Faith and Patience with Jenna Angela

Welcome to Faith and Patience! I’m your host, Jenna Angela. This podcast was thought of after a tough time in my life when I found myself asking, “What now?”... Over the years, I’ve learned that Faith and Patience aren’t just about love; they’re a mindset for life. We can’t control the future, but we can find peace by trusting the process. This is a space for honest conversations, growth, self-love, and lighthearted moments. Think of me as your big sister offering support, love, and laughs along the way. I am so excited to build a community full of like-minded people!

    Ep. 49 - Authenticity

Hiii, welcome to this week’s episode! I’m so happy you’re here.Today we’re talking about authenticity and what it really means to be yourself in a world that constantly tries to label you. I share my personal journey of getting to know who I am, unlearning expectations placed on women, and embracing the idea that you can be multiple things at once. It’s not always easy, especially when it goes against what society has taught us, but it IS worth it. I hope this conversation gives you the strength to be fully, unapologetically YOU. Thank you for being here, xx.IG: @jennaangelaaE: [email protected] Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

Ep. 48 - Q1 Reflections + Leaning on Faith and Patience

Hiii, I'm so happy you're here!!! Today's episode is exactly what it sounds like... a little Q1 reflection and casual chit chat about what this year has felt like so far. I share some of my highs / lows / unexpected moments, and how after all these years, I still lean on faith & patience to get me through the challenging periods of life. My hope is that this episode gives you a little reminder to keep going, trust the process, and stay patient with yourself + your journey. I love you, xx. We spend so much time working, scrolling, and staying busy that it becomes really easy to let life pass by without even realizing it.There is so much beauty in this world and so much more to life outside of work!! So let this episode serve as your reminder to slow down, be present, and pour into the people and moments around you.I hope it gives you exactly what you need today. Ep. 46 - You Can Be Both!!!

Hiii there. Thank you for being here! This week’s episode is a reminder that you can be everything you want to be. You don’t have to choose just one identity, one career, or one path in life. Whether you want to be a mother and a CEO, a surgeon and an athlete, or anything in between... YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE BOTH! In this episode, I share my own experience with feeling boxed into one version of myself, and how I realized that I don’t have to choose between being booksmart and being creative… I can be both...As always, my intention with this conversation is to motivate you to follow your dreams, trust yourself, and live a life that actually feels fulfilling to you.Xoxo. Ep. 45 - The Female Cycle

Hii & Welcome!!! This week we’re talking about one of my favorite topics... The Female Cycle. This conversation is pretty introductory, but the female body is insanely interesting, and I truly believe everyone should understand how the cycle works in order to take better care of themselves or the women in their lives. In the episode, we go through the four phases of the cycle, what’s actually happening hormonally, and why your energy, mood, and mindset can feel completely different throughout the month. Learning how my body works has helped me give myself more grace, understand my emotions better, and stop feeling frustrated with myself when my energy shifts. There is so much more we could get into with this topic, so if you love this kind of conversation as much as I do, let me know and we can definitely keep going.Thank you so much for listening. Ep. 43 - Do You Go to Therapy?

Hiii & welcome to this week's episode! This week, we're talking about therapy… Not as persuasion per say, but simply my own personal experience with it. For me, therapy has become an outlet to process my thoughts, which is especially helpful when you have a very chatty brain like I do. But my journey with it wasn't alwayspositive, and we get into that in the episode. Therapy is something that can look and feel completely different for everyone, so this conversation is just one perspective shared in hope that it might resonate or help you in any way possible. I'd genuinely love to hear whether your perspective on therapy is similar or completely different, or if there's anything specific you'd want me to talk about or dive deeper into! I'm always open to suggestions! Thank you for listening. Xoxo IG: @jennaangelaa Email: [email protected] Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

