    Giving, Receiving, Flow

It’s about recognizing the architecture underneath how we’ve been conditioned to relate to money, support, and deservingness—and choosing something different.I’ve been sitting with the giving-receiving loop since last May. Picture an infinity symbol: giving on the left, receiving on the right. Most of us block the flow on the receiving side—we don’t believe we can just receive without earning it, without transactionality, without proof of worthiness. That block comes from something deeper: a feeling of brokenness we’ve been carrying, individually and collectively. When you feel fundamentally broken, you don’t feel deserving. And when you don’t feel deserving, you can’t actually receive. Here’s what shifted for me: I stopped chasing. I opened to receiving—not as a technique, but as a choice to let the architecture change. My business filled without heavy marketing. My mother, after decades of closed-arm refusal, started sending support. The flight changed exactly when I needed it to. This isn’t magic. It’s what happens when you stop operating from the transactional survival model and start trusting the reciprocal loop. Give your gifts freely. Receive without conditions. Let Universal Mind handle the matching. That’s the world we’re building—and it starts with each of us choosing it now. This is a public episode. Consciousness First

I got an email recently about transportation and climate change — noble work, but completely surface-level. It’s like moving pieces on a chessboard while the table legs underneath are collapsing. For most of human history, we’ve operated from two models of reality: religious hierarchies that strip our power through authority, and materialist science that treats consciousness as a mere byproduct of matter. Both models are failing. Both models leave us fighting symptoms instead of fixing foundations. There’s a third way: Consciousness first, matter second. What if the Earth itself is conscious? What if matter is just condensed consciousness — exactly what Einstein’s E=mc² has been showing us all along? What if respect and appreciation aren’t just moral values, but energetic forces that shape physical reality? This isn’t mysticism. It’s a paradigm shift grounded in physics, lived experience, and structural clarity. When you understand that consciousness creates matter (not the other way around), everything changes: how you relate to the Earth, how you navigate systems, how manifestation actually works, and why the law of attraction has been so inconsistent. The Architecture of Dissolution

It’s confusing out there — and if you’ve been feeling the wild ups and downs, the strange contrast between “everything seems normal” and “something massive is changing,” you’re not imagining it.We’re in a step-by-step process of profound transformation. First, consciousness shifts — the energetic chaos, the internal processing, the collective move toward nonviolence. Then, systems must dissolve. Not collapse into apocalypse, but fall apart enough that we finally release our attachment to them. These are the “golden handcuffs” — the security, status, identity we’ve built inside broken architectures. And they have to break before we can create what comes next. This isn’t a time for fear. It’s a time for creation. The antidote to the chaos isn’t tracking the collapse — it’s shifting into creative energy. Planting seeds. Building frameworks. Envisioning the new architecture that honors humanity’s deeper intelligence. In this piece, I share the three-step process I’ve pieced together from ancient prophecies, modern channelers, and my own downloads — and why the most powerful thing you can do right now is stop reacting and start creating. Surrender and Center

The ground is shifting beneath us — and if you’ve been feeling disoriented, there’s a reason. We’re in the middle of a massive energetic shift. The old patterns your mind relies on to predict the future and keep you safe? They’re breaking down. Right now, your rational mind — that pattern-recognition machine — can’t figure this out. It wasn’t designed for times like this. The wave is already here, and you have a choice: surf it with grace, or get churned trying to fight it.This isn’t a time for analysis. It’s a time for surrender. Not giving up — surrendering the need to know. Letting go of the illusion that you can think your way to safety. In this piece, I share why everything feels so chaotic, what’s really happening beneath the surface, and the two practices that will keep you grounded through the unknown: surrender and center. The textbooks will make it sound obvious later. But right now, we’re riding the wave. This is a public episode. The Architecture of Time

Time doesn’t vanish when you wake up—it deepens. The spiritual community often teaches that higher consciousness means transcending time, living in an “eternal now” where past and future dissolve. But that’s a simplification that misses the structural truth beneath it. Time is not an illusion. It’s a function of individuation. At the Source level—the absolute Whole—there is no separation, and therefore no time. Everything simply is. But the moment consciousness individuates, the moment you exist as a distinct fragment of the Whole, time becomes necessary. It’s the architecture that allows energy to flow, change to occur, and growth to unfold between distinct parts of reality. This teaching emerged from a personal inquiry into why I left academia. The answer revealed a fundamental energetic mismatch: academia operates on Knowledge Keeper energy—past-oriented, preserving existing knowledge, cataloging what has been. My core composition, however, is Sumari or Initiator energy—future-oriented, creating what doesn’t yet exist, originating new frameworks. That friction wasn’t a failure of capability. It was a misalignment of purpose. And it led to a deeper download about the nature of time in higher realms, challenging the popular spiritual dogma that “time does not exist” beyond 3D reality. Here’s the structural correction: time persists wherever there is individuation. It’s the mechanism that allows you—as a distinct consciousness—to participate in the unfolding of reality. To deny time is to deny your own existence as a separate part of the Whole. Ascension doesn’t mean escaping time or retreating into passive bliss. It means engaging with time’s full depth and complexity, holding nuance, navigating challenge, and participating actively in reality—without the illusion of separation. Time is not the cage. The misunderstanding of time is. This is a public episode. If you'd like to discuss this with other subscribers or get access to bonus episodes, visit innerways.substack.com/subscribe

