WHEELIE BIN: Topicopedia’s Most Unhinged Episode Ever

This week on Topicopedia, Uncle Jerry has been let loose on the socials, Andy is basically producing the show now, and somehow we end up doing what can only be described as a full public service announcement about different types of poo. We kick things off with listener feedback, pasty chat, four-day week dreams, podcast copyright chaos, political misery, awkward food memories and the kind of notable news that makes you wonder whether anyone should be allowed near a microphone. Then it’s time for Raise the Bar, where Nicole brings us an alarmingly detailed guide to the many different types of dump - including the perfect dump, the empty-roll emergency, the Houdini dump, and the unforgettable “oh shit shit.” In Exhibit A, we dive into the bizarre and chilling murder of Julia Wallace, a real-life mystery involving a strange phone call, a fake address, a suspicious alibi and one of the most debated murder cases in British history. Plus, Follow Fast or Scroll Past returns with lazy girl meals, Meme of the Week gets suspiciously vote-rigged, and the jokes section goes exactly as badly as you’d expect. Strong language, toilet humour, murder, cheap meals, and Uncle Jerry. So basically, a normal week. #Topicopedia #Podcast #ComedyPodcast #BritishPodcast #FunnyPodcast #TrueCrimePodcast #UnsolvedMystery #JuliaWallace #MurderMystery #ToiletHumour #DarkHumour #NotableNews #MemeOfTheWeek #UKPodcast #PodcastEpisode #FunnyChat #AdultHumour #ComedyChat #TrueCrimeComedy #UncleJerry 00:00 – Intro: Uncle Jerry’s social media crime scene.02:20 – Tech garbage and the "Bike Turnaround" health kick.05:45 – The Pasty Manifesto: Rose vs. Ginsters.08:35 – Producer Andy’s jaunty feedback and innuendo updates.17:10 – Notable News: Copyright takedowns and the Ayr Wheelie Bin incident.28:20 – Celebrity Traitors 2026 cast list and Trump's UFO files.35:10 – The Great Poo Compendium: 69 shades of brown.51:48 – Exhibit A: The impossible timeline of the Julia Wallace murder.01:03:00 – Real estate tips: Checking if someone died in your house.01:06:30 – Follow Fast or Scroll Past: The "Lazy Girl Meal" edition.01:13:00 – Meme & Jokes: The duck, the ham-bush, and the handsaw.

    EP206 | EP206 | She’s A 4, But She Can Reach The Yellow... 🍭

This week on Topicopedia, Ste and Nicole are back with another beautifully chaotic episode full of questionable rankings, terrible jokes, odd news, listener feedback and one very dark true crime case. We kick things off with hangovers, hot tub cleaning, Sunday sadness, shoplifting rants, Wetherspoons plates, and Andy’s latest feedback — including a few brutal “they’re a 10 but…” suggestions. Then it’s Notable News of the Week, featuring Trump assassination attempt chat, political weirdness, monkeys eating soil after too much junk food, a cruise passenger suing after allegedly being over-served, a naked pond mermaid, and a town centre described simply as “crap.” After that, we play “She’s a 4… but…”, where a hot dog champion, Star Wars fans, expert skiers, cherry stalk skills, older parents, Keanu Reeves, life-ruining secrets and one criminal Rickroll all get rated in the only way Topicopedia knows how: badly. This week’s Exhibit A looks at the murder of Gemma Hayter, a deeply disturbing case about vulnerability, cruelty, bullying and betrayal. Then we recover badly with Follow Fast or Scroll Past, judging viral “hot girl healthy foods” including date bark, protein yoghurt bowls, cucumber salad, high protein wraps, green goddess salad, strawberry chocolate bites and air fryer sweet potato cubes. Plus: Meme of the Week, complimenting the chef a bit too literally, and listener-submitted jokes that absolutely should not be repeated in polite company. Listen, laugh, judge us, and then head to Topicopedia.online to vote for Meme of the Week or send us your own nonsense. 00:03:00 - Nicole’s night out, hangovers and bedrotting 00:06:00 - Ste’s new weekends, Sunday boredom and hot tub cleaning 00:11:40 - Andy’s feedback returns 00:13:30 - Shoplifting, store theft and whether society can be trusted 00:18:00 - The awkward fertility clinic story 00:22:20 - Wetherspoons plates, public seats and anxiety thoughts 00:25:00 - Andy’s “they’re a 10 but…” list 00:27:52 - Notable News of the Week 00:37:51 - She’s a 4… but 00:46:13 - Exhibit A: The murder of Gemma Hayter 00:55:00 - Follow Fast or Scroll Past: hot girl healthy foods 01:07:58 - Meme of the Week 01:15:00 - Jokes of the Week #Topicopedia #Podcast #ComedyPodcast #UKPodcast #FunnyPodcast #DarkHumour #BritishPodcast #PodcastEpisode #NotableNews #MemeOfTheWeek #TrueCrimePodcast #GemmaHayter #SheIsAFourBut #AdultComedy #PodcastClips #SpotifyPodcast #YouTubePodcast #ComedyChat #ListenerFeedback #ViralTopics

