    Virgo New Moon 2026

Those of you who listen to my podcast regularly probably expected this to drop Sunday morning — my apologies, it’s a little late. Still, it’s coming in before the forecast period begins: September 7th, Labor Day in the US and, from what I can see, in Canada too.Labor Day marks the end of summer in the northern hemisphere. And yes, “America” includes North and South America — a word getting new scrutiny as the US President keeps claiming it exclusively, which doesn’t really hold up. You could just as easily trace “America” back to early Spanish colonization. It’s all part of a larger pattern: denial of history alongside a questioning, an eruption, maybe a restructuring of it, as AI reshapes how people see the past and the road ahead. Very Pluto-in-Aquarius — all of us shapeshifting into whatever is actually possible for human beings in the 21st century. Those possibilities sharpen over the next couple of years, as people push back against an undercurrent that feels inevitable: extracting the earth’s resources to the max before the 1% head off to Mars. Anyway — onto the week.Monday, September 7 — A Void Morning, Then a Sweet Leo ShiftThe moon is in Cancer until 12:49 p.m. Eastern, when it moves into Leo. But it goes void of course at 9:40 a.m., so for a few hours mid-to-late morning there’s no emotional glue to carry an agreement, idea, or initiation through to completion. That said, because Cancer mirrors the moon’s own energy, this void feels different from most. Cancerian themes — nurturing, home, our relationship to women, moodiness, sensitivity — are still very much accessible even in the void. (If the moon is void in your own natal sign, you may feel emotionally charged regardless.) What matters is whether anything ties things together enough for follow-through. Treat these hours as good for savoring an idea, not launching one.Once the moon enters Leo at 12:49 p.m., the energy turns sweet and fiery — it dovetails with Jupiter, also in Leo, and later sextiles Venus. This is a nice stretch, running through Wednesday afternoon, for wrapping things up and deciding what you won’t carry into the next lunar cycle. One caveat: Monday evening, the moon in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius. If you have planets in early degrees of a fixed sign, or natal placements affected by the ongoing Pluto-in-Aquarius transit, you may feel this building on Monday or even a day or two before — as unease, power struggles, or friction around power, money, or health.I have planets in early-degree Aquarius myself, so I’m deep in this transit, and in total candor, I’ve been dealing with a lot around my body’s physicality. That’s part of why this episode dropped later than usual — I’m learning that fuel comes from rest, diet, and focus on self, not from powering through the way I always have. Pluto, god of the underworld, symbolizes the unconscious — for me that’s meant confronting generational trauma and family legacies. So there may be a wrinkle for some of us Monday. But whether it’s grief, creative block, or heartbreak, going through it — not skirting or suppressing it — is how we get to the other side. When the moon dances with Pluto, it’s an invitation to notice what we’re pushing away from, dive in, and swim through the current: confront it, absorb it, integrate it, and ultimately grow from it.Later Monday evening through the 8th (especially mid-afternoon on) is genuinely rich — a good time to connect with where the love, support, funds, and resources are that you need to complete or build whatever you’re working on.Tuesday–Wednesday, September 8–9 — Steady Virgo GroundworkThe moon goes void of course at 2:58 p.m. Wednesday, then enters Virgo at 3:35 p.m. These are solid days for working with what’s actually in front of you rather than feeling everything’s an uphill battle — you have the tools to move toward real accomplishment. While in Virgo, the moon will square Uranus at an early degree of Gemini — both are mutable signs, which gives us adaptability to work with. Uranus tends to bring unexpected, jack-in-the-box energy wherever it travels; in Gemini, that often looks like people blurting things out, saying things in ways that land wrong. There’s a revelatory quality to it right now.I think a big piece of this is “out of the mouths of babes” — children reacting to things in unprecedented ways. Handed devices before they could speak, many kids haven’t developed the proprioceptive learning that comes from pen, paper, clay, and paint — and we’re going to start seeing the effects of that. Virgo (an earth sign linked to Mercury, unlike airy, verbal Gemini) communicates through hands and craft as much as words, so expect more public conversation about the body-mind connection and the limits of our devotion to all things electronic.Thursday, September 10 — New Moon in VirgoThe new moon lands in Virgo at 18°26’, exact at 11:27 p.m. Eastern. Leading up to it, Uranus stations retrograde — when it does, it tends to coincide with some seismic or newsworthy event, whether that’s something physical in the earth, a public revolution or statement, or something quieter and more personal that still catches us by surprise. This dark-moon-into-new-moon stretch is strong for real movement. Ask yourself: what do I want to initiate? Something physical? A plan I want to lay groundwork for? A new health program? This new moon supports genuine follow-through — though it may be worth letting ideas cook over the weekend rather than launching immediately, since acting too fast on a new moon can be premature.Friday, September 11 — Void All Day, Made for Clearing the DecksThe moon goes void of course at 1:52 a.m. and doesn’t enter Libra until 7:52 p.m. — void of course all day, still in Virgo. Use it to plan: figure out what to set up, complete, or clear off your desk before diving into a new program or thought next week. Clear the decks, get your email in order, clear your head before moving into new experiences as the new moon unfolds.Weekend, September 12–13 — Libra DiscussionsThe moon enters Libra Friday evening and stays there through Saturday and all day Sunday, going void of course again at 10:27 a.m. Sunday and remaining void the rest of the day. The theme: discussions — with people you’re planning to work or partner with, family, partners — about how you’ll get support and put things in place. The most important thing this weekend is to actually listen. You may want to partner with someone a particular way, but if you hear that they don’t have the time, interest, or commitment you do — or want to do it differently — take that seriously. Pushing forward anyway just costs you time and traction with this new moon energy, because you’ll be fighting to make something happen with people who aren’t on board. If no one’s showing up and you’re not finding the right players, don’t let the weekend end on defeat. Evaluate honestly — maybe this version of the plan, or this partnership, isn’t coming together. You can scuttle it or decide to drift and reevaluate; neither is giving up. It just means your initial idea or team isn’t where you’d like it to be yet — that doesn’t mean you won’t still follow through.Virgo is about the details, but as a dear friend of mine says about big projects: don’t get hung up on the details when what matters is the overall concept. Hold onto that concept, trust the details to follow, and figure out who’s actually willing to play in the sandbox with you. If someone else has a different idea about how this should work, sit with it instead of resisting outright — you may still decide it’s not your direction, but that back-and-forth is how you find your way. The honest truth: you can’t shake hands and make something happen with someone who sees it in a totally different light. You won’t come together unless you agree on the overall concept. The rest of the week, more in-depth — when you listen to the podcast…Send A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. September 2026 Astrology Forecast

Okay, moving into September — here we are, Monday, August 31, 2026. The times I give are Eastern Time, so adjust depending on where you are. This is one of those weeks with some long void-of-course moons, so let me give you a quick synopsis.A void-of-course moon is when the moon makes no other aspects to another heavenly body before it changes signs. The ancient intelligence around this is that there’s no emotional glue to carry a thought or concept through into something we initiate. It doesn’t mean things will never happen — but if you want something to have traction, legs, or go the distance, you don’t want to concretize, shake hands, or establish anything absolute during a void-of-course moon. It’s far better to say, “Let’s revisit this,” or “When can we meet again?” — something that leads you into a time when resolution and like minds can actually happen. I bring this up because on Monday, the moon goes void-of-course at 3:47 p.m. Eastern, and stays void until the next day. So anything you want to get done, sign off on, or make sure everyone’s aligned on is best handled before that late afternoon. After that, we’re in a state where the VOC moon in Aries moves its fast, fiery energy... and wants to initiate and do what it wants to do. Ideas may fly. There can be a sense of “oh, let’s do this!” or “yeah, sure!” — and then it never goes anywhere, because people have already moved on to the next exciting thing that’s captured their attention. That’s why it’s so important to use the earlier part of the day to make things happen. One thing to keep in mind if you’re moving quickly or trying to get something off the ground: be aware of how it’s landing with other people. With that fiery, let’s-move energy, it’s easy to not pay enough attention to how others are experiencing it — you can burn bridges or upset people who feel they weren’t considered or consulted. It’s always better to make sure the way you’re doing something is actually landing well, rather than pushing too hard or overlooking someone’s feelings or preferences. Not everyone worries about this, but for those of us who do, it’s worth checking in and asking how the other person feels about it. This also might hit you personally, right in the gut — you need something to happen and you’re moving with momentum, but it’s not quite going the way you’d like. To make it happen, there’s a bit of give and take involved. Is it full enough? Good enough? Will it create what you actually want, or are you compromising to the point where it’s worth taking more time instead? Sometimes the ideal move is to walk away — “Yes, I want that property,” or “Yes, I’d like to sell, but the money isn’t meeting my comfort zone.” That’s just one example of how this energy might play out personally, versus working with someone else who may feel like their toes are getting stepped on — both are worth being aware of.So once the moon goes void in Aries, there’s a lot of “do it, move forward, full steam ahead” energy that needs to be expended. The ideal is to recognize when you need to move and make things happen — and to do it in a way that’s kind to your body, your energy, and the people around you. Do things your body is comfortable moving through, so you can burn off whatever’s running hot and fast, and then work with it more gracefully. Work on things already in process, bounce around ideas that don’t need to be finalized yet, or simply enjoy and stay stimulated. Those are great ways to spend the late afternoon and evening of Monday, August 31st.Tuesday, September 1stWe move into different energy when the moon enters Taurus at 4:01 a.m. I think this can be a lovely day.One thing to keep in mind: some of us might feel a power struggle within ourselves — a kind of inertia. Taurus is a fixed earth sign, about as fixed as it gets. It moves when it wants to move, on its own timeline and within its comfort zone. Some of us may feel pushed to make something happen and end up feeling blocked, or we wake up without the energy we’d like for whatever we’re trying to accomplish. I can’t emphasize enough one of the great gifts of Taurus: patience. If you generally run short on patience, this is a good day — especially in the morning — to work with that.“I’m not feeling as energetic as I’d like. My kid isn’t moving as fast as I’d like. My spouse, my coworker, whatever — things aren’t happening the way I want.” Patience, patience, patience. Remember: everything has its own perfect timing. In the morning hours, as the moon moves through Taurus, the ideal approach is to assess, moderate, balance, and work with what is — rather than getting hung up on how you think it should be, or on someone who feels like they’re standing in your way. When we get paralyzed or stymied by things that feel insurmountable, we’re not seeing our way through. For some of us, depending on the transit, Pluto in early Aquarius can hit especially hard if you have strong placements in the fixed signs — Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, or Scorpio. That doesn’t have to be your sun sign; it could be your rising sign, Venus, or moon. It’s always valuable to know where these planets are moving through your personal chart, because it gives you insight into how things are affecting you. So if you were born in the early degrees of those signs, or have prominent placements there, you’ll feel these lunar transits more than others. Remember: the moon is the emotional weather. As it travels, it triggers and ignites — it’s a catalyst for wherever we are in our process, as we move through our ongoing evolution on this planet.Once we get past that slightly bumpy stretch mid-morning, we settle into the sweet energy of moon in Taurus. The most important thing here is not to get overwhelmed, distracted, or lose sight of your priorities. Stay on track.Moon in Taurus is great for following through on something you want done — for patience, for focus. And it’s always a good reminder to stay grounded in the body. Eat things that feel nurturing. For some of us that’s comfort food; for others, it’s staying on program with what really gives us vitality. Sometimes those are the same thing — comfort food can absolutely be good for the body too.Overall, late morning into the rest of the day is lovely for slow productivity and for the kind of connection that leaves you feeling grounded. This carries into the next day, and the sweetest part of this window runs through early morning, 6:47 a.m. — after which the moon goes void-of-course for the rest of the day.Normally, when the moon is void, it’s not a time to start things — but Taurus is exalted when the moon sits there. The ancients considered it one of the best lunar placements (astrologers can and do argue about that, as we always do, with our different schools, orientations, attachments, and biases — whether we admit to them or not).Overall, when the moon is void in Taurus, the key reminder is to stay grounded — give yourself a sense of place. “I’m working here because this is where I can focus. I’m eating this because it nourishes me now. I’m going to this park or museum because it lifts my physical spirit.” It’s a reminder of the physicality of our existence, and when we honor that, we can really enjoy the fertile energy available during a Taurus void moon. It’s strong for productivity, creativity, fertility, and building or constructing what we want — but the key is focus, focus, focus. What’s the important thing to do right now? Taurus asks: be present in the body.Thursday, September 3rdThe moon enters Gemini at 7:47 a.m. This is also a really good arc of energy — it sails through and makes a sweet connection with Venus before going void.Thursday can bring a lot of stimulus, ideas, and discussion — great for rubbing sticks together and getting a spark going. Stay open to whatever comes in during the late afternoon and evening; it can feel like inspiration, a hit, an “aha” moment where things come together. It might be instantaneous, something you hold onto, or just a nice burst of energy that carries you into Friday.Friday, September 4thThe evening before may bring some evaluation of how things are moving as we come off last week’s new moon eclipse energy. Are we heading in the direction we want? Do we need to shift course? Are things moving in a way that supports and energizes us? That dreamy stretch from Thursday evening into the early hours of Friday can help reorient you for the weekend and how to make the most of it.Friday is a dynamic day for having support systems in place, connecting with like-minded people, getting things off the ground, and staying open to inspiration. The important thing to keep in mind, especially heading into the later afternoon and evening, is that Gemini energy brings a lot of verbal gymnastics and quick jumps from one thought to another — so clarity matters.I run into this all the time with my husband: we’re on the same wavelength with Mercury, but sometimes we each hear what we want to hear, and follow-through gets lost. When a lot of ideas are being tossed around — “we could do this, or that, or this other option” — and the conversation seems to wind down to a resolution, make sure everyone actually walks away with the same understanding. Ideas move fast in Gemini, and it’s easy for one person (or a whole group) to land on one version of the plan while someone else remembers it differently. So follow up — text, email, WhatsApp, whatever works for you — and confirm: “Okay, appointment at 5 p.m.” or whatever needs to be finalized, so everyone leaves with the same picture. That’s the most important thing to keep in mind Friday — and even a little the day before — because Gemini moves so fast that people who think quickly can sometimes fail to anchor the resolution with everyone else in the conversation.By early evening on the 4th, we’re in lovely energy for creative writing, socializing, and rich, enjoyable connection — especially for people who love to talk and be with others. If you’re more private, an audiobook or something mentally stimulating works well too. However you like to enjoy that font of mental stimulation and communication, it’s rich on Friday evening.Saturday, Sunday - September 5th / 6thThe moon goes void-of-course at 4:40 a.m. and enters Cancer at 10:30 a.m. Early morning may feel scattered — easy to get distracted, lose track of time, or fall down a rabbit hole with one shiny idea or article after another. Keep an eye on anything with a deadline or timer attached.Once the moon enters Cancer at 10:30 a.m., and through the rest of the weekend, the theme is nurturing. We want to feel restored. That could mean hanging out at home, doing a little makeover or craft project, making soup, canning tomatoes — or just curling up on the couch with some videos. Whatever gives you that sense of coziness and rest matters, because if we push too hard this weekend, we risk losing something we needed. Some of us will be working or have obligations — caregiving, for instance, can be an overextension some of us have to make right now, even when we’d rather be doing something else. Give yourself some space however you can — nature, the couch, an audiobook, anything restorative. That’s valuable this weekend, even if it’s briefer than you’d like.Another thing that may come up, especially Saturday: realizing that a support system you were relying on isn’t showing up the way you need. That’s a bummer — it doesn’t feel great. But recognizing it is part of making peace with it. We can endlessly try to get someone to show up, hitting them (gently) with “I need you to do this, I need you to do that” — but if they’re just not following through, sometimes the best solution is to accept that they’ll only do what they’re going to do, and look for an alternative. Even when there isn’t an obvious alternative, it’s valuable to at least recognize the situation and give yourself moments of peace and self-nurturing however you can.I’m not saying this weekend will be hard for everyone — but it is a weekend when self-care deserves attention. Please find at least some moments of peace for yourself, however that looks for you. The other things that need doing will get done. But knowing that you deserve care and love is a really valuable thing to hold onto. The rest of the week, more in-depth — when you listen to the podcast…Send A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Eclipse Week: August 24–30, 2026

