42. Not Everyone's Cup of Tea
In this episode, we're talking about the obsession with being liked — the anxiety that creeps in when someone might be mad at you, disappointed in you, or simply not your biggest fan. That fear has a sneaky way of flattening us: we go along to get along, we don't ruffle feathers, we shrink ourselves to fit spaces that were never really made for us.Here's the truth: not everyone is for you. And you are not for everyone. And that? Is actually the point.Let's talk about what it looks like to stop performing "nice" and start coming home to who you actually are.New on the website! The Inner Compass virtual workshop has been recorded and is now available for purchase at andbothcanbetrue.com. Come find your way back to yourself.

40. Falling Back In Love with Yourself
You weren't always this far from yourself. Somewhere between managing relationships, achieving your way through life, absorbing loss, and learning to make yourself smaller — you drifted. In this episode, Nona gets personal and psychological about the real reasons we abandon ourselves, and what it actually looks like to find your way back. This isn't about bubble baths. This is about grief, curiosity, and the quiet, revolutionary choice to stay in relationship with yourself.New updated offerings on my website: www.andbothcanbetrue.com

39. The Shame of Abundance: Breaking the Patriarchal Script Around Women and Wealth
Both Can Be True returns with the radiant Stefanie Caponi — author of Guided Tarot; Guided Astrology & Tarot for Manifestation: Attract Your Dream Life Through Shadow Work, Visualization and Writing Love Letters to the Universe and the magic behind @moonvoidtarot — for one of the most honest, fiery, and soul-stirring conversations this podcast has ever held. This one goes deep. Nona and Stefanie pull back the curtain on what it actually means to run a spiritual business when the world is on fire — and they don't stop there. They wade straight into the patriarchal conditioning that has taught women to feel guilty for wanting wealth, to shrink instead of expand, and to compete with each other instead of rise together. They name the shame. They name the guilt. And then they light it on fire. From the page-turning permission slips found in Money Loves Me by Farah Orths and We Should All Be Millionaires by Rachel Rodgers, to the very real fear that lives in the body when a woman dares to step fully into her power — this conversation is about what becomes possible when women with strong hearts and unshakeable integrity accumulate wealth and use it to change the world. Because the narrative about what people do with money and power? Women like us are here to rewrite it.This isn't about bypassing the hard stuff. It's about holding all of it — the grief, the guilt, the calling, and the coins — and choosing to become the truest, most aligned version of yourself anyway. Both can be true. The world needs saving. And it needs you paid, powerful, and showing up fully.Catch Nona and Stefanie LIVE together on Instagram soon — follow Stefanie at @moonvoidtarot Follow Nona: @bothcanbetrueInner Compass: Coming Home to Yourself Virtual Workshop with Nona, 4/12 from 11:30-2:00PM PST. 38. The Inner Compass: When Coming Home to Yourself Means Finding Your Authenticity
Before the conditioning. Before the shame. Before you learned to be someone else just to survive. There was a version of you — authentic, unguarded, whole — that knew exactly who they were.In this episode, I explore what it means to come home to that original self. I talk about the personas we've had to create, the attunement we missed, and why reconnecting to your authenticity isn't selfish — it's essential.Because here's the thing: you can't receive the love, attention, and affection you deserve until you're willing to give it to yourself first. We dive into the practice of radical self-devotion — what it means to say: "I love myself first. I love myself most. I love myself always" — and how that shifts everything. If you've ever felt like a stranger to yourself, this one's for you.Inner Compass Virtual Workshop is on April 12, 2026 from 11:30AM-2:00PM PST. It will be recorded, so even if you can't attend live, you can watch the replay. Link for tickets: https://square.link/u/6C0m8qLY