Ep. 42 - You Can Love Yourself and Still Lack Self Respect

Hiii, welcome to this week's episode! Thank you for being here!!! This week, we're diving into self respect... What it actually looks like in everyday life and why it doesn’t always feel good in the moment. We talk about the difference between reacting from fear, anxiety, or guilt versus responding from a grounded sense of self-respect.To put my thoughts into words, we explore two hypothetical “worlds” and walk through relatable scenarios involving relationships, friendships, family dynamics, and even your internal dialogue. And yes… the spoiled milk analogy makes an appearance.Hopefully this episode gives you a little food for thought the next time you reflect. Enjoy! Xoxo. Ep. 41 - Mind Your Business & F What They Say

Hiii my love, thank you so much for being here! In today's episode we talk about the importance of minding your own business which naturally leads me into a personal slogan of mine that we dissect a bit. Fair warning… if kids are around, maybe cover their ears for a second lol.But in all seriousness, once you start adopting this kind of tunnel vision of only worrying about you + yours, everything shifts. External pressures are removed, people pleasing goes out the window, and you move through life more authentically. I say it best in the episode... "You only have one life to live. Live it how you please. Don't live it to please others". I hope this conversation gives you what you need in this moment.. XOXO. IG: @jennaangelaaE: [email protected] Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

    Ep. 40 - Peace

Hiii!!! Thank you for being here <3In today's episode, we are talking about peace as a state of being. Over the years, I’ve put in a lot of work to bring my nervous system back to a place of peace in the midst of this chaotic thing we call life. Throughout the episode, I share practical things that put me into a flow state to help quiet my mind allowing space for healing, reflection and processing. I also share a handful of quotes I came across this weekend that helped me... simply because I want to spread the love. I hope you enjoy! Xoxo. Ep. 39 - Problem Solving & Agency

Hii my love, welcome back to the pod! This week, we are talking about a new perspective on how to look at life's problems. We also spend a moment talking about Agency which fits perfectly into problem solving (if you're unsure what Agency is, you will be by the end of the episode). These two skills play a huge role in making decisions throughout the smallest and biggest scenarios of life, which is so, so important. Full disclosure, I do nerd out about Stranger Things for just a second so if you watched the show, you'll know what I mean. I hope you enjoy, xoxo. Ep. 38 - The Power of Rest & Communication

Hiii my love, HAPPY NEW YEAR! I missed you. Today we’re talking about listening to your body, honoring rest, and using the voice you were given. We get into one of the most powerful tools you have: communication.Whether it’s advocating for yourself, expressing your emotions, setting boundaries, or simply speaking your truth, using your voice can change everything. It can change you as a person. I hope this episode encourages you to slow down when you need to, and speak up when it matters. You deserve to be heard, and you deserve to take up space.Thank you for listening, xoxo. TT: @withjennaangelaaIG: @jennaangelaaE: [email protected] Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

    Ep. 36 - Habits Continued

Hiiii, this week on F&P we are continuing the conversation around habits. This one was a really fun one for me.. I was literally recording from bed after the longest day ever, but sometimes that’s when the most authentic conversations happen.Since starting Atomic Habits, I’ve been reflecting a lot on my own habits and how they’ve shaped me in the last few years. In this episode, I break down the psychology behind habits in a simple way, using real life examples. I asked my friends about their 2026 goals and came up with small daily habits they can implement to get them closer to said goals. I then went into my own personal goals for 2026. We also get into Habit Tracking... why it works, why our brains love it, and how it can make sticking to habits feel more satisfying and manageable. This episode truly applies to anyone, so if someone comes to mind while you’re listening, send it their way. The smallest shift can make the biggest impact.Thank you so much for listening, I LOVE YOU! Xoxo. TT/IG: @jennaangelaaEmail: [email protected] Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

Ep. 35 - A Gentle Push To Keep Going This Month

Hiiii, welcome to this weeks episode of F&P! It’s officially December, and I wanted to give you a little pep talk to keep going with whatever you were/are striving for this year. Just because the year is ending does not mean we put our goals on hold! Keeping your momentum while also building new habits this month will set you up for an even better 2026.My intention with this episode is to encourage you and remind you that everything you’ve worked toward in 2025 is still worth showing up for, even during the last month of the year and all of the holiday chaos. I hope this conversation gives you the gentle push you need to keep becoming the best version of yourself and building the life you want to live.Thank you for listening. I love you! Ep. 33 - Duality

