What's Coming Is Better Than What Has Been | Palm Sunday
In comparison to King Solomon's temple, the second temple of Israel looked like nothing. But on Palm Sunday, Jesus rode into Jerusalem and He walked into that temple that seemed inferior. His presence made the second temple greater than Solomon's ever was. 🌴Don't despise your small season. God is IN it.

1 Chronicles 29:16-19 “Giving Activates the Heart in Prayer for the Next Generation…”
Giving activates the heart in prayer for the next generation! Today, Pastor Andy connects Old Testament temple giving to New Testament principles of generosity. He covers a diverse set of important giving methods at church, including benevolence funds, missions support, and gospel funding.Pastor Andy also describes the three seasons of adulthood as it relates to money:The earliest season focuses on discipline. The middle season emphasizes experiencing generous giving. The later season in life involves strategic kingdom investment. The sermon challenges listeners to trust God with their finances. God owns everything we have. Our will and heart determine whether we build His kingdom or our own.Scripture References:1 Chronicles 29:16-19 (main text)2 Chronicles 5:11-14 (glory fills the temple)Acts 2 (first Christians' generosity)1 Corinthians 16:1-2 (collection on first day of week)2 Corinthians 8:9 (Jerusalem church relief)Matthew 23:23 (tithing and weightier matters)Luke 16:10-12 (faithful in least)2 Corinthians 9:6-7 (cheerful giver)Luke 16:13 (cannot serve two masters)Proverbs 13:22 (inheritance to children's children)Malachi 3:10 (bring tithes to storehouse)Keywords & Topics:Christian giving, tithing, benevolence fund, kingdom investment, generosity, heart activation, next generation, temple dedication, God's glory, financial stewardship, three seasons of life, early season money, middle season money, late season money, missions funding, gospel proclamation, cheerful giver, God owns everything, Calvary Chapel Fort Walton Beach, legacy giving

Revelation 21-22 "The Battle for the Earth" (ft. Guest Speaker Connor Price)
Connor Price concludes "The Heavens Declare the Glory of God" series with Session 4. He explores Revelation 21-22 and the structure of the city of heaven before returning to Bethel Church in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Connor points out a slew of mindblowing parallels in the cosmos related to the 12 gates, the city foundations, the street of gold, and the river of life. The current age of Pisces (grace) will transition to Aquarius (the King). The message invites listeners to receive the free gift—the water of life, Jesus Christ—and enter the city through repentance and faith.Scripture References:Psalm 19:1-4 (heavens declare glory)Revelation 21:10-14 (city of heaven)Revelation 21:21 (street of gold)Revelation 22:1-4 (river of life, tree of life)Revelation 22:14 (blessed are those who wash robes)Revelation 22:15 (outside are dogs, etc.)Revelation 22:16-17 (root of David, come)John 4:1-42 (woman at the well)Proverbs 9:18 (adulterous woman's house)Ephesians 2:8-9 (grace)Matthew 16:24 (take up cross and follow)Topics & Keywords:City of heaven, tree of life, Revelation 21-22, 12 gates, 12 foundations, zodiac constellations, Milky Way, ecliptic, age of Pisces, age of Aquarius, age of grace, age of the King, woman at the well, water of life, Holy Spirit, Jesus as root of David, free gift of salvation, gates of heaven open, nothing impure enters, Calvary Chapel Fort Walton BeachSong Credits:Source Of Light by Strawberry Candy

Matthew 2:1-2 "The Culmination of the Ages" (ft. Guest Speaker Connor Price)
Connor Price from Bethel Church in Kingston, Ontario, will be leading us on a 4-part study through the constellations and Psalm 19. Connor Price continues "The Heavens Declare the Glory of God" series this morning, exploring what the Magi (or Wise Men) saw in the stars that led them to Jesus.Connor proposes a few different possibilities for why the Star of Bethlehem moved across the sky. Then he covers the transition from the astronomical age of Aries to the age of Pisces. Jesus arrived at the culmination of the ages as the ultimate sacrifice. The blood of the lamb (Jesus' death and resurrection) breaks chains of sin and death. Humanity can now live in the age of grace. The heavens declare God's glory to those who seek it!Scripture References:Psalm 19:1-4 (heavens declare glory)Amos 5:8 (Pleiades and Orion)Job 9:9 (Bear/Ursa Major)Psalm 147:4 (calls stars by name)Isaiah 40:26 (brings out starry host)Matthew 2:1-12 (Magi and star)John 19:39 (Nicodemus and myrrh)Matthew 2:9 (star stopped over place)Luke 2:12 (sign to shepherds)Revelation 12 (woman, child, dragon)Matthew 12:39-40 (sign of Jonah)Hebrews 9:26 (culmination of the ages)Isaiah 53:7 (led like lamb to slaughter)Jonah 1-2 (Jonah in the fish)Revelation 7:14 (washed robes in blood of lamb)Topics & Keywords:Star of Bethlehem, Magi, constellations, astrology biblical, Jupiter manger, Cancer constellation, astrological ages, age of Aries, age of Pisces, culmination of the ages, sign of Jonah, blood of the lamb, incarnation, heavens declare glory, creation declares God, Jesus as sacrifice, chains broken, grace age, church age, Calvary Chapel Fort Walton Beach