37. Both Can Be True in a World That Demands a Side
In this episode, I’m pulling back another layer. Not the curated layer. Not the professional layer. Not the “I’ve already integrated this” layer. The real one.We are living in a time that feels increasingly dichotomous — black or white, right or wrong, with us or against us. Social media amplifies it. News cycles feed it. Cancel culture reinforces it. And slowly, almost imperceptibly, our nervous systems adapt to it.Our survival brains go into overdrive. When survival brain is driving, nuance disappears. Curiosity disappears. Authenticity starts to shrink. And before we know it, we’re self-censoring, picking sides we’re not fully aligned with, or staying quiet out of fear of criticism, judgment, or exile. But as human beings, we were never meant to live in a rigid binary. In this episode, I explore what it means to:Stay rooted in your authenticity when the world demands allegiance.Notice when your survival brain is hijacking your voice.Hold complexity without collapsing into extremes.Reclaim nuance, curiosity, and sovereignty in how much information you consume.Practice “both can be true” as a nervous system regulation strategy — not just a philosophy. This is a conversation about courage.About discernment.About protecting your energy and your voice.About learning to stay human in a world that profits off polarization. You don’t have to pick a side to be powerful. You don’t have to abandon nuance to belong. You don’t have to silence yourself to stay safe. Both can be true. And maybe your authenticity lives in the gray.

35. Dear Becoming Therapists...
This final episode of 2025 is a love letter. In Dear Becoming Therapists, I speak directly to the ones who are choosing this path—not because it is easy or tidy, but because something in them knows it matters. This episode is an opening… a threshold… and a soft beginning to the work that is becoming my book: Dear Becoming Therapists: A Love Letter to the Ones Who Will Carry the Legacy.I share why this book has been living in my body and heart for so long, and why it feels essential in this moment—when the field of therapy is being asked to remember its humanity, its reverence, and its soul. I offer gentle teasers of what’s to come: conversations about self-of-the-therapist work, intuition in the therapy room, the sacredness of presence, nervous system care, grief and complexity, boundaries that honor the human behind the role, and the quiet truth that you are the most important tool in the room. This episode is not about technique or perfection. It’s about becoming. About staying soft in a world that asks therapists to harden. About learning how to hold others without abandoning yourself. About honoring the lineage of this work while daring to do it differently. As this season comes to a close, I also share that I’ll be taking a six-week pause—a spacious exhale—to tend to the writing, the listening, and the deeper work behind the scenes. Season Two of the podcast will return on February 10th, 2026, carrying forward these themes of presence, embodiment, intuition, and relational healing. If you are a therapist-in-training, a seasoned clinician, or someone who feels the quiet call to hold sacred space for others—this episode is for you. You belong here. And the work you are becoming matters.

34. The Body Remembers, The Soul Rewrites: Brainspotting, Somatic Healing & Energy Work
In this episode, I explore the quiet intelligence of the body and the deep wisdom it holds. The body remembers what the mind cannot always name—experiences, emotions, and survival responses that live beneath language. And yet, healing does not require us to relive or retell every story. Sometimes, it simply asks us to listen. We talk about Brainspotting as a doorway into the nervous system—a way of accessing and gently releasing stored trauma through the body rather than through analysis alone. When we slow down and allow the body to lead, we create space for regulation, integration, and profound shifts that happen without force. This conversation also weaves in somatic healing and energy work, honoring the truth that healing is not just cognitive—it is embodied, emotional, and energetic. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us through sensation, tension, and intuition. When we learn to follow these cues with curiosity and compassion, the healing process becomes less about “fixing” and more about remembering our wholeness. At the soul level, something beautiful happens. As the body releases what it no longer needs to carry, the soul gets to rewrite the story—not by erasing the past, but by meeting it with safety, presence, and care. Healing becomes a reclamation. A return. This episode is an invitation to trust your body, soften your pace, and allow healing to unfold in ways that feel attuned, grounded, and deeply respectful of your lived experience.

33. The Art of Rupture & Repair
In this episode, I explore the sacred and very human cycle of rupture and repair—something we all experience in our relationships, our families, our work, and within ourselves. Rupture is inevitable. Disconnection happens. Misattunement happens. And it isn’t a sign that something is wrong—it’s a sign that we are in relationship. What matters is not whether rupture occurs, but whether we know how to return. We talk about why repair is a practice, not a performance—why it requires intention, humility, and presence. True repair asks us to come forward vulnerably, with empathy rather than defensiveness, and with a willingness to listen, feel, and take responsibility without collapsing into shame. Repair is an art because it cannot be rushed, scripted, or forced—it must be felt.I also turn the lens inward, because the rupture and repair cycle begins within. When we learn how to repair with ourselves—through self-forgiveness, self-compassion, and gentler inner dialogue—we build the capacity to stay open with others. Internal repair softens our nervous systems, widens our emotional tolerance, and allows us to approach conflict from a place of grounded love rather than protection or fear. When we practice repair internally, we no longer seek perfection in our relationships—we seek presence. We become more willing to return, to try again, to love more honestly. This is the work of repair: not fixing what’s broken, but honoring what matters enough to come back to it with care.