Hiii!! Thank you SO MUCH for being here!!! This week, we' re talking about duality - the fact that two things can exist at the same time. Once you start noticing this theme in your life, you won't be able to unsee it. It shows up in so many different scenarios because we are HUMAN, and very dynamic. Our discussion around duality naturally led me to reflect on how I use currently use F&P, how much i've grown (and will continue to grow), what I'm striving towards, and the season of life I am in right now. I hope what we talk about today resonates with you, and you leave feeling refreshed and empowered. And remember, YOU CAN BE BOTH. Thank you so much for listening. Love you, xx. Ep. 32 - Revisiting the Spoiled Milk Theory

Hii cutie, this week's episode is a short one because I didn't have that much time to hang but I wanted to quickly revisit my Spoiled Milk Theory from Ep. 09. Over the weekend, I realized that this analogy doesn’t just apply to relationships like I originally honed in on. It applies to everything in our lives. Jobs, friendships, habits… anything we keep going back to that keeps making us sick (just like drinking spoiled milk would). I also talk a bit about Olivia Dean’s song “Let Alone The One You Love” and that lyric:“And if you knew me at all, you wouldn’t try to keep me small” ... because that line is SO powerful. I hope you enjoy. Let me know anything else you want to hear!! Xx.TT/IG: @jennaangelaaE: [email protected] Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

Ep. 31 - Insecurity and Acceptance

Hi there! I'm so glad you are here!!!This week on Faith and Patience we are talking about insecurity. Not just what happens when you feel insecure, (which every single one of us does.. I mean, the reason this episode is late is partially thanks to Lester and insecurity!), but what happens when we operate out of insecurity. There's a little bit of a difference. I also open up about how insecurity presented heavily in my relationships and career before I had a sense of identity. Feeling insecure will ebb and flow, but being secure and grounded in yourself is so powerful and a huge part of your self love and healing journey.I hope you enjoy the episode, and let me know what else you want to hear! Thank you for being here. Xx TT/IG: @jennaangelaaE: [email protected] Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

Ep. 29 - Ranting and Raving about Females... AGAIN!

Hiii! Welcome to this week's episode of Faith and Patience. As you can tell by the title, we are talking about women AGAIN!!! After noticing Ep. 14 (My Platonic Love Letter to Women) didn't get the love I thought it deserved, I knew I had to circle back and keep the conversation going. The evolution of women is something to acknowledge and celebrate. We diving into history and real life success stories. From being treated as property to becoming powerhouses in business, media and any other damn industry we desire. Today, womanhood is about getting our power back, rewriting society's standards and doing it WITHOUT anyone's permission. Let's take a moment to reflect on how far we've come and how truly unstoppable we are. Whether you’re a woman who needs a reminder of how powerful you are, or you want to send some love to the incredible women in your life... this episode is for you. I hope you enjoy, xoxo. Ep. 28 - Faith

Hiii you guys!! This week's episode is a deeply personal one. We're diving into Faith. Faith is, without a doubt, a huge part of my life, but I've always struggled with finding the ways to talk about it on here... until I read Chapter 3 of Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich". A book I picked up as part of my 75 Day Challenge. In the first half of the chapter, Hill talks about the concept of Faith in a way that helped me put into words what Faith, as in "Faith and Patience", really means to me. Together, we break down what Hill says and dissect how having Faith can be life changing. Whether you have the book or not, you can easily follow along. I share page numbers, read quotes, and unpack each one throughout the episode. I hope you enjoy. Thank you so much for listening. Xoxo. Ep. 26 - Self-Image & Self-Esteem