Monday, August 24 — Void-of-Course Moon in CapricornThe week opens with a void-of-course moon all day. Void-of-course means the moon is making no geometric aspects to another planet before it changes signs — so while it’s in Capricorn, it gives the day a certain flavor, but there’s no active “dialogue” with another planet. It’s worth knowing where Capricorn falls in your chart, since the moon is moving through that area of your life. But generally, a void moon means no emotional “glue” — no catalyst to push a new idea, vision, or connection forward. A new acquaintance or idea may generate talk but stay flat until the moon re-engages with another planet.Use Monday for things already in motion, not new ventures — it’s not the day to pitch an investor or go on a long-awaited first date. Favor routine: organize, clear your desk, restock. Fair warning: a void moon often means the store won’t have what you’re looking for, so it’s not the day to shop for that party dress.Tuesday, August 25 — Moon Enters Aquarius (5:02 AM ET)Things start cooking once the moon shifts into Aquarius, the sign of networking and connection — often intuitive rather than logical. If you’re shy, Aquarian energy favors strategy: arrive early and help out, or find the person standing alone. This is a strong stretch for matching people to projects and easing introductions.Early morning is a good time to notice what’s holding you back — rethink an old pattern or outdated story rather than consider it real and current.Watch for: later morning into midday, the moon aligns exactly with Pluto. For anyone with moon-Pluto aspects, this can feel intense — power struggles, a sense of manipulation, or something withheld. Ask whether it’s happening now or triggering an old wound. Moon-Pluto is powerfully transformational when we’re conscious of its source; unexamined, it can feel like something pulling at us. If you feel this dynamic with someone close — a coworker, boss, child — step back with Aquarian objectivity and look at the bigger picture. You may also see something revealed more publicly this week, tied to the larger Pluto-in-Aquarius cycle that continues for years: how people create change while making room for many voices rather than a few.Overall, an excellent day for connection, communication, and solving relational problems.Wednesday, August 26 — Focus and Narrow DownTuesday’s momentum carries over, but the emphasis shifts to narrowing focus. If you generated a lot of ideas or met a lot of people, now’s the time to sort out what’s essential — the core of what you most value — and put your full attention there, the way the most important cooking ingredient is always love. This focus runs strong from dawn until the moon goes void-of-course at 5:59 PM. Because the eclipse is approaching, stay adaptable — a shift in plans (someone leaves, new info arrives) is easier to handle if you’re not rigidly attached to the original shape. Once the moon goes void in the evening, share ideas freely, but hold off finalizing anything.Thursday, August 27 — Moon Enters Pisces (mid-afternoon)The moon stays void in Aquarius through the morning — good for following through on existing plans, staying specific and adaptable. It enters Pisces mid-to-late afternoon, moving us straight into eclipse energy.Friday, August 28 — Lunar Eclipse in Pisces (12:18 AM ET)The full moon lunar eclipse is exact at 4°54’ Pisces, 12:18 AM Eastern. It carries strong “I’m going to do this” energy, but Pisces expresses it indirectly — soft, subtle, unrelenting, like a steady drip. Momentum has been building toward whatever you’ve chosen to focus on, and adaptability is the key theme: even with a clear goal, expect to move like a dance partner adjusting to changes, sometimes dancing solo.Picture swimming when the current pulls you somewhere unplanned — rather than fighting it, you conserve energy and work with it back to shore. This eclipse may bring pivots that make the original plan feel unreachable as imagined. Stay focused on the underlying goal rather than the exact form you pictured. Letting go of attachment to how something happens is often what lets real inspiration through — nothing may need to change at all, just speed up or slow down a little. The moon goes void-of-course at 12:14 PM Friday and stays void through Saturday night until 10:38 PM.Saturday, August 29 — Void Moon ContinuesWith the moon void into late Saturday night, this stretch favors openness over pushing for outcomes. Moon in Pisces is about tapping into what’s beyond the directly seen and touched: time in nature, a museum, music, dance — anything offering a sense of floating and presence, even if you’re carrying a heavy load right now.The Moon goes void of course Friday afternoon, staying void through Saturday until 10:38 PM. The loveliest way to spend that stretch — Friday afternoon and evening, all Saturday — is to stay open to whatever inspiration comes.Moon in Pisces is about tapping into dimensions beyond what we can feel and touch. Get into nature, visit a museum, listen to music, dance — anything that gives you that floating sense of enjoying the moment, even under heavy burdens.I’ve mentioned this before: for years I did heavy caregiving — parents, mother-in-law, plus raising my child (actually the easiest part). Constant trips to senior housing and nursing homes, on top of work and family. Through it all, I had pockets of nature I’d retreat to — woods, shoreline, river. Fifteen minutes during the back-and-forth, sometimes longer when I could manage it, just absorbing it.That’s good medicine. It lifts the spirits, shifts your perspective, and reminds you there’s more to the world than whatever you’re facing right now.The Moon enters Aries at 10:38 PM Saturday the 29th, carrying through Sunday to midnight. Aries Moon — first sign of the zodiac, fire, cardinal — wants to move.Sunday, August 30 Expect high energy. As evening approaches, tempers may run short and frustration can surface, so find a healthy outlet — walk, run, swim, whatever your body naturally does. Don’t push past your normal limits, but move. Moving the energy makes it far easier to direct somewhere constructive. This is a dynamic day. If you’re working with others, or stretching finances, keep balance in mind. It’s not the day to overextend, push too hard, or assert without weighing consequences.Know where you want to go, and say so — but don’t push further than the wallet, or the people, are willing to go. Otherwise, the consequences won’t be comfortable. The rest of the week, more in-depth — when you listen to the podcast…Send A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Waxing Moon Cycle, Post-Eclipse

We’re in the waxing moon cycle following the new moon that kicked off last week’s eclipse in Leo. We’re gathering momentum around individual expression within the collective — and for some people, that’s going to be ego-busting. Being heard within the collective isn’t about standing at the front of the room saying “listen to me.” It’s about how we can work together, collaborate, and build new worlds and new visions. That’s where we’re at.There’s a strong pull right now to have people toe the line, fall in lockstep, and do things a certain way — but that’s just not where we’re headed, evolutionarily speaking. What we’re seeing instead feels like disruption: new people, new voices, collective energy questioning and pushing back against the status quo. This is building energy.Monday, August 17The morning begins with the moon in Libra, still in its waning/waxing cycle. It’s well-aspected for early risers — all times given here are Eastern, so adjust for your time zone.By “early risers,” I mean the moon goes void of course at 7:31 a.m. Once the moon is void of course, it doesn’t form geometric aspects with other planetary bodies, meaning there’s no momentum or “glue” to carry a new idea through. If you’re starting something new, this isn’t the window for it. But if you’re already working on something, it’s a great time to focus on that and follow through without getting distracted by shiny objects. It actually looks like a fairly productive void-of-course period, as long as you keep that distinction in mind — new ideas need not apply, but existing projects can move forward. The moon stays void through the traditional workday and enters Scorpio at 5:46 p.m. This can be a useful time for focus, research, and deep-diving into things — with a caveat. It can also be an evening where some of us get into “dog with a bone” situations: this is the way I want it, and I’m not budging. That kind of back-and-forth can feel like a power struggle — and as I’ve said many times, the biggest power struggle is often within ourselves. One part of the psyche wants things a certain way; another part is just as convinced that’s not the way to go. It’s a negotiation period. The most productive way to use this energy is to remember Scorpio’s range. At its most negative, it can be stubborn, vengeful, convinced it’s right, and prone to manipulation or subterfuge. But Scorpio also has other layers — yes, it’s a secretive sign, but it’s also excellent for research, digging down, and getting to the bottom of things. It can be genuinely revelatory. If you find yourself fighting something — whether it’s yourself, someone else, or a situation that feels immovable — dig deeper. Research, strategize, figure out what makes someone tick. Think of Ted Lasso: one of his gifts is his genuine curiosity about why people are the way they are, especially the ones who seem most difficult. Some Scorpios use that same gift for their own agendas, orchestrating outcomes to suit themselves. But in its deeper, more therapeutic sense, this energy is wonderful for understanding why the divisions are there, why the power struggle exists, why someone — even you, looking in the mirror — is so convinced they’re right. How do we shift that frame? When we’re stuck in “this is how it must be,” we stop seeing other options, other escape hatches, other opportunities. And on this stretch of days, especially as Tuesday approaches midday, we may feel a lot of distraction — a sense of “look over here, here’s another way you could go.”The best way to work with this isn’t to grip the bone and refuse to let go. It’s to ask: where’s a good place to store it? Where’s the hole to dig? And as we dig, what do we find — are we hiding it from everyone, or setting it aside until we understand it better? This stretch runs from Monday evening through Wednesday night, when the moon goes void of course at 10:48 p.m. The larger lesson of the moon’s journey through Scorpio is about breaking habitual communication patterns. One of the basic lessons of couples therapy — which applies to any relationship, whether it’s a partner, child, parent, or coworker — is that when we fall into the same call-and-response pattern, we go nowhere. It’s ping-pong: he says this, she says that, back and forth, and the argument, the discussion, the whole concept goes nowhere. What changes the conversation is introducing something new. So instead of your habitual response, try something else — throw the dialogue off its usual track. Yes, the ball will sail somewhere unexpected, and you’ll both stand there a little confused. But that’s what opens up new understanding. Someone might get frustrated when their usual script stops working — but that friction is exactly what starts to break the old ego patterns, which I think is part of the larger lesson this eclipse season is offering: how do we understand each other a little better, change the formula, and create something new? These Scorpio-moon days can be tense, challenging, frustrating. But by late evening on Wednesday the 19th (10:46 p.m. Eastern), once the moon goes void of course again, lean into that quarter-moon energy: wind down, get a good night’s sleep, and let revelations come through the dream world. Moon in Scorpio moving through the dreamscape can be productive — it might startle you, but dreaming is a safe space to let the unconscious bring you closer to understanding.Thursday, August 20The moon enters Sagittarius at 4:30 a.m. After the intensity of Scorpio, this is a real shift in energy — you may feel more optimistic, and the people around you more adventurous, curious, and willing to take risks. It can be exciting, especially after a couple of days that felt like stop and stop again. One thing to watch for: as mid-afternoon approaches, an aspect between the moon and Uranus can make people accident-prone or inattentive to their surroundings. There’s fast, erratic energy in the air — a lot of “oh, let me go there” impulsiveness. This applies mentally too: if you’re at your keyboard chasing an idea, pay attention to what you’re hitting send on. Accidents don’t just happen in the physical world — they happen electronically too, especially with Uranus involved.By late afternoon, things settle and that erratic buzz starts to quiet. From around 3:45 p.m. Thursday through Saturday the 22nd, we move into a lovely stretch — space to stretch our limbs, stretch our ideas, and stay open to whatever shifts come, riding the wave of this waxing moon toward the changes that need to happen. This eclipse, and the one coming next week, mark a period of real acceleration. Astrologers — myself included — have been talking about this shift for the past year and a half, building since the start of this millennium. You’d have to be living under a rock not to notice the sheer amount of energy signaling change, both positive and negative. With the sun in Sagittarius from the 20th through the 22nd, these can be genuinely empowering days after ones that felt like banging your head against a wall.Enjoy the company of like-minded people. Make the connections that help you sail forward with your objective, even if you’re not entirely clear on what it is yet — you have the vision, the desire, the ambition to stand in your own way of being seen and let things flow. If you’re not currently working on a project or vision, these are great play days: hike, get into nature. I’ve long believed that one of the best ways to fuel change is to give ourselves bursts of that dreamscape feeling — a sense of infinite potential. Nature offers that freely, along with anything that gives the body a sense of freedom, whatever “abled” means for you (mine has changed a lot as I’ve aged). That need to move, stretch, and expand is a great space to be in over these couple of days. One caveat as the moon moves through Sagittarius: stay within your financial boundaries as this expansive energy tempts you toward risk. Be realistic about what you’re investing in or committing to, especially Thursday — you don’t want to overextend and end up asking “why did I do that?” And choose your companions carefully: nothing sours a trip — a day trip or a longer one — like realizing your travel partner is a bad fit for the journey. That goes for any shared venture, not just travel. The moon goes void of course at 4:31 p.m. on Saturday the 22nd — the same day the sun enters Virgo, at 10:19 p.m. That moves us into Virgo energy: mutable earth, an energy of shifting and adapting. If you’re a Virgo, or have strong Virgo in your chart, you know it’s the most adaptable of the earth signs — because to plant seeds, you have to work the soil, and the soil is never the same twice. There’s a grounded wisdom in Virgo’s willingness to shift; it’s stable, but never afraid of change. (Capricorn and Taurus, by contrast, can be more resistant — Capricorn out of caution, Taurus out of preference.) Virgo’s attitude is simply: this is the natural shift, time to adjust. That’s what we’re moving into.Saturday into SundayThe moon enters Capricorn at 4:59 p.m. Saturday — it’s a very different energy from Sagittarius. It may feel like a sudden lead balloon, a hard landing after the high flight. Expect it, and don’t let it overwhelm you — just notice what feels disappointing or challenging. Some of us love the socializing, the momentum, the “on, on, on” — and then when the party’s over, we crash. Prepare for that. A nice bath, a movie to sink into — whatever helps you take care of that “now it stopped” feeling. This can also show up in projects: something that was gaining momentum suddenly feels grounded, blocked. How you interpret that matters. Treating it as defeat makes it more defeating. Treating it as new information — something to sit with and figure out how to work around — changes everything. I’ve spent time around construction over the years, mostly observing, and the best builders I’ve seen don’t grab a problem and force it to work the old way when something unexpected comes up. They sit with it. They mull it over.Moon in Capricorn is a mulling time. Maybe the money isn’t there, or it’s not coming in the way you expected, or you’re not getting the collegial support you hoped for. Mull it. Consider it. There’s also potential for confusion right now, especially for the cardinal signs — Capricorn, Aries, Libra, Cancer — because Neptune is currently in early Aries, and the moon’s transit through Capricorn will form an aspect to it. Depending on your chart, this can bring confusion, low mood, or a sense that something’s being withheld from you. A feeling of victimization or of not having the full picture can surface. The key is not to get stuck there, but to understand the situation as clearly as you can.For some, this will barely register. For others, it may be personal, or show up through people around you. Either way, work on untangling the web where you can — and accept that some of it isn’t going to untangle just yet. These couple of days may feel a little deflating for some of us. That’s okay. Ride it through. The rest of the week, more in-depth — when you listen to the podcast…Send A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Leo New Moon, Solar Eclipse

