Refine don't Redesign- your system isn't broken!
This week’s G-Fit Conversation is your reminder that your system isn’t broken — it probably just needs refinement.Too often, we hit one setback, one hard weekend, one stressful season, and suddenly convince ourselves that everything needs to change. New plan. New program. Start over Monday. But what if the answer isn’t a complete redesign? What if it’s simply a small tweak? In this conversation, I dive into the difference between refining and redesigning — and why the all-or-nothing mindset keeps so many women stuck in the exhausting cycle of start, stop, start over. From workouts and nutrition to parenting, stress, sleep, hormones, relationships, and mindset… this episode is all about learning how to pause, reflect, and identify the ONE thing that needs support instead of throwing the whole system away. You’ll walk away with a fresh perspective on consistency, self-awareness, and the power of the 1% mindset — because real transformation doesn’t happen through extremes. It happens through tiny refinements made over time.Your body isn’t broken. Your life isn’t broken. Your system likely just needs a little tuning.Refine. Don’t redesign.xoG

Perspective, Mindset and how you Choose to Show up...
In this episode of G-Fit Conversations, we go deeper than workouts and nutrition… this is about perspective, purpose, and how you show up in your life. After the unexpected loss of my client, J. Craig Venter, I share a real and raw reflection on just how short and precious life is—and why that matters for the way you approach your goals, your mindset, and your daily actions. We talk about:-The reminder that you woke up today—and why that alone changes everything-The difference between a victim mindset vs. a hero mindset-What it really means to trust when life doesn’t make sense-“Amor fati” — embracing life as it comes, not fighting it-How shifting your perspective can actually calm your nervous system and improve how you feel, think, and performThis episode blends personal story, mindset work, and real-life application—because fitness isn’t just what you do in the gym… it’s how you live.If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning “why me?”… this is your reminder to shift into “what is this here to teach me?”You get to do this. And how you choose to show up… that’s where everything changes.Let's step in and make it the best day ever!xoG

Misogo- It doesn't have to be extreme to challenge you
In this episode, we talk about the Misogi- the powerful concept of doing one hard thing each year—not to prove anything to others, but to prove something to yourself. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Misogi, I share how completing a simple 5K became a personal breakthrough—not because of the distance, but because it pushed me outside of my comfort zone. This conversation is a reminder that transformation doesn’t have to come from extremes. You don’t need a marathon, an Ironman, or some dramatic life overhaul. Sometimes the biggest shifts come from small, meaningful challenges that make you uncomfortable in the best way.If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect” challenge or thinking it has to be bigger to matter, this episode will help you reframe what growth really looks like. Because the challenge that changes you doesn’t have to be extreme… it just has to stretch you. What is your 2026 Misogi? Let's step in and own this week.xoG

The Race Results are in: The power or Getting Uncomfortable
Happy Best Day Ever! This week, I’m fresh off a spontaneous 5Kand what surprised me most wasn’t the physical challenge… it was everything leading up to it. The overthinking. The nerves. The stepping outside my routine. The mental chatter of “Can I really do this?” Even though it’s something I basically do every week- it was still a challenge for me.In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and reminding you that no matter how experienced or consistent you are, growth still requires discomfort.I talked about:Why doing “hard things” has nothing to do with fitness levelThe mental resistance that shows up when you challenge yourselfHow breaking routine can actually elevate your resultsThe concept of Masogi—doing one thing a year that truly pushes youAnd why consistency in the G-Fit method gives you the freedom to show up for anythingThis wasn’t about training for a race. This was about proving that when you stay consistent, you’re always ready. If you’ve been playing it safe, staying in your comfort zone, or waiting for the “right time”, this is your nudge.Do the thing that gives you butterflies. That’s where everything changes.I would love to hear from you what is on your heart that you are FEELING... I have had so many people already say a race is on their mind... I would love to hear from you! Let's step into the best day ever and ROCK it, sisters!hugs, G