Hii!! Welcome back to another episode of Faith and Patience... and sadly, the last one before I head off on my Europe trip. I'm going to miss you so much, but as I mention in the episode, you can still find me on both Instagram and TikTok (@jennaangelaa) over the next few weeks. I’ll be pretty active on there throughout my travels, so you won’t want to miss out!!! Today’s episode is all about self-image and self-esteem. Two foundational pieces of the self-love and self-worth puzzle we always talk about on here. I dive into how self-image is formed, how it differs from self-esteem, and how both can deeply affect your confidence, relationships, mental health, and the way you show up in the world. We’ll also walk through a set of reflective questions to help you assess where you currently stand with yourself. Afterwards, I share how my own answers have changed over the years - from when I had a super negative self-image, to now, where I feel much more grounded, loving, and sure of myself. I hope the next few weeks are everything you need them to be and more. We’ll debrief when I’m back. XoxoIG/TT: @jennaangelaa Music Credits: FASSounds - Leisure

    Ep. 19 - Perspective Pt. 2 + New Beginnings

Hi my angels, this week's episode is perspective pt. 2!!! I wanted to continue the convo since last week’s episode was a little shorter than planned. This casual, honest chat naturally led us into talking about new beginnings too - which ended up being perfect timing because… I have a super exciting life update to share... (a life update you already know about if you follow @jennaangelaa tho!!!) This episode is for anyone who is stepping into something new, or just needs a little reminder that things are happening for you, not to you. Honestly, it’s a conversation I needed to hear myself. Hi my loves, I missed you last week! I’m sorry there was no episode - I was feeling super overwhelmed and needed a little reset. But we’re back, and this week, we’re reflecting. Ep. 16 - Returning Back To Yourself

Hi friends, this week’s episode of Faith and Patience with Jenna Angela is a light and casual one. I share my thoughts on Alex Cooper’s new documentary Call Her Alex and reflect on a recurring theme I’ve been noticing lately — the cycle of losing and finding yourself again.I open up about a mindset shift I’ve been working through around trust - especially how I used to guard myself (hard) and what it’s looked like to slowly let those walls down. And to wrap it all up, I leave you with one of my favorite analogies about limiting beliefs. This episode felt so good to record, especially after last week's heavy convo. Let me know what you think by leaving a comment on this ep!! As always, I’m here for you whenever you need. Have an amazing week, I love you. Ep. 15 - Men + Mental Health

*Trigger Warning - there is talk about suicide in this episode. Hi friends, this week's episode is a serious one but a very important one. With it being Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to speak directly to the men in our lives for a moment. I share some eye-opening statistics and explore how societal expectations and stigmas around masculinity can have life-threatening consequences.I also felt compelled to share a personal experience that deeply shaped my perspective on these issues. While I express strong emotions about how suicide impacts those left behind, I also want to honor the intense pain and mental illness that often lead to those thoughts. Depression is real, it can be overpowering, and it does not discriminate. My intention with this episode isn’t to judge - it’s to open up a conversation that might help someone feel seen, supported, or just a little less alone. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health or thoughts of suicide, please know that help is available. You're not alone. Ep. 14 - My Platonic Love Letter to Women

Hi my loves, welcome to another episode of Faith and Patience. This week’s episode is all about WOMEN. I truly adore the human species that is women. We are smart, capable, resilient, strong - and right now, we’re living in a time where women are proving that every single day, right in front of our eyes. Ep. 12 - Heartbreak and Grief

Hiii my angel. This week’s episode is a true heart-to-heart (no pun intended) about navigating heartbreak and grief. I open up about one of my own experiences with romantic heartbreak, and how I slowly found my way through it by going through it. This one is a bit more vulnerable than the last few, but it's deeply needed. If you’re going through heartbreak or grief right now, or even reflecting on a past one, I hope this brings you comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that you are never alone. You are strong, and you will get through this. I end the episode on a lighter note, sharing the perfume I’ve been obsessed with lately and an album that takes me back to this time in my life.. Thank you so much for listening. I love you endlessly, and have the best week.