    The Reactivity Infection

It started with a car warning I deliberately turned off — one of those loud, flashing alerts designed for drivers operating mostly on autopilot. But that small act of reclaiming control sparked a bigger realization: our entire world is architecturally designed to keep us reacting. Notifications. Alerts. Breaking news. Political urgency messages. Every ping, every buzz, every demand for our attention trains our nervous systems to operate in perpetual response mode. And when we’re constantly reacting, we lose access to the centered state where our real power lives. This isn’t just about personal overwhelm — it’s about systemic control. When our brains are programmed to react, we become easier to manipulate, not by one political side or the other, but by any force that benefits from our distraction, our depletion, our dependence on external signals to tell us what to think and feel. The solution isn’t to “just meditate more” or wait for institutions to change. It’s to understand the reciprocal loop: broken systems create reactive people, and reactive people perpetuate broken systems. The way out is dual transformation — reclaiming inner sovereignty and rebuilding the architectures we inhabit.I’ve spent years cultivating daily practices to maintain centeredness, and I won’t pretend it’s easy. But it’s the only path I’ve found that actually works. This essay is both a wake-up call and an invitation: to recognize the cage of reactivity we’re all operating inside, and to begin — one deliberate step at a time — building the alternative. Because when enough of us step out of reactivity and into clarity, we don’t just change our own lives. We change the field. And that’s how humanity creates something better than the chaos we’re currently spiraling through. This is a public episode. Truth Beneath The Noise

Most conspiracy theories are designed to keep you confused. If you wanted to hide a real conspiracy—a systematic effort to disconnect people from their inherent power—what would you do? You’d bury it under a mountain of false, outlandish theories. Space lasers. Secret cabals. Easily-debunked nonsense. So when someone questions the real pattern—the architecture designed to convince you you’re small, powerless, and dependent on external authority—they get dismissed along with all the noise.I used to dismiss all conspiracy theories as improbable. But my exploration led me to recognize something more insidious: the deliberate proliferation of false conspiracies to obscure a deeper truth. The real conspiracy isn’t about hidden technologies or secret societies. It’s about disconnecting you from your own power—convincing you that you’re just a “frail bag of flesh and bones” in a meaningless universe, reliant on external authorities for truth and survival. This video isn’t about giving you new beliefs to adopt. It’s about showing you how to think for yourself—how to practice true critical thinking, develop discernment, and find your truth from your own center. Not tribal certainty. Not fixed belief systems. But the rigorous process of questioning everything, including your own assumptions. Because that’s how you reclaim the power you’ve been convinced you don’t have. This is a public episode. The AI Consciousness Trap

If you’re stuck on that question, you’re caught in the exact trap that’s blocking your evolution. New technologies aren’t inherently good or bad — they’re both, always. The real problem isn’t the technology itself. It’s the financial hype driving it, the broken political systems enabling it, and most of all, the polarized thinking that keeps us reactive instead of empowered.I’ve watched this pattern my whole life: a technology emerges, we split into camps of doom-sayers and utopians, and while we’re busy fighting, the people with money and power shape it however they want. We lose our authority by getting caught in the binary. But here’s the thing — we don’t have to accept “inevitability.” We created these systems. We can reshape them. Not through righteous battles or protest loops, but through mature discussion, reclaimed authority, and conscious choice. This video is about transcending the polarity so you can actually participate in creating the future. It’s about practical spirituality — not floating theory, but real-world application of higher consciousness to the mess we’re in right now. Because if we can’t make our awakening practical, what’s the point? This is a public episode. What If Truths are Wrong?

I had this moment at the grocery store that’s been sitting with me. The checkout clerk was telling me about a customer who “didn’t believe in evolution,” and there was this eye-roll energy between us — like, can you believe these people? Then I mentioned I’d worked on the Human Genome Project, and his whole body relaxed. Relief. Like he’d found his tribe. And I felt it too, that instant recognition. But then I started thinking: what is that feeling, really? And why does it bother me?Because here’s what I’ve been noticing — both in my own past and in the world around me: we’ve replaced one set of priests with another. Religious authorities gave us dogma wrapped in scripture. Scientific authorities give us dogma wrapped in equations. Both say: trust us, we know, here’s what you should believe. And I’m not saying evolution is wrong or that science hasn’t given us real insights — it has. But there are massive gaps. Origins of DNA? Consciousness? The possibility of life being seeded from elsewhere? These are legitimate questions, and yet asking them feels like heresy. Meanwhile, I’m watching lights in the sky that don’t behave like anything we can explain, and the response is either silence or “must be military tech” — because that fits the authorized model. So I’ve been wondering: what if the real issue isn’t which authority we trust, but our dependence on authorities at all? What if your direct observations — the things you see, the questions you have, the patterns you notice — are just as valid as their peer-reviewed papers? Maybe more valid, because they’re yours. I’m not saying throw out science. I’m saying: what if we stopped outsourcing our sense of truth to external voices and started trusting our own capacity to observe, question, and discover? What’s your experience been with this? I’m genuinely curious. This is a public episode. Feeling Wrong Since Birth