The power of Visualization & Spring Alignment
This conversation is your spring reset and a moment to pause, check in, and get real with yourself. We start with awareness. What was your word this year? Do you remember? Are you aligned with it… or have you drifted? From there, we move into growth and what it actually requires.I share what I’m currently stepping into with signing up for a 5K. Not because I can’t run… but because it challenges me in a new way mentally. That edge, that resistance, that voice — it’s real. And it’s the same place so many of you find yourselves when stepping into something new.We talk about hormesis — the idea that we have to stress the body (and mind) to grow. And the concept of a “Misogi” — choosing one thing each year that pushes you outside your comfort zone and expands who you are.Because growth doesn’t happen in what’s comfortable… it happens when you lean in.We also tap into the power of visualization — learning to see where you’re going before you get there. Your body can’t move toward something it hasn’t been shown. You have to create that vision first, clearly and intentionally. This is about reconnecting, challenging yourself, and remembering what you’re capable of.You’re not starting from scratch…you’re stepping into your next level this Spring, let's do this!hugs, G

Welcome back to another G-Fit Conversation. LOOK LEFT & Remove all distractions. This week we’re talking about something that quietly gets in the way of almost every transformation… distractions. Not just the obvious things, but the small daily distractions that pull your focus away from where you want to go — comparing yourself to someone else, getting caught up in noise on social media, conversations that drain your energy, or even the mental chatter that starts when temptation shows up.Today’s conversation is about learning how to recognize those distractions and intentionally look the other way so you can stay focused on the steps right in front of you. Cycle Training
In this episode, we’re diving into the power of cycle training — rotating intensity, structure, and focus so your body keeps responding and your mind stays engaged. When you push all the time, you burn out. When you cycle effort with intention, you build strength, momentum, and longevity. If you’ve been feeling the urge to go harder, especially if you are coming off of my 3-2-1 Challenge, this is your reminder that strategic pull-backs are part of progress. Tune in to learn how smart training cycles keep results coming while keeping you energized, motivated, and excited to show up.Happy Best Week Ever! xo G

Lock In- You will miss this when it's gone
In this G-Fit Conversation, I'm talking about something most people don’t realize until it’s over, how powerful it feels to be locked in.If you’re in the final stretch of a challenge, a goal, or a season of growth, this episode will hit home. We’re diving into why structure creates freedom, why direction fuels momentum, and why feeling “in flow” is one of the most motivating states you can live in.As a coach, one of the biggest things I see when someone feels stuck isn’t lack of effort, it’s lack of clarity. When you don’t know your next step, you lose focus. When you lose focus, you lose momentum. And when momentum fades, so does confidence.Inside this conversation, I share:• why challenges work so well• how purpose changes your energyThis isn’t just about finishing strong. It’s about becoming someone who knows how to create direction, build momentum, and step into her power. Press play if you’re ready to finish strong and carry that energy with you long after the challenge ends.Let's do this!xo Gina

The Hormesis Effect & leveling up through Crazy
This week we’re talking about hormesis — the powerful effect that happens when you intentionally step into hard, in a controlled way.Cold. Heat. Strength training. Pushing discomfort. Even nutrition shifts. These small, intentional stressors don’t break you, they build you.Hormesis is how the body adapts, strengthens, and becomes more resilient. And it’s not just physical — it’s mental.Every time you choose to lean into something uncomfortable instead of avoiding it, you build:gritresilienceconfidencetrust in yourselfGrowth doesn’t come from staying comfortable. It comes from stepping into hard, on purpose. This week on the 3-2-1 Challenge, that shows up as a higher-fat week.Different. Uncomfortable for some. But intentional.Just like training and Just like life.We grow by meeting the moment, not resisting it.Tune in for the full conversation on how hormesis applies to your workouts, your nutrition, and your mindset and why this phase matters more than you think.Let's rock this week and get a little "CRAZY" with me! Through crazy we grow!xoG

Age, Hormones, Body Dysmorphia & More
Today’s conversation we are keeping it raw and real.I’m sitting down with a long-time G-Fit woman who is nearly 70 years old—and she is the definition of what it looks like to age with strength, grace, and self-awareness- owning every stage of life.We talk openly about hormones, aging gracefully, body image, and the very real experience of body dysmorphia—at a stage of life most people don’t talk about honestly enough. This isn’t a “before and after” story. It’s a during story. It’s about listening to your body, letting go of perfection, staying consistent without punishment, and choosing strength, physically and mentally, through every season. This is a raw, real conversation about what it actually takes to feel good in your body as you age… and why it’s never too late to redefine what strong looks like.Tune in...

