The Spiritual Shitshow Podcast
by Julie Nguyen
The Spiritual Shitshow Podcast— where the magic meets the mess. This is my little corner of the podcast universe, where we make personal growth feel a little more human — and a lot more fun. Here, I share the ups, downs, sideways spirals, and surprising sparkles of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual misadventures — all with a wink, a laugh, and a whole lot of heart.Because here’s the thing: healing doesn’t have to be so serious. It can be joyful, playful, messy, beautiful, and unapologetically real. Self-development isn’t about coloring inside the lines — it’s about love, connection, freedom, and daring to tell our very human stories.I’m Julie Nguyen — intuitive channel, certified life coach, somatic practitioner, dancer, teacher, and fellow imperfect human — and I’m here to walk (and sometimes cha-cha) alongside you as we amplify the magic, embrace the mess, and cheer each other on through it all.Come as you are. Let’s make it weird, wonderful,

Mystic in Plain Clothes
Send us Fan MailA stranger looks past my head and says I “brought a lot of people” with me. Minutes later, a mystic across a tea table asks the kind of question that makes your stomach drop: Do you know who you are? Not what you do. Not what you’ve survived. Not what your gifts are. Who you are. I’m Julie Nguyen, and I’m sharing a dreamlike night from 2020 when I was overseas teaching dance right before the world shifted. An invitation pulls me into a quiet tea shop down a dark alley, where everyday people gather to practice healing without any costume or performance. That’s where my spiritual ego gets exposed, the part of me that wants to be chosen, important, and labeled. I wanted a cosmic explanation, a neat spiritual category, a notch on my resume. Instead, I got a reminder that changed my path: there is no hierarchy to the light. We talk about how real intuition and spiritual gifts can still become identity, how we overstep when we’re trying to prove ourselves, and how we also distort ourselves by putting “more enlightened” people on pedestals. The line that keeps echoing is simple and uncomfortable: the pedestal is still a pedestal, whether we’re standing on it or kneeling before it. If you’ve ever felt pulled between genuine spiritual growth and the pressure to perform healing, this is your invitation to come back to humility, boundaries, and truth. If this landed, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a review so more people can find the show. The Gift of it ALL
Send us Fan MailHolding a beloved pet through their final breath is one of the clearest, most heartbreaking mirrors life can offer. I’m recording for the first time without my little dog Jack beside me, and I share what it was like to walk him through the dying process after 17 years together, including the tender details we rarely say out loud: the pauses, the fighting, the peace, and the moment everything goes still. As I stayed with him, I felt a spiritual download I can’t ignore. I heard the phrase “Great Creator” and a message that animals are gifts, not possessions. That idea cracked something open for me, because it points to a bigger truth about mindfulness, humility, and how quickly we forget the sacredness of everyday life. When death shows up, it strips away the performance and brings us back to what matters: love, time, presence, and gratitude that doesn’t bypass pain.We also talk about grief as evidence of deep love, how to access love underneath the hurt, and how a pet can hold entire eras of your life like a living record of who you’ve been. If you’re moving through pet loss, anticipatory grief, or simply feeling burned out by striving, I hope this reflection helps you soften and remember the gifts that are already here.If this landed with you, subscribe to Spiritual Shit Show, share it with someone who loves animals, and leave a quick review so more people can find these conversations.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! Saying Goodbye To A Beloved Dog With Presence And Grace
Send us Fan MailA goodbye can be the most honest spiritual practice you’ll ever touch. I’m sitting in my living room in Colorado with the window open on a snowy May day, recording while my sweet dog Jack rests beside me at the edge of his transition. This isn’t polished, and it isn’t meant to be uplifting in a performative way. It’s grief in real time, and it’s also a love letter to what it means to stay present when everything in you wants to outrun the ending. Jack has been with me for almost 17 years, through the version of me who lived alone for the first time, through motherhood, marriage, heartbreak, identity shifts, and so many quiet days that didn’t seem “big” until they started disappearing. I talk about the strange symbolism of cycles, what it feels like to witness an ending as it happens, and why an aligned ending can still hurt. We unpack the pressure to be endlessly positive, the temptation to numb out, and the softer truth I’m learning: healing isn’t becoming emotionless, it’s becoming available for life. We also go deeper into gratitude, not as a checklist but as presence. The sound of tip-tappy paws on the floor, morning coffee, sunlight through the window, a friend texting, your child laughing, an ordinary Tuesday you’d give anything to relive. I share what my guides remind me about authority, worthiness, and co-creation, and why the present moment is the portal where your future is actually made. If you’ve been moving fast, chasing the next thing, or trying to fix yourself into happiness, this is a gentle but honest pause. If this resonates, subscribe, share it with someone who’s grieving or waking up, and leave a review so more people can find the show. Who Are You Without Your Labels
Send us Fan MailIf you’ve been calling it “healing” but it feels like you’re stuck in a daily scan for what’s wrong, this conversation offers a different doorway. I talk about shifting from a healing journey to a remembering journey so your growth stops feeling like self-correction and starts feeling like coming home to your real identity, your life force, and your one of one uniqueness. We go deep into the roles we play to survive and belong: the fixer, the caretaker, the strong one, the healer, the people pleaser, the “one who holds it all together.” Roles can be helpful in a season, but when that season ends, an identity shift can feel like you’re losing yourself. I share what it’s like when a former peak identity falls away, why we chase old versions of ourselves, and how to begin letting go of roles without abandoning the people we love.I also open up about narcissistic relationship recovery and how gaslighting can groove itself into your nervous system, turning someone else’s voice into the loudest voice in your head. The takeaway is simple but not easy: your voice gets to become louder again. You don’t need a title to be powerful, and you don’t need a role to be worthy.Press play, then grab your journal and sit with these prompts: where are you still playing a role that doesn’t fit, what version of you has already ended, and who are you now? If this hits, subscribe, share it with a friend who’s in transition, and leave a review. Family Estrangement And Shared Healing
Send us Fan MailFamily estrangement is a kind of grief that doesn’t fit neatly into the usual boxes. When the person you miss is still alive, still nearby, and still tangled up in your history, the sadness can feel endless and strangely invisible. I open up about my own rupture, what it cost me to leave an emotionally abusive and financially abusive relationship, and the deeper family fallout that left me feeling alone, blamed, and unmoored. We sit with the raw truth of missing my sister while also knowing the relationship carried unhealthy dynamics. I talk about what it does to your nervous system when “family” doesn’t feel safe, why comparing your story to someone else’s supportive family can sting, and how that “God-shaped hole” can persist even when your life is full. Then we turn toward what helped: chosen family, healing circles, and relationships where you can be real, messy, and still met with love. We also get practical and honest about the healing journey itself. Triggers in community can be information, not failure, if we stay curious long enough to see what’s being revealed. I share reflections on performative healing and people pleasing, why personal accountability matters, and how rupture and repair can build a deeper kind of trust than perfection ever could. If you’re navigating family trauma, nervous system healing, relationship repair, or the search for safe community, this one is for you. Self-Love Is The Whole Journey