Psalm 19:1-4 "The Heavens Declare the Glory of God" (ft. Guest Speaker Connor Price)
Connor Price from Bethel Church in Kingston, Ontario, will be leading us on a 4-part study through the constellations and Psalm 19.Today's messages:The Throne of HeavenSlaying the DragonConnor Price begins "The Heavens Declare the Glory of God" series by exploring the throne of heaven through biblical astronomy. He connects Revelation 4's throne description to the constellations, identifying Cepheus as the celestial throne. The 24 elders represent the 12 tribes and 12 apostles surrounding Jesus, and He sits at the right hand of God as the King who rules with a rod of iron. Key stars in the constellation include the right hand, shepherd, and lamb. Ultimately, God named the stars to reveal His glory. Meanwhile, modern constellations added by humans have obscured the original design. In Session 2 (1:44:26), Connor Price delivers a message focusing on the defeat of Satan through constellations. He identifies Draco as the serpent, Hercules as the Greater Adam who kneels to crush the head, and Ophiuchus as the Greater Moses bearing the serpent of sin. The message connects the bronze snake in Numbers to Jesus on the cross. Jesus descends to the lowest point on the galactic equator before being exalted as the Greater David. The stars visually proclaim the gospel of redemption and victory over sin.Scripture References:Romans 1:20 (God's qualities seen in creation)Isaiah 14:13 (Satan's desire for throne in far reaches of north)Psalm 113:5-6 (Lord seated above all nations)Isaiah 40:22 (sits enthroned above circle of earth)Revelation 4:2-6 (John's vision of throne)Hebrews 1:3, 10:12 (Jesus at right hand of throne)Revelation 12:5 (male child to rule with rod of iron)Amos 5:8 (made Pleiades and Orion)Job 9:9 (maker of Bear, Orion, Pleiades)Psalm 147:4 (calls stars by name)Isaiah 40:26 (brings out starry host by name)Psalm 19:1-4 (heavens declare glory)Matthew 26:64 (Son of Man at right hand)Revelation 5:6 (lamb at center of throne)Revelation 7:17 (lamb will shepherd them)Genesis 3:15 (seed of woman crushes head)Revelation 12:9 (dragon, serpent, devil)Luke 22:41 (Jesus knelt down)1 Corinthians 15:21-22 (death through Adam, life through Christ)Numbers 21:6-9 (bronze snake on pole)John 3:14-15 (Son of Man lifted up)2 Corinthians 5:21 (made sin for us)1 Peter 2:24 (bore our sins)Philippians 2:5-11 (mindset of Christ, humiliation/exaltation)Psalm 22 (David symbolically crucified)Hebrews 12:2 (endured cross, sat down)Topics & Keywords:Throne of heaven, constellations, Cepheus, King constellation, 24 elders, 12 tribes, 12 apostles, right hand of God, rod of iron, shepherd, lamb, Revelation 4, Psalm 19, biblical astronomy, star names, God named the stars, Polaris, north star, celestial throne, Calvary Chapel Fort Walton Beach, Slaying the Dragon, Draco, Hercules, Ophiuchus, Greater Adam, Greater Moses, Greater David, bronze snake, cross, galactic equator, Genesis 3:15, Satan's demise, Jesus exalted

1 Chronicles 23:25-26 “Family Privileges…”
Pastor Andy examines 1 Chronicles 23:25-26 where King David announces that the Levites shall no longer carry the tabernacle because God picked Mount Moriah as His permanent dwelling place. This required a time of restructuring and, almost surprisingly, David dropped the age requirement from 30 to 20—needing MORE people when the temple was stationary. King David organized the Levites into divisions we mirror today: priests who sanctify, intercede, minister to God, and bless others; musicians who prophesy with instruments; gatekeepers providing security and physical work; those over treasuries and generous donors; officials handling administration; and mission teams east of Jordan with more people on mission than home front. We're the body of Christ, an organism with each member connected to the Head.Scripture References:1 Chronicles 23:25-26 (main text - they shall no longer carry)1 Chronicles 23:27-28 (age requirement dropped to 20)1 Chronicles 23:13-14 (duties of priests)1 Chronicles 25:1 (musicians who prophesy)1 Chronicles 26:1-19 (gatekeepers, security, ushers)1 Chronicles 26:20-28 (over the treasuries)1 Chronicles 26:29 (officials and judges)1 Chronicles 26:30-32 (mission - east of Jordan)2 Timothy 3:16-17 (all Scripture is profitable)1 Corinthians 3:16 (you are the temple of God)1 Corinthians 12:27 (you are the body of Christ)1 Peter 2:9 (royal priesthood)Acts 2:17-18 (Joel 2:28-32 - pour out My Spirit on all flesh)John 4:23-24 (Father seeks worshippers in spirit and truth)Ephesians 4:15-16 (referenced - connected to the Head)Keywords & Topics:God picks permanent dwelling place (Mount Moriah)Reorganization of the Levites' serviceNo longer carrying tabernacle furnitureBorn into family of God - privilege and responsibilityBig story: God seeking worshippersGarden of Eden to tabernacle to temple to Holy Spirit withinMobile temples - Spirit dwells in believersAge requirement dropped from 30 to 20Holy Spirit poured out on all flesh - all agesDivisions of Levites and modern applicationsPriests: sanctify, intercede, minister to God, bless othersMusicians: prophesying with instruments, songwriting todayGatekeepers: security, ushers, greeters, wise counselors, physical workOver treasuries: finances and generous donorsOfficials and judges: administration and managementMission: more people on mission than home frontBody of Christ - organism not organizationEach member connected to Head (Jesus)Life's work and inheritanceWhat is life about without Christ?