Just Stop- it's working!
JUST STOP.Stop overthinking.Stop second-guessing.Stop changing the plan every time you feel uncomfortable. If you are working it… it is working. There is a very real phase in fat loss that no one talks about enough—the “ugly duckling” phase. It’s that in-between season where your body is changing, but it hasn’t settled yet.You might feel softer before you feel tighter. The scale may pause.Your mind starts telling stories that something is “off.”Nothing is off. This conversation is about trusting the process, staying consistent, and understanding that transformation doesn’t look pretty in the middle. Fat loss is not linear, and progress doesn’t always feel good before it feels great. If you’re showing up, fueling your body, training with intention, and staying consistent—just stop overthinking it.Stay the course.Let your body do its thing.Let's rock this week and STEP in and make it the best week ever!xo, G

Mastery- mastering what you already know to be true
This week’s G-Fit Conversation is centered around my word of the year: MASTERY.Not doing more. Not chasing the next shiny thing. Not adding more noise. But going deep, not wide.We already know so much. Most of us aren’t stuck because we lack information — we’re stuck because we’re scattered. Pulled in too many directions. Carrying too much. Trying to layer more on instead of refining what’s already working.Mastery is about lightening the load. Simplifying. Committing to the fundamentals and executing them with intention.Ownership over overwhelm. This conversation is a personal share and an opportunity to ask-What if I stopped adding… and started mastering?Let’s go there.xo Gina

Stop Evaluating Everything and Execute
EXECUTE OVER EVALUATE This WILL change Everything! If you’ve been stuck in your head lately, this one’s for you. I get it, there is so much out there and the stories we tell ourselves go deep!! Evaluation feels productive… but most of the time it’s just a fancy form of avoidance and procrastination.Over-thinking. Over-analyzing. Waiting to feel “ready.”Here’s the truth: staying in evaluation mode is what keeps you stuck. The shift doesn’t come from more thinking, it comes from action. (even just the smalles step). And it doesn’t take hours. Sometimes it takes minutes.A walk. A workout. A meal choice. A text sent. One decision. The moment you move, your energy changes.Low vibe shifts into → “I’ve got this.”Doubt becomes momentum.Stuck quickly takes on an empowered feeling. In this G-Fit Conversation, we talk about why execution beats evaluation every single time and how taking the first step is often the only step you need to break the loop.Stop analyzing and let's step into a new week of ACTION together! Let's do this!hugs, G

Comparison is the thief of joy
As we step into our challenge (or a powerful message even if you aren't), this week I want to talk about something that quietly steals more progress, confidence, and joy than almost anything else… comparison.Comparison looks harmless. It sneaks in when you’re scrolling, when you’re at the gym, when you’re looking at someone else’s body, routine, life, or results and suddenly questioning your own. And before you know it, it strips the joy right out of what you are building. Here’s the truth most people forget: comparison is NEVER reality. You are seeing a snapshot, a highlight, a moment, not the full story. You don’t know someone’s journey. You don’t know their past, their struggles, their health, their support system. You don’t know what season of life they’re in or what it cost them to get where they are.And the dangerous part? When you compare, you stop honoring your path. You stop trusting your timing. You stop enjoying your progress, even when you’re doing everything right.Your body, your energy, your goals, your life are on their own timeline. The moment you stay in your lane, is when confidence comes back. That’s when consistency feels easier and joy fills you up. So this week, the focus is simple yet powerful!Choose to release comparison and stay focused on your journey and where you are going. That is the only thing you have full control over. Let's do this!hugs,G

Stop the Sprint game and adopt the Stepping Mindset
Stop Sprinting. Start Stepping.Let’s talk about how you own your year, and it’s not by sprinting into it. That mindset is SOOOO last year. Every January, people come in hot.Hard workouts. Extreme rules. Extreme everything...“I need to undo everything I did over the holidays.”That’s the sprinter mindset. And here’s the truth:You can’t sustain a sprint. You burn out.You quit. You start over… again (and again). This year, I want you to to FINALLY adopt a different mindset.I want you to step in.Not ease in with excuses. Not go hard out of guilt.Just… step in with intention.Stepping in means:You train with purpose, not punishmentYou eat to support your body, not control itYou build momentum you can actually maintain, foreverWhen you step in, you’re telling yourself:“I’m here to stay.”Sprinting is emotional.Stepping is strategic. And here’s what no one talks about enough, consistency isn’t about effort, it’s about pace. When you step in, you:Show up again tomorrowLearn your bodyAdjust instead of quitBuild confidence through repetitionThat’s how consistency becomes your identity. That’s how consistency becomes mastery. That’s how consistency becomes fitness freedom. This year, let it be the year you stop sprinting. Stop trying to make up for anything. Stop chasing extremes. Just step in.Step into your workouts. Step into better choices.Step into a pace you can live at, forever.Because the people who get results for life? They aren’t the fastest starters. They’re the ones who never stop showing up.Tune into this powerful mindset... xo Gina