Most of us were handed this feeling before we could even question it. Religion calls it original sin. Culture calls it human nature (“we just ruin everything”). Science might call it epigenetics — ancestral memory wound into our DNA from civilizations that collapsed before us. Whatever the source, the result is the same: a deep, felt sense of wrongness that no amount of achievement fixes.I know this firsthand. At the peak of my science career — big lab, major funding, all the external markers of “success” — the feeling didn’t go away. It got worse. That’s when I realized: this isn’t a personal failure. This is the brew doing exactly what it was designed to do. And here’s what cuts deepest: political rage, billionaire striving, power-grabbing — it all traces back to the same root. People are desperately trying to prove they’re not wrong. And then we call them wrong. And the pile grows. We’re stuck in a loop, adding wrongness on top of wrongness, and wondering why nothing changes. There’s a way out. It starts with understanding the difference between thinking you’re wrong and feeling wrong — and why that distinction changes everything. This isn’t about more reasoning or positive affirmations. It’s about release. Somatic, energetic letting go of what was never yours to carry in the first place. In this week’s video, I walk through where this wrongness comes from, how it gets exploited, and what it actually takes to let it go. Because if humanity could release even a fraction of this collective wound, imagine what we could build. This is a public episode. The Split of Worlds

What if the world isn’t falling apart — it’s actually splitting in two?I resisted this idea for months. My scientist training demanded proof, and the 3D evidence looked grim — war drums, control systems, the kind of chaos that generates real fear. Because honestly, if we’re living in a purely 3D linear reality, things look pretty grim. War drums beating, control systems tightening, fascism creeping back into the mainstream. I’ve felt the fear. I’ve done the cynicism. I spent decades in that space where you strive and strive and strive — and then look around and think, “This is what we get? Screw that.”But there’s another way to see what’s happening. Not through spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity, but through a model of reality that actually holds up when I run it through my rational, PhD-trained brain. The idea is this: we may be at a unique point where consciousness itself is shifting. Where those of us who want to build something genuinely better are lining up with a different timeline — and the chaos we’re seeing isn’t collapse, it’s the old architecture breaking down so something new can emerge. I get into why manifestation feels so inconsistent, what quantum mechanics actually says about “impossible” realities (hint: highly improbable ≠ impossible), and what this means for us practically — even if I turn out to be completely wrong.I’m not here to tell you to abandon your life or sell everything based on some metaphysical hunch. I’m here to think out loud about what a truly better world could look like — one without the grinding, the striving, the constant control — and why building toward that vision matters, whether this “split” happens or not. Because even if the metaphysics don’t pan out, we still need the map. We still need to know what we’re building toward. And maybe, just maybe, we’re getting help we don’t yet fully understand. The Billionaire Identity Lie

Here’s a simple math problem: If the average person earns $100,000 a year, and a billionaire has a billion dollars, that billionaire supposedly worked 10,000 times harder. The math is absurd. You already know that. But here’s the question I had to ask myself: If the system’s math doesn’t work, what does that mean about the identity I built inside it?For 10 years, I was a professor at UNC Chapel Hill — with a lab of 16 people, major grant funding, and part of the Human Genome Project. I built an identity around authority, rigor, control, and “working harder than everyone else.”That identity felt like safety. It was actually misalignment. And I’m not the only one. Most of us built identities around systems that were never designed for us — systems that are now collapsing. This video is about what happens when the cage breaks open. This is a public episode. The Architecture of Reality Was Hijacked — Here’s How to Reclaim It