This is an eclipse week. Let’s reflect on how we can take advantage of that spark of ignition the new moon eclipse brings.Monday — We’re in the dark of the moon, moving toward the new moon. The couple of days before a new moon is ideally a period of reflection. We make decisions about what we’re going to carry into the next lunar cycle: the things we’re aiming to accomplish, continue working on, or finally decide to reboot — and the things we’re going to shelve, or decide, no, that’s just not happening at this point in time, or ever in my lifetime. So Monday and Tuesday can be days of decision, or simply of listening. One thing I love about this dark-of-moon period is that I always think of the goddess Hecate — very old goddess energy. She was the midwife of both birth and death, standing at the portals of where we begin and where we end. At the end of every lunar cycle, we’re in this stage that you could call coming through the birth canal before the new idea, the concept, the baby, gets born. It’s exciting, because we’re leaning toward something we want to initiate, take off with, give new perspective to. But at the same time, we’re leaving behind everything that came before. So it’s worth pausing at this dark-of-moon period to really consider: where am I putting my energy over the next couple of weeks once the new moon kicks off? And what’s pulling me back — kind of like that pull you feel in the ocean, pushing you back toward shore, or, when it’s really strong, pulling you out to sea. Do you want to be in that space? Where do you want to be?So these couple of days are when we make conscious — or even unconscious — decisions about what we’re putting our energy into, and what’s just pulling us back. The moon is void of course basically all day Monday. That means the moon isn’t making a geometric aspect to another sign or planet before it changes sign. We have the moon in Cancer, moving, but not connecting to anything else. When the moon is in Cancer and void of course, it’s a sign that’s fairly comfortable with that — Cancer is often totally okay with chilling, staying close to home, to the harbor, doing what needs to be done to take care of self and whatever comforts and nurtures. These are good concepts to lean into before we move into higher, more Yang, “out there and going” energy. So I think it’s a very restorative day — ideally, that’s how we can spend it, though depending on your work calendar or what you’ve got going on, that may not be available to you. If you can, modify accordingly, and above all, pay attention to when your body needs meals and rest. That’s a great way to fuel up as we move into more decision-making days.August 11th (all times Eastern — adjust for your time zone): the moon enters Leo at 4:38 AM and stays there all day, moving toward the new moon solar eclipse that’s coming shortly. This is a well-aspected solar eclipse.Eclipses are volatile energy — they ignite, and they often point us toward something valuable to look at. It could be a dream, a symbolic reference, someone you haven’t thought of in a long time, or a recognition like, “oh, there’s a book I read when I was 18 — maybe I should revisit that.” Things come up. If the eclipse is actually touching something in your personal horoscope — it falls at 20 degrees Leo, 2 minutes — then if you have 20 degrees in any sign in your chart, you may feel a little jab, a little recognition from what’s happening in the sky. We’ll keep seeing big movements and fast changes as we move through this year, because the eclipses continue to act as catalysts and openings for transformation — especially when they touch certain world leaders or countries. There’s a lot of powder-keg energy in the world right now, and people in governmental power are making decisions that ripple out well beyond their own countries. In the United States, we’re being run by an eclipse president — someone born during an eclipse. Eclipses, by nature, bring volatility, so Donald Trump is certainly apt to make some sort of sudden decision or announcement this week. One could argue that’s just how he operates, but I’d expect some kind of activity regardless. For the rest of us, with whatever power and control we hold over our own decisions, this eclipse and new moon point is a tremendous time to think about how you want to focus your creative energy. It has so much to do with self-expression. Leo is linked to the fifth house — the divine child. What I mean by that is: each of us is born with light and potential. We’re here to bring something into the world. It may be soft, not especially impactful, or it may be very impactful — but each of us creates a ripple effect through the decisions we make, what we contribute, and what we choose not to.So with this new moon in Leo, especially with a solar eclipse, that recognition of self-potential is right there. It doesn’t have to be a big dynamic show — for some of us it absolutely will be, because that’s how certain people express themselves in the world. For others, it’s a softer energy, a softer light. It might be a big bonfire — “hey, look at me” — or it might be the soft little flicker of a firefly. Either way, get into your light. Think about what you want to express, share, and give energy to as we move through this lunar cycle. The solar eclipse happens exactly at 1:37 PM Eastern on Wednesday the 12th, after which the moon goes void of course. This void of course feels different from Monday’s, when the moon was in Cancer. On Wednesday, after the buildup to the eclipse, we might feel tired, undirected, or caught in a lot of back-and-forth conversation that doesn’t quite take shape. That’s all totally fine.Conventional astrological wisdom says it’s actually ideal not to kick off a new project or idea on the first day or two after a solar eclipse new moon (the exact window depends on the aspects). It’s better to let the flame build slowly. Think of starting a fire in a campfire or fireplace: you want to see it catch low and steady. If it flares up too big too fast, it may burn through all the flammable material — the bark, the kindling — without developing the strength to actually catch the log. Then it doesn’t have the staying power to keep burning. So over the next couple of days, focus on building good structure — making sure you can actually sustain whatever idea or concept you want to focus on. With the moon void of course, it’s fine to gather material and share ideas, but hold off on commitments; put things in a place where you can revisit them before committing, because commitments made during a void of course moon don’t usually stick. The moon enters Virgo at 6:18 AM on the 13th. At that point, it’s building toward something that can shift. A good way to use this day is to work on routines or things you’ve already planned, while knowing things may change. The last aspect the moon makes before shifting into Virgo is with Uranus — the planet of change, revolution, freedom, and individual expression. So even the best-laid plans, which Virgos are certainly good at making, can shift. One great thing about Virgo energy: it’s an earth sign, but mutable earth. I think of Virgo as rich soil — not loose sand, but soil that moves easily enough to let a seed take root and grow into a stem. That’s actually perfect for a Uranus moment, where — oh, things change. The venue isn’t available. The lights went out from a thunderstorm. Something happens and the plan can’t come to fruition as expected. And it’s not that you can’t adapt — the important thing with the moon in Virgo is to allow room for whatever growth wants to happen.Another image for Virgo and Uranus together: think about how, before humans had fire under control, natural fires would enrich the earth. Devastating, yes, but also renewing. In some places, this is still done deliberately — people let the land rest, then burn the old growth to enrich the soil. Uranus is like lightning striking the earth, electricity going into the ground and enriching the loam. These sudden ideas, revelations, epiphanies, or upsets can steer us in new directions — leaps from point A to point F — but only if we have the adaptability and willingness to land wherever we end up.Keep that in mind heading into midday and mid-afternoon: pay attention to where you are in space, as I always say, because when Uranus is engaged, we’re often not paying attention to our surroundings — caught up in our heads, in conversation, or suddenly derailed. The moon goes void of course at 3:24 PM on the 13th, and stays void from late afternoon into evening. So know that whatever you’re doing Thursday, things might shift — even things you thought were wrapped up and finished might land differently than you expected, or not be received the way you intended.Friday is a full 24-hour void of course day, moon still in Virgo. The best way to use a long void of course like this — especially with the moon in Virgo — is to work on things already in motion. Don’t reinvent anything, and don’t start a new idea. Jot it down, plan it, but don’t launch it — void of course time isn’t well aspected for follow-through.That changes when we hit Saturday. Saturday and Sunday are the deep, supportive days to fully run with the new moon energy. It starts at 10:20 AM on Saturday the 15th, when the moon enters Libra, staying there through Sunday the 16th into Monday. This is the window for kicking things off — having the conversations, focusing on the creative idea, engaging in play, fully expressing how you want to dance with transformation and change. It can also just be about restorative fun, setting you up to feel invigorated as you move forward with whatever you’re creating or sharing. We’re in Libra energy over the weekend, but the underlying Leo new moon solar eclipse is still about self-expression — about being seen and recognized. Not all of us want to be center stage, and that’s fine; we all have different roles to play. The real question is: what role do you want to play that you haven’t had time for, or haven’t given enough energy or focus to? Because that role — even just the beginning of paying attention to it — is speaking to you, saying “look what I did.” Hey, mom. Hey, teacher. Hey, best friend. Look what I can do. It’s childlike, but that childlike desire to express can live in us well into our nineties — that excitement of wanting to share, engage, and celebrate what you’re capable of.It may be small, or it may be “I’ve got this amazing concept and I need to find a team to get it off the ground.” That’s the energy of the Libra moon weekend — it can be as simple as, “hey, what do you think about this?” — bringing your ideas, enthusiasm, and contribution to a group, a family, whatever community you’re part of. It doesn’t have to be extroverted, but it does help to show up and shine, because it’s harder for the universe to meet us halfway when we’re not engaged in sharing. So it’s a good weekend to make connections — online, in community, however you bring your fuel to the fire of something you want more light and attention on. Feel it in your heart. Remember, Leo is about heart and courage. Whether you’re a cowardly lion or someone comfortable strutting across the stage, it’s so valuable to share your gift. We each have one.The rest of the week, more in-depth — when you listen to the podcast…Send A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Chiron Retrograde

