    Simple Non-Toxic Swaps

    Every day we are exposed to toxins from household cleaners, mold, carpets, baby bottles, pesticides, kitchen products, cosmetics, and the list goes on. Our body was never meant to be exposed to this many, which can lead to many health issues. Some signs of toxin overload could be migraines, skin problems, constant fatigue, insomnia, weight gain, and more. The good news is we can become educated and learn how to make some small simple swaps in your own home that can lead to less toxins.