Send us Fan MailYou are not here to become someone else. That is the heartbeat of this Spiritual Shit Show solo, where I get blunt and tender about what self-love actually is and what it is not. If you have been treating your healing like a constant self-improvement project, consider this your reset: the whole journey is learning how to love yourself, not fix yourself into a perfect, polished, “enlightened” version. We talk about why self-love does not equal arrogance, selfishness, or being the loudest person in the room. Real love is humble. It is quiet strength, compassion, and grace. When you stop performing for worth, you can finally breathe, create, and enjoy your life without competing for space. I also share the perspective shift that still floors me: the odds of you being born are about one in 400 trillion. There is only one you, and there will never be you again, so why measure your life against someone else’s?Then we get practical. I walk through self-forgiveness as the pathway to self-love, because most of us are not struggling to love ourselves, we are struggling to forgive ourselves. We use the Ho'oponopono prayer as an inward practice, and I offer two exercises you can do today: the photo exercise to spot your inner critic and practice gratitude, and a letter-writing prompt that helps you hold every version of you with compassion. If this hits, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs a softer mirror, and leave a review so more people can find the self-love and self-forgiveness tools we are building together.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! The Power of Self Love
Send us Fan MailYour nervous system might be the real narrator of your life and if it never learned safety, it will keep writing every scene like a threat is coming. We get honest about what it feels like to live revved up all the time, how that shapes relationships and self-image, and why “doing more healing” can turn into another survival strategy instead of real relief.I walk through the turning point that changed everything for me: realizing I wasn’t actually trying to forgive everyone else, I was trying to forgive myself. The versions of me that were scared, performing, people-pleasing, overgiving, shutting down, acting tough, acting “too much,” and just surviving. We talk anger and grief, the complicated layers of family pain, and how spiritual tools can be lifelines in childhood but still need to mature into something embodied. Then we go deep on Ho’oponopono as a self-love practice: “I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.” Not as a way to bypass the past, but as a way to meet your inner world with compassion and repetition until your body believes it. If self-love has ever felt selfish or fake, this is your reminder that repair is not narcissism. Unraveling After Rupture
Send us Fan MailYour life can fall apart and still be a gift, but only after you stop trying to rebuild the same old version of you. I’m sharing the raw story behind a major rupture in my world: building a successful dance studio in my twenties, living in nonstop pressure, then being forced to walk away and losing far more than a job. When the community disappears, the identity dissolves, and the nervous system stays stuck in fight or flight, it can feel like you’re drowning even when you’re still standing. We get honest about what helped me survive and what later kept me trapped. I talk about toxic dynamics, people pleasing, overgiving, and the constant urge to perform for approval, plus why spiritual one liners like “move on” can feel like a slap when you’re deep in grief. Instead of treating healing like an endless self-improvement project, I offer a different frame: unraveling. Rupture points create scaffolding, protective patterns that once kept us safe but slowly become the structure of our whole life. Then we move into the new stage: becoming. What happens when your nervous system finally calms down and you don’t need the urgency anymore? Who are you without the roles, labels, and titles? If you’re navigating identity loss, trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, burnout, or the aftermath of narcissistic abuse, this conversation is for you. After The Healing
Send us Fan MailThe weirdest part of healing is when it finally works. The chaos quiets down, your nervous system stops scanning for danger, and instead of instant bliss you feel… disoriented. If you’ve spent years doing therapy, trauma healing, inner child work, journaling, retreats, plant medicine, and personal development, that empty space can mess with your head. Your mind starts whispering: Are you delusional? Are you missing something? Don’t you have something to fix? We unpack why “being okay” can feel unsafe after a life in survival mode and how hypervigilance trains you to equate calm with risk. I share the identity shift that happens when old roles fall away and healing becomes the thing you orient toward. Then we step into what comes next: self-love as a daily practice, learning how to exist without constantly correcting yourself, and building real safety in relationships without overgiving or abandoning who you are. We also redefine power for the living chapter. Power doesn’t always look like productivity, proving, or being visibly impressive. Sometimes it looks like discernment, presence, self-respect, letting people misunderstand you, and choosing friendships that feel reciprocal, simple, and fun. If you’ve been wondering what you want after all the awareness and breakthroughs, this conversation helps you name it and claim it. High on Healing- Happy 420
Send us Fan MailHealing can feel amazing right up until it starts to feel like a drug. On 4/20, we play with the idea of “getting high” in a different way: getting so hooked on personal growth, therapy, journaling, shadow work, manifestation, and spiritual work that we forget how to simply live. If you have ever thought, “I have done the work… so now what?” you are going to feel seen. We dig into the quiet pressure to chase the next breakthrough and the next level, like there is a finish line where nothing ever triggers you again. I question that whole fantasy and name what many of us experience after years of self-development: the disorienting moment when you do not know who you are without a problem to fix. From nervous system work to integration, the point is not becoming a full-time healing project. The point is coming back home to your body, your truth, and this present moment. We also talk about how ordinary integration can look, why calm can feel unfamiliar, and how “highest self” might just want a laugh, a donut, a trampoline day, or a glass of wine. The takeaway is simple and surprisingly hard: the most awakened version of you is here today, not in some future perfected personality. Rupture And Repair
Send us Fan MailYour mind can understand what happened and still feel hijacked by it. That’s the reality of rupture and repair, and it’s why I keep coming back to the nervous system. When a relationship breaks, a family bond strains, or grief hits out of nowhere, the hardest part isn’t always the story. It’s the body reliving the charge through triggers, contraction, panic, numbness, or sudden tears that make no sense on paper. I share a deeply personal pattern I couldn’t explain at first: every year, like clockwork, I’d cry through the same early-fall window and feel like something was wrong with me. The truth was simpler and more haunting my nervous system was remembering my mother’s death through implicit trauma memory, seasonal cues, and anniversary grief. From there, I talk about what somatic healing has taught me: trauma is what happens inside our physiology when an experience overwhelms our capacity to process, and repair starts when we help the body feel safe enough to complete what got interrupted. We also get practical about nervous system regulation and resourcing. I walk through what it means to name your safe people and safe spaces, and to lean on tools like breath, movement, nature, creativity, spirituality, music, pets, and journaling. Repair doesn’t mean forgetting or pretending the rupture didn’t matter. It means integration: the story softens, the body stops bracing, and there’s room for love alongside grief and unanswered questions. If you’re in a rupture right now with another person, with someone who has passed, or with a part of yourself, I hope this brings you relief and a next step you can actually feel. Subscribe, share this with a friend who’s carrying quiet grief, and leave a review if it resonates. Identity crisis
Send us Fan MailThe fastest way to lose yourself is to confuse your role with your essence and the slowest way back is learning who you are without the title. I’m recording from my dining room table, no lights and no performance, because this story needs the kind of honesty that can actually hold it. I start with a question that can change everything: what identity feels most comfortable for you, not necessarily most aligned? We talk about the “strong one,” the “responsible one,” the caretaker, the achiever, and all the labels that once kept us safe. Then I share what happened when my identity as a dance teacher and dance studio owner, “Miss Julie,” got stripped away after years of building a successful business and then living inside a toxic partnership that I later understood through the lens of emotional abuse, financial control, and gaslighting. There’s a moment when Spirit says “Enough,” and I walk out. What follows is relief and grief, a full-body identity crisis, and the dreaded question “What do you do?” I unpack why identity crisis can be an initiation, why “everything needs a witness,” and how radical acceptance and curiosity can move us from surviving to thriving. If you’re navigating a career change, healing from narcissistic abuse dynamics, rebuilding self-trust, or redefining purpose, this one is for you. April Channeled Messages