Enjoy this relatively chill week — next week brings the eclipse, and we’re already moving into that arc. Eclipse season carries an electric energy: part acceleration, part strobe light, an intense wake-up call of information arriving all at once. Eclipses happen several times a year, but in 2026, with outer-planet movement concentrated in air and fire, this season feels especially charged for bringing things to light — something we’ll likely see clearly by late August into autumn.Monday, August 3 — Chiron Retrograde: Old Wounds ResurfaceChiron — a centaur, part comet, part asteroid, with an irregular orbit — sits between Saturn and Uranus, and that position is key. It has a lot to do with our path toward freedom, self-knowledge, and a real sense of who we are as individuals within the collective.Saturn is the great taskmaster, moving in seven-year increments, which is why astrologers can track its cycles so precisely: “this happens at this age, that happens at that one”. The classic “seven-year itch” — jobs ending, marriages getting rocky, structures we’ve outgrown — is textbook Saturn. Chiron, by contrast, points us toward individual expression and the courage to step outside those structures. With Chiron retrograde starting Monday, some of us may notice — not necessarily today, but over the coming months — an old wound or pattern resurfacing, asking to be released.Known as the wounded healer, Chiron was a master of medicinal cures who lived in constant pain himself. (More on the myth at insightoasis.com — search “Mythology of Chiron.”) The moon is also in Aries Monday, adding instigating, spark-something-new energy, especially for air and fire signs — good for a new approach to something therapeutic, or a healing conversation. There’s a real acceptance that comes from working through a wound toward resolution, even when we thought it was already resolved. That’s the layered, ongoing work of becoming a more whole person. Monday into Tuesday — a waning moon stretch — is strong for finishing things and closing loops before the next lunar cycle. Keep your communication especially clear early Tuesday morning.Tuesday, August 4 — Void Moon, Then a Sweet SpotThe moon goes void of course at 2:52 PM (all times Eastern), staying void through the evening until it enters Taurus at 10:35 PM — the start of a sweet spot for the week: messages landing well, creative work deepening. Although Tuesday evening or Wednesday may bring a slight rocky patch first.Wednesday, August 5 — Get GroundedMoon in Taurus invites attention to the physical body — natural for earth and water signs, more of a conscious effort for others. (I have zero earth in my chart, so I know this one well — it takes real intention to remember the body exists.) Good day to lock in routines: exercise, meal planning, anything that builds a steadier relationship with your physical self. Think of it like a puzzle you only give yourself a few focused minutes on each day — the point is showing up methodically, not perfectly. Wednesday into Thursday is strong for actually finishing what you set out to do.Thursday, August 6 — Restore and UnwindAt 7:25 PM the moon goes void of course in Taurus for the rest of the evening — ideal for something restorative. A rich film, a good meal with good company, or just quiet comfort. Taurus wants touch and sensory ease, the simple pleasure of being cared for.Friday and Saturday, August 7/ 8 — Curious, Social, ProductiveMoon moves into Gemini: social, talkative, hungry for stimulation and play. Great for connecting with people, following through on conversations, and — if it’s a workday — genuinely productive. This connective energy ties into the broader Pluto-in-Aquarius theme: real community and neighborly connection matter more than ever, especially against a digital landscape that often pushes the opposite. Get outside, take a walk, talk to people — ideally including people who don’t fully agree with you, since that’s how divides actually shift.Gemini’s curiosity — the “why” a small child asks when observing the street in the backseat — is the theme here. Stay curious, keep asking questions, and trust that answers and connections will come, even when it’s not clear how or when.Sunday, August 9 — Ease Now, Implement Systems LaterMoon goes void of course at 1:27 AM, enters Cancer at 3:46 AM, and stays there the rest of the day. Mercury also shifts into Leo around midday, setting up a longer void-of-course moon stretches next week.Cancer wants comfort, home, water, calm — a good day to rest and restore. But don’t get so relaxed you skip setting up and planning support systems for the weeks ahead. Heading into eclipse season, plans can get shaky (illness of a colleague has already thrown off one of my own commitments this week) — so build in backups where you can.Have a chill day.The rest of the week, more in-depth — when you listen to the podcastSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Aquarius Full Moon, Week of July 27, 2026

This is a really super week, especially the first couple of days — great for focusing, launching, outlining, and strategizing what you want to make happen. The rest of the week is dynamite too, but there are a few things to watch for.Regular listeners already know we’re in a stretch of long void-of-course Moon periods. That’s because the outer planets are sitting at early degrees of their signs — just passing a few degrees. So depending on the Moon’s sign, it may not form an aspect with another planet before changing signs. This shifts a bit with the faster-moving planets, like Mercury and Venus, but overall, expect these longer void periods for a while. What does void-of-course mean? In traditional astrology, that’s not a great time for follow-through on an idea, a passion, an impulse — since the Moon symbolizes how we feel about something. Maybe you’re at an exciting networking event, or meeting someone new, and you think things are really going to take off. That spark is real — it just may not have the staying power to carry forward… yet.So what do you do? Say you finally hear back from someone you’ve been trying to connect with — a cold call, a blind date, whatever — and it’s happening during a void Moon. Is it worth pursuing? Could be, depending on your personal chart. Mostly, it’s about taking time after to revisit it; add more fuel to the engine after, rather than locking anything in during the void. Touch on ideas and possibilities, but leave it open — “let’s revisit this before deciding.” Ideally, set that follow-up for when Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter are all direct, which they are right now. Just avoid another void period. The 27th — Getting the Work DoneA really strong day. Moon’s in Capricorn, so it’s all business — getting work done, bodywork, moving projects forward. Keep working on what’s already in motion, and use this to push through anything stuck from the recent Mercury retrograde. Mercury retraces its steps by week’s end, but there’s no reason not to act now — you may just be revisiting or clearing up misconceptions along the way.Especially into the afternoon: you need the support systems to carry this forward, including your own self-support. Astrology often surfaces what psychology calls projection — blaming someone else for what’s actually coming from us. Good day to ask: how am I getting in my own way? Am I invested enough? Have I picked the right partners? Moon in Capricorn tends to tease that out — we may like Sally or Mike, but will they actually get us there? Sometimes that means having the hard conversation.Past 8:15 p.m. Eastern, we move into a good cycle for figuring out how this clicks into place — bringing in the money, the people, the design, whatever gets you to “ah, it’s finally coming together.”The 28th — Show Up for the RoutineIn the wee hours on the 28th the Moon goes void at 2:11 a.m. Eastern (adjust for your time zone) until 9:46 p.m. that day, when the Moon enters Aquarius. Capricorn is not the most comfortable placement for a void Moon, but work can get done especially. when pre-planned. Some signs flow easily when void; Capricorn is taskmaster energy, though it’s used to working alone. Good day to focus on things already in process — routine work, showing up. Also great for anything therapeutic for the body: exercise, or finally booking that massage. Not a waste of time — it may fuel more action later in the week. The 29th — The Luckiest DayMoon enters Aquarius, building toward a full Moon exact at 10:36 a.m. This is a dynamite day, and the energy carries into the 30th. Why? The Sun is in Leo, conjunct Jupiter, exact at 8:18 a.m. Eastern. Some astrologers call a Sun-Jupiter conjunction one of the luckiest days of the year — it can be. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, so your personal chart matters: it’ll amplify whatever’s playing out at that degree for you. Pluto’s at an early degree of Aquarius, so the Sun opposes Pluto just before conjuncting Jupiter — meaning there’s also a Jupiter-Pluto opposition in the sky. Magnification all around, and intense — depending on where these planets land for you.Tremendous luck, yes — but you have to know yourself. “Know thyself” was inscribed at the temples of Apollo, and modern psychology says the same: what you don’t know about your unconscious is what trips you up. So it’s worth knowing where 6 degrees Leo falls in your chart — or where anything in Aquarius, Taurus, or Scorpio sits — since that’s the area of life getting the spotlight. Know the theme, and you can dance with it.That builds toward the full Moon. In Eastern time it peaks in daylight, so you won’t see it exact, though it’ll be lit up that evening regardless. What matters more: coming into that morning (or the night before) thinking about how you integrate self-expression — who you are, the energy you project — in service of your community. You don’t have to be an extrovert to embrace your intrinsic gift to the collective, since Moon in Aquarius is about how we function within it, now lit up by that Leo Sun.Worth noting: Aquarius, where the Moon sits, is the house opposite Leo. So if Jupiter’s expanding your first house — your persona, “here I am” — the Moon’s working your seventh, the house of partnership. The question becomes: how do you bring that Jupiter light to your partner, your spouse, whoever you’re in relationship with — in a way that gets real follow-through on what you’re building together?Moon in Aquarius is about the perspective you bring to collective understanding, lit by a Leo Sun that says: shine as an individual, even when that’s not comfortable. That matters right now — sharing ideas, even uncomfortable ones, is how we break through the polarization we’re seeing everywhere. We need to build each other up instead of fracturing and diluting our resources. This full Moon is especially good for pulling together what you want to drive forward and carry with you. Full Moons culminate, but they can also be the moment you turn the crank once and suddenly move faster, because you’ve integrated something and gained momentum. So even moving into the waning cycle, there’s still plenty of room to make things happen. We also have a Moon-Jupiter opposition alongside the conjunction, which can feel like “I’ve got too much going on.” Get clear on priorities, and make sure your partner or collaborators aren’t overwhelmed by the glut of enthusiasm and ideas. Manage that, and you’ll drive forward effectively. The 30th — Bounce Ideas, Don’t Decide YetThis energy carries through until the Moon goes void at 5:27 p.m. and stays void the rest of the evening in Aquarius — a good night to bounce off ideas and get feedback, without trying to finalize how to move forward until the void passes. Otherwise you’ll end up lost in places that don’t resolve. The 31st — Stay Connected to the WholeMoon enters Pisces at 8:14 a.m. Flow is easy today, but don’t get lost in the weeds. A friend and I were talking about this last week: when people get attached to a project, it’s easy to get lost in the details — “who does this" or, “I’m attached to this one piece” — before the concept or vision is fully understood. That leaves people working on a piece that never gets off the ground because it’s not connected to the whole. Stay connected to the whole today and tomorrow. If you’re feeling fractured, or headed down a dead end, watch for a bit of an eruption in the late afternoon or evening, with Moon-Uranus in the mix. Pay attention to where you are physically — frustration, feeling unheard, or being stuck in your head can mean losing track of your body in space, and accidents happen. The upside: this energy can jolt you out of a loop that wasn’t going anywhere — exactly what you needed to shake loose.August 1st — Big Picture FirstMore dynamic energy, day and evening — a chance to get real perspective on that loop from the day before. Keep watching whether you’re lost in details instead of the whole picture. Here’s an example. Years back, I had a store, mid-renovation — new layout, new approach to everything. I was sitting on the floor putting books on shelves when a neighbor walked in, looked around, and said, “I don’t see how you’re going to open tomorrow.” Kind of great in an annoying way — I wanted to throttle him, full disclosure. But also, projection again: I thought, yeah, how am I going to do that? Once he left, I stood up and thought — books don’t have to be alphabetized, how do I make this look like a store? And that’s what I did. That’s the concept. Eventually you want everything at a level of perfection, but today and tomorrow, remember there will be time for that. Think big picture first — the details will reveal themselves when actually necessary.August 2nd — Give Yourself SpaceMoon goes void at 8:33 a.m. — another long stretch, until it enters Aries at 4:37 p.m. What I love about Sunday: a lot of traditions treat it as a day of rest, and this would be a lovely one for it. Moon in Pisces wants to drift, imagine, create, float, be in nature and beauty, listen to music. If you can’t fully do that, give yourself space any way — stare out the window, let yourself pause, say “let me think about this” instead of answering immediately.Once the Moon enters Aries, the dynamic shifts: whatever you needed space to think through, you’ll likely have more clarity on now — and the energy turns to wrapping things up and making it happen. The rest of the week, more in-depth — when you listen to the podcastSpot on Astrology: Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Mercury Direct, Saturn Retrograde

