    This week I am joined in the studio by Joyce Bassengue, a fellow podcaster, football fanatic, advocate for equality in the stands and sadly a Man City Fan!   Besides some casually ribbing over how poor both our teams have been, and making her sit in the studio that has an entire museum of United shirts we dig into some of the big issues surrounding the game both on and off the pitch.   We discuss her experiences as both a female and person of colour in the stands as well as he experiences as a co-host on a top football podcast.   All whist sharing an epic mojito!

    In this week's episode I am joined by James Collier, a registered nutritionist and co-founder of Huel. We have a really in-depth chat about nutrition, the challenges surrounding misinformation, the draw backs of certain 'popular' elimination diets and the importance of holding those who are well respected within the industry to a higher account when it comes to the quality of information they share. Oh, we also discuss Huel, the vision, how it is intended to be used, if the original vision is still being matched following it's significant success and why I personally haven't held the greatest opinion on it. We agree on a lot, discuss and debate some other things but most importantly share some incredible knowledge whilst enjoying a mojito. This is a cracker!
