I spent years trying countless diets, fighting a binge/restrict cycle, going to the gym to punish myself, and so many other attempts at losing a few pounds just to “fail”. Though as I would eventually realize, my success isn’t defined by how many pounds I lost. Through my fitness journey, I’ve learned that even though you start out with an end goal in mind, the end is not what it’s all about; it’s the path you pave, the habits you build, and the mindset you create on the way there.