Send us Fan MailThe fastest way to feel lost is to forget how supported you are and the fastest way back is to remember where you can actually touch that support. We’re sharing a recorded April channeled message from Julie Nguyen titled “The Great Remembering: See The Light,” and it lands like a calm hand on your shoulder when the world feels loud.We explore what “the guides” really are, not as a faraway hierarchy, but as a living field of intelligence you can experience through ancestors, spirit guides, angels, nature, and your own quiet inner knowing. We also name the honest part of being human: the body can feel dense and confusing, and sometimes it seems like your soul is bigger than your capacity. The message reframes that heaviness as part of the spiritual awakening process, not proof that you’re doing life wrong. From there, we get practical. When collective change speeds up, your attention becomes your power. If you notice yourself spiraling into fear or shadow, the invitation is gentle: shift and look for where the light is expanding. “New earth” isn’t a distant place, it’s a new way of being you build through presence, gratitude, authenticity, and small choices that feel true. We talk about embodiment, energy, and how everyday joy, meals, creativity, smiles, and community can stabilize the frequency of love without demanding perfection. If you want more channeled messages, spiritual guidance, and grounded support, subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review. Radical Acceptance, Sadness, and the parts of our story that stays
Send us Fan MailA polished life can look convincing from the outside, but your nervous system knows the truth. Today I’m sharing something tender and unfinished: how losing my mom when I was three still ripples through my life, even 44 years later. I walk through the memory as I hold it, the sensory snapshots, the confusion, and the quiet ways grief keeps resurfacing when I least expect it.I also wrestle with a big question many of us carry: what if healing doesn’t mean the sadness goes away? We live in a culture obsessed with remedies, tools, and quick reframes, and it can make any lingering pain feel like a personal defect. I explore radical acceptance as a different kind of healing journey, one that doesn’t approve of what happened and doesn’t bypass the emotional impact, but does stop treating grief as a problem that must be solved.Along the way, I talk about missing maternal support, the strange loneliness that can show up even inside a loving marriage, and the comparison trap that social media and “expert” content can create. My hope is that this lands like an exhale: complexity is not failure, tenderness is not weakness, and joy can live in the same body as grief. If this resonates, subscribe, share it with someone who needs permission to feel, and leave a review so more people can find honest conversations like this.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! Seeing Earth as a blue-green sphere creates instant awe and presence, priming you to follow a second light back down to the exact place your future self calls home. You’ll notice landscape, colors, the feel of the room, and the way your future self stands—concrete details that turn an abstract idea into a lived encounter.Once you’re seated together, we invite a focused conversation. Ask what your future self most remembers about the last few years and what you need to know to bridge the gap from here to there. Then bring your own questions—about work, love, health, boundaries, or courage—and listen for a symbol, object, or single word to anchor the insight. We close by guiding you safely back to the present, breath by breath, and prompt you to write right away so your message lands and lasts. This is a gentle, repeatable practice for clarity, emotional regulation, and identity-based change. If this journey helps, share it with a friend, subscribe for more guided sessions, and leave a quick review so others can find the show. Chop Wood, Carry Water
Send us Fan MailEver feel like you’re sprinting toward your dream life while your body quietly begs you to slow down? We dig into the quiet power of “chop wood, carry water” and show how ordinary actions can become the most reliable engine for extraordinary growth. Instead of pushing harder, we walk through a grounded approach to manifesting that starts with taking honest inventory of what you already have—home, breath, relationships, energy for creative work—and letting your nervous system register safety and sufficiency before you reach for more.Together we unpack why future-chasing often tightens the body and narrows your choices, and how a simple present-tense practice turns gratitude into momentum. We revisit goals and intentions with clean energy, then try on the next level from a place of fullness rather than lack. You’ll hear a step-by-step rhythm you can reuse any week of the year: go inward, remember, root, then expand. From the Zen teaching “before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water; after enlightenment, chop wood, carry water,” we draw a living method: do the inner work, then return to the dishes, the emails, and the body that will carry your vision into form.If you’ve been craving growth that doesn’t burn you out, this conversation offers language, structure, and a practice you can start today. We close with reflection prompts you can repeat before and after any milestone—what do I have, what have I already manifested, what can I celebrate, what am I grateful for—so your progress stays connected to presence. The Game of LIFE
Send us Fan MailEver feel the surge of clarity after journaling, meditating, or a retreat—only to get smacked by an old trigger and wonder if anything worked? Julie Wynne takes us straight into the messy middle where growth actually happens, unpacking why resistance spikes right after momentum and how to meet it without making it mean you failed. Using the vivid metaphor of life as a video game, we talk about new levels, tougher bosses, and the art of replaying without shame—because challenge is part of the design, not a detour. We dive into desire as a daily compass, not a one-time vision-board moment. When you forget what you want, you start playing by someone else’s rules: their timeline, their metrics, their speed. Julie shares simple, durable practices to re-center fast—rereading your own words, rewriting focus statements, and posting intentions where your future self can’t miss them. We also get honest about distractions. From doom-scroll spirals to “productive” content binges, these habits quietly siphon momentum and pull you out of your lane. A short digital detox routine can turn the volume down and return you to your rhythm.Manifesting gets a grounded reframe too. Instead of chasing bigger-faster-more, we explore alignment as the core of creation—sometimes additive, sometimes subtractive. The bravest choice can be a slower, peaceful path that actually fits your nervous system. We close with a quarterly check-in to notice quiet wins you might be overlooking: quicker recovery, kinder self-talk, tighter boundaries. Celebrate your current level. You didn’t fall off; you met resistance because you moved forward. From Healing To Living
Send us Fan MailHealing explains the past, but it doesn’t automatically teach you how to live. Julie opens up about the strange calm that follows years of inner work—the moment when the breakthroughs slow, the nervous system keeps scanning for danger, and you wonder if stillness means you’re stuck. Instead of chasing one more revelation, we explore how to cross the bridge from healing to living with practices that are humble, repeatable, and powerful. We dive into a compassionate life review that doesn’t excuse behavior but releases the shame and guilt stored in the body. Julie shares how recognizing protective adaptations transforms self-judgment into physiological relief, freeing the nervous system from organizing around a threat that has already ended. From there, we move into stabilization: the art of proving to your body that safety can repeat. Insight opened the door; repetition walks you through. You’ll learn an orientation practice that interrupts survival scanning by engaging sight, sound, breath, and posture. We talk about softening before responding—jaw, eyes, shoulders, belly—to widen the space between trigger and choice. We shift morning routines from productivity to physiology with a single question: How do I want to feel today? Productive, alive, restful, or at ease—each feeling becomes a compass for action. Finally, we mark what is complete so the body can stop carrying weight that no longer belongs to you, making space for creativity, community, and genuine presence. If you’ve done the inner work and feel unanchored, this conversation offers a map: repetition over revelation, softness over bracing, orientation over scanning. Love As The New Scaffolding