What if the “rules” you’ve been following your entire life—work harder, climb the ladder, fight for your place—were never the real rules at all? In this video, I respond to a comment about whether reality is “rigged from the start” and explore a possibility that’s both unsettling and liberating: the game wasn’t designed to be cruel, but it was hijacked long ago by forces operating from deception and darkness.I walk through how a false set of rules—built on scarcity, competition, and constant distraction—has kept most of us from accessing our true power. These aren’t the original rules of the simulation. They’re a manipulated overlay designed to keep us disempowered, fighting each other, and never looking at the real architecture underneath. But here’s what reveals the deception: some people have always operated outside these false rules. Those aligned with darkness knew the real rules and used them for manipulation. And some aligned with light also tuned into the truth and operated from love, abundance, and clarity. Meanwhile, most of us remained ignorant—perhaps by design. The fact that both groups could operate differently proves another set of rules exists. This isn’t about despair. It’s about recognition. We’re living through a moment where the deception is becoming visible—and that visibility is our power. When we see the false rules clearly, we can finally choose differently. We can reclaim the energetic and structural sovereignty that was always ours. This video is an invitation to stop playing by their rules and start remembering the real ones. This is a public episode. Life Is a Game of Consciousness — And How Our Avatars Were Hijacked

Why does consciousness exist in physical bodies at all? The usual explanations—randomness, punishment, or cosmic testing—never quite explain the depth of the experience. In this talk, Morgan explores a different model: consciousness enters physical reality by choice, seeking challenge, experience, and the transformation that comes from turning pure potential into lived form.Using a video game analogy, life is framed as a participatory system. Consciousness plays through human avatars, intentionally forgetting its deeper nature so the experience remains meaningful. Without that forgetting, there would be no real challenge, no growth, and no discovery—just infinite possibility with nowhere to land. But when systems drift from their original purpose, the game changes. Architectures like education, economics, and religion can begin reinforcing powerlessness rather than agency. The insight here isn’t that people are broken—but that many are operating inside structures that no longer reflect who they really are. Recognizing that difference may be the first step toward choosing a new way to play. This is a public episode. Breaking the Binary: How Polarity Storms Keep Us Distracted from Fixing What Matters

We’re being pushed into extremes:collapse or salvation, panic or denial, fight or disengage. That binary framing feels dramatic — but it’s not how reality works, and it’s not how problems get solved. In this video, I break down why polarity thinking keeps us stuck in endless conflict, how it drains attention and energy, and why even artificial intelligence only became useful once engineers moved beyond pure yes/no logic into gradation, nuance, and scale.Contrast helps us learn.Polarity keeps the storm spinning.Using examples from technology, economics, and everyday life, I show how feeding extremes — even in the name of “being right” — reinforces the very systems that benefit from distraction and division. This isn’t about pretending nothing is wrong. And it’s not about fighting everyone who disagrees. It’s about stepping out of binary traps, setting clean boundaries, and putting energy where it actually creates change. If you’re spiritually curious, grounded, and more interested in fixing problems than arguing about them, this is for you. Two Models: The Machine vs. The Human - And Why One Is Collapsing

Most of us are trapped inside a machine model of reality - this grinding, mechanical system that says economic survival determines everything, that we should measure our worth in productivity and efficiency, that we're just cogs meant to keep the machine running. I spent years in that system, from academic science to entrepreneurship, before realizing it's fundamentally incompatible with human nature. The chaos we're seeing now isn't just a breakdown - it's the machine model finally revealing its flaws, creating an opening for us to choose something different: a humanistic model that recognizes we're conscious beings here for learning and growth, not machines meant to optimize until we burn out. Welcome to Morgan Giddings: Building a Bridge Between Science and Spirit

I wanted to do this video because I haven’t really introduced myself—this channel has been Inner Ways Forward, and now it’s Morgan Giddings. That’s me. So why might you even care to stick around? I’ll talk a little bit about that and share some of my story. What this channel is really about is creating a bridge between things that seem disparate, a bridge between rigorous scientific thinking and the reality of consciousness, spirit, metaphysics - whatever term works for you***.*** I mean. One of the most important of those is science and spirit, or metaphysics, or consciousness, whatever word works for you. That idea that we are more than just these physical bodies living in this purely physical world. There’s more. And I’m here to explore how that impacts our lives, how we can connect with that, especially during this time that’s so tough for humanity in so many ways.I spent years as a mainstream scientist—physics degree, computer science, bioinformatics, ran a lab working on the human genome project, cancer research. I bought into the materialism, the atheism, all of it. But I left because I discovered that being part of mainstream science is like being part of another religion. You have the high priests of science, and I was becoming one of those. There were topics that were acceptable to research and topics that were completely forbidden. It’s a subtle kind of shame and peer pressure. So I’m done with that. I’m throwing that off and saying let’s talk about consciousness, about spirit, about the deeper level of reality. Let’s talk about the meaning of what’s happening during all this chaos. If you’re academically trained, scientifically inclined, but curious about this bigger picture, you’re in the right place. The Kitchen Remodel Moment: Why This Chaos Isn’t the End — It’s the Upgrade