The Big PictureMany of us feel the whoosh of energy that’s come in this past weekend, and it builds. That’s how it goes with the slower-moving planets — we feel them coming for a while. As we’ve moved into fire and air this summer, with Pluto in Aquarius, Uranus in Gemini, Neptune and Saturn in Aries, and now Jupiter in Leo, the thrust to move forward gets ready to break out and happen.Let me say this first: people who know me know I have strong opinions — about food, the environment, you name it. Aquarians tend to think the world would be better if everyone just thought and acted the way we think. That said, I’m also an astrologer, so I keep a quick eye on the news. Fortunately I speed-read, because it’s easy to get lost in the weeds with this stuff. I’ll say up front: we all have our perspectives and prejudices, whether we admit it or not. I run my conclusions through the checks and balances of astrology and ask — is this what I want to happen, or do I see the potential in what’s ahead?I listened to a recent interview with New York City’s mayor, Mamdani. The newscaster keep pressing him on whether AOC will be the Democratic candidate for president. My take: let’s stop pushing and let her, and the party, decide when the time comes — though part of me quietly wondered if the country is ready for that, but —the potential for change is huge and unpredictable. What struck me was his answer (paraphrased): we’re not just talking about one person and what one person can do — we’re talking about a collective, a body of people behind whatever the focus is. That’s worth remembering whenever people have strong opinions about the U.S. government right now — it’s always more than one person. We’ve moved out of the first millennium’s energy — 1: the single leader, the despot, the patriarchy — and into the second (2) millennium, which is about working together. Our present millennium began with deep fractures, separate camps: “I’m over here, you’re over there.” But as that 2 energy gains strength, the ideal is collaboration across different points of view. What we’re seeing right now, is a kind of desperate last grab by the small group who’ve held all the power and money — looting the store before the upheaval hits. It echoes the French Revolution: a wealthy, powerful class that keeps taxing and taking from the poor, until it gets turned over. I’m not cheering for a bloody revolution — believe me, I’m not. But I am aware that as this collective energy keeps coalescing, a shift is coming, sooner rather than later. The proposed looting of sacred indigenous monuments in a rabid search for earth minerals, is grabbing what they can before they have to escape on a rocket to Mars. Uranus in Gemini is about small communities coming together — and today, “community” can be global, connected through the internet. Pluto in Aquarius is absolute, irrevocable change happening because of and for humanity. We live on an incredible planet, a gift for biological life — are we working with it cooperatively, or just looting and pillaging? Gen Z, the Pluto-in-Sagittarius generation, came in with a kind of “okay, here we are in the wilderness” instinct — working cooperatively, staying alert to what’s around them, sorting out who’s in it for survival and the long run and who’s just there to take.Monday, July 20 — Mercury Still Retrograde, Moon in LibraMercury goes direct midweek, which means we can finally move more concretely on the things we want to put in motion. But it’s still retrograde as the week opens, so keep that in mind Monday. This is a good time to put things in order and get ready for forward movement, knowing Mercury will retrace the ground it covered during the retrograde — so expect some revisiting and editing. The Moon is in Libra. The key thing to remember: we’re in the waxing Moon cycle, opening into new projects or fresh momentum on things already underway. We’re also approaching the first-quarter Moon, so we may be evaluating how we began things and how they need to shift — especially with the retrograde still in play. That makes this a good week for editing anything you’re putting out — a post, an ad, a contract. Read it closely and ask: is this the message I actually want to send? One thing I’ve learned from a lifetime of writing and editing: it always helps to have another pair of eyes on something, especially someone who doesn’t think the way you do. Mercury moves through twelve different signs and forms all kinds of aspects with other planets — each of us thinks our own way of communicating is “the way,” but it isn’t. Once you understand how a spouse, coworker, child or parent receives information, you communicate far more effectively. That matters even more now, in a world of AI shorthand — where we ask “tell me about this disease” and get a quick menu-blurb back, and a lot of people settle for that one bite instead of the real picture. In this fire-and-air season, everything feels like it’s moving at the speed of light, but that doesn’t mean we move faster too. We have to chew on things. Put the right fuel in the fire — and know where that fuel actually comes from: research, history, real thoughts and conclusions, not the drive-through version.Tuesday, July 21 — Moon Void, Then Into ScorpioThe Moon goes void of course at 7:06 a.m. Eastern, then enters Scorpio at 9:35 a.m. This is a great stretch for deep-dive research — go back over things, double-check, pump the brakes before finalizing anything you’re launching. We can make conscious adjustments with a more holistic perspective, which opens the door to real healing and revelation — though it won’t necessarily feel easy, especially by Tuesday afternoon or evening. Some of us may run into confrontational conversations or realizations — about money, about power, with someone else, or purely internal. Scorpio energy is one of the most dissed in the zodiac largely because it’s so strong. When it isn’t owning its power, it turns toxic and vengeful — cutting off its nose to spite its face, losing sight of its real gift: the ability to regenerate and come back stronger. This stretch, where you might have to look in the mirror, can also be a chance to see things fresh and channel that energy into real growth.Wednesday, July 22 — Sun Into Leo, Moon Still VoidThe Moon goes void of course at 5:48 p.m. That same day, the Sun enters Leo — party time for the summer. Every Leo you know will either throw a party or have one thrown for them. But it can also highlight differences, especially with the Moon still void of course in Scorpio, which carries through the next day.Thursday, July 23 — Mercury Goes Direct, Long Void MoonMercury goes direct at 6:58 p.m. Eastern, and the Moon doesn’t enter its next sign until 9:07 p.m. — a long void-of-course stretch in Scorpio. That can feel raw for some, without an obvious reason why. When the Moon is void of course, there’s no “emotional glue” to hold an idea together or commit to something — that sense of “I’m not sure how I feel about this.” In Scorpio, it can feel like a low-grade unease: I don’t know if I trust that, I don’t know if I like that.Moon in Scorpio, as a placement, asks for real self-awareness, because underneath it there’s often an old history of wounds or betrayals — a baseline question of, is this safe? The gift is that once you understand the pattern, you can work with it and turn it into something constructive. So one of the best things you can do Wednesday evening or Thursday, if you’re feeling raw, is something genuinely therapeutic — even if it’s just a walk in the woods or drawing, something that gets you beyond thought so you can float with the feelings instead of fighting them.Later Thursday evening, the Moon enters Sagittarius — like an arrow pulled back in a bow, ready to assert. But know why you’re aiming before you do; assertive tipping into aggressive isn’t the way in. Use Thursday evening for planning and strategy, because in the early hours of Friday, the Moon opposes Uranus.Friday, July 24 — Moon Opposes Uranus, Then Opportunity OpensIf you’re out early Friday, pay attention to your surroundings — things move quickly, and anyone feeling righteous, angry, or in a hurry won’t be paying attention to what’s around them. By later morning, we move into a window of real opportunity, especially for anyone who’s planned strategically. Sagittarius is a mutable fire sign, and as the Moon moves through it, its last aspect is an opposition to Mars — which can bring heated, overly assertive conversations that don’t leave much room to breathe.Oppositions work like a seesaw, a tug of war. The question is how to assert what needs to be said without being too forceful, and without losing sight of bringing separate camps together rather than pushing them further apart. Moon in Sagittarius brings expanded ideas, risk-taking, big-picture thinking; Mars in Gemini brings active discussion within a small — though sometimes quite large — collective. The work is bridging the two, finding the in-between space that lets you be assertive without pushing away the people you’re trying to reach.Saturday–Sunday, July 25–26 — Void Moon, Saturn RetrogradeThe Moon goes void of course at 10:58 a.m. Saturday and stays that way until Sunday at 9:44 a.m., when it enters Capricorn. What makes Sunday interesting is that Saturn goes retrograde while the Moon is in Capricorn — a strong day.My suggestion for Saturday, while the Moon is void of course, is to let out whatever needs to come out — if anger, transmute the urge to shake someone: exercise, dance, yell in private — when its released in an insular way, you are so much better able to move forward with grace. The rest of the week and more in-depth on the podcast…Spot on Astrology: Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Rare Fire & Air Planetary Picture!

There’s a whole lot of activity in the sky this week, and talking about it with any real grasp means going conceptual — mythology, spiritual evolution, consciousness evolution, and the endless possibilities for real change. What that means exactly depends on the decisions each of us makes. As I talk about in my approach to astrology, each of us comes into this world with different energies and orientations.Every decision we make — or don’t make — affects one another. The last thing any of us should believe is that we don’t have an impact on the whole, because we do. Even if you feel disenfranchised, as though your voice or your ability to create change is zilch, that isn’t true. Think about building a fire from nothing — the two-sticks-together thing. Finding wood dry enough to catch, angling it just right, maybe using the sun or a piece of glass — it takes pulling the right elements together to create the momentum that ignites a fire. That’s a metaphor, but it also applies to the exchanges you have on the street, in conversations, in groups — however you approach other people’s situations shapes how it all plays out. We can feel like a leaf tossed in the wind — running through plane connections, moving along a city street as though it’s all chance. And it is, and it isn’t — because how we respond to what’s around us shapes the outcome. What we’re witnessing now — strategies, powers, governments, institutions, what we’re allowed to see or not see online — is all aimed at steering us in certain directions. Whether we go along or not, each of us, especially those of us with some measure of freedom, still has free will, and the privilege to use it.So when we feel stuck, when it seems like Pamela doesn’t know what she’s talking about — not even a remote possibility — I’ll say: maybe, and maybe not. Because we’re moving in a direction that’s all about igniting fire and air. That’s the outer-planet lineup this week, plus how the moon engages later on.Some of us will be far more active than others this week — especially if you have four degrees or so of an air or fire sign, or any sign in a geometric configuration with what’s coming up. So what is coming up? Let’s talk about this week, July 13, 2026.Monday: Moon in Cancer, Dark of the MoonThe week opens with the moon in Cancer. We’re in the dark of the moon Monday, building toward the new moon — exact at 5:44 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday the 14th, at 21°59’ Cancer. Cancer is the moon’s natural home — fecund, generative, geared toward giving birth. So what are we giving birth to? Each of us has a different dream or goal we’d like to roll out over the coming weeks, months, or year. Use this energy internally and intuitively — it’s about the emotional integrity of whatever that intention is. Use Monday to get clear on how you want to welcome it in.I’ll tell a quick story — the sanitized podcast version — about when I gave birth. I was a late-in-life mother, nearly 43, and had carried my daughter to what the U.S. considers term (Europe gives you two extra weeks, but in the States everyone’s in a hurry). Given my age, there were added reasons this was treated as urgent. That was a visceral dark-of-the-moon period — all the hopes of carrying a child, right on the cusp of her arrival. I sat with the head of obstetrics, who joined me in tears as she recognized how hard I’d worked toward a healthy birth — but if I didn’t go into labor that weekend, they’d induce Monday, for both the baby and my safety. In that moment I realized why we were both getting weepy: I’d been protecting this dream inside my body, and my body — and she — weren’t in any hurry to let go. She was comfortable in there. That’s when it hit me: while the baby’s inside, the mother can protect her. Once she’s born, she’s out in the world. That’s the reality of giving birth to a dream.Whether it’s a child, a piece of art, a book, a business, an idea, or something you’ve been wanting to say out loud — whatever needs to get out is what we liberate on Monday. Get clear, release the fear, release the old stuff, and use that energy — because it is energy. Whatever the hesitation, the “not perfect enough” feeling, we’re feeding it. What we want instead is to recycle that energy toward launching the dream. It’s a loaded day: a Venus-Uranus square suggests something unexpected — a shiny object pulling you off course. Stay clear on what to release so you keep moving toward your new-moon intention. Do you have the support system you need? Can you carry this through? And to finish my story: I put on Bruce Springsteen and danced Friday night until the labor pains hit. Baby came out dancing.Tuesday, July 14: New Moon, Then Void of CourseNew moon exact at 5:44 a.m., then the moon goes void of course the rest of the day — no aspects, no “glue.” With the moon void in Cancer, stay in that content, comfortable place: eat well, be somewhere or with people that feel good. Even at a desk, glance at a picture of the ocean — anything that gives you a sense of floating possibilities. The moon enters Leo at 6:35 p.m. — fixed fire now, energy that holds whatever we’re working to make happen. There may be a small bump early evening — a grievance or sadness surfacing, easy to imagine given how much comes up in the world right now.But the real focus is the moon’s conjunction with Jupiter in Leo late that evening — opening opportunities, conversations, and the chance to receive what you’ve been angling for. Especially true for fire and air signs, particularly early degrees. This isn’t just about money — it’s about the expansion that leads to abundance, financial or otherwise. It’s about staying open to what’s within reach.Tunnel vision is what impoverishes us — believing opportunity only comes through one doorway, and missing the one standing wide open beside it because we’re fixated on what we think we want. That’s why getting clear on the goal matters: so we don’t limit ourselves to one path to get there. Otherwise it wouldn’t occur to us to put on the music and dance.Leave room for joy — Jupiter is jovial. It can be heavy-handed too; Zeus took what he wanted — but mythology always brought a reckoning. That’s the same principle: how we engage determines whether the energy burns destructively or warms like a hearth. Tending the fire is everything. As the moon moves into Leo, it “cooks the soup” — the right people, the right ingredients coming together. It also trines Neptune in early Aries and later Saturn — but first opposes Pluto in Aquarius. All the big players are on the field: Jupiter (expansion, possibility), Uranus in Gemini (change, rebellion, the unexpected — miss it if you’re too locked into one version of how things should look), Neptune (letting us dream bigger than we thought possible — “wait, I can actually connect with that?”).Then Pluto opposing the moon says: you want to be the star, but this is about the collective. Think of the plutocracy — not many of them, but enough — throwing their weight around to determine elections, humanity’s fate, the planet’s fate. That’s ego. That’s hubris. Pluto in Aquarius answers: this is about all of us — the people, the animals, the planet that might eject us if we don’t learn to cooperate. We won’t see it fully play out this week, but the pot is bubbling. Expect revelations, exposures, more transparency — even with all the siphoning of what news we’re shown. Things start to crack open, because that’s what friction and ignition do. This outer-planet lineup isn’t an accident — it’s rare, this many planets in low degrees of air and fire. Yang energy. Change. Movement. We can’t stay in this paradigm — it’s breaking apart. Expect this to show up in real-world events, and in things once thought impenetrable starting to shift.Moon goes void of course at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday the 15th — a good evening for play, nothing major. Get anything important done before then.Thursday, July 16: Void of Course All Day, Then Into VirgoThe moon doesn’t enter Virgo until 8:07 p.m., so it’s void of course all day in Leo. Make it a play day — bounce ideas around, don’t try to nail anything down. And remember: Mercury is retrograde this week, so avoid signing contracts or locking into anything ongoing — it may not hold, or may not last. (If you have Mercury retrograde natally, that effect softens.)The rest of the week and more in-depth on the podcast…Spot on Astrology: Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Astrology Lens: Week of Monday, July 6th, 2026