Send us Fan MailThe headlines keep peeling back layers, and many of us feel the ground tremble under what used to seem solid. I open the door to a different kind of stability: a living life review that softens the grip of stubborn righteousness and rebuilds identity from love, not armor. Instead of pouring energy into outrage alone, we trace the mirror back inward and ask a brave question—what am I gripping that I no longer need in order to exist?Across this conversation, I share where I’ve clung to the story of me and how that scaffolding, while once protective, became heavy on the nervous system. We explore the difference between understanding our past and continuing to hold it like proof, and we practice meeting hard edges with curiosity rather than certainty. Love becomes a posture, not a mood: softness that does not collapse, boundaries that don’t require a closed heart, and repair that replaces reflexive defense. Along the way, a small moment with two lovebirds on my porch becomes a quiet reminder to trust the rebuild and listen for signs of alignment. If your foundations feel shaky and you’re ready to trade tight fists for open palms, this episode offers a framework to re-anchor. We move through practical reflections—breath before reaction, naming where we harden, choosing responsibility over blame—and consider how to reconstruct a self that’s grounded in presence, truth, love, strength, and community. Press play, take a deep breath, and join me in choosing a structure that can hold more life.If this resonated, follow the show, share it with a friend who’s rebuilding, and leave a quick review so more people can find this work.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! Healing Means Letting Love Lead
Send us Fan MailWhat if healing isn’t about deleting the past, but letting love reshape it into something you can live with—beautifully? Today we sit with the hard truth that control can’t finish what love begins. We talk about the hidden contracts we make with healing—find the root, pull it out, be done—and why that plan stalls when our hearts are still gripping righteousness, the apology we never got, and the safety of being understood. Instead of forcing closure, we explore how surrender invites transformation that analysis alone can’t deliver.I share the uncomfortable practice of loosening protection without abandoning myself, and why forgiveness may not be the finish line we think it is. When love leads, the story stops needing a verdict; there’s nothing to pardon because the pain has been metabolized into meaning. That doesn’t mean accepting harm or skipping boundaries. It means allowing love to move where control cannot, trusting that even if fear flares, we don’t have to obey it. We can feel, stay, and choose again. We unpack the anatomy of the grip—stubborn righteousness, judgement, and the nervous system alarms that keep us armored—and we map a gentler way through: softening a little at a time, practicing presence rather than perfection, and building self-trust that says I won’t abandon myself, even here. From that ground, life no longer organizes around protection. It organizes around love, openness, and peace. If you’ve been negotiating with love for guarantees, consider this your invitation to sit at the table a little longer and let something wiser work.If this resonated, subscribe, share with a friend who’s ready to soften, and leave a review to help more people find the show. Love What Is
Send us Fan MailWhat if the most powerful move you can make today is to stop trying to fix yourself? We open a spacious, honest conversation about radical acceptance, the limits of constant self-improvement, and how love transforms in ways hustle cannot. Instead of stacking more tools and tasks onto an already full life, we practice letting the present moment be enough and discover the quiet intelligence that rises when we loosen our grip.We walk through the subtle trap of “doing” even in spiritual work—always healing, manifesting, protecting, improving—and explore why that pace keeps the nervous system on edge and blocks real change. By shifting into stillness as a lived experience, not a concept, we learn to see what’s here with clear eyes: the manifestations we’re already living, the beliefs still shaping our choices, and the longing that wants to be met with compassion rather than pressure. With practical prompts and a short acceptance ritual, we invite you to create micro-moments of space where love can move freely and reveal the next right step. From that ground of presence, action becomes clean and aligned. Decisions feel lighter, synchronicities increase, and growth becomes sustainable because it is rooted in self-trust instead of self-rejection. If you’ve been chasing the future and missing your own life, this conversation offers a reset: pause, breathe, let love meet you where you are, and watch what unfolds. Shedding Through Love
Send us Fan MailWhat if release isn’t about walking away, but turning toward what hurts with disciplined love? We explore a deeper meaning of shedding—one that doesn’t erase the past or abandon old selves, but repairs what was left unloved so energy can finally complete. Instead of glamorizing cutoffs and calling it growth, we break down how avoidance keeps the charge alive and why resentment quietly fuels repeating patterns. Our lens is practical and compassionate: love as action, clarity, and devotion that meets reality as it is and chooses honest repair over quick relief. We talk through the instinct to disconnect when pain surfaces and how that once-protective strategy can become a loop. Then we map a different path: recognizing the function of old patterns, thanking them, and integrating their lessons without shame. That shift turns resurfacing memories from a “regression” story into a sign of readiness. Expect grounded steps—naming feelings, locating them in the body, offering clean boundaries, and practicing compassion that does not excuse harm, but ends the contract to carry it.By the end, you’ll have a clearer view of why love—not anger, not avoidance—closes karmic loops and frees your attention. You’ll hear how to meet the versions of you that got you here, honor their effort, and step forward without leaving unloved parts tugging from the past. If you’re in a shedding season, this conversation offers a map for completion, not just relief. From Autopilot To Aligned Life
Send us Fan MailWhat if “higher self” wasn’t mystical at all, but the calm, intentional version of you that shows up when you slow down and choose what truly matters? We’re getting real about the loop of self-doubt, scarcity, and rushing—and how to step out of it with small, repeatable choices that reshape your days.We start by naming the lower-self patterns most of us know too well: harsh self-talk, autopilot decisions, and the constant hum of “not enough.” Then we translate the higher self into human terms: the part of you that trusts your gifts, sets clean boundaries, protects your energy, and creates space for rest, creativity, and joy. No spiritual jargon, no perfection pressure—just honest questions like, do you enjoy the way you spend your days, and practical ways to answer with action.Across the conversation, we share simple moves that compound over time: pausing before you react, saying no to what drains you, taking one brave step toward a meaningful dream, and building a day that holds more breathing room. We talk about choosing intention over impulse, presence over speed, and enoughness over proving. We also highlight the role of supportive people—the ones who remind you who you are when you forget—and how their reflection can help you stay the course when old stories resurface. If you’re craving peace without checking out of your life, this is your roadmap. You’ll leave with language you can use, questions that clarify what you want, and a practice you can repeat: notice, choose a kinder thought, slow your pace, take a braver step. From Astrology To Agency: Crafting A Conscious Future
Send us Fan MailThe ground is moving beneath our feet, and it’s not random. We’re living through a necessary dismantling of fear-based systems and a surge of creative, sovereign energy that wants to build something truer. I talk about how to navigate this moment with clarity: using astrology as affirmation instead of fate, closing the gap between the lower self and higher self, and making daily choices that actually shape the future we keep talking about. We explore why things look chaotic and what that reveals. Exposure isn’t punishment; it’s a purge of what can’t come with us. I share simple, potent practices to move from overwhelm to agency: journaling prompts to identify what you’re building, the leaks you’re ready to seal, and the habits that keep you aligned—meditation, positive self-talk, movement, awe, and time in nature. This is not about bypassing hard feelings. Feeling fear or grief means you’re awake. The work is noticing where you stand when those emotions rise and choosing creation over collapse. If you’re a leader, healer, artist, or someone who has avoided labels but knows you’re here for more, consider this your nudge. The new earth arrives through embodied humans who choose love, truth, and community on purpose. Close the loops you’ve outgrown, stop shrinking your voice, and remember that every small act of awareness lays another brick for a more humane future. What If Healing Is Asking “What Did This Give Me?”