1 Chronicles 17:2 “Do All That in Your Heart…”
Pastor Andy highlights 1 Chronicles 17 where Nathan tells David to "do all that is in your heart, for God is with you," then gets corrected by God that same night. This exposes the tension between our culture's emphasis on following your heart and Jeremiah 17:9's warning that the heart is deceitful and desperately wicked. For centuries, western culture exalted intellect over heart, which now has cropped up many current political divides. Despite David having a special heart that God chose, this same heart committed adultery and murder. The Old Testament commands circumcision of the heart in Deuteronomy 10:16 and promises in Deuteronomy 30:6 that God will do what we cannot. This happens through faith in Acts 15:8-9 and confession in Romans 10:9-10, resulting in becoming a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). As Christians, we choose to surrender to God's Word and let Him reign over our hearts, giving direction when we're tempted, because God is greater than our hearts (1 John 3:20).Exact Scripture References:1 Chronicles 17:2-3Jeremiah 17:9 (the heart is deceitful above all things)Proverbs 4:23 (keep your heart with all diligence)1 Samuel 16:7 (man looks at outward appearance, God looks at heart)1 Samuel 13:14 (God sought a man after His own heart)Psalm 51 (Create in me a clean heart)Deuteronomy 10:16 (circumcise the foreskin of your heart)Deuteronomy 30:6 (God will circumcise your heart)Acts 15:8-9 (God purifies hearts by faith)Acts 8:37 (Ethiopian eunuch's confession)Romans 10:9-10 (confess with mouth, believe in heart)2 Corinthians 5:17 (new creation in Christ)Colossians 2:11 (circumcision made without hands)Hebrews 4:12 (Word divides soul and spirit, discerns heart)1 John 3:20 (God is greater than our heart)Keywords and topics:"Do all that is in your heart" - 1 Chronicles 17:2Nathan's correction by GodThe deceitful heart - Jeremiah 17:9Cultural emphasis on following your heartInto the Wild and Eat Pray Love moviesLiving authentically vs. God's truthWestern exaltation of intellect over heartPolitical divide: logic vs. feelingsDavid's special heart yet sinful actionsProverbs 4:23 - Life springs from the heartOld Testament descriptions of the wicked heartCircumcision of the heart - Deuteronomy 10:16God's promise to circumcise hearts - Deuteronomy 30:6Purifying hearts by faith - Acts 15:8-9New creation in Christ - 2 Corinthians 5:17God's Word reigns over the heart - Hebrews 4:12Moving forward trusting God's directionForgiveness when wrongedGenerosity vs. selfishness with moneyGod is greater than our heart - 1 John 3:20

1 Chronicles 12:32 “Understanding the Times…”
This week, Pastor Andy examines 1 Chronicles 12:32's unique mention of Issachar, who had an "understanding of the times" to know what Israel ought to do. They gained this wisdom by being close to the land and combining study of creation with the study of God's Word, making them scholars of the law alongside Levi. He traces rhythms God built into creation: winter's hidden growth, spring's new life, summer's full flower, and autumn's harvest. He also explores the predictable rhythm of narrative, such as conflict, rising action, climax with self-sacrificing love, and resolution. We are currently in the church age after Jesus's climactic death and resurrection, waiting for His return. Referring to 2 Peter 3:9-14, Pastor Andy reveals what we ought to do in this season—live in holy conduct and godliness, recognizing this world's systems are passing away. With end-time signs converging and the Holy Spirit's promise to tell us things to come, today is the day to surrender to Jesus Christ.Exact Scripture References:1 Chronicles 12:32 (main text - sons of Issachar)1 Chronicles 12:23 (context - tribes coming to David at Hebron)Genesis 49:14-15 (Jacob's prophecy over Issachar)Deuteronomy 33:18-19 (Moses's prophecy about Issachar and Zebulun)2 Peter 3:9-14 (what manner of persons ought you to be)John 16:12-14 (Holy Spirit will tell you things to come)Revelation (referenced - the epic story's resolution)Keywords and topics:The tribe of Issachar's unique commendationUnderstanding times and seasonsKnowing what Israel ought to doGeneral revelation (nature/creation) vs. special revelation (Scripture)Seasons in nature and life (winter, spring, summer, autumn)The predictable rhythm of narrative/storyWhere we are in THE story (biblical narrative)The church age waiting for Christ's return2 Peter 3 - what manner of persons ought you to beHoly conduct and godlinessLooking for and hastening Christ's comingThis world's systems are passing awaySigns of the end timesThe Holy Spirit tells us things to comeSaul's kingdom vs. David's kingdom parallelToday is the day of salvationSurrendering to Jesus as Lord and King

