The Courage Revolution
by Jessica Love
Join me in leading this revolution of courage to inspire, empower and challenge you to take your power back and change your life. I will be discussing my journey and where I have used courage to change my life but also interviews with seemingly ordinary people who chose courage and are now doing extraordinary things in their life. Courage calls us in our fear. It calls us to each act of bravery and perseverance that our duties require. And it calls us beyond ourselves to a greater common good. It's our decision to answer the call. The question is are you ready?

With each specialist appointment, Amayra became increasingly disempowered as she didn’t feel listened to – not one specialist was able to explain the root cause of her symptoms – rather, they kept prescribing her medication that yielded no results.Amayra started to question every aspect of her life and realised that her time in the corporate world was over. She packed her bags and headed to India to fulfil her dream of becoming a yoga teacher.During her time in India, she became very sick and through a series of fortunate events, ended up at an Ayurvedic clinic. For Amayra, this was the beginning of the end because through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda she was able to connect the dots of her symptoms, and find good health again.Because of her first-hand experience with Ayurveda, and realising the power of this ancient medicine, Amayra went on to study Ayurveda. She now realises that her health challenges were a gift because it’s something she had to overcome to get to where she is today so that she can share her message from a place of experience, love and compassion. In Ayurveda skin is the window to the rest of the body and that’s why Amayra is so passionate about helping women achieve healthy skin. She loves working with women and seeing the progress and transformation they achieve through their hard work and commitment to change.Amayra now understands that her Dharma (soul’s mission) is to help millennial women manage rosacea naturally and achieve glowing skin holistically: body, mind and soul.Amayra aims to empower women to see their kitchen as their pharmacy, sleep as medicine, movement as well-being, mindfulness practices as a powerful tool and self-care as vital. https://www.facebook.com/amayra.r.morales/IG: @amayra.morales

Episode 21: Who are you learning from and where is the information coming from?
This week Matt from Cultivate Elevate and I take a deep dive into why it is important to know what we are learning and where the information is coming from. When we do not question things it keeps us repeating and living in the fear mindset. Much of the information that is put out in mainstream media is perpetuating this lack and fear mindset when in reality there is abundance that exists for everyone. You get to decide if you want to continue to believe the societal programming that is creating a society of fearful, sick, and disconnected people. The more we connect with nature, and our natural ways, the more we heal. Positivity helps uplift the collective. We are self- generating beings and we are what we eat and drink. Nature heals us for free so more time in nature is key. Matt Roeske founded Cultivate Elevate to bring back information that has been suppressed and caused our society to become sicker and weaker. Leaning into the huge life shifts and finding your own way
In this weeks episode Suzette Sondag who is a somatic release breathwork facilitator discussed how implementing tools such as breathwork in her life have helped her navigate the inevitable huge shifts that have occurred in her life. There comes a point in many of our lives where we realize that once we leave a "box" that things can never fit in the same box anymore, and self inquiry is required to find your own way. I love how she brings up the fact that just because I believe one thing and you believe another that it does not make either of us wrong. We are all on our own path and the best thing we can do as a collective is to support people where they are. We can be unique but also here for each other. Learning to lean into the changes that life is asking of us is pivotal to being able to grow and expand in the way that our higher self is asking of us. I had the pleasure of doing a one on one breathwork session with Suzette in the privacy of my own home which I highly recommend. You can find Suzette on IG: @suzettesondag

The manual and the mirror
We all have manuals for everyone in our lives that they know nothing about. Manuals that say how others need to act, show up and be. Do you know what your manuals for others are and how it that manual is effecting your relationships? Everyone around us acts as our mirrors and can be our greatest teachers by triggering things within us. Having awareness of your manuals for others and being willing to look in the mirror at your stuff can massively transform our relationships and how we show up in the world.

Is it your burden to bear?
Carrying the weight of the world gets heavy and at some point you have to ask yourself, is this mine to carry? If you are someone who feels everything deeply it is easy to take on other peoples stuff but at what cost? What good are you to anyone else if you can not be there for you. Remember to put your oxygen mask on first, set boundaries and ask for help. Just because you can carry a lot doesn't mean you should. How this mom and daughter duo created Recharge the Soul retreats, the importance of community, and how change can be scary but necessary to align your life and come home to your soul
About Recharge the Soul! Lorri Ann Code, is an author, certified soundbath healer, intuitive, with 30 plus years as a health/ fitness expert. After becoming a single mom on welfare in her 40’s of 3 littles, she decided it was up to her to change and transform her life. Coming from a long line of generational trauma, this wake up call helped her realize it was her job to draw the line in the sand, choose different, and set an example for her 3 children looking to her for guidance. Between building herself back up from ground zero, healing, and finding her voice again, she now specializes in helping women achieve their highest potential to thrive in life and regain direction. Bailee Code, has had the gift of attending her mom’s life coaching workshops since a young girl. Suffering from severe anxiety, self worth issues and low grade depression in her teens and 20’s, she began to travel throughout the world looking for answers. Between her time in Southeast Asia, South America, Mexico and eventually Indonesia, her eyes were opened to a new perspective in life which led her to a deep connection within her spirituality. After learning the impact of manifestation and the use of simple practices that now have integrated into her everyday life, she was drawn to join her mother on the journey of creating a safe place for women to grow. A certified yoga instructor, breathwork guide, astrologer and a leader within meditations to help connect other’s with their higher self, Bailee is here to show up for each and every woman to share a space of growth. She uses her tools and techniques to work with clients one on one and in retreat to create a path for healing, gain relief from anxiety and reconnect back with their intuition. All in all, Recharge the Soul retreats was created with the intention to hold a sacred space for women to come together release old stories, blocks, beliefs that are not serving them anymore and connect back with themselves to live a life full of abundance and joy. ABOUT THIS SHOW
Join me in leading this revolution of courage to inspire, empower and challenge you to take your power back and change your life.
