Surprised by the need to articulate psychotherapy plainly, Gurpreet replied, "I listen to people talk about what makes them sad, afraid, excited, and happy. Then I help them figure out how they can be even happier." Her daughter summarized it perfectly: "So, you help people be happy." Gurpreet's journey revolves around fostering happiness and emotional resilience. Armed with a doctorate in education and counselling psychology and 17 years of experience in mental health, she thrives on exploring the intersections between counselling, Eastern philosophies, and quantum mechanics.
