Be The Mountain, Living and Leading with Radical Courage

Hey friends, it’s Nicole. Before we dive into this next season of The Marvelous Middle Age Podcast, I want to share something really personal with you.In December of 2024 I had the chance to attend a Restoration Project workshop. I walked in not totally knowing what to expect—just knowing I was feeling stuck. Worn out. Wondering if I was the only one carrying so much weight, silently, in this middle season of life. That workshop… changed me.I experienced something I hadn’t in a long time—being seen, heard, and challenged in the most loving way possible. The kind of honest, sacred space where masks fall away and you’re invited to finally be who you really are. I left that workshop feeling lighter, more grounded, and more courageous than I’ve felt in years. So when I say I’m excited about this upcoming season—Be The Mountain: Living and Leading with Radical Courage— I’m not exaggerating.  I’ll be joined by the incredible team at The Restoration Project and you’ll hear conversations that come straight from the heart. You’ll hear from the team that helped me rediscover mine. You’ll be invited to reflect on your own story, your leadership, and how to live bravely—not perfectly, but bravely.I can’t wait for you to hear it.Episodes drop starting Monday, August 4, so be sure to follow or subscribe so you don’t miss a thing.Let’s be the mountain—together. The Restoration Project
