Coming Home to Yourself
by Anne Sigrid Urstad-Farrell
Rebranded podcast- new episodes coming soon. Welcome. This podcast is for people who function well on the outside, but feel stuck or disconnected on the inside. I’m Annie, an associate therapist and life coach. I work with individuals and couples who feel caught between who they are and who they’ve learned to be, often shaped by people-pleasing, self-criticism, overthinking, or ADHD patterns. This isn’t a space for quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s a space for slowing down, noticing patterns, and building more honest relationships — with yourself and with others. My hope is that this podcast feels like a steady room: a place to pause, reflect, and come back to yourself.