EP205 | How to Sell Your Farts in a Jar (For Big Money)

Stop working a 9-to-5 and start bottling your own air. 💨🫙 In Episode 205, Ste and Nicole break down the ultimate recession-proof side hustle: Selling your farts in a jar for big money. Nicole reveals her "scientific" underwater capture method and explains exactly why there is a booming market for... well, that. But it’s not all business. We’re also diving into the psychology of "Little Treat Culture" (and why your iced coffee is the reason you’re broke), playing a chaotic round of "He’s a 10, but...", and finding out why Uncle Jerry is officially banned from every family gathering. Finally, we take a dark turn into the main feature: The tragic and mysterious murder of Mary Jane Voller. Welcome to the breakdown of Episode 204 of Topicopedia, the podcast that proves you don't need a medical degree to diagnose everything or an exciting life to have loud opinions. Here is a look at the chaos, the cases, and the questionable energy drinks that defined this week’s show. 00:00:00 – Intro: Medical advice for sneezes and the excitement of multi-pack crisps. 00:03:15 – Cornwall Recap: Rare breeds, St. Brewards, and the five-pound farm entry fee. 00:08:45 – The Cardboard Saga: Steve’s harrowing journey to the local tip with a mountain of mug boxes. 00:14:50 – Taste Test: Steve tries the "horrendous" Kong Strong energy drink. 00:18:25 – Viral Trends: Discussing the TikTok "Unbrush" and aggressive advertising. 00:30:10 – Exhibit A: A deep dive into the disappearance of Claudia Lawrence. 01:05:40 – Reddit Stories: "What’s the dumbest thing you did as a teenager?" 01:18:55 – Follow Fast or Scroll Past: Judging the latest internet personalities. 01:26:10 – Closing Time: The umbrella joke and the Easter chocolate sign-off. #Topicopedia #PodcastRecap #ClaudiaLawrence #TrueCrime #KongStrong #CornwallLife #RareBreeds #CardboardCrisis #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt #RedditStories #BritishHumor #ColdCases #LifeOpinions #Unbrush #StBreward

EP203 | Dissolving Bodies & Whey Too Much Protein

Welcome back to Topicopedia, the podcast that somehow gets weirder every week while Ste’s life remains "predictable". In Episode 203, Steve kicks things off with a passionate rant about the bizarre and potentially illegal world of TikTok Lives—from "scoop" scams to the sale of dangerous self-defense items. We then shift gears for Exhibit A, where we dive into the chilling history of John Haigh, better known as the Acid Bath Murderer. It’s a deep dive into one of Britain’s most notorious true crime cases, handled with our usual mix of "chaos and questionable life choices". Finally, we lighten the mood with Follow Fast or Scroll Past: Protein Edition, where we judge the rise of the protein-obsessed personality. We wrap up with our Joke of the Week, which might just be a "long story". Jingles by Suno. 00:00:00 – Intro: Life excitement levels of a screensaver 00:00:43 – This week’s roadmap: Acid Baths and Protein Shakes 00:02:20 – The TikTok Rant: AI employees and the middleman struggle 00:04:44 – "Scoop" Scams: Why TikTok Live gambling is out of control 00:07:00 – Illegal Self-Defense Keyrings: The danger of "Shein" weapons 00:10:45 – Exhibit A: The Acid Bath Murders of John Haigh 00:26:30 – Follow Fast or Scroll Past: The Protein Shake Personality 00:33:15 – Uncle Jerry’s Protein Intake (Unfortunately) 00:38:50 – Meme of the Week 00:40:23 – Jokes of the Week: A very "thick" book. #Topicopedia #TikTokScams #AcidBathMurders #JohnHaigh #TrueCrimePodcast #ProteinCulture #TikTokLive #ComedyPodcast #Episode203 #UncleJerry