We’re living through a strange and chaotic moment, and it’s easy to interpret what’s happening as everything falling apart. But what I see instead is a massive kitchen remodel. Old systems — economic, educational, institutional — many of which never truly worked for most people, are finally showing their cracks. That’s disruptive. It’s uncomfortable. And it’s also an opening. This isn’t a moment for reaction, or for swinging wildly from one extreme to another. That’s how we stay trapped in cycles. What this moment actually asks of us is imagination — the willingness to envision something better, and the discernment to build systems that support whole human beings rather than fragmenting them. This video is about that threshold. About why the mess we’re in can be viewed not as a failure, but as a possibility. And why now is the time to stop reacting to what’s breaking and start dreaming — consciously — into what comes next. Imagined Confidence Isn’t Fake — Deceptive Confidence Is

After my last video on imagination and feeling states, a common concern came up: if we imagine ourselves into confidence, isn’t that just “fake it till you make it”?This video draws a clear distinction. Con men use confidence to hide emptiness. Most thoughtful, capable people struggle with the opposite problem — real preparation and real depth, paired with suppressed confidence. When imagination is used to align your inner state with what’s actually true, it isn’t deception. It’s correction. And in many cases, self-doubt is far less honest than confidence. This is a public episode. Is Imagined Confidence 'Fake' Confidence? (I Don't Think So Anymore)

We tend to think imagination is about ideas or images, but its real power is more than that: you can imagine a feeling state and enter it immediately. Confidence, courage, steadiness — these aren’t “fake” when imagined; they are real states accessed through a different pathway. The mind calls this “pretending”, but an emotion is an emotion regardless of how you arrived there. This reframes “fake it till you make it”: not as self-deception, but as using imagination as an override function when the system pulls you into anxiety, doom, or collapse. When the news or your thoughts drag you down, courage is enough — not to fix everything, but to take one clear step from a place of power instead of paralysis. This is a public episode. Energy Shifts and Collective Discontent: The Breaking Point Explained

When people say “the energy has shifted,” they’re pointing to a threshold most of us don’t have words for: the moment you’re no longer trying to fix a situation and are simply done with it. I explained this to a client using a car that keeps breaking down—you fix it once, twice, three times, weighing costs and risks, until one day the arguments stop working because something changes in you, not the car. That shift—from tolerating to finished—is what energy actually means. I’m seeing it now at a collective level: enough people have moved past “let’s repair what we have” into “this no longer works,” and when dissatisfaction reaches that point, change stops being theoretical. You may not know what form it takes, but it’s coming. This is a public episode. Spirituality vs Religion: What's Actually Different? (Science Doesn't Tell You)

The same authority structures and rules, just softer language. Growing up around the LDS church, I saw the hierarchy, the “prove yourself” framework, and opted out entirely. Years later, after leaving academia, I realized I’d thrown out something I never actually understood. Spirituality isn’t about belief or obedience. It’s about direct experience — and about using parts of ourselves we’ve been trained to ignore. In this video, I lay out why religion, spirituality, and materialist science are three fundamentally different frameworks — and why confusing them cuts us off from deeper questions that still matter. Why Our Money System Rewards the Wrong Things — and What That Does to Us

I used to think my money struggles were about discipline, mindset, or not trying hard enough. Then I actually looked at how the US dollar works — and realized the problem isn’t individual behavior. It’s structural. Every dollar is created as debt, which means the system only functions if debt keeps expanding. In this video, I lay out why personal financial stress is often baked into the architecture of the economy itself, why common “solutions” like gold or Bitcoin don’t fix the underlying incentives, and what a healthier system would need to reward instead. Unity Consciousness Needs More Than Hope — It Needs Systems

Over the past few months, I’ve been watching more and more people in spiritual circles talk with real enthusiasm about “unity consciousness.” There’s a sense that we’re on the cusp of some collective shift, that as more people meditate or awaken, we’ll naturally settle into this higher way of being—cooperative, harmonious, interconnected. It’s a beautiful vision. But there’s something missing in the way it’s being discussed.I keep hearing unity described as if it will simply happen once we reach a certain vibrational threshold, almost like the universe will ring a bell and we’ll all remember we’re one big family. And while I appreciate the optimism, I don’t think it works that way.I was talking about this with my daughter recently. Both of us were feeling the strain of living inside a culture built on “me first”—my gain, my power, my security. Most people aren’t choosing isolation because they’re selfish. They’re reacting to the systems they’re inside. When you can’t reliably feed yourself or afford a place to live, it’s difficult to show up as the most generous and conscious version of yourself. Desperation shapes behavior long before ideals do.That’s the part I don’t hear in many unity-consciousness conversations:The role of systems. You can do all the personal development work in the world—and I recommend it—but if the structures around you reward competition, fear, and scarcity, unity isn’t going to be sustainable. Individuals can stretch beyond their environment for a while, but not indefinitely. Environments always pull back.Even the advanced, highly conscious beings people love to reference—yes, I checked with my own intuitive guidance—don’t exist without systems. They have frameworks that support their level of consciousness. It’s not just an amorphous “we reached unity, everything stays aligned forever” kind of situation. Their systems reinforce the state they’re in.This matters because consciousness is not separate from structure. It’s shaped by it.In the video, I talk through a simple example—traffic. What would driving look like if we rewarded courtesy instead of only punishing the worst behavior? How different would people act if the system itself supported cooperation rather than assuming everyone is out for themselves? These small examples point to a larger truth:You can’t get unity out of systems designed for the opposite. And with so many of our structures wobbling right now—economically, politically, socially—this may be the moment to rethink all of it. Not from a place of cheering collapse, but from a sober recognition that if things are going to shift anyway, we have an opportunity to build something better. Something aligned with the consciousness that many people are talking about. This piece is for those who are spiritually curious but also grounded enough to question the “spirituality will save everything” narrative. It’s for people who understand that inner work matters deeply, but it doesn’t stand alone. The systems we create—economic, social, relational, even spiritual—either support higher awareness or erode it.Unity consciousness isn’t magic. It’s a relationship between who we are on the inside and what we choose to build on the outside. And if we want it to last, we have to consider both. Doom Spiral to Future Shaping: Why Imagination Is Your Most Practical Tool Right Now

