My goal is to provide thoughtful conversations around a variety of wellness and real-world teacher topics. I do this through solo episodes and thought-provoking interviews with people in the wellness and education spaces. Teacher wellness remains at the heart of this podcast.

    In this episode, I explore my own dilemma of being too busy and overbooking myself. This can be a recipe for burnout, so I share the steps I took to change this pattern.
