Tucker Wetmore - unfiltered down under - blonde vs brunette

Tucker Wetmore landed himself in the hot seat between Cowgirl Channel hosts Tons & Bell at CMC. Fresh off the release of his latest hit single Sunburn, Tucker was fully embracing his time down under, but let's just say, the girls didn't let him off the hook lightly. The girls put him to the test with a game of Blonde vs Brunette and things got more interesting when Tucker was asked if he's off the market… and who his mum would pick for him. Let’s Talk about SEX Baby: A Modern Cowgirl’s Guide to Knowing Your Body - With Jo Robertson

Good morning CC babes, in this episode, we saddle up with leading sexologist, Jo Robertson, to talk about something every young woman deserves to understand: her own body. While conversations about sexual health have come a long way, many young women still grow up without clear, honest guidance about how their bodies work or how to care for them. Our guest breaks down the science and the myths in a way that feels empowering rather than awkward, explaining why body literacy—simply knowing what’s normal, what’s not, and how things change over time—is one of the most powerful tools a woman can have. From menstrual cycles to hormones, pleasure to protection, we explore how understanding these basics can help young women feel more confident, make safer choices, and advocate for their health when something doesn’t feel right. The conversation also rides into the practical side of sexual wellbeing: safety, boundaries, and recognizing signs and symptoms that shouldn’t be ignored. Jo explains how young women can learn to notice signs in their bodies and shifts in mood or libido that are totally normal and link to our everyday lives and cycle. Just like a seasoned cowgirl knows her horse and the country around her, knowing your body helps you navigate relationships, healthcare, and personal safety with confidence. We talk about communication, awareness, and the importance of knowing your body, all without shame or stigma. It’s an honest, down-to-earth discussion about respecting your body, trusting your instincts, and making sure every young woman has the knowledge she needs to stay safe, healthy, and firmly in the saddle of her own wellbeing.A massive shoutout to Howdy Global and  Katie B, for bringing you this episode! If you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it! The Cowgirl Challenge: Small-Town Strength, Mental Toughness & Wellbeing – with Teek Carmichael

Hey CC babes!!In this episode, we finally sit down with Teek Carmichael - personal trainer, feedlotter, qualified nutritionist, and finance girlie. She's the engine behind the Cowgirl Challenge (and Cowboy Challenge) who grew up as a small-town-girl from Injune and decided that she would turn her grief into a sign to live life to the fullest without caring what other people think. Teek grew up understanding the values of hard work, resilience, and looking after the body and mind. Instead of chasing unrealistic fitness trends, she focuses on building strong foundations: movement that feels good, habits that last, and a mindset that celebrates what the body can do rather than how it simply looks. In this episode, we dive into how her journey was shaped by fitness, from former days pursing elite levels in Netball, to how it has created a social hub in her local community that brings people together. Her role in shaping the Cowgirl Challenge came from this very philosophy, creating something fun, empowering, and achievable that encourages rural women to reconnect with their bodies and build confidence through movement, strength, and healthy routines, no matter where you are located. Throughout this conversation, she shares why it’s so important for young women to understand their health and wellbeing beyond the numbers on a scale. She explains that fitness is about learning to listen to your body, recognising when you need rest, when you need fuel, and when something doesn’t feel quite right. From building strength and supporting mental health to developing sustainable habits around exercise, sleep, and nutrition, looking after your body is one of the most powerful forms of self-respect.A massive shoutout to Howdy Global, Katie B, and CMC Rocks for bringing you this episode! If you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it! From how they first met at the Ekka, to the unexpected way they fell for each other, and the little moments that sealed the deal, the pair tell all.But after the love story, Bell flips the script and asks Sam the questions all the girls want answered — what do men really think, what do they notice (or miss), and how can women better understand the guys in their lives? What starts as a light-hearted, cheeky chat quickly turns into a powerful conversation around men’s mental health, with Sam opening up about why it matters, why it’s often overlooked, and the subtle signs that can indicate when a bloke might be struggling, even if he says he’s “fine.”Sam shares practical, grounded advice on how partners, friends and family can support the men they love, what actually helps, and what doesn’t. She walked away from everything to find her everything - with Grace McLeod

Rise and shine CC babes, this morning we are joined by the human version of sunshine better known as Grace McLeod. She is a go-getter with a story that should be known and a soul full of beauty and shine. In this episode, Grace opens up about one of the toughest calls she has ever had to make in her life: walking away from her family's farming operation and the only life she had ever known. In this raw, beautifully honest conversation, Grace takes us through the moment she realised she needed more — more clarity, more space, more truth. That decision sparked a solo trip around Australia, a journey that shook her, shaped her and eventually delivered something she never saw coming where she crossed paths with her now fiance, Munro (we love a good love story) Today, Grace and Munro are building a coastal–bush hybrid life in Darwin, running a sunset dinner cruise charter business and balancing her desire to be out bush. She speaks candidly about rebuilding identity after leaving home, falling in love in the middle of uncertainty, and learning to trust that sometimes the scariest decisions are the ones that lead you exactly where you’re meant to be. So if you’re standing at a crossroads, if you’re craving a reset, or if you just need proof that beautiful things grow in the space created by big decisions, Grace's story will resonate xThank you to our generous sponsor Lime + Soda Collective Use the code CC10 for 10% off your first order at limesodacollective.com And a massive thank you to our Christmas sponsors who are helping us spread the festive spirit: Bushmits Prinking in PindanTreasure Chest CoKatie BCheck them out for all your Chrissy and 2026 events xIf you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it! Cowgirls, you sent us your most unhinged moments... and we were NOT ready