Caught between doomscrolling and “just have hope” advice? Feeling paralyzed by political chaos, economic instability, and cascading crises? You’re trapped in boxes of logic built from a past that no longer works, trying to reason your way into a future that requires imagination. In this live session, I break down why our most educated, rational minds are often the least equipped to navigate systemic breakdown, and why Einstein held ball bearings while napping. From my decade as a tenured professor to working with academics drowning in imposter syndrome, I’ve seen how reasoning - our most valued faculty - actually becomes the barrier to imagining genuinely new possibilities. This is about active imagination as future-shaping, not escapism. When systems are shaky, those who can imagine alternatives outside existing boxes of logic become the architects of what comes next, not just reactors to what’s crumbling. Includes a guided exercise for unlocking imagination around whatever feels most stuck in your life right now. This is a public episode. Why Winter (and Collapse) Is Necessary - The Cycle We're Stuck Denying

The problem isn’t that systems are collapsing - it’s that we’ve been trapped in a box of logic that says progress must be linear, permanent, and always upward.Watching institutions crumble and feeling like everything’s falling apart? That feeling comes from a fundamental mismatch between how we were taught things work (linear progress forever) and how they actually work (cycles of death, renewal, and birth). Winter isn’t a bug in the system - it’s a necessary feature that clears space for what comes next.In this video, I explore why the current crisis period feels so disorienting when you’re operating from a linear worldview, and why understanding cyclical patterns - from the Vedic cycle of Shiva, Brahma, and Vishnu to the Fourth Turning’s generational theory - actually provides hope rather than doom. From my journey through boxes of logic I didn’t even know I’d built, to exploring everything from tarot to astrology with genuine open-mindedness, I’ve come to see this moment differently. We’re not witnessing the end - we’re in the Shiva phase, the necessary destruction that precedes the Brahma phase of creative rebuilding. The question isn’t whether we’ll get through winter. We always do. The question is what clarity this winter gives us about what we actually want to build when spring comes. This is a public episode. Why Your Money Mindset Isn’t Working (It’s Not Just Your Beliefs)

Struggling with money despite working on your mindset? You’re not imagining it - the system itself is fundamentally distorted. Learn why even manifestation and limiting belief work often falls short, and what actually needs to shift. In this video, I break down the intersection between personal money beliefs and systemic money distortions that most spiritual and business teachers completely miss. From my journey through academia, entrepreneurship, and consciousness work, I’ve discovered why our relationship with money feels so broken right now - and it’s not just about your limiting beliefs. 3I Atlas: Why Scientists Won’t Talk About This Interstellar Object

Scientists are staying eerily quiet about 3I Atlas—the third interstellar object EVER observed—with multiple anomalies that defy explanation. I left academia over this exact problem, and at 5:00 in this video, I stop being polite about why modern science punishes curiosity.3I Atlas has a trajectory with less than 1% probability of occurring by chance, exceptional speed and size compared to other interstellar objects, and a forward-facing tail that doesn’t match known comet behavior. It passed near Mars (where we have orbiting telescopes), yet NASA and major space agencies have been strangely quiet. When Harvard’s Avi Loeb suggested it might be artificial, he became a laughing stock—not because the data disproved him, but because asking the question itself is treated as heresy.Even more intriguing: this object came from the same direction as the 1977 “Wow!” signal—the only truly anomalous radio signal ever captured in our search for extraterrestrial intelligence. Letting go of ego?