32. The Sacred No: The Boundaries That Free You
In this episode, we dive into the power of sacred no’s—especially during the holiday season, when expectations, obligations, and family dynamics can pull us in every direction. We explore what it means to honor your own energy, comfort, and emotional capacity instead of defaulting to people-pleasing, overextending, or betraying your own needs. I talk about the deeper layers of boundary-setting, why saying “no” is actually an act of self-respect and self-care, and how your body will always tell you when something isn’t aligned. You’ll hear gentle guidance on choosing presence over pressure, connection over performance, and authenticity over appeasing others. Together, we unpack how to navigate invitations, traditions, and emotional labor with more intention—so you can show up in ways that feel nourishing instead of draining. This episode is your reminder that your boundaries are sacred, your well-being matters, and it is more than okay to choose yourself.

31. Perimenopause Unfiltered: Hormones, GLP-1s, Mental Health & Finding Your Way Back to Yourself
In this week’s episode, I’m diving into the beautifully chaotic constellation of perimenopause, menopause, GLP-1 medications, hormones, and mental health — because so many of us are quietly navigating these changes without a roadmap. I talk about what GLP-1s actually are, how they work in the body, and the realities behind using them for metabolic support and appetite regulation. We get into the layers of hormone fluctuation, why perimenopause feels like a fever dream wrapped in a plot twist, and how SSRI's have supported my own mental and emotional regulation during this season of life. This episode is essentially one big hug and a deep exhale — normalizing the mood changes, brain fog, body changes, emotional sensitivity, and identity shifts that happen when our hormones decide to throw a little revolution of their own. Whether you're considering GLP-1s, noticing shifts in your cycle, riding the waves of perimenopause, or curious about how medication can possibly help stabilize the emotional landscape, this conversation is grounded, personal, informative, and infused with humor… because honestly, sometimes we have to laugh so we don’t cry.If you’ve been wondering “Is it just me?” — it’s absolutely not just you. And you deserve support, clarity, compassion, and real-talk information during this transition.

30: The Rescuer Within — Why We Can’t Save Everyone
In this episode, we explore the tender, complex patterns behind being “the rescuer.” You know the one — the fixer, the helper, the one who swoops in to make it all okay. So many of us learned early on that love and safety came from saving others — from reading the room, tending to emotions that weren’t ours, or carrying responsibilities that never belonged to us. But what happens when that role follows us into adulthood? When our care becomes control, or when our rescuing robs someone else of the sacred opportunity to meet themselves?\Together, we unpack how these dynamics form, how they quietly drain our energy, and how to begin loosening our grip so that others can rise in their own power. This is an episode about awareness, boundaries, and the courage to stop saving everyone — including ourselves.