Hey CC babes, After a few weeks that could only be described as “character building,” Tons and Bell are back behind the mics and ready to dissect the absolute chaos.Between Bell getting caught in unexpected floodwaters and Tons juggling the emotional storm of her Year 6 class’s final week, the girls have been through it… and they know you have too.So this week, they called on the CC Community to confess the worst, weirdest and most chaotic things life has thrown at you lately. And let’s just say: you did not hold back. We’re talking stories that are gross, hilarious, mildly traumatic, and absolutely impossible not to rate out of 10.Some stories made us gag, but all of them reminded us why this community is the best (and possibly the most unhinged) corner of the internet.Plus, a little embarrassment, a few recommendations, and the usual honesty you won’t hear anywhere else.Thank you to our generous sponsor Lime + Soda Collective Use the code CC10 for 10% off your first order at limesodacollective.com And a massive thank you to our Christmas sponsors who are helping us spread the festive spirit: Bushmits Prinking in PindanYowyKatie BJaneo's Bar & Barista Check them out for all your Chrissy and 2026 events xIf you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it! BTS of The Outback Long Ride - with Sarah Wheeler

Hey Hey for another Friyayyy CC babes & WELCOME to Season 5! Today we're bringing you all the details and behind the scenes of Sarah Wheeler's Outback Longride. This is a chat we have been bursting at the seams to share with you. In an act of both selflessness and healing from the loss of her parents, Sarah Wheeler (or you might recognise her as Beneath the Brim on instagram) trekked 5,500km across the outback on horseback to raise much needed funds for upper GI cancer support and research. Whilst a deeply personal mission to heal her own grief, the 27-year-old from Rowena NSW raised over half a million for the Pancare Foundation on The Outback Long Ride. Her two horses, Sally and Shifty, or Shady and Shifty as Bell recalls (facepalm), were her constants throughout this journey off the beaten track. In a long form chat, we gain insight into what the reality of those 9 long months on the road were truly like, from riding towards bull camels, saddling up each morning, rail, hail, or shine,  to having the logistics of constantly finding a support driver and a bed for the night. From the strength and resilience to push forward instilled by her mother after the unexpected passing of her father when Sarah was only 12, Sarah has inspired those across the nation with her determination to push forward in the hope that her efforts can save others that are hit with the cruel cancer that killed her mum within 5 months of diagnosis. Find out what obstacles presented themselves and how she kept pushing on. Having now completed The Outback Long Ride, we think Sarah is sooooo deserving of a good cocktail by the beach or poolside at least! Sarah openly talks about how the grief of losing both her parents has taken its toll on her and why she is starting her own charity, A Daughter’s Way, to help support those going through their own grief. About the charity: A Daughter’s Way is Sarah’s own charity, where she aims to create all expenses paid weekends to 7 day retreats, group camps or group expeditions run by trained mental health professionals, and developed by clinical psychologists and so much more for rural families experiencing grief and loss in Australia. If you have an embarrassing story to share or a question to ask, we would love to hear it! Chelsea Walton (Part 2) - From a boss to a mature age student

Hey CC babes, welcome to your weekly dose of all things cowgirl!!! Listen to part two of our chat with Chelsea Walton - if you haven't listened to part 1 already, make sure to go back and do that before starting this episode. Chelsea opens up about her experience as a mature age student studying a Bachelor of Agribusiness at Marcus Oldham down in Geelong after being a head stockman at Killarney Station in the NT for 3 years. We cover what it was that made her jump on the opportunity, why she wanted to study at the age of 25, what she's got out of the journey so far, and what was the culture shock truly like going from the bush to the city and also juggling the mindset of transitioning from a boss to a student. We tackle the questions of: Did she feel like she was putting her life on hold? Does she regret not studying earlier? How did she cope with the adjustment? What could be next on the cards? Chelsea's biggest take homes for all cowgirls are: - there's no comfort in growth, and there's no growth in comfort - if you don't understand something, don't be afraid to ask the question A massive thank you to RJ Silver for sponsoring this episode of CC! Chelsea Walton (Part 1) - The road to becoming a head stockman and learning from mistakes

Hey CC babes, welcome to your weekly dose of all things cowgirl!! Today Chelsea Walton joins Bell to share her journey of entering into the Northern cattle industry and working her way to head stockman of the weaner camp at Killarney Station, NT. Chelsea shares what her childhood was like growing up in town and how that shaped her resilience and determination to work hard, from droving as a 15-year-old when drought hit to doing her mechanic apprenticeship during school. She opens up about making questionable decisions and learning from them and what ultimately led her to saying yes when she was offered the position of head stockman at the age of 21. Chelsea talks candidly about often resulting back to anger when she was first given that leadership role and what she did to better herself as a leader, admitting that it wasn't something that came naturally. From wrangling a team of working dogs with no former experience to tackling people skills, this chat will surely give you a laugh. Make sure to check back in next week for part 2 where Chelsea shares the reality of studying as a mature age student down at Marcus Oldham.