Send us Fan MailEver notice how the loudest part of healing gets all the airtime while the quieter phase slips by unspoken? Today we sit in that softer space and trace a turning point: the moment the question changes from “what did this take from me?” to “what did this give me?” That small shift reframes a lost career, family tension, and the exhausting tenderness of caregiving into a fuller story that holds both cost and gift without denying either. We talk candidly about leaving a dream job and the identity collapse that followed, then open the door to the complexity of caring for a parent with Alzheimer’s—anger when siblings don’t show up, grief layered on daily logistics, and the surprising moments that glowed anyway. From kitchen dances and long walks to the sacredness of routine, we reflect on how presence, patience, and humor became hard-won skills. This isn’t spiritual bypassing; it’s doing the deep work until the body is ready to see more. The lessons had to ring true in lived experience, not just in a stack of underlined books.Panning for gold becomes our working metaphor. Early on, the pan is all mud—resentment, fatigue, shock. Keep shaking with therapy, boundaries, truth-telling, and rest, and flecks begin to appear: resilience, self-forgiveness, radical acceptance, a more generous definition of love. We reclaim the story in its wholeness, honoring both the debris and what glitters beneath it. If you’re revisiting old chapters, try the gentler inquiry and hold whatever answer arrives with care. Loving Your Life Through A Nine-Year Cycle

Instead of forcing outcomes, we practice presence and radical acceptance, the kind that stops the endless upgrade loop and returns you to now. From there, we offer a practical way to choose your energy: self-compassion where you struggled, forgiveness where you froze, motivation where you hid, and remembrance where you have always been courageous, creative, and expansive.Julie shares candid stories about dreams from her twenties and late thirties that never left, and how fulfilling the energy of a dream matters more than chasing fame. What If Your Soul Already Wrote This Year And You’re Just Here To Remember
Send us Fan MailWhat if you’re not behind at all—and the real move is to remember what you already know? We open the year by trading pressure for presence, reframing goals as a way to align with your higher self rather than to fix yourself. Through a short grounding, a clean definition of the higher self, and a practical pause-and-reframe exercise, we map a path from efforting to ease that still honors your responsibilities and real life.Together we unpack how the higher self isn’t louder than fear, it’s steadier. You’ll learn a quick body check when urgency spikes, then swap “What should I do?” for “What does my higher self remember right now?” The shift often reveals permission instead of a plan—slow down, get curious, and let the next step emerge without force. We also introduce a playful “soul script” journaling prompt that imagines your life as a blueprint seeded with growth, love, and perfectly timed encounters. Nine Years From Collapse To Self-Return
Send us Fan MailWhat if the moment everything falls apart is actually the moment love pries you open? Julie takes us through a nine-year arc that began with a single word—“enough”—and a choice she never thought she’d make: walking away from the dance studio she built with her sister. That exit ignited shock, isolation, anxiety, and a grief so deep it lived on the bathroom floor. Yet within the collapse was a quieter truth: the soul wasn’t broken, only the hardened shell cracked so something truer could breathe. We move step by step through the emotional weather that followed—rage at family and fate, the ache of abandonment, and the stubborn loop of “why can’t I let this go.” Surface practices helped, but shadow work did what quick fixes couldn’t. A mirror turned inward revealed patterns, choices, and survival strategies that needed compassion and accountability. The turning point came with self-forgiveness: “I forgive myself for what I didn’t know.” That practice softened the chest, rewired the story, and shifted the language from “that happened to me” to “now it is up to me.”Along the way, we explore the power of being witnessed—through therapy, inner child work, internal family systems, and plant medicines—to open the locked rooms of the heart. The void that felt like exile became a womb for rebirth. Leaving dance wasn’t failure; it was the end of a chapter and the start of a truer path. The takeaway is simple and demanding: you are not broken; you are breaking open. Anger, sadness, and grief are teachers. On the other side of each is the same horizon—love, freedom, and the choice to craft new patterns. If this journey resonates, follow the show, share this story with someone who needs it, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway so we can keep growing this community together. Asking What You Truly Want Changes Everything
Send us Fan MailWhat if the simplest question is also the hardest: what do you want? We go straight into the heart of messy awakening to find an answer that isn’t scripted by Instagram, family expectations, or fear. Through real stories, hard-won insights, and gentle guidance, I explore how self-reflection, inner child work, and parts work (IFS) reveal the patterns behind people-pleasing, overgiving, hyper-independence, and the quiet ways we abandon ourselves.I share a pivotal moment from meditation when grief and love collided—how losing a primary mirror for my joy shaped my attachment patterns and fueled a lifetime of shining outward to be seen. That realization didn’t arrive with force; it arrived with tenderness. We talk about why tenderness heals faster than hustle, how awareness returns your life to you, and what it means to stop fixing yourself and start meeting yourself. Expect practical reflection prompts woven throughout: noticing triggers, asking why rest feels unsafe, and spotting where comparison robs the joy from the life you already built. This conversation is a permission slip to go slow, to breathe in the blessings you’ve been too busy to notice, and to redesign your life with honesty rather than crisis. If you’re in a season of shedding—old roles, friendships, or dreams—you’ll hear why that’s not failure but rebirth. By integrating exiled and protector parts, you build self-trust, clearer boundaries, and an embodied sense of home within yourself. Holding Faith When Nothing Moves
Send us Fan MailThe space between who you were and who you’re becoming can feel like a long hallway with no doors. We name that hallway the waiting room of becoming and get real about the questions that echo there: is this working, am I delusional, should I quit. Instead of reaching for fake positivity, we explore alignment as a practice of honest returning—back to your body, your intention, and the next small step that keeps momentum alive when outcomes are quiet.I share how doubt can actually be evidence of expansion, not failure, and why your nervous system needs time to learn the safety of the future you’re calling in. We unpack practical ways to update those “internal files”: breath that settles you into presence, tiny actions that the universe can reward, and micro-celebrations that calibrate your identity now rather than later. If you’ve ever felt like you left your old life but the new one hasn’t landed, you’ll hear language and tools for standing your ground in that in-between.We also talk about the difference between performance positivity and grounded truth, why patience isn’t passive, and how to let a higher order work while you keep showing up. Expect reminders to anchor joy before results, to honor the lessons arriving at a slower pace, and to lean on people who can mirror your strength when your faith flickers. Press play to breathe, recalibrate, and remember: you’re not late, you’re strengthening, and you’re becoming someone who can hold what you asked for. Return To The Body and Light Language
Send us Fan MailEver notice how you can do years of inner work and still wake up braced for impact? That gap between knowing and feeling is where our conversation lives—right at the edge of your breath, your bones, and the place where safety becomes real instead of theoretical. We unpack what happens when the nervous system has known only fight-or-flight and how even joy can feel threatening when chaos has been your compass. I share personal moments of grief, acupuncture-supported grounding, and the jolt of realizing I couldn’t feel my feet for weeks. From there, we move into practical somatic tools: asking “Is it safe for me to be safe?”, scanning the body for tension, expanding the window of tolerance for ease, and teaching your tissues the chapter you’re in now. We explore how the body keeps the score—like the liver storing anger—and how somatic reparenting lets you close old tabs so the organs can do their job without running on yesterday’s alerts. We also talk sovereignty as an embodied frequency in a world of distorted signals. If you’re not in your body, the world will tell you who you are. So we lean on nature as nervous system medicine: sun-kissed foods, bare feet on soil, trees as tutors, and more time outside to re-sync with what’s true. I share a light language transmission designed to bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to your body’s intelligence, inviting remembrance of strength, vitality, and the joy your system is built to hold.If you’re ready to bridge insight with sensation, trade hypervigilance for grounded presence, and let pleasure be a practice instead of a guilty afterthought, this conversation is your map. Two Dragons, A Rope Bridge, And Your Overthinking Brain Walk Into A Portal