It's not What, it's When, How and with Whom
This week on G-Fit Conversations, we’re flipping the script on what actually creates results. Good news, you can stop looking for the next best plan! It’s rarely about what you’re doing. It’s about when you do it.How you show up for it.And who you surround yourself with while you’re doing it.In this episode, I break down why so many women are doing all the “right” things—workouts, nutrition, routines—yet still feel stuck, burnt out, or inconsistent. We talk about finding your "when", how you are showing up, and choosing environments and influences that actually support your growth. This is a conversation can change everything for you. The biggest thing is it can free you from the constant search of trying to always look for the next best... What if it is right in front of you it is just these 3 things that need your attention?!If you’ve been feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or like you’re trying harder but getting less back, this episode will land.Simple shifts. Creating Structure to Create Discipline
This G-Fit Conversations is all about discipline, and how it actually starts with structure, not motivation. When you create simple habits and build systems into your day, discipline becomes the natural outcome. We’ll talk about why structure matters, especially heading into a new year. It reduces decision fatigue, keeps you on track when life gets messy, and helps you stick to your goals without relying on willpower. Structure is what allows you to show up as the person you want to be, consistently.I’m breaking down the key elements of creating structure: choosing a few non-negotiable habits, using time anchors to keep you grounded, designing your environment to make good choices easy, and having “default” options ready for the busy days. These small, repeatable practices are how you build identity, the identity of someone who follows through- this WILL be YOU in the new year! Discipline isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right few things every single day so you can step into a more aligned, energized version of yourself in 2026. By the end of this conversation, you’ll have practical ways to simplify your habits, set up systems that work, and start feeling more grounded and confident, even before the year begins.Let’s dive in.xoG

Set The Date- The power of this simple tactic
This week's G-Fit Conversation I share a mantra that is so simple… yet wildly life-changing to free the mental clutter: setting the date.I share the real behind-the-scenes of my Monterey trip, how it started with overwhelm but the second I set the date… everything shifted. The fog cleared. The anchor dropped. And that one decision alone gave my nervous system a reset. We talk about why wavering slows you down, why waiting for the perfect moment keeps you stuck, and how committing to a date instantly moves you out of “someday” energy and into let’s go energy. And I get into the power of support — how having someone in your corner changes the entire experience. The flow gets easier. The vision gets clearer. The work becomes doable. When someone locks arms with you, you stop carrying everything alone.Inside this episode, you’ll hear how this all ties back to the G-Fit lifestyle, especially as we move into a new season with new goals on the horizon. Setting the date gives you a direction. Support helps you stay the course. Together, they build the consistency and confidence that the G-Fit method is all about. If you’ve been wavering, waiting, or feeling overwhelmed about your next move… this one is going to hit home.Clarity starts the moment you commit. Let’s go.Stepping into this week with clarity, calm and gratitude.hugs, G

Isolated Vs. Circuits the G-Fit Way
G-Fit Conversation: Circuits vs. Isolated Training - The G-Fit WayIn this episode, Lisa and I dive into one of the most common questions we get inside G-Fit, what’s the difference between circuit and isolated training, and how do you do each, what is the difference and more... We break down how both styles serve a purpose and why the magic happens when you blend them the G-Fit way. Circuits build the engine, keeping your heart rate up, your body flexible, and your metabolism fired up PLUS in much less time. Isolated strength builds the structure, shaping, strengthening, and fine-tuning specific muscle groups for long-term results. You’ll hear us talk about how to combine both for balance, longevity, and sustainable progress, without overtraining or burning out. Whether you’re team circuits, team isolation, or somewhere in between, this conversation will help you understand how to train smarter, not just harder.👉 Want to go deeper? I break down the science and strategy behind this approach in my latest blog post:Isolated vs. Circuit Training — The G-Fit WayWhether you jump on the G-Fit circuit or isolated workouts, do them the universal G-Fit way- with intention and purpose. xoG

