Diary of a fat man

The title says it all, I am a fat man, albeit less fat than I was. I was going to start a diary but it is not me to write stuff down and stick to it, so I decided to start an podcast and document my thoughts.

    In this episode I discuss the fact that I'm almost over this illness I hope knock on wood lol, feeling much better this week than I have been the last 3 to 4 weeks however my mojo got ruined when I hopped on the scale and realized that I was up about 3 lb versus the last time I weighed in a few weeks ago. sometimes when you weigh in high it's an anomaly in the next day you're back down to where you expect to be and that could be the case here but overall I do think it might be in my goals moving forward for 2025 to get back on weight watchers and start tracking my day-to-day intake and really try and get under the 215 to 210 range. #Fat #Weightloss #Healthy #Goals #WeightWatchers #WW #Scale
