Christmas Encouragement, and Reflection
As the year draws to a close and Christmas approaches, this episode is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reflect. Join your Host Natasha Brownfield as you revisit the true meaning of Christmas through the story of Mary, a woman entrusted with carrying something sacred through uncertainty, risk, loss, and promise. Her journey reminds us that purpose can be carried through pain, and that God often works through ordinary women in extraordinary ways. This episode also introduces a special “Pause & Play” reflection segment, where listeners are invited to stop, reflect, and honestly assess the year that was before stepping into the year ahead with clarity and faith. If 2025 stretched you, tested you, or reshaped you this episode is for you. It’s not about striving or fixing, but about acknowledging where you’ve been, honouring what you’ve carried, and preparing your heart for what’s next. Take this moment to pause. Healing Healthy
In this episode of Raised Women Podcast, Tash opens a heartfelt conversation on what it truly means to Heal healthy, not in the way culture teaches, but in the way God models for us. Flowing on from the, ‘In Her Shoes’ series, we revisit the journeys of women who have walked through addiction, cancer, and miscarriage, and we explore what it looks like to process pain through Scripture. From Jesus withdrawing in grief in Matthew 14, to David’s cries, to Job’s lament, the Word shows us that healing begins with honesty, continues with making room, and ultimately leads us into purpose. Tash also shares her own journey of loss physically, mentally, spiritually, and relationally and unpacks how healing healthy involves boundaries, community, wise counsel, and inviting God into every emotion and every chapter. If you’re in a season of hurt, confusion, or transition… this episode reminds you that healing healthy is possible and God is deeply present in it. My Miscarriage Story and the Gift that carried Me.
In this deeply personal “In Her Shoes” episode, I share the story I never thought I’d tell miscarrying our first baby at 12 weeks most recently. From the moment everything shifted, to the hospital chaos, to the strange peace that met me in the hardest night, this is my honest walk through grief, faith, shock, and healing. I share the questions I asked God, how this loss reshaped my purpose, and the surprising number of women who came forward with their own stories. If you’ve walked through miscarriage or any kind of loss, my prayer is that you feel seen, strengthened, and reminded that God is close to the brokenhearted, even when the pain feels unbearable. This is my story raw, faith-filled, and still unfolding - Your host Tash. Visit https://www.raisedwomen.com.au/ to see my vision and the shaping of purpose through pain.