Finding Balance After the Stage: A LIVE coaching call with Danyelle’s 4 months Post-Competition
If you prefer to watch this episode, watch our conversation on youtube here: https://youtu.be/YV6rwX7f1lsIn this G-Fit Conversation, I sit down with my long-time client and friend Danyelle to talk about what happens after the competition is over. We dive into her post-show highs and lows from the discipline and drive that got her stage-ready to the physical and emotional challenges that often follow.Danyelle opens up about navigating gut issues, discovering her allergy to egg whites, and learning to truly listen to her body again. Together, we unpack how competing can teach us powerful lessons, but also how easy it is to fall into extremes.I share my own perspective and coach her through finding a more balanced, sustainable approach-one that’s built on grace, enjoyment, and a new goal that feels fun rather than restrictive. This conversation is a beautiful reminder that balance is where real growth happens, and that sometimes the hardest part isn’t the prep — it’s what comes next.Post-competition isn’t a “failure phase” — it’s a reset phase.Healing the gut and managing food sensitivities requires slowing down and paying attention.Balance doesn’t mean losing drive; it means channeling it differently.Grace > guilt: learning to love your body through every phase.Fun and freedom can coexist with discipline when your goals align with your season of life.Follow me on Instagram @ginaaliottiCheck out the G-Fit App for home + gym programs, mindset tools, and more: ginaaliotti.comLet's rock this week and remember balance is at the heart of all we do! hugs, Gina

Drop The Pressure- this one thing changed everything
In this week’s G-Fit Conversation, I wanted to share about the one thing that really shifted my recovery back to normal workouts and swims from HARD to "i've got this!" There is a huge amount of mental and emotional lightness that comes when we finally release unrealistic expectations. After my surgery, I found myself frustrated by how hard it was taking me to get back to my swims and workouts- my comeback felt so slow - until a conversation with a fellow friend shifted everything. In this episode, she shares how dropping the pressure became the key to regaining my rhythm and flow.Tune in for a raw reminder that sometimes the fastest way forward is to stop forcing it. Whether it’s in your workouts, recovery, motherhood, or everyday life — this episode will inspire you to let go of the weight of expectation and find your flow again.Mantra of the week: Drop the pressure. The comeback happens with flow, not force. 💫 let's step in and make it the best week ever! xo Gina

Olympia Reflection & the then vs. Now

Why we don't stop & You never know who you are Inspiring
In this week’s G-Fit Conversation, I’m talking about one of the biggest lessons that keeps me moving, why we don’t stop. After taking a few weeks off from swimming, I was quickly reminded how much harder it is to start and stop than it is to simply keep going. In the G-Fit world, we keep things simple and this is one of the simplest (yet smartest) rules of all: stay in motion. CUE the first law!We don’t keep going because we’re obsessed. We keep going because we’re smart.Because momentum makes everything easier. And in the second half of this episode, I want to remind you of something powerful, just by being YOU, you’re inspiring someone else. You may never know who’s watching, but your consistency, your energy, and your light are making an impact. So keep going. Keep showing up. Keep being you.Because that’s where the magic and the momentum thrive. Let's rock this week and have the best week ever! hugs, G

Less is More- Let's take an Audit
In this episode, we’re stepping into a brand-new month with a powerful reminder: less is more. So often, after a challenge or a season of momentum, the temptation is to keep stacking more and more onto our plates: more workouts, more steps, more habits, more to-dos. But when fitness becomes overwhelming, that’s when results stop.I’m sharing why removing something from your plate is sometimes the smartest move you can make and how simplifying creates space for consistency, freedom, and results that actually last. You’ll also hear my 5 G-Fit Tips to help you protect your energy, keep fitness simple, and avoid overwhelm so you can thrive this month without burning out.If you’ve been feeling like you’re doing all the things and still not moving forward, this episode is your reminder to breathe, reset, and audit your schedule ... Knowing when to get out of your own way and back into motion- post op Journey
In this week's G-Fit Conversation, we are talking all things, getting out of your own way, yet knowing when grace is necessary. Don't do what I did, Stepping Mindset Reminder
This week's G-Fit Conversation, we’re talking about the power of just stepping in—without falling into the “all or nothing” trap. Cue mantra #1 in my Your Feathered Soul Mantra book. I learned the hard way when I jumped from 2,000 steps to 20,000 in one day… and trust me, my body reminded me that’s not the way we do things. As we gear up for our big STEP-tember Challenge (10,000 steps a day!), now is the time to warm up—literally and figuratively. That means checking in with where you’re at, then committing to a personal challenge: simply do more than you’ve been doing. This isn’t about perfection or extremes—it’s about building consistency, honoring your body, and preparing ourselves for success. So lace up, track those steps, and let’s step into this challenge together. Are you with me? Lace up and let's get our body moving one step at a time. Get excited we are bringing back our Step-tember challenge that kicks off September 1.big hugs, Gina Your Feathered Soul Mantra Book- get your copy HERE.