29. Becoming Visible: The Courage to be Seen
In this week’s episode of Both Can Be True, I’m talking about what it really means to become visible—not just online or in your work, but in your soul. It’s about the sacred bravery of letting yourself be seen, of standing in your truth even when it shakes something loose inside you. 28. The Womb-Throat Connection
In this episode, I explore the sacred and often overlooked link between our womb and our throat—the two energetic centers of creation and expression. These portals hold our deepest truths, our unspoken stories, and our power to birth ideas, words, and worlds into being. I talk about what happens when we silence our voice and how that suppression reverberates through the body, especially in the womb space. Together, we’ll dive into how reclaiming your voice can reconnect you to your sensuality, intuition, and creative power—and how speaking your truth becomes an act of healing. You’ll hear reflections, practices, and invitations to release old stories and reconnect to the body as a sacred instrument of creation and communication. And if you’re craving a hands-on way to deepen that connection, join me on Sunday, November 30th from 12–3 PM at Her Elevated (1900 28th St, Sacramento) for my Altar & Ritual Box Creation Workshop—a gathering for folks who want to build sacred spaces that anchor intention, embodiment, and energetic renewal.✨ There are two ticket options available at www.andbothcanbetrue.com/store — one includes a handmade wooden ritual box with curated altar items (crafted with so much love by my father-in-law). 27. Unclenching: Releasing the Grip on Control
In this episode, I revisit one of the most meaningful topics I’ve ever shared—Unclenching. When I first spoke about this theme and later created my virtual workshop Unclenching & Accessing Abundance, I had no idea how deeply it would continue to evolve in my own life. This conversation goes even deeper into the energetic connection between unclenching and surrender—how releasing our grip on control doesn’t take away our power, it actually helps us reclaim it.I talk about how clenching, striving, and trying to manage everything are often rooted in fear and anxiety. Control becomes a manifestation of those emotions, a way to create safety. But what I’ve learned is that true empowerment comes when we soften, trust, and allow. Surrender isn’t weakness—it’s a sacred return to our center, our intuition, and our flow.✨ In this episode, I share:The evolution of Unclenching from podcast to workshop to digital courseHow control is connected to fear and anxietyWhy surrender is one of the most powerful acts of self-trustHow releasing the grip opens us to abundance and peace🌿 Coming Soon:This topic—Unclenching: Releasing the Grip on Control—will also be my first digital download course, created to help you move from tension into trust, and from control into connection.Check out my new offerings, and the revamp of my website at: www.andbothcanbetrue.com

✨ When Life Invites You to Begin Again ✨Sometimes life cracks you open in the exact place you’ve been holding too tightly. My trip to Sedona was one of those sacred invitations — to shed, to remember, and to return home to myself. This week, I’m sharing what came through in the red rocks — the surrender, the synchronicities, the tears, and the deep knowing that endings are simply beginnings in disguise. If you’re in a season of change or rebirth, this one’s for you. 🌙 www.andbothcanbetrue.com

25. The Arc of Friendship
Friendship is one of the deepest teachers of our lives—and yet, it is one of the relationships that changes the most as we grow. In this episode, I talk about the arc of friendship—how our friendships shift and evolve over time, and how we can bring more intention and specificity into the way we choose, nurture, and hold these connections.I explore what it means to repair when hurt has occurred, when and how to lovingly close chapters with friends we’ve outgrown, and why our healing journeys often require us to re-examine who we walk alongside. Sometimes, for our greater good, we have to release friendships that no longer feel aligned, even when it feels tender. This conversation is about honoring the cycles of connection, trusting the ebb and flow, and learning how to remain authentic and compassionate—both to ourselves and to others—through every stage of friendship.✨ Learn more about my work and explore my newest offerings, including expanded intuitive sessions both in person and virtually, at www.andbothcanbetrue.com

24: Human Design: Living in Your Authenticity & Purpose
In this episode, I explore Human Design—a powerful system that blends astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and the chakra system to help us understand how we’re uniquely wired to move through life. Human Design isn’t about putting you in a box—it’s about giving you a map back to your most authentic self and showing you how to live from a place of deep alignment. I share from my own Human Design chart and how it has guided me into my authenticity and purpose. Through understanding our type, strategy, authority, and gifts, we gain a framework that reminds us we already hold the answers—we just need to listen and trust. If you’re curious about your own chart, I encourage you to explore more at Jenna Zoe’s Human Design site and, if you’d like a personalized reading, visit my store at www.andbothcanbetrue.com/store.And because it’s my birthday month, you can use the code CELEBRATE20 for 20% off anything in my store all month long!

23. Reclaiming Birth: Choice, Trauma, and Being Informed
In this deeply personal and eye-opening episode of Both Can Be True, I open a conversation about the realities of birth—what we’re told, what often gets left out, and the impact that lack of information has on birthing people and their families. From the unspoken traumas many women carry to the myth that hospitals are our only option, I share my own journey of choosing homebirths with all of my children, and why reclaiming choice matters so deeply. This is a conversation meant to be shared—one that expands awareness, challenges assumptions, and reminds us that birth and postpartum can look many different ways.