2 Kings 24:3-4 “The Lord Would Not Pardon…”
God brought judgment on Jerusalem because of the innocent blood that Manasseh had shed, which the Lord would not pardon. Pastor Andy analyzes: How could God save Jerusalem from Assyria less than 100 years earlier yet now bring complete destruction through Babylon? He shares how God's judgments are announced in advance in multiple ways (declared 800 years earlier in Deuteronomy, preached by prophets, read aloud when Josiah found the Book of the Law 23 years before destruction); demonstrate patience—giving time to repent; and clearly explain why they're happening. Even America is guilty of shedding innocent blood through abortion, yet the Lord offers hope that even unpardonable acts can be forgiven through Jesus's sacrifice—calling us to repent with our whole heart today because judgment is coming.Exact Scripture References:2 Kings 24:3 (main text - "which the Lord would not pardon")2 Kings 21:1-16 (sins of Manasseh)Psalm 18:30 ("His way is perfect/blameless")Psalm 19:7-11 ("judgments of the Lord are true and righteous")Romans 11:33 ("how unsearchable are His judgments")Deuteronomy 28, 30 (covenant curses announced 800 years earlier)2 Kings 23 (Josiah's reforms)Jeremiah 36 (king burns the scroll)Jeremiah 2:34 (blood of poor innocents on your skirts)Ezekiel 18:23, 33:11 ("I take no delight in death of the wicked")Ezekiel 22:6-12 (societal breakdown)John 16:8 (Holy Spirit convicts of sin, righteousness, judgment)Exodus 34:6-7 (God's character revealed to Moses)1 Timothy 2:5-6 (one mediator, Jesus gave Himself as ransom)Keywords and topics:God's judgment on Jerusalem after saving it"Which the Lord would not pardon"Innocent blood and abortionThe sins of ManassehGod's judgments announced in advanceGod's patience and warningsProphets warning of judgment (Isaiah, Micah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel)Josiah finding the Book of the LawSocietal breakdown and sexualizationCorrupted justice systemPretense versus whole-hearted repentanceAmerica's guilt in shedding innocent bloodThe cross as the payment for unpardonable sinToday is the day to repentWhat do you want to live for?

2 Kings 19:3 “No Strength for Birth”
Pastor Andy walks through 2 Kings 18-19, showing how King Hezekiah—a 25-year-old who did what was right in the sight of the Lord—faced one of the greatest trials of his life when the undefeated Assyrian empire threatened to annihilate Jerusalem with 185,000 soldiers. They sent a mocking letter, taunting: "Your God can't save you—this is inevitable." Pastor Andy examines the temptations Hezekiah faced, such as despair, discouragement, deception, defeat, and doubt, all rooted in an attack on God's goodness. Instead of binging Netflix, hitting the bottle, or throwing a tantrum, he reached out to Isaiah for a word from God and spread the threatening letter before the Lord. He prayed a truthful prayer, acknowledging both who God is and the reality of his situation. God answered both verbally through Isaiah's poetry-prophecy and physically by sending one angel to kill the army in one night, declaring, "I will defend this city to save it for My own sake and for My servant David's sake."Exact Scripture References:2 Kings 19:3-37 (primary passage)2 Kings 18:1-7 (introduction to Hezekiah)2 Kings 19:14-19 (Hezekiah's prayer)2 Kings 19:20-34 (God's answer through Isaiah)2 Kings 19:35-37 (physical answer—angel kills 185,000)1 Peter 1:18-19 (purchased with precious blood)1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (bought at a price)1 Timothy 2:5-6 (Jesus gave himself as ransom)Matthew 22:29 (referenced - "you are in error because you don't know the scriptures or the power of God")Keywords and topics:King Hezekiah's reforms and faithfulnessFacing trials that aren't your faultThe Assyrian threat and Rabshakeh's intimidationTemptations in crisis: despair, discouragement, deception, defeat, doubtAppropriate expression of emotion in distressReaching out to Christian communitySpreading the threatening letter before the LordPraying truthfully about your situationGod's verbal and physical answers to prayerGod's creative solutions we can't imagineTruth has a signature: beauty"For my own sake" - becoming God's possessionSlaves to sin redeemed by Christ's bloodSurrender and belief in Jesus as LordUltra-conservative reforms in a hostile cultureEvil doesn't leave without a fight

2 Kings 10:31 “Doing What is Right in the Sight of the Lord” (ft. Guest Speaker Joe Aldrete)
Pastor Joe Aldrete of Calvary Chapel Foley examines why Israel demanded kings in the first place (1 Samuel 8)—they rejected God's direct leadership and wanted to be "like all the nations." He walks through thirteen kings from 2 Kings 10-16 and the key phrases: "he did what was right in the sight of the Lord" or "he did not do what was right in the sight of the Lord." Bad kings faltered via disobedience, half-hearted repentance, allowing idols and ungodly practices in God's house, and failing to fully purge wickedness. It led to compromise in the hearts of the people and ultimately the heart of the nation. The good kings—though imperfect, as even Uzziah got struck with leprosy because of pride—cleaned house, removed idols, brought back pure worship and God's Word, and experienced prosperity, military success, and God's blessing when they did things His way. The same issues plague Christians today who don't know what their Bibles say, hold worldly standards, don't know where to stand on hot topics like abortion and gender issues, and are led by spiritually compromised leaders. But God wanted to be our King all along and sent King Jesus to Earth. He rules and reigns in our lives, calling us to clean house, remove our idols, and do what is right in the sight of the Lord.Exact Scripture References:1 Samuel 8:1-9 (why Israel demanded kings)2 Kings 10-16 (the 13 kings examined)2 Kings 10:31 (Jehu not careful to walk in the Lord's ways)2 Kings 14 (Amaziah)2 Kings 15 (Azariah/Uzziah and Jotham)2 Kings 16 (defiling the house of God)2 Chronicles 26 (Uzziah's prosperity and leprosy)John 1:1, 14 (the Word became flesh)John 14:25-27 (the Helper, the Holy Spirit)John 16:13 (Spirit of truth will guide you)Romans 8:14 (led by the Spirit of God)Romans 7:15-25 (Paul wrestling with his flesh)Ephesians 2:8-9 (saved by grace through faith)Proverbs 4:23 (guard your heart)Proverbs 6:16-19 (six things the Lord hates)Proverbs 29:2 (when the righteous are in authority)Deuteronomy 12:31, 16:22 (God hates certain things)1 John 3:1-3 (children of God, purify yourself)Topics and keywords:Why Israel had kings instead of God's direct leadershipGood kings versus bad kings in 2 Kings 10-16Doing what is right in God's sightCompromise at the altar leads to national declinePartial obedience and half-hearted repentanceIdols and ungodly practices in God's houseCleaning house and removing idolsGod's blessing on obedienceChristians with blurred lines and worldly standardsHot topics Christians don't know how to addressPraying for government leadersCharles Spurgeon's prophecy about clowns and goatsGod wanted to be King all alongKing Jesus ruling and reigning in our livesOrdinary people doing extraordinary things for God