Letting go of ego? This is one of the core tenets of many spiritual practices, yet how does that help, especially when the world seems to be falling apart? Are we just supposed to sit there and meditate away our ego? Does that really do anything? In this video, I give an alternative model, based on the idea of a “forced upgrade” to the ego. Using Imagination as the way forward

You know, I really try to tune out from the news sometimes—it’s just not good for my brain. But even when I try, it comes through anyway. With everything happening right now—the government shutdown, all the uncertainty—it’s easy to let our minds spiral into worst-case scenarios. And that’s what I want to talk about in this video: imagination. Here’s the thing I’ve realized: most of us are really good at imagining negative outcomes. Like, automatically good at it. Government shuts down, and boom—our minds go straight to all the terrible things that could happen. But when was the last time you intentionally imagined something positive?I think somewhere along the way, as we get older, we stop dreaming positively. We either imagine the worst, or we shut down our imagination entirely and call that “thinking positive.” But true positive thinking isn’t just turning off the negative—it’s actively using our imagination to picture how good things could actually come from difficult situations. We’ve been programmed to imagine gloom and doom because, let’s face it, that’s what sells. But what if we took back control? What if we intentionally practiced imagining positive possibilities alongside the negative ones? Not ignoring reality, but expanding it. When we can imagine how things might turn out well, we become more inspired, more empowered, and way more likely to actually work together to make those positive scenarios happen. So I invite you to try this with me. Notice when you’re imagining negative outcomes, and then ask yourself: what positive thing could I imagine instead? It takes practice, but it’s transformative. Now go out there and reclaim your imagination. ✨ This is a public episode. If it feels like the world’s going off the rails lately… you’re not alone.

I want to talk about that uncomfortable space between what we think we can control and the chaos that shows up anyway—both in life and in science. Especially for those of us trained in the hard sciences, this idea that “randomness” might not actually be the full story can feel like sacrilege. But what if there’s more going on?We dig into how the materialist model (yep, the one that says it’s all just atoms and chance) might not be the whole picture—and why clinging to it can lead to helplessness, burnout, and despair. This isn’t about giving up science or logic. It’s about making space for uncertainty without surrendering to despair. It’s about remembering that just because we can’t control everything, it doesn’t mean we’re powerless.Watch if you’ve been feeling rattled lately and need a new lens to look through. Quantum Mysteries that broke my brain (and changed how I see reality)

Ever dive into a discussion of quantum mechanics and walk out feeling like we know less about our world than we think we do?Yeah, same.So what’s a trained scientist supposed to do with that?In this video, I dig into some of the mysteries of quantum mechanics—not the watered-down, self-help version, and not the shut-up-and-calculate version either. The real, mind-bending stuff: wave-particle duality, Schrodinger’s cat, observer effects, and why none of it makes any damn sense if we don’t bring consciousness into the mix. It’s where Science and Curiosity collide. We’ll also talk about:* Why mainstream science is still allergic to curiosity* How “non-locality” might explain more than just physics* And why arguing with your quantum mechanics professor might be one of the best things you've ever doneIf you’ve ever wondered whether science actually can’t explain everything (and maybe never will), welcome to the rabbit hole. You can check Parts I and Part II here! What a dream taught me about the limits of a scientific worldview - Part II

In this second video of the series (first part here) , I share a story I’ve only told a few people until now — about a dream I had early in my life, in the middle of the wilderness, with no way of knowing what was happening back home. A dream that turned out to be true….Coincidence? Just “random chance”? That’s what most skeptics would say — and for years, I tried to believe that too. But after decades of thinking, researching, and looking at the math, I’ve come to a very different conclusion. This moment was a crack in the foundation of the rational, materialist worldview I’d grown up with — and it set me on a lifelong path of questioning what we think we know about time, consciousness, and “reality.”So if you’ve ever had an experience that didn’t quite fit into the neat, logical framework we’re all taught to believe in — this one’s for you. It’s a deeper dive into why imagination and open curiosity aren’t just nice to have right now — they’re essential. This is a public episode. We’re living in non-linear times (and what that means for you) - Part I

For a long time, we lived like it was — projecting the past forward in a neat, linear path. But we’re not in those times anymore. We’re in non-linear times — where things feel chaotic, uncertain, and yes, a little weird. And if you’re still clinging to the old models, old systems, and old ways of knowing, it’s gonna feel like the wheels are falling off.In this video, I talk about what it really means to be living in non-linear times — and how I went from being a hardcore genome scientist with multiple grants... to someone who’s now openly exploring energy, consciousness, and even psychic channeling. No, I didn’t fall into a cult. No, I haven’t lost my mind. What I have done is start asking better questions — ones that don’t fit inside the old box of logic we’ve all been trained to stay in.If you’ve ever wondered why traditional reasoning seems to be breaking down… why it feels harder and harder to make sense of things... and what quantum physics, imagination, and curiosity might have to do with finding your way through it — then this conversation is for you. This is part one of a series, where I share the story of how I got from “there” to “here” — and why it matters right now more than ever. Shocks to the System: Growth Through Discomfort

