Aligning Your Actions with Your Hearts Desires even if it Seems Out of the Box

Solo episode: What happens when your soul is seeking "something more"? For me, it was the realisation that I was by myself a lot. Yes, I would do client calls online or on the phone but I knew that I needed to go out and be amongst people again - especially after Covid. In this episode I detail how I went about doing that, what I was feeling and experiencing while I was going about the search for more "fulfilment". My personal journey included finding myself responding to a volunteer call out for a local community organization, at the same time putting myself in the running to work at my local library as a casual - just so I can mingle with people from the community - and the beauty of that role not going through. It wasn't aligned and I only recognised "after" I went into the application process and waited for the outcome. In this episode we covered the difference between Offering and Taking, Giving and Receiving. These states of Abundance come into play when we're creating abundance in our life and it applies to you whether you're communicating with a partner, child or co-worker Or when you're making shifts and changes in your life. We also stressed the importance of self-listening and heart-based decision making. Nadhira also shared her experiences at a recent community fair at PGCC (Pillars of Guidance Community Centre - Doveton), her views on women in business and entrepreneurship and the beauty of seeing women in business - offering their services to the community. Behind The Scenes - Home Birth Number 3- Without Midwives

Sometimes, Life gives you challenges and difficulties as a mercy - to prevent a bigger calamity or catastophe. Can you look for these pockets of mercy in your life? When I was pregnant with my 3rd baby (my youngest), I developed excruciating pain in my hip area and had trouble walking or functioning. It led me to get chiropractic help to get some relief and walk without pain. This partnership with my chiropractor came handy when I really needed it in the final stages of labour when it felt like my baby was stuck and not descending down the birth canal.Tune into the full episode to find out the behind the scenes of this particular birth. I covered aspects about the set-up of a home birth, how the birth pool works, how come we didn't have midwives present at the arrival of the baby and lessons in life from this birth story.Nadhira Razack - host of the Your Truth is Calling Podcast is a life and business coach based in Melbourne, Australia. Home Births in Water with my 3 Boys using Heart Guidance

On my personal facebook feed, I'd shared about an experience I had, swimming with wild dolphins in Kona, Hawaii when I was 8 months pregnant with my first baby. One of my clients who read that post said to me, "You need to share more about this story!"So I decided to record a podcast episode about how I was guided to the avenue of having a home birth with the help of an independent midwife and doula. In this episode, Nadhira shares the power of the statement "I don't know" and being in a surrendered state when you're faced with obstacles. How my own intuition spoke to me. What does that voice sound like? How do you discern that voice from the voice of your mind? How guidance comes in the form of breadcrumbs - one little bit at the time. When you put the puzzle pieces together, one bit at a time, you get to see Allah swt's Generosity and how much support you have available when you have faith and trust in the process and that life is unfolding for you even if it seems like you're facing dead-ends. We briefly touched on stress and the body vs the body being in a state of relaxation and how home births gift you the opportunity to have a lot more control over your environment. Prasanna Diana Manuela on Reconnecting to Your Life Force using the Power of the Elements

How do you connect to your life force after you've been disconnected for a long time? Prasanna Diana Manuela, speaker, international bestselling author of Elemental Woman shares how to reconnect to your lifeforce with the wild creativity of mother earth. She shared how life force has to keep building and then when the time is right, and the conditions are right, things start to happen and we move into action. She shares how we have to be long enough in the space of darkness to know anything. Then from darkness, we get the light, like a seedling cracking through the rocks. In between these phases, there is a stillness between the outgoing yang part of the cycle and the cycle where we go inwards again.Prasanna also shared about the metal element or the alchemiste archetype which helps us when we need to Let Go of a cycle and go into the water element to dream again. She shares how the same energy that births babies is the same energy we use to birth ourselves anew. Prasanna ends with a special meditation to help us imagine what life might have been like for us if we were born to a woman who embodies the earth mother archetype. We are able to give this to ourselves so we can trust that life will take us exactly where we need to go.Get to know Prasanna here:www.moongoddess.auBecome a member at the Wildly Replenished Woman Foundation here:www.wildlyreplenishedwoman.earthDM @NadhiraRazack on Instagram to let us know what you think.Email: [email protected] if you have questions or scenarios you'd like me to answer on the show.