Okay, so we all got through last week, I hope. Now we’re talking about Monday, July 6th, the week of 2026. This week looks, let’s say, noticeably less challenging than last week. There are some very nice aspects in the sky. We’re in a waning Moon cycle, and yes, Mercury is retrograde. So we’re in that mode of paying close attention to appointments, computers, clearing files, and backing things up. Very important.Assume nothing in communication. Make sure you understand people clearly and that they understand you. Jupiter is now in Leo, bringing fire energy around expansion, creativity, and more playful connection. And yes—the waning Moon cycle, if that wasn’t already said.I’ve got headphones on, but there’s a chorus of dogs in the background, so if I lose the thread slightly, I’ll find my way back.Monday, July 6 — Pisces Moon / Aries ShiftThe Moon moves forward at 1:21 a.m. into Pisces. In the early morning, we have a void-of-course Moon in Pisces. When the Moon is void-of-course, it’s best not to start anything new. Work with what’s already in motion, clear things, and prepare for the next phase. This Pisces void Moon is a good inner-focus period—low pressure, reflective, and soft around the edges. It’s a float zone. Things don’t need to push forward. There’s also a Sun–Saturn square in the early morning, which can feel like friction or a reality check around what’s in place and what still needs structure. If something feels off, note it and wait. At 11:07 a.m. the Moon enters Aries, and the energy shifts.Aries brings initiation, momentum, and urgency. It’s a strong restart point. So the pattern is: observe in the morning, then act after the shift. Don’t force what isn’t moving. Adjust once Aries comes in.This is still the waning Moon, Mercury retrograde energy— makes situations fast-moving, but requiring flexibility. It’s productive, but only if you stay adaptable.Neptune Retrograde (July 7, 6:55 a.m.)Neptune stations retrograde early Tuesday morning. Most people may not notice much, but for those doing dream work, creative work, or deep inner exploration, this can feel like a turning inward or a revisiting of older material in new ways. It’s a reflective cycle—less about pushing forward, more about perception shifts and subtle inner recalibration.Monday–Wednesday: Reset WindowFrom Monday through Wednesday morning, there’s a strong ability to reset and rework ongoing projects. This is good energy for revisiting something already in motion and seeing it with fresh eyes. Long-term projects can benefit from this kind of perspective shift. The Moon goes void-of-course again Wednesday at 2:42 p.m., then enters Taurus at 4:31 p.m.Wednesday, July 8 — Taurus MoonTaurus brings stability, but also resistance to change. It’s fixed Earth—steady, but firm. This can feel productive, but also a bit stubborn. Things want to move forward, but on their own terms.Listen carefully to information coming in. If adjustments are needed, take them seriously. Otherwise you can get stuck in an outdated plan or assumption. As the day progresses, there can be moments of feeling limited or internally conflicted. Sometimes that shows up as a push-pull between what you want and what you do.These are often internal power questions: what’s habit versus what’s actually aligned choice? If something feels confusing, step back and get clear rather than reacting.By evening, clarity can emerge if you don’t force resolution too early.Thursday, July 9 — Clearing and IntegrationBy the 9th, the intensity begins to settle. This is a good day for integration—following through, connecting, and making sure communication is landing clearly.Keep checking understanding on both sides. Stay in dialogue rather than assumption.Friday, July 10 — Taurus to Gemini ShiftThe Moon is in Taurus all day, moving into Gemini at 6:42 p.m.Taurus Moon days are productive and grounded. Good for steady work, focus, and finishing tasks. It’s a strong day for getting things done in a contained, practical way.Evening may feel a bit emotionally uneven for some—more of a “I did the thing, but I’m not fully nourished by it” feeling. That passes fairly quickly. After 9 p.m., Gemini energy opens up—more conversation, ideas, mental movement. It can feel scattered, but also lively and productive in a brainstorming sense. Good for mapping ideas and plans without final commitment (especially with Mercury retrograde).Saturday, July 11 — Gemini MoonGemini brings conversation, ideas, and movement. It’s a good day for light interaction, brainstorming, planning, and keeping things flexible. Not a day for locking things down—more for exploration and exchange.Evening is lighter and more social. Keep it simple.Sunday, July 12 — Void Moon / Cancer EntryMost of Sunday is void-of-course Gemini until the Moon enters Cancer at 6:46 p.m.This is a low-pressure day—better for play, rest, and light activity than anything structured or demanding.Good for time with kids, walks, games, or anything that doesn’t require force. As the Moon enters Cancer, the energy turns inward and emotional, and we move toward the next lunar cycle. This is the dark-of-the-Moon period—good for release, reflection, and letting things compost. Old projects or patterns can be set down here, making space for what comes next. For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology: Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Capricorn Full Moon. Mercury Retrograde

This is a fairly intense week. I will guide you through it as best as possible. It is a week where revelations and shifts in perspective are likely. Not necessarily easy, but constructive and, in many ways, necessary — both globally and personally. The pace of astrological movement mirrors a broader sense of emotional and structural instability playing out on the ground. As larger systems continue to shift — something long indicated by slow outer-planet cycles — the effects show up in everyday life. Financial structures, institutional assumptions, and long-standing frameworks around banking, taxes, healthcare, and governance are in flux. Ideally, these changes move toward improvement, but the process is strategic, uneven, and often disruptive.Monday, June 29 — Full Moon in CapricornMonday opens with a full moon exact at 7:57 PM in Capricorn at 8°15’.The Capricorn Moon emphasizes structure, responsibility, and achievement. It seeks stability through effort and control, but can also feel isolated or heavy, as it often prioritizes duty over emotional ease. Many with strong Capricorn Moon signatures have early experiences of responsibility that shape long-term independence.Opposing this is the Sun in Cancer, highlighting home, family, emotional safety, and belonging. This creates a clear tension: outer achievement versus inner security.Throughout the day, there is a natural build toward this full moon culmination. It is less about completion and more about integration. The question becomes: does what I am building support emotional grounding, or has it come at the expense of it?With Neptune’s influence active in the background, emotional clarity can feel slightly obscured, amplifying uncertainty or longing for meaning. After 7:57 PM, the Moon begins its waning phase — a shift toward reflection, release, and reassessment.Monday Afternoon — Mercury Retrograde BeginsAt 1:36 PM Eastern, Mercury stations retrograde in Cancer. This begins a cycle of revisiting memory, narrative, and emotional history — personal and collective. It often surfaces misunderstandings tied to assumptions about the past or about emotional intent. This is not a time for clean forward momentum in communication-heavy matters. It is a time for review, clarification, and reworking what has already been set in motion.Tuesday, June 30 — Jupiter into LeoAt 1:52 AM, Jupiter enters Leo.This shift brings a noticeable change in tone. Fire and air signs may feel increased energy, visibility, and creative expansion. Jupiter in Leo amplifies expression, confidence, and desire for recognition — though it can also magnify excess or overextension. The key question becomes: where is Leo in your chart, and what area of life is expanding now?Wednesday, July 1 — Void Moon → AquariusThe Moon goes void-of-course at 7:51 AM and remains untethered until it enters Aquarius at 3:33 PM.The morning is best kept simple. Focus on maintenance, not initiation. Clear tasks, organize, and handle what is already in motion.Once the Moon enters Aquarius, energy becomes more mentally active and forward-leaning. However, clarity depends heavily on communication. Aquarius can be decisive, but without dialogue it risks detachment or rigidity. This is a day where feedback matters as much as direction. Assumptions are where things break down.Friday, July 3 — Aquarius Void MoonAt 1:27 PM, the Moon again goes void-of-course.This continues the theme of working with what already exists rather than initiating new directions. It is better suited for refinement, cleanup, and observation than launching anything significant.By this point in the week, communication sensitivity is heightened. Misreads, timing issues, or emotional misalignment can occur if too much is assumed rather than confirmed.Saturday, July 4 — Mars–Uranus Conjunction in GeminiEarly Saturday at 2:08 AM, Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini. This is a volatile combination for communication, information flow, and reaction. It can bring sudden statements, disruptions, or spikes of tension in discourse. With the Moon still void-of-course at the time, outcomes may feel loud but not necessarily lasting. Much of what surfaces may function more as distraction than direction. The key is restraint. Avoid reacting to provocation or information that feels designed to destabilize attention.Saturday into Sunday — Moon in PiscesAt 2:30 AM, the Moon enters Pisces, shifting the tone significantly. After the intensity of the Mars–Uranus conjunction, Pisces brings softening, intuition, and emotional integration. There is a sense of reorientation toward meaning and inner coherence. The Moon’s trine to Mercury retrograde in Cancer supports reflection on memory, origin, and emotional truth — both personal and collective. This is a period for perspective rather than reaction. What is real tends to emerge through quiet awareness rather than analysis or argument.Later aspects og the Moon to Mars and Uranus may briefly stir emotional or mental turbulence, but they pass quickly.Closing NoteThe overall arc of the week is movement from tension into reflection. Early pressure builds awareness. Midweek demands communication discipline. The weekend opens into a more intuitive, receptive state. There is value in slowing responses, checking assumptions, and allowing meaning to surface without forcing interpretation.Creativity, connection, and emotional honesty are the most stable guides through the week’s volatility. Love — in practical, grounded form — remains a consistent stabilizing force when attention is scattered. For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology: Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Waxing Moon Momentum Meets Mercury Slowdowns

This week we’re working with the waxing Moon cycle, which is always supportive of momentum, growth, and moving things forward. It’s a great time for projects, connections, and anything you’re hoping to build or develop. While you can certainly make progress during the waning Moon, the waxing phase tends to feel as though the current is moving with you.At the same time, Mercury is moving through what many astrologers call the storm or shadow period. From Earth’s perspective, Mercury is slowing down before its upcoming retrograde. This means themes that arise now may be revisited later, and small delays, misunderstandings, or adjustments can begin to surface. The theme of the week is simple: keep moving forward, but stay flexible.Monday, June 22Check Your Support SystemsThe Moon is in Libra, creating an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, diplomacy, and productive conversations. People may seem more willing to work together, and there can be a sense that plans are moving in the right direction. As the day progresses, especially into late afternoon and early evening, you may discover that some of the support you expected isn’t quite there. This could involve other people, resources, or even your own capacity and energy.Rather than becoming frustrated, treat this as useful information. Ask yourself where the gaps are and what adjustments need to be made. Sometimes recognizing what isn’t working is exactly what allows a better plan to emerge. This evening is well suited for reorganizing priorities and setting yourself up for a smoother tomorrow.Tuesday, June 23Avoid OvercommittingAs Mercury’s retrograde influence grows stronger, communication may require a little extra care. By afternoon, crossed signals, misunderstandings, or differing perspectives may become more noticeable.Double-check emails, texts, appointments, and social media posts before hitting send. A few extra moments of attention can save a great deal of confusion later. The Libra Moon continues to support social connection and enjoyable conversations, but there’s a tendency to overpromise under this energy. You may genuinely want to help everyone, participate in every opportunity, or say yes to every invitation.Be mindful of taking on more than you can realistically sustain. Protect enough time and energy for your own priorities. The Moon goes void-of-course just after midnight and enters Scorpio at 2:43 a.m. Eastern Time. In general, void-of-course periods are better for completing existing tasks than launching something entirely new.Wednesday, June 24Deep Focus and Unexpected InsightsThe Scorpio Moon brings intensity, focus, and determination. These are excellent energies for research, creative work, healing practices, problem-solving, or anything that requires concentration and commitment.Early in the day, something unexpected may catch your attention. It doesn’t necessarily require immediate action, but it may contain useful information. Rather than dismissing it, take a moment to consider what it’s trying to show you.Scorpio energy is often about getting beneath the surface. What initially appears to be a distraction may reveal something important. As the day unfolds, make space for a brief spiritual or personal check-in. It doesn’t need to be elaborate. A few minutes of quiet reflection, a walk outside, or simply pausing to breathe can help you reconnect with your center.Later in the evening, power struggles or frustrations may surface. If they do, avoid narrowing your focus so much that you lose perspective. The more connected you remain to your inner resources, the easier it becomes to move through challenges without being consumed by them.Thursday, June 25Commit to What MattersThursday continues the focused, productive energy of the Scorpio Moon. This is a powerful day for deep work, meaningful conversations, and making substantial progress on something that matters to you. Whatever your goal is, give it your full attention. The key to working well with Scorpio energy is having a clear target. Whether you’re cleaning, creating, researching, healing, or building something, these are days that reward commitment and follow-through.A Sun-Neptune influence in the early evening offers a gentle reminder to replenish yourself. Connect with nature, spend time near water if possible, or engage in whatever helps you feel refreshed and inspired.Make room for renewal, not just productivity.Friday, June 26Release Frustration Before It BuildsFriday morning remains productive, but there may be moments of impatience, irritability, or short tempers.Jupiter’s influence can magnify emotions and reactions. Small frustrations may feel larger than they actually are. Avoid getting pulled into unnecessary arguments or conflicts that distract you from what’s truly important. If you notice tension building, find a healthy outlet. Movement, exercise, laughter, creativity, or even a brief change of scenery can help shift the energy.Mars is a source of fuel and action, but it works best when you’re directing it consciously rather than allowing it to direct you.The Moon goes void-of-course at 1:10 p.m. and enters Sagittarius at 2:41 p.m.Sagittarius Energy ArrivesThe mood shifts noticeably as Sagittarius takes over.Friday afternoon and evening bring excitement, enthusiasm, and a desire for freedom and exploration. A Moon-Uranus influence can make people a little distracted or impulsive, so stay aware of your surroundings, particularly while traveling or driving.Otherwise, this is wonderful energy for adventure, fresh ideas, nature, movement, and spending time with people who genuinely energize you.Saturday, June 27Play, Explore, ExpandSaturday looks joyful. The Sagittarius Moon encourages curiosity, exploration, learning, and fun. Whether you’re traveling, spending time outdoors, diving into new ideas, or simply enjoying the company of people you care about, the emphasis is on expansion.Allow yourself some play.Play isn’t frivolous—it fuels creativity, renews energy, and often opens doors that effort alone cannot.Follow what excites you.Sunday, June 28Follow Curiosity, Not CommitmentsThe Moon goes void-of-course early Sunday morning and remains void all day. This is not necessarily the best day for launching major projects, formal agreements, or commitments that require long-term follow-through. It is, however, an excellent day for enjoying the present moment.Spend time in nature, connect with friends, enjoy recreation, or simply allow yourself to move at a gentler pace.Mars enters Gemini today, bringing curiosity, movement, and sociability. Think neighborhood adventures, spontaneous conversations, bike rides, local exploration, and following interesting leads wherever they take you.You may meet fascinating people or have memorable encounters. Just don’t assume every connection needs to become something more.Sometimes the value is simply in the experience itself. For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology: Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Maximize the Waxing Moon