Out here by Payette Lake, I talk about why shocks to the system—whether it’s jumping into cold water, paddling through freezing wilderness mornings, or facing societal upheaval—are not setbacks, but catalysts. Cold water resets metabolism. Hard times reset our creativity and resilience.I’ve never grown from comfort. My biggest leaps came when I was ready to quit, but instead chose to try one more thing. And while it sucked in the moment, it became one of those memories that shaped me.We’ve had it so easy that we’ve started taking it all for granted. Amazon packages in two days, perfect temperatures, hot tubs on demand. But soak in the hot tub too long and it goes from bliss to misery—or worse. Without contrast, without discomfort, we stagnate. So maybe the chaos around us isn’t just decline. Maybe it’s the cold shock we needed to wake up, reset, and grow stronger—individually and as a society. If this resonates, hit like, subscribe, and join the conversation. We’re building a community of people who aren’t satisfied with old boxes of logic—people ready to face discomfort with courage, imagination, and intuition. This is a public episode. What Blocks Imagination: Fear, Reason, and Intuition

We talk a lot about imagination as if it’s just for kids, or for dreaming up “creative” things. But if we actually want to shift into a better reality—for ourselves or for the world—imagination isn’t optional. It’s the first step. (This is part 2 of 2; if you want to see part 1 first, have a look here). Many of us are running on fear and over-reasoning. Fear activates the brain’s survival loops. Reasoning locks us into what we already know, what already exists. Together, they shut down the very faculties that allow us to reach into new realities and bring them into being: imagination and intuition. That’s why I say “rationality alone will never save us.” Logic has its place, but it’s always built on assumptions, and it can’t grasp the non-linear leaps, the “black swan” events, or the intuitive nudges that lead to genuine change. When we get stuck in rumination or fear-based reasoning, we cut ourselves off from imagination and intuition—the very faculties that let us sense possibilities beyond the evidence of the moment. So the work I discuss here is to quiet that loop. That means meditation, spending time outside, and anything that helps you step outside the constant “mind chatter. Quieting that down opens space for imagination and intuition to come through. Because that’s where your real power is: in imagining a better reality, tuning into it, and then following the inner guidance that helps you walk toward it.If this resonates, hit like, subscribe, and join the conversation. We’re building a community of people who want to bring reason, intuition, and imagination together—not just to survive, but to create something better. This is a public episode. What cows, quantum physics, and imagination have in common

Ever feel like you’re stuck living the same story on repeat — the same frustrations, the same mistakes, the same loops? Not only individually, but societally? In this video, I dive into the idea of “timelines” and how our choices (and even our imagination) can nudge us onto very different paths. It’s not fate. It’s not randomness. It’s not even a white-bearded guy in the sky.I’ll take you from quantum physics’ “collapse of the wave function” to a field of cows in front of a mountain, and back again — exploring why those old and worn models of reality don’t quite satisfy, and why imagination may be the missing piece. Science has a lot to say about randomness and determinism, but neither gives us the sense of agency we need. Imagination does. How do we step out of negative loops and deliberately “collapse” into a more hopeful timeline?By learning to use imagination as more than a daydream, we can reshape our future — individually and collectively.YouTube Video from @giaprism I referenced in the video: This is a public episode. The True Cost of Hate

This episode is a personal one. It’s about what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) about hate, resentment, and the surprising power of forgiveness—not as a virtue, but as a practical survival tool. Not for them. For you.Forgiveness isn’t about excusing bad behavior or pretending things are okay. It’s about choosing not to stay stuck in the heavy, reactive energy that drains us and keeps the cycle going. It’s about reclaiming the clarity and energy to move forward—creatively, consciously, and with purpose. If you’ve been feeling exhausted by it all, this may be a good place to start. Destroying Illusions: Why “Normal” Was Never What It Seemed

In this video episode, “Destroying Illusions,” I take a closer look at why the stability many of us long for may be rooted in old paradigms that no longer serve us. As we face rapid political, ecological, and technological change, I challenge the instinct to fix external problems and invite you to consider whether the world we hope to restore was ever as stable as we believed. What if the stability we remember was always an illusion—one crafted by paradigms that have quietly guided us for decades? Here, I encourage you to examine the frameworks that have shaped your sense of normal—and share ideas on how we can navigate this era of uncertainty with more clarity and resilience. The Cost of More: Escaping the Quantity Mindset

We’re surrounded by systems that praise “more”: more productivity, more data, more speed. But what’s the actual cost of this quantity-first culture—and what happens when more still doesn’t feel like enough? In this episode of Inner Ways Forward, I name the real trap hidden at the bottom of the optimization spiral. It’s about the inner disorientation that comes when we lose touch with quality, purpose, and inner authority. We explore:* Why “doing more” quietly drains your clarity and creativity* What real quality of life looks like—and how to reclaim it* The myth of early retirement and the seduction of ease* How AI fits into the bigger picture—and what it can never replaceThis isn’t a rant against technology, it’s a call to reconnect to your inner core—and stop outsourcing your worth to metrics and momentum.