2 Kings 5:26 “Is It Time…”
Pastor Andy Falleur examines 2 Kings 5 through the lens of Elisha's scrutinizing question to his servant Gehazi: "Is it time to receive money and clothing, olive groves and vineyards, sheep and oxen, male and female servants?" The chapter presents three types of people: Naaman, the Syrian with leprosy, who experienced the miracle of "wash and be clean" by coming to God's prophet; Gehazi who had a front-row seat to the Lord's power and could have asked for a double portion like Elisha did, but instead chased after the world and contracted leprosy himself; and the unnamed servant girl who knew what time it was and rescued her captors by pointing them to God despite having every right to be bitter. Jesus referenced this story in Luke 4 and the people threw Him out of the city. Here's the moral of the story: The time is always TODAY (2 Corinthians 6:2)—time to get busy for the Lord, pursue love and spiritual gifts, do the greater works Jesus promised, and be faithful witnesses who point people to Jesus regardless of our circumstances.Exact Scripture References:2 Kings 5:1-27 (entire chapter)2 Kings 5:26 (focus verse)Luke 4:16-302 Corinthians 6:2Hebrews 3:12-13Acts 2:42Hebrews 12:1-2 (referenced - lay aside every weight)John 14:12-141 Corinthians 14:1Matthew 22:37-39 (referenced - love God and neighbor)Keywords and Topics:Knowing what time it isGehazi's greed and missed opportunityNaaman's healing from leprosyThe unnamed servant girl's witnessLeprosy as analogy for sinPriorities and eternal perspectiveToday is the day of salvationSociety's decline and young menBeing distracted by stuff versus doing God's workFront-row seat to God's powerThe deceitfulness of sinDaily exhortation and communityGreater works than JesusPursuing love and spiritual giftsRescuing your captors by pointing to Jesus

1 Kings 18:1-19 “A Word From the Lord…”
We're living in a moment of massive cultural change—U.S. cabinet members openly proclaiming the gospel, AI becoming part of daily life, the economy shifting, and society transforming before our eyes. Pastor Andy Falleur examines the story of Obadiah in 1 Kings 18—a man who feared the Lord from his youth but spent decades working as second-in-command under the wickedly evil King Ahab and Queen Jezebel, representing so many believers who grew up in church and learned to navigate both the church world and the secular world by living in a kind of dual existence. The entire narrative hinges on the Word of the Lord—it was God's Word that told Elijah to hide for three years. It was God's Word that said, "Go present yourself to Ahab," and invited Obadiah into the story, signaling a massive cultural change was about to happen at Mount Carmel. As we stand at the end of 2025, we need a Word from the Lord—not from AI or culture—and to remember that Jesus is the Word, who died to restore direct relationship with us so we can hear His voice for ourselves.Exact Scripture References:1 Kings 18:1-191 Kings 17:1-2John 8:59Matthew 12:9-13 (referenced - man with withered hand)Hebrews 13:13James 5:16-18 (referenced - Elijah's prayers)Matthew 22:37-39 (referenced - great commandment)Matthew 28:18-20 (referenced - great commission)John 1:12-14 (referenced - the Word became flesh)John 10:10 (referenced - life to the full)John 15:15 (referenced - I call you friends)John 10:27 (referenced - my sheep know my voice)1 Corinthians 11:23-26 (referenced - communion)Topics and keywords:Obadiah's dual existenceGrowing up in church (church kid experience)Hiding versus confrontingWord of the Lord as catalyst for changeTiming and God's sovereigntyLiving in two worlds (church and secular)Positions of power under wicked systemsCultural change in AmericaComing out of hiding in 2026Faith mixed with God's word releases powerHearing God's voice directlyMaking disciples in changing timesAI, technology, and societal shiftsCommunion and the gospelSalvation and relationship with God