Insight for June 15–21, 2026Welcome to the week of June 15, 2026. We’re coming off Sunday’s New Moon in Gemini, making this a particularly strong week for communication, connection, learning, and building bridges. All times are Eastern Time, so adjust accordingly for your location. As the Moon enters Cancer at 8:14 a.m. Monday, the focus shifts toward relationships built on heart, shared values, education, curiosity, and expanding our view of the world. There is a strong emphasis on what feels true, fair, and aligned with our personal moral compass.Of course, that can be complicated. We all see the world through different lenses, and there is rarely a single path to truth or justice. What helps us grow is curiosity—the willingness to test the limits of what we think we know. Depending on our level of fear or courage, that can feel either exciting or deeply uncomfortable. The week invites us to stay open, flexible, and willing to learn.Monday, June 15Moving Through the FogMonday begins an active, forward-moving phase of the waxing Moon cycle. It’s a good day for initiating projects and building momentum. The challenge is that the early part of the day may feel somewhat foggy. There can be confusion, mixed signals, competing opinions, or a disconnect between how we want something to unfold and the reality we’re facing. The most productive use of the morning and early afternoon is clearing away misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations. Problems arise when people become rigid in their thinking and insist there is only one correct way forward. After about 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, the energy begins to improve. Clarity gradually returns, though the process may continue into the evening.A helpful influence arrives through a Venus-Uranus sextile, bringing inspiration, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to connect with people who think differently than we do. Stay open to unexpected ideas and conversations.Moon in Cancer: Comfort MattersWhen the Moon is in Cancer, self-care becomes important. We all have different ways of feeling grounded and cared for. For some people it’s food, for others it’s nature, music, familiar routines, or meaningful connection.Whatever gives you a sense of comfort and security, make room for it. The more supported you feel internally, the easier it is to navigate the week’s opportunities.Tuesday, June 16Renewed MomentumTuesday is when the week’s energy really begins to build.New ideas, projects, and opportunities that emerged over the weekend gain traction. It’s helpful to spend the morning making sure you have the practical and emotional support necessary to move forward. This may be as simple as leaving yourself open to possibility. Many of us are carrying a tremendous amount of fatigue right now. The constant flow of news, information, conflict, and change can be overwhelming. Sometimes creating momentum isn’t about adding more—it’s about removing what isn’t essential.Give yourself periods of quiet.Step away from the noise when you can.Allow yourself to trust that not everything requires immediate attention.Late-Day OpportunitiesAfter approximately 4:00–4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, the energy becomes especially supportive for attracting opportunities and beneficial developments.Mercury is beginning to slow before its upcoming retrograde phase. That doesn’t mean progress stops, but it does suggest that this is a particularly useful time to act while forward momentum remains strong. If you’ve become discouraged about a project, dream, or goal, Tuesday offers an opportunity to reconnect with your original vision.Ask yourself:Why does this matter? If the answer still resonates deeply, you may discover a renewed sense of purpose, hope, and motivation.Wednesday, June 17 thru Thursday, June 18Inspiration and LeadershipThe Moon enters Leo at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday, bringing enthusiasm, confidence, creativity, and momentum. These are excellent days for leadership, visibility, collaboration, and inspiring others. The challenge is moderation.Strong personalities can become even stronger under Leo energy. Passion can be motivating, but it can also overwhelm people if it’s delivered too intensely. If you’re leading, pay attention to how your message is being received. If you’re following someone else’s vision, take a moment to determine whether the excitement is grounded in something meaningful or simply intensity for its own sake.Watch the DeliveryLate Wednesday afternoon, the Moon opposes Pluto. This aspect can amplify emotions and increase the tendency to push too hard. Be mindful of your tone and delivery. You want to inspire people, not exhaust them.Thursday remains highly productive. By evening, however, frustration levels may rise simply because people are tired.Practice patience with yourself and others.Friday, June 19Flexibility Is Your FriendThe Moon enters Virgo at 10:37 a.m.Virgo energy excels at organization, problem-solving, and paying attention to details. It’s practical, adaptable, and focused on doing the job well.Later in the day, a square between the Moon and Uranus may bring surprises, changes of plans, or unexpected detours.Rather than resisting change, look for ways to work with it.The evening is excellent for healing work, therapeutic practices, meditation, reflection, or simply giving yourself time to recharge.Saturday, June 20Small Things MatterSaturday is a beautiful Virgo Moon day.Take care of details. Handle lingering tasks. Organize, simplify, and create order where needed.Just as importantly, enjoy the small things.Notice what’s blooming.Take a walk.Spend time in nature.Allow yourself to appreciate the simple pleasures that are often overlooked when life becomes busy. The day carries a restorative quality, particularly if you’ve taken care of important responsibilities earlier. There are many blessings available through attention, curiosity, and presence.Sunday, June 21Summer Solstice and Father’s DayThe Summer Solstice arrives as the Sun enters Cancer at 4:24 a.m. Eastern Time. The morning continues the week’s theme of restoration, connection, healing, and meaningful opportunities. It’s a lovely time to slow down and pay attention to what is actually happening around you.Virgo reminds us that when we’re focused only on the big picture, we often miss what matters most.Be present.Notice the details.Allow yourself to enjoy the experience of being alive.Seeking BalanceThe Moon enters Libra at 4:55 p.m., shifting attention toward balance, fairness, relationships, and priorities. The pace may slow somewhat compared to earlier in the week. There may be more discussion, reflection, and consideration of next steps. As you prepare for the coming week, identify what truly matters. This Solstice carries strong healing potential. At a time when many people feel exhausted by constant information, conflict, and distraction, it’s important to create space for restoration and perspective. The Moon in Libra reminds us that balance matters.Reciprocity matters.Fairness matters. We may not be able to control the larger forces at work in the world, but we can influence how we show up in our own lives. When you focus on kindness, compassion, meaningful work, justice, listening, and mutually supportive relationships, you contribute to greater balance in the world around you.The goal isn’t to eliminate differences. It’s to create enough balance that we are no longer exhausted by extremes. As the week closes, give yourself permission to rest, reset, and reconnect with what truly deserves your energy. For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology: Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. June 2026 Waning Moon

Astrology June 2026Welcome to June 2026.It’s a month that carries us toward July, summer, and all the fireworks—literal and figurative—that lie ahead. Some of you may be thinking, “Hasn’t everything already been volatile?” And yes, it has. We’re living in a time of acceleration. People are responding to influences all around them. From my perspective, the stars and symbols in the sky mirror the challenges, opportunities, and evolutionary shifts happening here on Earth. It’s a mystical language that can help us understand ourselves and the world around us in ways that are both expansive and deeply practical. That’s why I do these podcasts. When we pay attention to the natural world, we become participants in the symphony of life rather than acting as though we’re separate from it. The goal isn’t prediction for prediction’s sake. It’s awareness. The more conscious and present we become, the more fulfilled and impactful our lives can be. So let’s look at the week ahead.Monday, June 1One thing regular listeners may have noticed is that we’re moving through some very long void-of-course Moon periods. The reason is simple: the outer planets are now sitting in the early degrees of new signs, which means the Moon is making fewer major aspects before changing signs. The Moon remains void-of-course in Sagittarius until 9:19 p.m. Eastern.Sagittarius brings enthusiasm, inspiration, and big ideas. Conversations can be exciting. Plans can sound brilliant. People may feel energized and ready to take on the world.Just don’t become too attached to outcomes. This is a terrific day for brainstorming, exploring possibilities, clearing your desk, and working on projects already underway. It’s less ideal for launching something new or expecting immediate results. At 9:19 p.m., the Moon enters Capricorn. That’s when the energy shifts from inspiration to implementation.Use the evening to make a plan. Prioritize. Organize. Decide what matters most for the next couple of days because Tuesday and Wednesday are your powerhouse work days.Tuesday, June 2The Moon in Capricorn supports focus, discipline, and follow-through.A Moon-Saturn connection later in the day asks an important question:Are you honoring your commitments? That applies to promises made to others, but also promises made to yourself.Did you get enough rest? Are you taking care of your health? Are you giving your own needs the same respect and consideration you give everyone else’s?This aspect reminds us that self-respect is foundational. If your own tank is empty, eventually you have nothing left to give.So today is about accountability, structure, and showing up.Wednesday, June 3Most of the day remains productive, but the key word is prioritization. There’s going to be plenty demanding your attention. The challenge is not getting scattered.Know what’s important and stay with it.A Mercury-Neptune connection can bring tremendous inspiration, creativity, and intuition. It can also bring confusion, distractions, mixed signals, and misunderstandings. If something unexpected comes across your desk, don’t let it pull you off course.Take what is useful. Stay grounded in your priorities. Let inspiration enhance your work rather than derail it.The Moon goes void-of-course at 11:04 p.m.Thursday, June 4The Moon enters Aquarius at 9:46 a.m., and this is one of the strongest days of the week.Capricorn gets the work done.Aquarius opens the door to vision, innovation, and possibility. This is a wonderful day to collaborate, brainstorm, network, and connect with ideas that move you toward the future.Pluto remains in early Aquarius, amplifying themes of transformation and empowerment. The lesson of Pluto is always the same:Pay attention to what you’re attached to.The tighter we cling to ideas, identities, relationships, or expectations, the harder Pluto works to loosen our grip.Release creates space for transformation. That’s especially true now for Aquarius, Scorpio, Leo, and Taurus placements in the early degrees.Friday, June 5Around midday, patience may be in short supply.People can be reactive, frustrated, or unwilling to compromise. If tensions rise, don’t force the issue. Give things room to breathe.Fortunately, the energy improves from noon into mid-afternoon, making it an excellent time for conversations, networking, and positive connections. At 3:51 p.m., the Moon goes void-of-course in Aquarius.Once that happens, stop pushing. This is an evening for relaxing, socializing, sharing ideas, and enjoying yourself. No need to solve every problem or save the world.Saturday, June 6The Moon remains void-of-course until 8:43 p.m.Think of this as a day for exploration rather than execution.Visit a museum. Wander through a bookstore. Meet interesting people. Follow your curiosity.Be open to inspiration without demanding a specific outcome.Sometimes these void periods are less about making things happen and more about collecting experiences and impressions that become meaningful later. At 8:43 p.m., the Moon enters Pisces. The mood softens immediately.Music, art, imagination, connection, and dreams are all favored.Sunday, June 7Sunday carries beautiful creative energy. What felt scattered or undefined earlier in the weekend may begin to come together now.Ideas gain shape.Conversations reveal opportunities.Inspiration becomes more tangible. It’s as though you’ve spent the past couple of days gathering ingredients, and now you can finally see what you’re making.Keep your ears open. Pay attention to invitations, conversations, and unexpected openings. There’s real creative and spiritual potential here as we move into the week ahead. For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology - Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Sagittarius Full Moon 2026

Monday Night into Tuesday — Mars Square Pluto: Power, Frustration, and ClarityLate Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, we have a Mars square Pluto configuration.Mars is desire, drive, assertion—sometimes anger. Pluto is transformation, power, and deep undercurrents. Together in a square, these energies can feel like opposing forces: I want this. You want that.Power struggles, frustration, or buried motivations may surface. What’s important is awareness. If you have strong Mars or Pluto placements in your chart, you may feel especially reactive. Before pushing harder, ask:* What am I defending?* What outcome am I attached to?* Am I seeking resolution—or control?Undermining, manipulating, or forcing outcomes tends to fracture trust. The opportunity here is different: introducing new perspectives, staying curious, and remembering that compromise doesn’t necessarily mean defeat. Some situations won’t resolve immediately. That’s okay.Wednesday, May 27 — The Long Void Moon: Organize, Reflect, PrepareThe moon goes void of course at 7:32 a.m. ET and doesn’t enter Scorpio until 8:53 p.m.Much of the day carries that in-between quality.Rather than beginning something new, this is a strong day for:* Organizing* Storyboarding ideas* Reviewing options* Creating outlines or plans* Appreciation of beauty* Finishing what’s already underwayIf you’re in conversation around decisions or next steps, write things down. Make the possibilities visible.Sometimes clarity comes simply from seeing everything in one place.Wednesday Night Through Friday — Scorpio Moon: Depth, Focus, and Honest ConversationOnce the moon enters Scorpio, the energy shifts. This is where concentration deepens.Scorpio favors research, therapy, emotional honesty, financial discussions, healing work, and focused effort. Thursday and Friday feel especially potent for meaningful conversations:Who’s invested? What matters? What’s the truth beneath the surface? This can be powerful energy for:* Therapeutic work* Emotional healing* Financial planning* Intimate conversations* Concentrated creative projects* Psychological insight* Health and wellbeing workThe richness comes through depth. Not speed.Thursday morning may feel emotionally raw or slightly reactive for some. Move gently. Be attentive to irritation or defensiveness.By midday, the energy steadies considerably. There’s potential for meaningful connection—whether with another person, creative work, or yourself.Thursday Night — Venus and Saturn: Gentleness MattersLate Thursday carries a somewhat heavy Venus-Saturn tone.If you’re hard on yourself or inclined toward perfectionism, soften your evening.Simple gratitude practices help:A good cup of tea. Light through trees. A kind exchange. Something beautiful that happened quietly.Small appreciations matter.Especially before sleep.Friday, May 29 — Productive Focus and Unexpected PossibilitiesThe moon remains in Scorpio most of the day and goes void at 8:05 p.m.This can be highly productive energy—particularly if you stay open to possibilities beyond what you originally imagined.Flexibility often creates more flow than rigid expectation.Evening favors restoration.Saturday, May 30 — Sagittarius Moon: Movement, Inspiration, ExpansionAt 8:45 a.m. ET, the moon enters Sagittarius. The feeling changes noticeably.Scorpio concentrates. Sagittarius expands. This is fire energy: curious, exploratory, inspired.Saturday may bring interruptions, detours, or surprising ideas. Some become distractions. Others become inspiration.Discernment matters. The day favors:* Nature* Travel* New foods* Learning* Philosophy* World music* Cultural experiences* Big conversationsAnything that broadens perspective.Sunday, May 31 — Full Moon in Sagittarius: Play, Explore, ConnectThe full moon becomes exact at 4:45 a.m. ET.The moon then goes void at 9:21 a.m., remaining void through much of the day. This feels less like a day for pushing and more like a day for wandering, exploring, and following curiosity. If possible:Go outside.Visit a museum.Read something unfamiliar.Watch a foreign film.Travel physically—or through ideas. The larger invitation of this full moon asks:How do we communicate what truly matters to us?How do we remain curious, connected, and open to a bigger world? That might happen through conversation, creativity, solitude, study, prayer, dancing, or simply noticing the richness of being alive. The full moon doesn’t always demand answers.Sometimes it asks for participation. For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology - Blog about celebrity astrology and events Send A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Astrology Week of May 18, 2026

