CounterCulture - Intersectionality: fuelling justice or division?
Should all people be placed in categories based on their gender, race or sexuality in order to help fight injustice? Kimberle Crenshaw, who coined the term "intersectionality," believes so. In this episode of CounterCulture, the panel goes straight to the source of the intersectionality movement and unpacks the logical conclusion to Crenshaw's ideas. Are there better ways to fight racism than with more racism? Is there hope and redemption to be found in cultural Marxism? Or does it bring more harm than good? Join the panel as they dive into all of those questions and more. Here's the latest episode of Counter Culture hosted by Samuel Bilton ...

McBlog: Far Out! Far-Right Kids In Class
Bob examines two hysterical media reports from Stuff and Radio NZ which panic about "far-right" students in schools who may be closet "trad-wives", or worse still, hold conservative views. Perhaps they're just the sensible ones who don't buy the left wing narrative being indoctrinated by the teachers' union and the Ministry of Education. Of course, every left-wing student is a perfect little angel.

Family Matters: Dr Juliet Chevalier-Watts on how charities have fared in the latest Budget
In this episode Family Matters, Simon speaks with Dr Juliet Chevalier-Watts. Juliet is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Waikato, and an expert in charity law. Several years ago, alongside Professor Frank Scrimgeour, they published research showing how much religious charities in New Zealand contributed - something like $6.1 billion a year. She argues this is clear evidence that the government and the public need to do more to support charities, not make things more difficult - and she stresses she is saying this as an atheist.

McBlog: Alex Berenson on Fatherhood Manifesto, Marijuana & Biden’s COVID
In THE FATHERHOOD MANIFESTO, former New York Times and now independent journalist Alex Berenson, author of the best-selling and groundbreaking "Unreported Truths" series on COVID - and father of three - offers a unique, punchy, and long-overdue take on why fathers matter - and how to be a better dad. Berenson says that it stands as a necessary corrective to a culture that has devalued fatherhood and the masculine parenting virtues of stoicism and independence. For far too long, mainstream parenting guides have pretended that "gentle parenting" is the secret to child-rearing - and that fathers are simply less empathetic moms. This lie - and it is a lie - has done huge damage to fathers, their sons and daughters, families, and society. We also ask Alex about how he has been proven right about the claims he made about the harms of marijuana when he visited NZ in 2020, and also an update on his lawsuit against former President Joe Biden and Twitter who cancelled his account because of his questioning of the COVID vaccine narrative.

BiltonTruth - The Wheel of Power Vs Blind Justice!
The Wheel of Power Vs Blind Justice! Is the wheel of power and privilege the solution to all injustice in the world? Can we finally see who needs our help and who are those responsible for all the truly evil things in the world? Or is it simply an attempt to solve evil with evil, racism with racism? Resulting in a fresh flavor of marxism, one that will be no less deadly if we don't reject it. Turns out we may have been on to something with the concept of blind justice after all.Samuel Bilton presents the latest episode of BiltonTruth

Solid Ground - 18 June 2026
In this episode of Solid Ground, Simon celebrates a pro-life win in South Australia, although notes the next stages will be difficult. He also agrees with the changes to New Zealand’s medical council leadership, noting that professional groups should not be imposing often contentious political and cultural views on members. Keeping in the positive spirit, he thanks Winston Peters for recent directions to MFAT to focus on its core job, and not promoting some causes and not others. He then turns his attention to Erica Stanford’s comment that a U16 social media response is coming in a few weeks and her calling out immigration officials who misled her. Simon agrees with viewers that all involved with this misleading should be sacked. He ends with a quick discussion of why the TV series, Doctor Who, has effectively been cancelled after replacing its popular storytelling with woke narratives, diversity hires, and endless political lectures.

Solid Ground - 16 June 2026
In this episode of Solid Ground, Simon welcomes breaking news that the Minister of Health has replaced the leadership of the Medical Council. This body oversees the key medical competencies needed for doctors, yet has become captured by ideologies including critical race theory. He then goes through events in New Zealand and overseas illustrating the increasing absurdity of the trans lobby. From a male wrestler (by identifying as a woman) sexually assaulting a girl he was competing against, to the company Lush promoting mutilating surgery – Simon encourages viewers to put in a submission on the ‘what is a woman’ Bill. Simon also discusses the UK’s decision to ban under-16-year-olds accessing social media, though questions how they are doing to do this effectively. He also notes the euthanasia question is back on the UK parliamentary agenda despite the last Bill having just been defeated. He wraps up discussing the latest, and arguably last, idiotic ruling by the Broadcasting Standards Authority and also encourages listeners to sign up to this year’s Forum on the Family.

Family Matters: A New Zealand Iranian voice
In this episode Family Matters, Simon speaks with Iranian-New Zealander activist and writer Forough Amin about the ongoing conflict and upheaval in Iran and what it feels like for Iranians in New Zealand.Forough says the latest round protests began in December 2025 with Tehran Grand Bazaar merchants striking over inflation, rising prices, and currency collapse, then spread nationwide across all 31 provinces after Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi urged more Iranians to participation. She describes the January massacre in which the Islamic regime opened fire on civilian protestors and shut down the internet, leaving the diaspora without news. Iran International later estimated about 12,000 killed, with later reports suggesting even higher totals.Simon and Forough talk about Iran is currently enduring the world’s longest blackout for over 90 days, with limited return of access requiring VPNs for apps like WhatsApp and Instagram, and reports from inside describe despair, uncertainty, and poverty said to exceed 30%. Forough argues Iran’s decline stems from the 1979 Islamic Revolution: hostage-taking, Sharia enforcement, loss of women’s rights and freedoms, mass executions including of the leftists who helped the regime take power, and prolonging the war with Iraq. She says the regime prioritises ideology and foreign proxies over domestic welfare, citing billions spent on Assad’s Syrian regime, and terror groups such has Hamas, Hezbollah, as well as Yemeni and Iraqi militias. Simon then asks Forough about the death of Mahsa Amini in 2022. Arrested by the regime’s morality police for hijab violations, Mahsa’s killing fueled the Woman, Life, Freedom protests across the world.Forough speaks of how she and many Iranians want to see an end to the Islamic regime while criticising US negotiations that frames discussion between them and ‘moderates versus radicals’. She notes that the regime is an ideological cult exporting terrorism globally. She and Simon finally discuss the weekly New Zealand rallies, panels, and awareness efforts being run by Iranians and urge the New Zealand government to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC) as a terrorist organisation and expel Iran’s ambassador, and take the regime’s threats seriously. To read more of Forough’s thoughts and wider research,

Sall has lost her case, and as a consequence there are no longer any protections for biological woman (or men). Simon let's viewers know he has a interview with Sall and will be making that available as soon as it completed. He also discusses a dirty hit job by the newspaper, The Post, on the Israeli Embassy in Wellington. Put simply, he notes this is designed to whip up even more trouble for the Jewish and Israeli community in New Zealand, warning that things are likely to get worse for them due to the actions of this newspaper and others. Finally, he discusses a recent car ramming and knife attack in Italy, and how media try to withhold information about the attacker supposedly out of concern for supposedly vulnerable groups. Simon notes there is a two-tiered approach these days on reporting, with either silence of vocal proclamation, depending on which group an individual has links too.