1 Kings 11-13 “Lessons from Kings...” (ft. Guest Speaker Ryan Miller)
Pastor Ryan Miller traces Solomon's tragic fall in 1 Kings 11-12, showing how the wisest man who ever lived—blessed with wealth, wisdom, and two face-to-face encounters with God—let lust become the gateway that turned his heart toward foreign gods through 700 wives and building altars to detestable deities. If Solomon with all his wisdom couldn't fully follow God without being empowered by God and his Holy Spirit, what makes us think that we can? And our disobedience doesn't just affect us; it impacts future generations. The answer is: Surrender completely to Jesus Christ as Lord, confess our sins, and allow Him to rule every area of our lives instead of compartmentalizing our faith.Exact Scripture References:1 Kings 10:1-91 Kings 10:241 Kings 2:1-4Deuteronomy 17:171 Kings 3 (referenced - Solomon's treaty with Pharaoh)1 Kings 4 (referenced - Solomon's horses)1 Kings 10 (referenced - Solomon's wealth)1 Kings 11:1-131 Kings 11:141 Kings 11:231 Kings 11:261 Kings 11:29-391 Kings 12:1-15Genesis 2:24Deuteronomy 7:1-4Numbers 32 (referenced - Caleb and Joshua)John 10:10James 5:16 (referenced - confess your faults)Keywords and Topics:Solomon's fall from graceThe danger of lustDisobedience to God's commandsForeign wives and idolatryCompromise and consequencesMultiplication of wives, horses, and wealthHeart turning away from GodAdversaries raised by GodGenerational consequences of sinKingdom dividedSeeking wise counselLordship of ChristCompartmentalizing faithGateway sinsThinking you're the exceptionConfession and freedomGod's faithfulness despite our failures

1 Kings 9:3 “My Name, Eyes, and Heart…”
Pastor Andy unpacks the profound promise God made to Solomon in 1 Kings 9:3—that His name, eyes, and heart would be on the Temple Mount forever and perpetually—and reveals that this promise is still active today, making it the most valuable and disputed piece of real estate in the world. Through a fascinating journey across the history of Solomon's Temple, its destruction by the Babylonians, the second temple, and what exists there today (the Western Wall, including Muslim mosques), we discover that while God hasn't abandoned this sacred ground, He's done something even more promising: He's taken His presence and distributed it throughout the world by making believers in Jesus Christ (both individually and corporately as the church) living temples, filled with the Holy Spirit. The message challenges us to stop being knuckleheaded and resisting God's love, to recognize that permanent spiritual change often comes from a place of desperation rather than inspiration, and to surrender our lives fully to Jesus Christ, understanding that His plan is so much better than ours. His eyes and heart are turned toward us right now, not to punish, but to bless!Exact Scripture References:1 Kings 9:31 Kings 9:11 Kings 8:10-111 Kings 8:28-302 Samuel 24 (referenced - threshing floor of Araunah)Philippians 2:9-11John 1:12Romans 10:131 Corinthians 6:19-20Ephesians 2:19-22Romans 12:1Book of Jeremiah (referenced - certificate of divorce)Book of Ezekiel (referenced - vision of God's chariot departing)Book of Daniel (referenced - abomination of desolation)Keywords and phrases:The Temple Mount and its significanceGod's presence and promisesSolomon's Temple dedicationHistory of the First and Second TemplesThe Western Wall (Wailing Wall)Jerusalem and biblical prophecyBeliever as temple of the Holy SpiritChurch as corporate templeSurrender and lordship of ChristDesperation versus inspirationGod's timing versus our timingThe Antichrist and future prophecyPersonal transformation and salvationGod's name, eyes, and heart

2 Samuel 6:6-7 "The Holiness of God Obliterates..." (ft. Guest Speaker Jon Ruby)
Whoa, talk about a holy hot mess turned masterpiece – Jon ruby spills his guts on a 14-year booze-fueled tornado that yanked him from missionary kid paradise in Indonesia to Ottawa jail cells, baby-mama heartaches, and a psychosis hell where billboards barked and the only exit looked like not waking up, but bam, God's sober whisper hits: "As you were hurt and abused as a child, that's what you're doing to the ones you love," flashing futures of violent death, lockup, or padded snow-screen static, forcing that P-test pass at the shelter where flannelgraph Nana's boy finally clocks he's been around God but never in Him. Pastor Andy's squinty-smile patience babysits this crackpot Timothy through pizza-gravy lunches, prayer ribs-shots, and front-row Alpha bursts where liquid love evaporates fear-clouds, shattering "you're okay" from a stranger's prophecy that yanks him into Eden-recovery – no half-measures availing nothing, just whole-heart rendering to the holiness that struck Uzzah dead and Ananias stiff, but for Jon? It torches old-self chains, birthing Ashes to Rubies rehab brews, street-SOS outreaches, and tear-soaked Nunavut sleds etched "I'll see you soon" from a dad's suicide echo. Fifteen sober years later, with epilepsy-free sons, grandbaby giggles, and 17 lost brothers' weight shared in family-not-community burdens, Jon's rallying y'all: Ditch the Garden-expulsion fear-fabric, grab compassion like Jesus eyeing harassed sheep, and pray those addicts/codependents into the love story where perfect grace casts out the slave-driver, 'cause we're all crackpot temples needing that burn to reclaim the kingdom – fear not, redeemed one, you're mine through the flames.Exact Scripture ReferencesIsaiah 43:1-3Acts 2:42Matthew 9:362 Samuel 6:1Acts 5 (Ananias and Sapphira)Mark 12:17Topics and KeywordsTopics:Personal addiction recovery testimonyFrom "around faith" to "in Christ" surrenderMentorship and community in healingGod's holiness burning away the old selfFear as addiction's driver vs. God's perfect loveCompassion for the broken and outcastChurch planting and social enterprise in recoveryLoss and grief in ministry journeysHalf-measures vs. wholehearted devotionPrayer for addicts and the half-heartedKeywords:tornado of addiction, whole heart surrender, half measures, fear corrosive thread, liquid love, you're okay God, holiness burn, front row faith, ashes to rubies, perfect love casts out fear, clay jars crackpots, recovery narrative, compassion Jesus