Send us Fan MailWhat if creativity isn’t a pastime, but the switch that tells your nervous system you’re safe? We sit down with acupuncturist, energy worker, and visionary artist Brian C. Mears to explore how art, breath, and frequency can move you from constant alert to grounded presence—and why that shift unlocks intuition, clarity, and courage.Brian shares the turning point that brought him back to drawing and into sacred geometry, then explains how his work evolved from depicting “things” to transmitting the living frequency beneath them. We talk about AI art and why so much of it still feels empty to the body, the adolescence of our digital age, and the kind of embodied practice that actually carries soul light. From there, we zoom into geometry as a bridge to higher-dimensional awareness, reframing life’s repeating patterns as fractal mirrors and offering a practical pivot: drop judgment, choose curiosity, and trace triggers back to their roots with grace. You’ll also get a guided tour of Brian’s pieces—Orchid Mandala and Dragon’s Bridge—along with a clear overview of nine chakras, including soul star and earth star. Then we ground it all with a simple breath pattern and a powerful light-language transmission designed to harmonize your system from root to crown. Expect to feel spacious, settled, and more you. Bring water, step outside afterward, and let the work integrate. If creative practice as a biohack, sacred geometry as a map, and light language as medicine speak to you, this one belongs in your library. Let's Try LOVE
Send us Fan MailA single whisper at the edge of a ceremony changed everything: you’ve tried everything else—try love. From that moment of surrender, we trace a raw, human journey out of fight-flight-freeze and into a deeper softening that finally felt like home. Instead of chasing one more tool, one more ritual, one more affirmation, we asked a harder question: what if nothing’s missing and love has been here all along, waiting for us to notice? We open up about nine years that looked like a sabbatical but felt like a pilgrimage—grief behind bright photos, longing beneath the rituals, and the stubborn need for justice that kept our hearts armored. The turning came through small proofs of grace: soul family arriving at the right second, alchemists who stayed for a season or a moment, and the humbling reminder that manifestation works best when you leave room for awe. Love wasn’t a bypass. It was the most active force in the room, asking us to soften when every instinct wanted to harden, to receive what our nervous systems were trained to refuse. If you’ve tried every healer, practice, and book, and still feel braced, this conversation offers a new starting point: let love be the medicine and the method. We explore how to recognize love in motion, why timing matters, how to honor endings with gratitude, and how to use a simple mantra—let’s try love—as a daily reset. Healing can be slow and then sudden. Miracles can take nine years and happen in a moment. If this speaks to you, hit follow, share it with someone who needs a soft place to land, and leave a review with one moment where love surprised you. From Spiritual Collapse to Cosmic Language: A Conversation with Energy Worker and Artist Brian C. Mears
Send us Fan MailI am SO excited to chat with this incredible human! HIs intro alone is just transformative! Check out is art here- (and as always...thanks for being here!)*https://www.briancmears.com/Instagram: BriancmearsEverything changed the moment my old life fell apart—and the teacher who kept reminding me “you’ve got this” finally sat down to talk. Meet Brian C. Mears: acupuncturist, energy worker, and visionary artist whose light-coded paintings feel less like images and more like transmissions. Together we pull back the curtain on awakening without the fluff: what channeling actually is, why your body shakes when energy upgrades, and how tones and light language arrive long before your mind catches up.Brian’s story begins in the body, with severe asthma and eczema that sharpened his sensitivity and taught him to read energy as survival. That vigilance evolved into a grounded channeling practice he describes as stepping out of first-person into the observer—choosing a perspective (Pleiadian, Arcturian, dragon, crystalline grid) and transmitting what serves. We talk kriyas and somatic symptoms, how to trust what feels like love, and why frequency doesn’t lie even when words can. If you’ve ever felt your face flush during meditation, heard a tone rise unbidden, or watched your hands draw symbols you don’t recognize, you’re not broken—you’re remembering. We dive into Brian’s art, where sacred geometry and light codes create fields you can feel. He works until the canvas carries more frequency than his eyes can hold, then uses light language—spoken or written—to tune specific zones like a luthier shaping resonance. The result is a meditation you can see: track a spiral, pause where you’re pulled, and let the work recalibrate your nervous system. Along the way we refuse to float off the planet. Ascension here means staying human, lifting with the world, and honoring that there are many paths up the same mountain. Maybe yours is dragon-backed. Maybe it’s a childhood constellation calling you home. Either way, curiosity beats judgment every time.If this conversation stirs something—an itch under the skin, a breath that drops lower, a memory of who you were before you were named—follow it. Why healing needs a witness
Send us Fan MailWhat if the most powerful medicine isn’t advice, but presence? We dive into the quiet force of being truly seen—how a loving witness softens the body, regulates the nervous system, and lets frozen emotion finally move. Instead of trying to “let it go,” we practice “let it be seen,” exploring why a clean mirror heals more than a quick fix ever could.I share the early imprints that taught many of us to shrink or perform when our need for mirroring went unmet—and how those patterns live in the body. From there, we explore coherence: the moment two hearts meet, breath deepens, and the room’s frequency shifts. You’ll hear how witnessing functions across Reiki, somatic therapy, and channeling as the bridge between contraction and expansion, and why words matter less than the regulated presence behind them. We also talk about the next layer—becoming your own witness. With simple prompts and five-minute practices, we learn to meet thoughts, sensations, and feelings with compassion instead of critique, moving from shame and resistance toward allowance, truth, and love.Community makes this work durable. Whether it’s a circle, ceremony, Monday night energy club, therapy, or a trusted friendship, mutual witnessing weaves safety that changes lives. I offer a simple structure for “no fixing, just presence” conversations and share how holding space for others becomes a lighthouse practice that helps you remember your own light. If you’ve ever felt unseen or rushed past your pain, this is a grounded invitation to slow down, breathe, and let yourself be mirrored—by another and by the kindest part of you.If this resonates, follow the show, share it with someone who needs a soft place to land, and leave a review so more people can find this work. From Tears to Roots: Growing a Life Worth Living
Send us Fan MailA single image threads our conversation together: tears as water. Not waste, not weakness—water. From the shock of losing a mother in childhood to the exhausting logistics of a parent’s dementia, we walk through memories that could have hardened into armor and instead became soil. Along the way, a monk’s unexpected clarity reframed everything: when roots are severed, don’t mend them in the same depleted ground—choose new soil. That shift moved us from managing a pain story to embodying a living one, from surviving on vigilance to breathing into presence. We talk about the courage to leave some boxes closed, not as denial but as wisdom. We share how “just for today” can steady the nervous system, why embodiment is different from intellectual healing, and what it takes to grow worth, love, and joy where turmoil once lived. The journey honors dissociation as a brilliant survival tool, then gently teaches the body another way to feel safe—bare feet remembering the earth, breath widening the chest, small acts of care turning into roots. You’ll hear how not-enoughness loses its grip when you recognize you are your own source, and how lived experience shapes wisdom more precisely than any text.By the end, the garden metaphor becomes more than a metaphor. Loss carved space for light; heartbreak opened petals. We claim a simple practice: choose love just for today, welcome a deeper exhale, and plant yourself where you can root. If this story stirs something in you—an urge to remember, to soften, to stand in your own garden—come with us. From Crumbling to Calling: A Healer’s Journey with Kris Schooler
