What if you’re not as special as you think? And what if that’s the most freeing realization of all?In this reflective episode, I share my personal thoughts on how my identity has often been tied to being “special” - from childhood achievements to spiritual gifts, and the burnout that came from trying to do it all. Experiencing menstrual pain is a journey many of us navigate each month during our moon cycle, and I definitely have been there too. Today, I want to take you through an energetic practice and receive a channeled message within the Akashic Records that is intended to bring through healing, ease and comfort at this time.  We start with creating a sacred physical space of comfort, embracing supportive elements like pillows, hot packs, and crystals or candles and then energetically tap into the ever-present nurturing energy of Mother Earth. The guides share a message about the trapped collective feminine rage we are feeling - a message so powerful that I was overwhelmed with tears and emotion. This energy has been trapped for so long in the wombs of women whose words and feelings have been left unspoken for so long. Have you ever wondered how our personal and collective narratives shape our health? particularly when it comes to digestive issues? While I've spent many decades being very logical and methodical, especially in my consulting career where every decision is driven by logic and data, over the past few years I found my way to a place where intuition and magic are oh-so-real.