21. The Sacred In-Between: Embracing the Liminal Space of Expansion
We often crave clarity, direction, and the next “thing” — but so much of our growth actually happens in the in-between. In this episode, I explore the beauty and necessity of the liminal space: that tender place where the old has fallen away but the new hasn’t yet fully arrived. It’s uncomfortable, it’s mysterious, and it’s exactly where our deepest expansion takes root. Together we’ll talk about why this space matters, how to trust it, and how to soften into the becoming that is already unfolding.Join us in The Becoming Community through the Circle App. When you join I will gift you a human design reading, or an astrology reading or an intuitive reading as a thank you! 20. Shadow Work Part II: Meeting the Parts We’ve Hidden
In this continuation of our shadow work series, we go deeper into understanding the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to tuck away — the wounds, fears, and protective layers that shape how we move through the world. We’ll explore how to approach these parts with compassion, curiosity, and reverence so they can become sources of wisdom rather than shame. You’ll hear ways to recognize when your shadow is surfacing, how to work with it in daily life, and how to create space for integration and healing. If you’re ready to explore this work in community, join me for my upcoming Inner Child Workshop (8/29) and Shadow Workshop (9/26) — two evenings of reflection, ritual, and release. 19. Shadow Work, Part I: Meeting the Parts We Hide
We all have a shadow—the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide, suppress, or deny in order to feel loved, accepted, or safe. In this episode, I’m opening the door to Shadow Work, beginning with what the shadow really is and why it’s not something to fear. We’ll explore how ignoring or suppressing our shadow can quietly lead to self-sabotage, the subtle (and sometimes loud) ways our shadow tries to make itself known, and how to approach these hidden parts with compassion instead of judgment. This is about nourishing the parts of us we’ve been told are “too much,” “not enough,” or “unacceptable” so we can reclaim our wholeness and power.Connect to the healers and soul seekers community I have created: The Becoming-https://www.andbothcanbetrue.com/thebecomingwelcome Check out all of my offerings, including Human Design Readings for Families and for Parents to understand their children in a deeper and more meaningful way. 18. You Get to Be All of It: Belonging, Doubt & the Power of Multiplicity with Jake De La Hoya
In this deeply affirming episode, I’m joined by licensed marriage and family therapist Jake De La Hoya (@jdlhtherapy on Insta), who brings heart, humor, and truth to a conversation that so many of us need to hear — especially those navigating the mental health field, higher education, or identity in transition.Jake shares what it’s been like to hold many parts of himself in spaces that often ask for simplicity — as a therapist, educator, content creator, and human. We talk about imposter syndrome, feeling like you don’t belong, and what it means to be authentic and visible in professional spaces that don’t always make room for complexity. He reflects on the tension between being on-brand and being real, what he tells himself on the hard days, and how he’s come to embrace his full self — both in the therapy room and beyond. With a solution-focused and ACT-oriented approach to his work, Jake also shares meaningful practices that support him in showing up fully. If you’ve ever struggled to “pick a lane,” doubted your value, or felt pressure to perform expertise — this conversation will meet you with permission, perspective, and a deep breath of relief.

17. Reframing Our Stories: A Conversation on Shame, Sex, and Sacred Self-Knowing with Kara Haug
In this powerful episode, I sit down with Kara Haug, sex educator and co-founder of Reframing Our Stories, whose work centers on reducing shame and increasing connection to our bodies, pleasure, and intimacy. Kara shares the deeply personal journey that led her to this path, and how she now supports individuals, families, schools, and faith communities in having more honest, compassionate, and embodied conversations around sex and sexuality. We explore how shame is passed down generationally, why accessibility and education are crucial, and how Kara creates safety and transparency around topics that are often considered taboo. This episode is a beautiful reminder that our stories—especially the ones we were taught to hide—can be reclaimed and reframed with care. Episode 15: Happiness Is An Inside Job
In this tender and truth-filled episode, I invite you into a deeper conversation about joy—the kind that doesn’t come from external validation, approval, or performance, but from within. We talk about the quiet, often overlooked truth: that happiness is not something someone else can give us. It's something we choose to nourish in ourselves. I explore how easy it is to hand over that responsibility—to a partner, a friend, our children—hoping they’ll fill us up or make us feel whole. But what if we stopped waiting and started remembering the small, sacred ways we can return to our own joy? This episode is a soft call home.
