Here I am trying to satisfy them a little bit. Here, we are exploring a wide variety of things in life. Leaning into my curiosities and searching out ways to improve and grow as a person within a greater diverse culture on this globe we call home. Being a generalist learning abo

Exploring Views of the Divine
In our last episode, I had the opportunity to explore religiosity and a belief in a divine being with Scott Paul. In today’s episode I take a look at his views as well as the views of many of the world’s religions. I go over some of my core beliefs and why I tend to believe that way. I appreciate the thoughts that we got from Scott last week and challenge us all to explore where we align with faith vs direct sight. I hope you enjoy this brief dialogue of religious views on God and the existence of a Supreme Being. This episode is more rooted in reason and philosophy than in faith but I understand the value of each in our journey to understand or even believe in the Divine. I could certainly dive deeper here but I wanted to give you some follow up thoughts from last week’s discussion. Thanks for reading A Bit of Curiosity! Learning from Others: A Journey in Leadership
In this episode, I discuss the importance of not getting overwhelmed by future goals and instead focusing on the present. Entrepreneurs don't need to be CEOs of billion-dollar companies right away, but rather should focus on learning and growing through their experiences. Surrounding oneself with a strong team and seeking guidance from coaches and advisors is crucial for success. Steve Jobs, who learned valuable leadership lessons during his time away from Apple and returned to the company with a renewed vision, is a great example of growing into leadership. The key takeaway is to start a business, seek support, and not be afraid of the future. Find advisors and coaches to help navigate challenges and weaknesses.Check out the podcast episode with Justin Rae that inspired this interlude.Takeaways* Don't get caught up in projecting too far into the future, focus on the present* Surround yourself with a strong team to overcome challenges* Learn from the experiences of successful leaders like Steve Jobs* Seek advisors and coaches to help navigate challenges and weaknesses This is a public episode.