1 Samuel 28:3-25 “Disenchantment and En-Dor”
Man, picture this: Saul's empire's crumbling, Philistines are stacking up at Shunem, God's gone radio silent – no dreams, no Urim lots, no prophets – so in panic mode, he flips his own script, hunts down a banned medium at Endor for a shady night séance to summon dead Samuel, and boom, she freaks 'cause it's the real prophet, not some demon hack, dropping divine mic-drop on Saul's doom: kingdom ripped to David, tomorrow you and your boys are toast with me in the grave. Pastor Andy nails why this ain't Halloween fun – Bible's crystal on occult bans 'cause it cracks doors to kill-steal-destroy demons, leaving you emptier than before, like Saul staggering out worse off, no hope, just scolding repeat. But flip it: We're in an enchanted world buzzing with spirits (test 'em by Jesus confession!), not Weber's disenchanted West numbed to tarot traps; honor vets standing against real evil, gear up Ephesians armor, drop Jesus' name like authority – 'cause He's the First and Last with death's keys, turning Saul's anti-Abraham flop (death meal with a witch) to David's ephod inquiry win, proving life's worth living here where worship shakes heavenly realms. Ditch the En-Dor road's crazy cost – surrender to Christ today, confess-believe, invite the Helper in for abundant life that conquers every antichrist vibe.

1 Samuel 22:2 “Headed to the Cave…”
In 1 Samuel 22, David's dodging death from Saul's spears, fleeing family and friends, playing crazy in Philistine land only to bail 'cause even the enemy's like "nah," and ends up in the cave of Adullam, this dark, dead-end spot symbolizing burial, wilderness, and last resorts where nothing grows and life's just a slow fade; but bam, his fam joins, then 400 distressed dudes in debt or straight discontented with Saul's jacked system rally 'round, making him captain – these early adopters spotting God's anointing on him over the old regime. Pastor Andy ties it slick to Jesus, condemned by world and kin, cross-bound and tomb-trapped, drawing tax collectors and sinners 'cause religion and society flop hard, leaving us lonely atoms numb with nihilism thinking nothing matters; but truth bomb: submission ain't blind obedience – flee if unsafe, protect peeps like David did the priest – and real fix is heading "outside the camp" to embrace your own humiliating "death," ditching dreams and rights for Jesus, the rightful King who's conquered death and flips cave-dwellers into mighty world-changers just by hanging close, like his inner three or David's water-fetching warriors. Surrender fully, don't let "cats" or comfort hold you – He's molding you for that coming kingdom, turning messes to miracles, 'cause when Jesus is all you got, He's all you need.

1 Samuel 12:20-22 “A Direct, Maturing Relationship…”
Man, listen up – in 1 Samuel 12, Israel's begging for a king like it's the fix for their chaos, but Samuel drops truth bombs: that "great evil" wasn't just bad choices; it was ducking a raw, faith-stretching walk with God for something safer they could see and boss around, short-circuiting the very maturity He wired into us through family, trials, and straight-up reliance on Him. But here's the hope explosion: even after the mess, don't bolt – worship Him fierce with your whole heart, ditch the junk that can't save squat, 'cause the Lord's locked in on His people not 'cause we're shiny, but for His massive name and that wild determination to call us His own. Pastor Andy unpacks it with gut-wrenching stories of guys whose rap sheets screamed "donezo" but God flipped to "pastor powerhouses," ties it to our no-middleman church life and even America's rebel-against-kings blueprint, and lands it in a communion gut-check: confess, cling, chug that Holy Spirit IV, 'cause Jesus paid it all, shame's in remission, and your best days? They're ahead if you'll just surrender and let Him mature you into full-on Christ radiance.

1 Samuel 3:11 “Everyone Who Hears Will Shudder…”
In this heartfelt dive into 1 Samuel 3, Pastor Andy unpacks God's shudder-inducing prophecy to young Samuel about judging Eli's family forever for their sons' blasphemy—treating sacred offerings with contempt through gluttony and immorality—and Eli's failure to restrain them, honoring his boys over the Lord; yet, woven through the warning is God's long-suffering love that sends multiple alerts before acting, always providing a faithful priest like Jesus for true representation, urging us to shake off sloppy familiarity with His dynamite Word, parent with grateful dedication by equipping kids for God's call rather than our own, avoid idolizing family above faith, and seek a fresh, confirming word from the Holy Spirit for our battles, remembering judgment stems from love to mature us into close, fruitful branches abiding in Christ, where no one's too far gone except those rejecting the Savior outright.

Judges 19:29-30 “Think, Discuss and Speak Up…”
Alright folks, in this raw dive into Judges 19's horror show – that Levite's brutal alert to Israel's outrage mirroring Sodom's mess – we link it up with Samson's eater-sweet riddle and jawbone victory, Micah's fatherless idol hustle turning into Dan's northern fake-worship trap, and the tribe-on-tribe beatdown where good guys lose twice before God hands Benjamin over on day three, all screaming "think it over, discuss it, speak up!" because God's wired these tales to slam us today in 2025: quit chasing easy shortcuts like homebrew gods via your phone's echo chamber or dodging hard inheritances for softer turf, face those devouring fears with faith in the Difference-Maker who turns jawbones into thousand-man killers, suit up against spiritual baddies not flesh-and-blood beefs, and charge daily into justice and surrender knowing you'll get noble scars but ultimate sweetness through Christ – Amen, no substitutes!