    Ep202 | The Easter Episode That Probably Shouldn’t Eggcist…

Happy Easter from Topicopedia! In episode 202, Ste and Nicole are "cracking on" with an egg-filled special that is smoother than a melted Easter egg left on a radiator. Nicole gives us an update on her life as a "walking medical mystery" and her epic battle to clear the "piles" of clutter in her bedroom—which she’s been funding by selling on Vinted. We dive into listener feedback about proper snake-holding etiquette and the heated debate over whether Australians or Brits are the world's most "sweary" people . This week’s features include a life-changing review of Cherry Bakewell flavoured tea and a live blind taste test of the viral (and surprisingly tasty) cottage cheese ice cream . In a more serious segment, Exhibit A covers the tragic case of Shafilea Ahmed . We then lighten things up with our Follow Fast or Scroll Past Easter edition, where we judge your chocolate habits—including why biting straight into a Creme Egg is a major red flag . Wrap it all up with our Meme and Jokes of the Week! Jingles by Suno. 00:00:00 – Intro: A "smooth" Easter start. 00:01:06 – Welcome to Episode 202: The Easter Edition. 00:03:18 – Nicole’s Week: Medical mysteries, new friends, and bedroom decluttering 00:07:35 – Listener Feedback: Snake etiquette, sweary Aussies, and Minecraft creepers 00:09:15 – The Cherry Bakewell Tea Revelation: "New favourite unlocked" 00:11:21 – The Viral Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Blind Taste Test 00:18:55 – OnlyFans Quiz: Leonid Radvinsky’s microtransactions 00:27:47 – The Price of Easter Eggs & The Creme Egg "Red Flag" 00:34:16 – The Great Easter Egg Debate: Size vs. Sharing 00:38:42 – Exhibit A: The tragic murder of Shafilea Ahmed 00:45:31 – Follow Fast or Scroll Past: Judging Easter chocolate choices 00:57:36 – Meme of the Week: A very close call 01:00:20 – Jokes of the Week 01:03:15 – Outro: Thanks for spending Easter with us #Topicopedia #EasterSpecial #CottageCheeseIceCream #ShafileaAhmed #TrueCrime #Podcast #CremeEgg #CherryBakewellTea #ComedyPodcast #Episode202

Ep201 | Chuck Norris Didn’t Die… He Just Stopped Listening to Us

Welcome to episode 201 of Topicopedia! After the high-energy chaos of our 200th milestone, Ste and Nicole are back to their baseline setting: chatting absolute nonsense with a very thin layer of structure. This week, Nicole shares her experience joining a "body reprogramming" group for pain management, where she somehow managed to make a friend within 30 seconds of being late. Meanwhile, Stee questions the ethics of using "two truths and a lie" as an icebreaker. In our main segments, we dive into the dark and bizarre "crossbow cannibal plot" in Exhibit A, debate the internet's sudden obsession with "sexy" cottage cheese in Follow Fast or Scroll Past, and wrap things up with a Meme of the Week that might actually be educational. We also read your feedback and attempt to avoid mentions of Uncle Jerry—for legal reasons, mostly. Ep 200 | We Promised to Behave for Episode 200… That Was a Lie

We’ve officially hit the double-century! For our massive 200th episode milestone, Ste and Nicole are joined by their guest, Lee Wilson—a "proud Janner" who brings a bit of Plymouth charm and a light dusting of menace to the studio. We kick things off with a look back at the "disturbing" statistics provided by Uncle Jerry, reflecting on 199 episodes of chaos, medical mysteries, and a 100% attendance record that no one quite expected. In Notable News, we cover a German tourist’s lawsuit over "too spicy" salsa and the latest in sustainable fashion: "smart pants" that harvest energy from your every move. We also dive into the headlines surrounding Bonnie Blue in our Follow Fast or Scroll Past segment and debate whether £200 tech is ever actually worth it. For our Exhibit A deep dive, Lee takes us through the notorious history of The Kray Twins, the kings of the East End. Finally, we wrap up with a truly regrettable Urban Dictionary Word of the Week and our traditional round of listener feedback and terrible jokes. Welcome to Episode 199 of Topicopedia! We are officially one episode away from the big 2-0-0, and the energy is as chaotic as ever. Join your hosts, Ste and the self-proclaimed "medical mystery" Nicole, for a packed show featuring everything from personal rants to dark true crime. This week, Nicole shares her latest "medical mystery" updates, a bike-related struggle, and the saga of her snake’s upcoming eggs. We dive into listener feedback regarding Episode 125 and the man who married a burger, followed by a look at the news—including the potential social media ban for under-16s and the viral conversation surrounding Bonnie Blue. In our "Exhibit A" segment, we explore the chilling, unproven confessions of "The Boogeyman" serial killer. Finally, we judge internet recipes in "Follow Fast or Scroll Past," share a meme for International Women's Day, and close out with some very questionable jokes. EP198 | Someone Set a Holiday Inn on Fire… And Got Away with It

Episode 198 starts with your feedback and a bit of the usual Topicopedia chaos, then we run through Notable News of the Week before getting into the main story: the 1978 Holiday Inn Northwest fire. It’s one of those cases that sticks with you — a hotel packed with people, a deliberately set blaze, confusion in the corridors, and a suspect who somehow slips through the story like a ghost. The more you dig into it, the more it feels like a perfect storm of bad decisions, missed opportunities, and sheer luck… just not the good kind. Then we try to drag the mood back up with Meme of the Week and Joke of the Week, because if we didn’t laugh we’d just stare at the wall for an hour. EP197 | Epstein & The Alien Cult That Waited for a UFO (Heaven's Gate)

In Episode 197 of Topicopedia, Ste & Nicole take a hard left into the darkest corners of modern weirdness — starting with Jeffrey Epstein (what we know, what’s been said, and why it still makes everyone feel grim), then switching lanes into full-on cult madness with Heaven’s Gate: the UFO-believing group that genuinely thought a spaceship was coming… and made some horrifying decisions because of it.
