You've Been Taught Weight Loss Backwards
If you've counted calories, done the apps, tried the influencer shakes, hired the meal plan — and you're still not free — this episode is going to reframe everything. Felicia breaks down exactly why the mainstream approach to weight loss is fundamentally backwards, why it's not your fault, and what actually works for keeping the weight off for good. The industry gives you a menu plan without teaching you what's actually driving your eating in the first place — that's why it doesn't stick."Just make good choices" is not a strategy — it's a setup. The more you try to "make good choices" in the moment, the more exhausted you get.Decision fatigue is driving more of your eating than you think. Making ~200 food decisions a day is exhausting. Letting Go of Diet Mentality