Joshua 18:1-10 “How Long Will You Delay…”
Pastor Andy Falleur delivers a stirring sermon from Joshua 18:1-10, urging believers to stop delaying and actively possess the inheritance God has given them, drawing a parallel between the Israelites’ hesitation to claim their Promised Land and modern Christians’ tendency to linger in spiritual “tents” due to fear, laziness, or complacency. Through scriptures like Ephesians 1:11-15, Colossians 3:23-24, and John 7:38, he emphasizes that our true inheritance in Christ—secured by the Holy Spirit as a down payment—offers imperishable joy, peace, patience, and power, far surpassing any earthly inheritance. Pastor Andy encourages us to live every moment for the Lord, as Colossians 3:23 urges, and to boldly ask for God’s blessings, as illustrated by Axa’s request for springs in Judges 1:12-15, reminding us that our Heavenly Father delights to give us the kingdom (Luke 12:32) when we step out in faith.

Joshua 5:13-15 “I Have Come To Take Over…”
Pastor Andy Falleur delivers a stirring message on Joshua 5:13-15, where Joshua, poised for the daunting battle of Jericho, encounters the Commander of the Lord’s army—likely a pre-incarnate Jesus—who declares He is on neither side but has come to lead, prompting Joshua to worship and surrender on holy ground. Andy emphasizes that the story shifts the question from “Is God on my side?” to “Am I on God’s side?” highlighting God’s sovereignty, His invitation to join His righteous work, and His merciful call to repentance, as seen with Rahab and echoed in the Great Commission. Through Joshua’s courage and God’s warrior nature, Andy urges listeners to surrender their struggles, align with God’s mission of justice and love, and trust that Jesus, the ultimate revelation of God, meets us exactly as we need Him in our battles.

Deuteronomy 32:4 “His Work is Perfect…”
In this sermon, Pastor Andy Falleur focuses on Deuteronomy 32:4, emphasizing that God's work is perfect even amid earthly suffering and human failure, as seen in Moses' song warning Israel of their impending idolatry and its consequences. He explores how God, knowing the future, respects free will by providing reminders like the Ten Commandments, feasts, and songs without coercing obedience, much like the father in the Prodigal Son story who lets his child go astray to foster genuine love and return. Through personal anecdotes and biblical insights, Andy highlights God's heartbreak over our choices, His allowance for failure to build maturity, and His provision of second chances through repentance, urging listeners to surrender fully to Christ, choose life, and measure their love for God by the obstacles they're willing to overcome, all while affirming that true love requires choice and that God's perfect plan prioritizes authentic relationship over forced perfection.

Philippians 1:21-24 "Heaven is Better Than _____ (You Fill in the Blank!) - Why We Should Get Our He
Pastor Danny Hodges challenges the common misconception that heaven is just an "eternal church service" by presenting three biblical characteristics that make heaven absolutely irresistible: unsurpassed glory, unending pleasure, and paradise itself. Using illustrations from Walt Disney's extreme efforts to create a magical world (including the fascinating story of underground mosquito control at Disney World), Pastor Danny demonstrates that if humans can go to such lengths for temporary pleasure, how much more has Jesus prepared for believers in eternity. He addresses why Christians sometimes don't want to go to heaven "right now" and shows how daily meditation on heaven's reality should motivate holy living, provide hope during suffering, and give believers an eternal perspective that transforms earthly priorities.

Leviticus 26:3-45 "God's Love Gives a Choice..."
Pastor Andy walks through Leviticus 26's blessings and curses, showing how this isn't just ancient law but a prophetic blueprint that played out exactly in Israel's history - from their golden age under Solomon to the Assyrian and Babylonian conquests, and even connecting to today's Middle East tensions. He addresses the hard question of why God seems so tough on His people, explaining that God's love is "white hot" - present, attentive, long-suffering, and giving real choices with real consequences, just like a ballet teacher who only corrects students with talent. The same God who disciplines is the one who sent Jesus to set us free from sin's destructive power, and His correction in our lives today is proof that He loves us too much to leave us unchanged.

Leviticus 18:1-30 "Jesus is Better than Sex: God's Design for Sexual Purity and Holiness..."
Pastor Andy Falleur tackles the challenging topic of sexual morality from Leviticus 18, demonstrating that God's sexual ethics aren't outdated restrictions but life-giving boundaries designed for human flourishing. He connects Old Testament prohibitions to New Testament teachings, showing that sexual purity remains a consistent biblical standard that leads to true intimacy, peace, and spiritual vitality. Andy addresses contemporary issues like pornography, sexual abuse, and cultural pressure while offering practical steps for victory through confession, accountability, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. The central message is that Jesus Christ offers something better than any sexual pleasure - true satisfaction, healing for the broken, and power to live in holiness, whether single or married.

Leviticus 10:3 "I Will Demonstrate My Holiness..."
Pastor Andy addresses the troubling account of Nadab and Abihu's death in Leviticus 10, explaining how God's holiness and grace work together rather than contradict each other. He argues that God is consistently a "consuming fire" throughout both Testaments, citing examples from Uzzah touching the ark to Ananias and Sapphira's deception. The key difference is that through Jesus' blood, believers can now "boldly enter the sanctuary" - but this requires approaching God with reverence, a true heart, and genuine faith. Andy warns against being too casual with God's presence while emphasizing that holiness isn't restrictive but rather leads to wholeness, joy, and abundant life. The message culminates in a call to draw near to God through practical actions like church attendance, prayer, Bible reading, and water baptism, all motivated by faith in Christ's sacrifice rather than human effort.