Send us Fan MailA friend asked the question we’ve been hearing for years: what do healers actually see, and how do you live with gifts when real life still needs you? So we brought in our first guest, Kris Schooler—co-founder of Wild Souls Yoga, soul coach, Reiki master, author—to explore the messy, luminous middle between awakening and everyday life. Her path started with illness, stacked prescriptions, and a near-death wake-up that forced a hard pivot. Yoga became the gateway. Not the poses, but the spaciousness—the moment when the mind finally clears and the deeper layers of self begin to speak. We unpack the koshas as a practical map for coming home, the “crumble” that strips roles and titles, and the micro-deaths the ego mistakes for annihilation. We get honest about the early ego traps of intuition—oversharing, proving, reading the room without consent—and how boundaries transform the work. Think radio dial: turn sensitivity down in crowds, up in sessions, off when you need to rest. We walk through daily rituals that keep energy clean and the nervous system steady: intention-setting, clearing at night, conscious inputs, and stillness that sharpens perception without overwhelming it.Kris opens the door to her sessions: hands reading the field, visions like film reels, words arriving in languages she doesn’t speak, and the body itself pointing the way. Some clients are lighthouses, holding frequency in a divided world. Others are portals, letting shadow transmute through presence. Some are earth-based healers, some labor in the unseen as shadow workers. Not everyone is called to the astral; your gift might be radical listening or lineage protection. Relationships change when one person rises—sometimes together, sometimes apart. The invitation is to honor your path with humility, community, and a sense of play. Don’t take it so seriously. From Spiritual Goo to Butterfly: It's a Longer Trip Than You Think
Send us Fan MailWhat happens when you finally break free from a narcissistic relationship? The magical transformation from caterpillar to butterfly isn't the neat, tidy process we're sold in spiritual teachings. That "goo" phase lasts much longer than expected—and it's a messy, disorienting experience that can feel endless.Julie Nguyen opens up about her personal journey through narcissistic relationships and the challenging path back to authenticity. She explores how gaslighting strips away your voice, identity, and power, making it nearly impossible to trust yourself afterward. This vulnerability creates a powerful framework for understanding the real work of becoming your authentic self.Through personal stories about her early days as a life coach and revelations about inherited trauma from her father, Julie illuminates how our authentic power emerges only when we stop trying to be what others expect. She shares the profound moment of choosing jeans and Converse over "professional" attire to meet her first coaching client—a small but significant act of reclaiming her true self. This daily practice of questioning "What is real for me? What is true for me?" forms the foundation of spiritual transformation. The most beautiful revelation? When we ground ourselves in our authentic "I am" statements—acknowledging our strengths, gifts, and even our works-in-progress—we create greater capacity to support others. We become "a small I in the bigger sea of we," where our personal healing ripples outward as compassion and service. The Privilege of a Lifetime: Embracing Your True Identity
Send us Fan Mail"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." Carl Jung's profound words frame this intimate exploration of authentic self-discovery after years of narcissistic control and gaslighting. When you're constantly told who you are—that you're crazy, unlikable, or wacky—you begin wearing these energetic patterns like a wardrobe. The slow, beautiful process of rebuilding yourself means reclaiming not just your power and voice, but also the small expressions of selfhood that may have been stripped away. That funky hairstyle, those mismatched clothes—these seemingly insignificant markers of identity are profound expressions of authenticity deserving celebration.Becoming who you truly are requires surrender, not as one dramatic gesture but through thousands of small daily choices. Where are you over-efforting because you don't trust what's already here? Your spiritual support team patiently waits in the wings, honoring your free will until you create space for their guidance. They'll never bulldoze their way into your life; they simply wait for your invitation to co-create magic. Many of us easily see light in others while struggling to recognize our own magnificence. If you could see yourself through the eyes of spirit! Your voice matters. Your presence matters. Your dreams matter—even if nobody wants what you're creating. Create anyway. When self-doubt creeps in (as it inevitably will), simply return to this truth as you would return to your breath in meditation. You are this beautiful duality of human and spirit, with your heart at the center of it all. May you continue to feel the strength, love, joy and gift that you are as you embrace the privilege of becoming authentically, magnificently you.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! What If Your Path Is About Joy, Not Just Healing?
Send us Fan MailWhat happens when your life completely falls apart, stripping away your career, identity, and sense of worth? In my eight-year "spiritual shit show," I experienced exactly this—a complete dismantling followed by a surprising rebirth centered not on hustle and perfection, but on play and joy.The comeback story I share today isn't what you might expect. After years of narcissistic turbulence, identity loss, and questioning everything I thought I knew, my healing didn't come through more striving. It came through rest, self-compassion, inner child work, and most surprisingly, rediscovering playfulness. The transformation began when I stopped trying to present a "serious professional" image and embraced the colorful, symbolic, and sometimes silly nature of spiritual connection. The universe, I've discovered, has an incredible sense of humor. When I channel, my guides don't deliver stern lectures—they show playful metaphors and visuals. When I ask for signs, they appear as butterflies, deer crossing my path, or perfectly timed messages on random yard signs. This mirrors how our subconscious communicates through dreams: in symbols and feelings rather than logical sentences. What if we approached our spiritual journey with this same lightness? What if, instead of treating healing as another item on our to-do list, we recognized that our souls long to laugh, create, and yes—even jump on trampolines in the middle of the day? Join me in exploring a spiritual path centered not just on healing, but on remembering who we truly are: embodied love with infinite possibilities for joy. How might your week change if you incorporated more play, more laughter, and more light into each day?Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! The Deep Remembrance: A channeled message and Light Language
Send us Fan MailSomething profound is happening. Can you feel it? Your cells are remembering, your energy is shifting, and there's a deep calling to stop the endless cycle of busyness that keeps you disconnected from your truth. The message coming through is clear and urgent: half the stuff you're doing doesn't even matter. It's just motion for motion's sake, conditioning that keeps you trapped in patterns of doing rather than being. The awakening we're all experiencing isn't happening in the external noise—it's emerging from within the silence. You cannot awaken outside yourself, and you certainly cannot awaken while constantly consuming other people's data and opinions. This episode dives into what spiritual teachers are calling "The Deep Remembrance"—a collective upgrading of our energetic systems that's happening right now. Your DNA is literally shifting. Your frequency is changing. Your body is learning to hold more light than ever before. There's an undeniable urge to release who you once were and step into alignment with your higher self. But this transformation requires something counterintuitive in our achievement-oriented culture: stillness. As we anchor into these new earth frequencies, we're invited to become conscious co-creators rather than controllers. The great expansion into new dimensions of consciousness is here, offering unprecedented opportunities for creativity, community, love, and power. But first, we must stop pushing life and allow ourselves to be transformed by the silence. Are you ready to remember who you truly are? The awakening is here. It is here. It is here.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! Inner Housekeeping: Why Your Soul Needs Daily Maintenance
