    Is Cold Outreach for you?

Welcome back everyone, this week I would like to share an interview I hosted with TJ Gabriel. TJ helps bussiness owners with their cold/warm outreach. So of course we talked about it, but of course wanted to share this chat, by asking TJ, how would he help someone with starting out with cold outreach, as I know so many people find it really challenging! Also, helping you re-frame what and how cold really is? But also why that the ONLY way you going to be able to build a bussiness that grows throughout whatever the market does, is by doing many strategies. and the question we should be asking is what are the ones that we enjoy, and they are most likely to do them for a longer amount of time! A long with of course, some tips and tricks on how to go about crafting your messages when it comes to cold outreach the in first place!

    Should men be stoic?

Welcome back everyone, this week I would love to share an interview I was able to host with Adam Abel. I was able to first meet Adam at the Phoenix Stars cheerleader as they were one of my first clients, as part of my mission to showcase what Salisbury has to offer, I was able to cover their showcase last year. When Adam was hosting, this show, he shared about the very tragic passing of his mother. That led to him, creating his own podcast, to help others share their feelings and thoughts about mental health. Of course, as some of you know, like many I have had my own mental health challenges, so where possible I try and highlight or showcase points of view talking about mental health as a whole. We also were about to talk about, how and when men should look to be stoic and/or they should be more vulnerable! A long with some tricks and trips for those who are close to someone who is dealing with a death or any type of mental health challenge about what they could do.

Should markers work with or against their Sales team?

Welcome back everyone, this week I would love to share an interview I was lucky enough to be able to host, with Lenny Wood. Lenny has been in marketing for 17 years and chose to work for himself during the pandemic! he works with everyone from solo business owners up to the likes of Sainsbury's. Something I and Lenny are HUGE Believer in is, "Marking pays for tomorrow, Sales pays for today", this idea is something I think so many people get wrong when they look to get their ROI ( return on investment ) from their marketing efforts! Myself and Lenny, explore we both personally feel it is the journey that your clients go on to then end up working with you that is more of a deciding factor! I also share my own two-triangle / two-funnel explanation for how marketing works with sales and feeds into each other! We of course also share our own trips and tricks when it comes to "how to" market your bussiness in 2024!

Should you use email marketing in 2024?

Welcome back everyone, this week I would love to share an interview I did last year, with Jonny Umoru. Jonny helps bussiness owners convert more leads through email marketing! So of course I wanted to talk to him about that, but also the progress overall when it comes to getting leads for your bussiness, everyone is looking for a golden way of getting leads into your bussiness. We talk about the honest answer, being it really down to a lot of things, and of course who you are trying to talk to, you could connect with them rather a bit of video, or email. The larger question I personally feel you should be asking is what are you going to do consistently and be able to make 1% improvements every day. and of course some of the understanding/timeline you should see leads when it comes to whatever marketing you are planning on doing!

Should I still market my business with X Happening in news?

Welcome back everyone, this week I would love to share an interview I was able to have, with Wendy Griffith! Wendy helps small bussiness first understand digital marketing, as well as a health and wellness coach! We of course explored, basic forms of digital marketing, a lot of a few time vs vaule ideas, when it comes to how we price our work! As well as answering, a wider question around "Can I / Should I still market my bussiness with X happening in the news" and some views on "cancel culture"! and of course, the knock-on effect of what not speaking out and or sharing your views can mean for our wider community! What is the best way to marketing in 2024?

Welcome back everyone, this week I would love to share an interview I had with Rob Whitham. Rob runs Whitham Print Services, so of course we were able to talk about the pros and cons when it comes to doing print marketing. As well as exploring Rob's background in working with some of the larger brands in the world. As well as an understanding of content marketing, and why a small business, should think of building a stronger brand through creating content! Also wanted to share my personal view, when it comes to the age-old question of "how to do grow my business?" Also how to get away from the "ohh new thing, in marketing" The question you should be asking any of your marketing, is how is going to move your business forward! Something has business owners we ONLY look at the point of sale NOT, the how marketing world that person or clients went through, to build trust with you to likely buy from you.

Communicating better will make you more money!

Welcome back everyone, this week I was given the opportunity to meet and interview Chris Fenning, who helps people communicate better. Chris uses video a lot in his bussiness whether that is through social media, filming online training, or being on stage, at events that he may be speaking at. Firstly wanted to start to show, by explaining how I and Chris was able to connect, as normally guests would come from "someone you meant when networking" However this wasn't true with myself and chris. Something we of course were also to explore was, myself and chris have a high level of social skills or the ability to communicate at a high level with someone whom we haven't met before. Along with a great set of trips to share your message better on video, as well as within sales meetings.

Welcome back everyone, this week I would like to share an interview I was able to host with Debbie Cat, who helps bussiness get better at presenting and of course, coming over on podcasts such as this one. Within this episode, we, were able to talk about firstly why you still need to keep up on your PR ( Public relations ) to connect with your ideal client! Of course, how to overcome, the fear of presenting to a group of people, remember, WITM ( What is in for me ) Whenever you are going to create any content, what "vaule" you are planning to add to the viewer you are looking to connect with! As well, as understanding what role your competitors in affecting what content you are posting. A lot with of course other tips and tricks, when it comes to creating your first presentation.