Radically Shift with the Seasons, Forced Change & finding your WHEN
In this week's conversation, I wanted to talk about how important it is to radically and immediately shift with the seasons and waste no time changing your routine. As the seasons change, so must you and with no time in between seasonal shifts and taking action... It is through forced changes, you find your loves. Through discomfort you learn, grow and evolve. You may find something you LOVE through having to shift but you will never find that by staying in your comfort zone.Leaning into finding your WHEN and trusting that a beginner's win may be different than a more advanced personality and that is OKAY. It is all about finding WHEN things align and flow for you and that is where you will find your LOVE. Tune in and join me and let's shift with the seasons together. xhugs, Gina

How they made me reflect and consider my plan, what I have been doing and maybe where I have been slacking... Tune in for this real life conversation and let's make it the best week ever!hugs, Gina

Find Your Rhythm
I this week's G-Fit Conversation, we are bringing back a mantra - Find your Rhythm or could be also Find your Cadence. This has really been helping me the past few weeks and it sounds silly but hey- if dancers do it and it keeps them on track, why wouldn't it work for our every day exercise? It is all about creating a flow in our workouts so we can stay consistent without burning out and this may help! It is a "fun" way to stay in rhythm and create your own cadence. There’s something powerful about finding your rhythm. Whether it’s counting reps, running, or even just moving through your day, having a steady cadence makes everything feel easier and more natural. Our brains are wired for rhythm — it’s like an internal beat that keeps us focused, coordinated, and less tired. When you get into a rhythm, your body and mind work together instead of fighting each other. It’s why music pumps us up, why we move smoother, and why we stay in the flow longer. Finding your rhythm isn’t just about workouts — it’s about creating that flow in all areas of life so things feel less forced and more effortless.Tune in for this week's conversation... Find Your Rhythm... xo Gina

The thing you Love can be your Frog
In this week's conversation, I wanted to talk about "Your Frog" and that it doesn't always have to be the thing you despise rather the thing that you LOVE but is the thing that challenges you... You’ve probably heard the phrase “eat the frog”- Cue that mantra— do the hard thing first. But what if the thing you love is also the thing you tend to put off? In this quick G-Fit Conversation, I talk about how even the good stuff (your workouts, your business, your goals) can feel like a frog when you overthink it or wait for the perfect moment. This episode is your reminder to stop hesitating and start doing the thing that lights you up — before the day gets away from you.No fluff. Just a mindset shift you might need today. Have the best week ever and remember, eat the frog first and everything else will be easier, promise! All things worth while, come from challenges, NOT EASY! Have the best week ever!hugs, G

It's not about the WHAT it's about the HOW...
In this week’s G-Fit Conversation, we’re flipping the script. Because it’s not just about what workout plan you’re following, what foods you’re eating, or what goals you’ve set. It’s about how you’re showing up.How you’re training. How you’re eating. How you’re thinking. You could be doing all the “right” things on paper — lifting weights, eating clean, checking all the boxes — and still not seeing results if the energy, intention, or execution is off. This episode is your reminder to slow down, focus on HOW you are doing things. Fitness is a game, it is all about tetrising your life to learn how things are going to work with what you are doing... Drop into your body, and check in with the how. Because true transformation starts with presence, effort, and consistency — not just focusing on what you are doing... Let’s talk about the shift that makes all the difference.Let's step into this week and focus on HOW you are doing WHAT you are doing... Let's dive in. xo Gina

Mind the Gap
This week's mantra is Mind The Gap- "Mind the gap" is a safety warning, originating on the London Underground, that alerts passengers to the potential gap between the train door and the platform edge, urging them to be cautious when exiting or entering the train. We are using this analogy for the time in between a stop and start of a new routine. We must MIND the GAP and not let that space in between get to wide and cause you to stumble, fall and possibly never get back up. The ONLY way to pivot is to PIVOT. When one door closes you must immediately open the new door and pivot. Tune in for this week's powerful mantra that will literally change everything for you if you... Mind the Gap. xo Gina