I hope everyone had a lovely new moon weekend — that Taurus energy offers delicious possibilities to restart, refresh, and move forward as spring blossoms toward summer.Monday, May 18th, 2026: the moon is void-of-course all day in Gemini. We’re coming off new moon momentum, eager to begin, connect, and make things happen. Gemini invites conversation, curiosity, new ideas, and tangents. But under a void moon, not everything introduced now will unfold as expected.Conventional astrology wisdom with the void-of-course… don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Focus on what’s already in motion. Finish, prepare, organize. The follow-through on new beginnings may be uncertain. At 9:46 p.m. Eastern, the moon enters Cancer, and the energy softens into nourishment — fertile ground for continuing intentions planted under the Taurus new moon.Tuesday has staying power. Dream work Monday night into Tuesday morning may be especially helpful. Even if dreams aren’t remembered, rest continues solving problems. Sleep supports creativity, clarity, and resilience. One challenge Tuesday may involve support systems: the right partners, timing, or expectations. Realizing you need help is not weakness. Sometimes wisdom looks like delegation, collaboration, or simply admitting you can’t carry everything alone.By late Tuesday afternoon, creative energy opens. If something won’t come together, step away. Walk. Cook. Shower. Tend the garden. Inspiration often arrives after effort loosens its grip.Wednesday carries a long void-of-course moon in Cancer — less barren than other void moons, more womb-like. Nourishment matters. Self-care matters. Unexpected conversations or encounters may offer exactly what you need. The sun enters Gemini Wednesday evening. Earlier in the day, subtle messages may appear: intuition, symbols, nature, a sudden sense that something is arriving before you can fully see it.Thursday is dynamic and well-supported for connection, momentum, and collaboration. Early frustrations may surface, but they pass. Observe first. React later.By Thursday evening, play becomes medicine. Watch a film. Dance. Rest. Reconnect with joy.Friday continues Leo energy: creativity, romance, risk, delight. Not reckless risk — the kind that opens curiosity. Try something new. Make art. Rearrange a room. Let the inner child have a voice.Saturday’s Virgo moon returns focus. Organize, tend details, cook, garden, heal, serve. Productivity comes more easily. And through the weekend, remember: self-nurturing replenishes the well. Without restoration, we eventually run dry.Sunday evening’s void-of-course moon in Virgo favors quiet. Early sleep. Baths. Reflection. Gentle restoration.Take care of yourselves this week. There is movement, yes — but also becoming. For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology - Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsSend A Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome. Taurus New Moon 2026

Monday, May 11I’m here to talk about the week of May 11th, 2026, from an astrological perspective. Those of you who listened last week may remember that I talked about bumps in the road — places where things weren’t flowing the way we wanted them to. This week feels more workable. We have more ability to follow through, wrap things up, and move with the waning moon energy. The waning moon is best for completing things, organizing, deciding what we are no longer working on as we move toward the next lunar cycle, and carrying existing projects into the next stage. Long-term projects may absolutely continue, but we’re generally better served if we’re not trying to force a major launch right now.Of course, life happens. Things begin during waning moons all the time. What matters is learning how to work with the energy rather than fighting upstream like a salmon.Monday into Tuesday may feel like the more challenging part of the week, though not necessarily in a dramatic way. The Moon in Pisces forms a square to Venus, and for people who already carry challenging Moon-Venus aspects in their natal chart, this can stir up feelings of lack, compromise, or emotional short-changing.It can feel like:“Oh, this again.”“I have to sacrifice in order to make this happen.”“Someone else’s needs are getting prioritized over mine.”What’s important is not immediately believing the feeling. Try to observe it. Try to find ways to honor both needs, both desires. This energy actually favors listening. If you’re working with a group, a project, or even family dynamics, let everyone be heard. Inclusion matters right now. The more space there is for different perspectives, the easier it becomes for things to move as the week unfolds. This can also be internal.I don’t know about you, but I have conversations in my head constantly. One part wants this, another part wants that, and then there’s always some bossy little voice in the background insisting it knows best. The question becomes: how do you sort through all the voices and determine the actual priority? This can be a very creative and constructive day if you stay engaged. Some of us may want to be near water or nature. Others may need music, beauty, conversation, or something playful to keep energy flowing while working. What we want to avoid is getting lost in indecision or emotional fog. That said, breaks are important. A walk, meditation, stepping outside, or simply unplugging for a little while can be deeply restorative. This also feels like a good evening for sleep and replenishment.Tuesday, May 12Tuesday opens with the Moon still in Pisces. It goes void-of-course at 6:04 a.m. Eastern Time and remains void for most of the day until entering Aries at 8:04 p.m.A Pisces void Moon is floating energy.I think of it as crossing a lake. You’re still moving, but you’re not forcing. You’re restoring, observing, conserving energy, and allowing yourself to drift enough to regain perspective. This is a terrific day for asking:Where am I in this process? Is this flowing naturally?Am I pushing unnecessarily? If something feels stalled or uncertain, don’t force clarity. Support the process without becoming rigid about how things must happen. More information is still arriving. Then, late evening, the energy shifts dramatically as the Moon enters Aries. We move from mutable water into cardinal fire:from floating to movement, from dreaming to doing.Suddenly there may be energy, restlessness, inspiration, or even overstimulation. Some people may feel wide awake late into the night.Move the energy physically if needed. Take a walk after dinner. Dance around the house. Stretch. Do something familiar that helps your body process the surge rather than getting stuck in it.The goal is to move toward rest rather than burnout.Wednesday, May 13Wednesday is a high-action day.Even though we’re still in a waning moon cycle, there’s strong support for momentum, initiative, creativity, and leadership. With the Moon in Aries and Saturn also in Aries, the question becomes:Who is actually showing up?If people who promised support don’t appear, clarity comes quickly. You may realize where you’ve been overextending energy or relying on people who simply aren’t available in the ways you need. That realization doesn’t have to become bitterness. It can simply become information.Okay. That’s not reliable. Moving on.And if people do show up? Great. Then you know who your team is.This is a powerful day for moving forward with the people, systems, and opportunities that are actually responsive.Thursday, May 14Thursday continues the Aries energy and asks for focus.Know your priorities early in the day. Put your energy into what is moving rather than obsessing over what refuses to move. This is important under Aries energy:work with what is alive.Work with what responds.Mars in Aries supports initiative and courage. The message is simple:Do what you can with what you have. The Moon goes void-of-course at 5:33 p.m. Eastern Time, so ideally the bigger push happens earlier in the day. Evening feels better for wrapping up, cleaning up, and winding down.At 10:33 p.m., the Moon enters Taurus, leading us toward Saturday’s Taurus New Moon.Friday, May 15Friday carries lovely Taurus energy. If possible, spend time with good food, beauty, music, meaningful conversation, nature, scent, color, comfort — all the things that remind us that being alive in a body is actually a gift. The Moon in Taurus heightens the senses. It reminds us to savor experience rather than rush through it.There may be a little tension early in the morning around control, desire, or competing priorities, but once that passes, the day opens beautifully. This is restorative energy.Saturday, May 16 — Taurus New MoonThe Taurus New Moon occurs at 4:01 p.m. Eastern Time. This is a powerful New Moon for thinking about what you want to build, stabilize, create, or manifest in tangible form.Taurus is fixed earth. It wants something real.A dream becoming a structure. An idea becoming a product.A desire becoming a commitment. This is fertile energy for planting seeds that need roots.Sometimes after a New Moon there’s a slight drifting period, almost like the seed settling into the soil before growth begins. But this transition happens fairly quickly because later that evening the Moon enters Gemini. And then the ideas begin moving.Conversations spark. Thoughts accelerate. Curiosity wakes up.Sunday, May 17Sunday feels buzzy, electric, curious, and mentally active. The Gemini Moon brings ideas, conversations, possibilities, and movement. Not everything is fully formed yet, but inspiration is very alive. The important thing is discernment. There’s a lot of stimulation right now, so it’s important to ask:What actually has continuity? What deserves sustained attention? The Moon goes void-of-course at 3:36 p.m. and remains void until Monday. So overall, this week is best used by focusing on completion before the New Moon arrives. Ask yourself:What am I finishing? What am I preparing for? What am I ready to grow next? The dark-of-the-moon period late Thursday into Friday feels especially fertile psychologically and spiritually. It allows us to settle inward before the next cycle begins.By the time the Taurus New Moon arrives, we’re much more prepared to move toward what we truly want to build and bring into form. Pluto Retrograde

Monday, May 4 — Sagittarius Fire, Aim MattersAs you heard last week, we are now in the waning Moon cycle, following Friday’s full Moon (in the podcast please adjust timing from Eastern Time Zone, if needed). We open this week with the Moon in Sagittarius, and Monday is a strong day for finishing things—working with what already has momentum, connecting with people in ways that pull things together. There’s a lot of energy here. Sagittarius is mutable and adaptable, and as the Moon moves, it trines Mars—the planet of action and desire.Even though the Moon goes void of course at 5:33 p.m. Eastern, there’s still a window where that Sagittarian energy is active. The key: know what you’re aiming for.Sagittarius can get excited, pulled into ideas and conversations, and lose focus. It’s active—but not always targeted. This is the sign of the archer. Place your arrow with intention, especially into the evening. This energy carries through to about mid-morning Tuesday.Tuesday, May 5 — Shift into Capricorn, Reality CheckThe Moon enters Capricorn at 3:06 p.m.From mid-morning until then, the energy shifts from “push” to “assess.” What worked? What didn’t? Gather your thoughts, organize, clean up what’s in the way.Once in Capricorn, it’s time to roll up your sleeves.Tuesday afternoon through the next couple of days is about evaluating where you are—and having the harder conversations. Power dynamics, impasses, and repeating patterns may surface.Watch for the “ping-pong” conversations—the ones where you already know the script. What matters is catching yourself in the moment. When the ball comes your way and your response is automatic, pause. Change it. Offer something different. It disrupts the pattern. It’s like wrestling—choreographed, predictable. The players know the outcome. But when you shift your move, the other person doesn’t know what comes next.So ask:What can I say differently? How can I shift this?It may not land smoothly—but it creates space.Capricorn brings emotional realism. It can feel cold, but it sees clearly. And that matters. There’s a difference between imagining something new and actually seeing what’s in front of you.Between magical thinking and reinvention.Wednesday, May 6 — Pluto RetrogradePluto goes retrograde at 11:34 a.m.This shift may not be felt immediatly, but over the coming weeks and months, we’ll begin to see its effects—especially with Pluto in Aquarius.Collectively, this points to reconsideration around technology, systems, and power structures.Personally, if Pluto is active in your chart—especially early degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, or Scorpio—you may feel this shift more directly. It can feel like relief or like something heavy returning.Globally, expect intensification around power, resources, and control. We’re already seeing this reflected in world events. On a practical level, Wednesday is productive—good for doing the work—as long as everyone is aligned.Thursday, May 7 — Raw Morning, Void Moon ResetThursday morning is raw.People may be cranky, reactive, or argumentative—especially from early morning through late morning. If anything was left unresolved, this is when it shows up.The Moon goes void of course at 10:18 a.m. for the rest of the day.Best approach: handle things ahead of time (Wednesday). Check in. Make sure everyone is on the same page.Capricorn energy can get very task-focused, but if people don’t feel heard or supported, frustrations surface. After the void Moon, the afternoon and evening can be quite productive—especially for follow-through.Friday, May 8 — Aquarius Flow, Collective MomentumThe Moon enters Aquarius at 3:27 a.m., and now things begin to flow. There’s a nice hum here. After a week of managing dynamics, Friday feels lighter. If you’re in sync, you’re in it—focused, engaged, in your element. This is great for collaboration, community, shared goals. Whether in person or across distances, there’s a sense of collective movement.Even in a waning Moon cycle, there’s initiation energy.Something that stalled may come back online—new information, new resources, or a key person entering the mix.Sometimes the power source is simply the right person at the right time.Sunday, May 10 — Void Moon Morning, Pisces SofteningThe Moon goes void of course at 1:09 a.m. (Mother’s Day in the U.S.) and doesn’t enter Pisces until 1:39 p.m.The morning is for slowing down. Unplug. Journal. Rest.Aquarius energy is electric and mental—this is your chance to step away and let things settle.Bake, garden, walk—connect in a more organic way.Once the Moon enters Pisces, the energy softens. More intuitive, more fluid. With Uranus now in Gemini, there may be an unexpected shift—something out of the blue. Not negative, just a redirection. Likely mid-afternoon.By evening, there’s a sweetness. A sense of expansion, possibility, something opening.Lean into that.Because later, things may narrow or refine—but if you’ve allowed yourself to fully expand into possibility, what remains will be something you can truly build. Not just realistic.Realizable.For more details… Listen to the full weekly podcast!Spot on Astrology - Blog about celebrity astrology and eventsA Tip for Pamela? “Always Welcome.