Send us Fan MailRemember when vulnerability wasn't just a buzzword but a practice? When reading someone's blog felt like an intimate glimpse into their beautifully imperfect life? That raw honesty seems to have disappeared behind the polished veneer of social media perfection.Autumn brings a powerful invitation to purge both our physical and energetic closets. What stories, beliefs, and habits have you outgrown? What needs boxing up as precious memories, and what deserves to be confidently stepped into? This episode explores the delicate balance between honoring our journey and boldly choosing our path forward.Life is like your house—always something to pick up, dust, rearrange, or appreciate. Our inner world requires the same consistent care. Just as you wouldn't go days without brushing your teeth, your energetic self needs daily maintenance. I share my favorite practices for returning to center: breathwork, visual meditations, community connection, voice notes with friends (better than any therapy!), journaling, movement, rest, and intentional moments of presence. The beauty of being human lies not in perfection but in the messy middle—where we're growing, shifting, purging, resting, and celebrating along the way. When we turn our curious lens inward with the same fascination we have for others' stories, we discover our own superpower of vulnerability. And in sharing our authentic journeys, we create space for others to do the same.As above, so below. The deeper we go within ourselves, the more our external world shifts to match. What will you choose to release? What new possibilities will you open to? Join me in this seasonal energy reset as we root deeper into the truth and light of who we really are.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! Grounding: The Gateway to Presence -Weekly Energy Update
Send us Fan MailHave you ever noticed how deeply uncomfortable stillness can be? That moment when you stop "doing" and your mind floods with questions about your worth and productivity? You're not alone. The spiritual journey isn't about hustling harder but about finding the courage to be still. Like panning for gold, we must patiently sift through mental debris until we uncover those precious nuggets of truth that can only emerge in quietness. This process transforms us from the inside out.During our weekly Energy Club gatherings, I've been witnessing the profound shifts that happen when we practice simple presence. One powerful distinction that's emerged is between gratitude and appreciation. While gratitude acknowledges the big things ("I'm grateful for my home"), appreciation zooms into the micro-moments—noticing someone's eyes during conversation or feeling your hand on a desk. These tiny acknowledgments bring tears to our eyes when we realize how rarely we truly see what's right in front of us.The collective energy right now is calling us all to ground more deeply. This isn't just about physically connecting with the earth but learning to pull all your scattered energy back into the present moment. Grounding becomes the doorway we walk through before we can truly arrive in presence. When we ground, we give ourselves an energetic hug, creating a sense of safety that allows us to fully experience now without needing to escape through distraction or busyness. What resources help you feel safe and supported? Is it nature, a cup of tea, a favorite blanket, or the weight of your pet against you? This practice of "resourcing" helps train your body to recognize what safety feels like. From this grounded place, everything else becomes possible—your ability to experience joy, clarity, and trust naturally expands.Ready to experience this transformation yourself? Send me a message to learn more about joining our Energy Club, where we practice these simple but life-changing techniques together in community. Your journey to presence starts with a single moment of grounding.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! Numinous Wisdom: How Rebranding Brought Me Home to Myself
Send us Fan MailEmbarking on a journey of authentic expression isn't about finding the perfect brand name—it's about discovering what gives you permission to be fully yourself. That's the revelation that transformed my path from Energetic Movement Collective to Guided Towards Greatness, then Spiritual Shit Show, and now to Numinous Wisdom. The awakening process is inherently messy. Despite what popular spiritual contexts might suggest—"just use the law of attraction," "stay positive," "let it go"—true growth requires more than intellectual understanding. We must embody these principles, allowing our physical being to resonate with what we seek. Otherwise, our desires remain perpetually external. When I launched Spiritual Shit Show in 2020, the name felt refreshingly honest. It captured the beautiful chaos of spiritual growth without pretending my journey was Instagram-perfect. Yet as my intuitive healing work evolved, I questioned whether this cheeky brand could fully contain all aspects of my offerings. This led me to "numinous"—having a strong spiritual quality, evoking the sacred, mysterious, and awe-inspiring. The word resonated deeply with what I've always tried to convey: soul-level truth, wonder, permission, presence, and play.Building a new website brought unexpected challenges beyond technical struggles. I wrestled with identity questions: Would a mystical brand mean I needed to wear flowy pants and crystals? Should I adopt a businesswoman-with-moonstone-earrings aesthetic? These concerns revealed my deeper fear—that branding might trap me in a performance rather than free me for expression. The breakthrough came when a friend helped bring my vision to life, showing me that branding isn't marketing or performance but true soul expression. When the site launched (accidentally!), I felt unprecedented permission to be authentically me. Permission to let joy, color, and quirkiness shine through. Permission to stop shapeshifting for credibility or professionalism's sake.Wherever you are in your becoming journey, remember this: you don't have to fit any mold. Your personal brand should offer space for freedom, authenticity, truth, and growth. Let it be messy, let it be magic, and surround yourself with people who push you into the center of your own light. Visit numinouswisdom.com to feel the vibe and see how embracing all aspects of yourself—sacred and silly, professional and weird—creates true freedom.Support the show✨ Thank you for tuning into this episode of Spiritual Shitshow! Your Community Shapes Who You Become
Send us Fan MailThe moment I shifted from seeing my journey as "healing" to "becoming," everything changed. Healing implied I was broken and needed fixing, but becoming? That's about remembering who I've always been beneath the layers of protection. For years, I thrived in the competitive dance world—a realm beautiful in its artistry yet often fueled by ego and transactional relationships. I built walls around my essence just to survive, to succeed, to manage the demands of owning a dance studio. My body remembered every moment I felt unsafe, storing these memories in my movement, my breath, the way I showed up in the world. Dance gave me joy and livelihood, but my community wasn't allowing my spirit to truly soar. When life gave me the painful but necessary opportunity to rebuild, I discovered what healthy friendships actually feel like. People with whom I can have sacred conversations without performing, shrinking, or apologizing for taking up space. My body relaxes in their presence. My spirit dances freely. At 46, I've finally found what genuine connection feels like—people who remind me who I am rather than demanding I become someone else. The contrast is striking: around those who agitate my protective mechanisms, my body tightens and my energy diminishes. Around those who celebrate my authentic self, I expand into joy.Rebuilding my brand taught me an essential truth: I don't have to hide who I am to be taken seriously. When a friend helped me restore color to my professional image—embracing my wild, sacred, permission-giving playful self—I remembered this is who I've always been. Your becoming deserves the same authenticity. Surround yourself with people who feel safe for your soul to land with, who see you in all your messy, magical glory. It's okay to seek soul family, to rebuild your life around love instead of fear. You're allowed to be colorful, raw, real, radiant—and you were never meant to do this journey alone. ABOUT THIS SHOW
The Spiritual Shitshow Podcast— where the magic meets the mess.
