191. Identity Over Habits
Being good with time is who you are, not what you do. In this episode Jillian shares the thought her coach offered her earlier this year that she's been growing into ever since: I am the asset. The first time she heard it, her old programming kicked in and it felt selfish. If you've ever struggled to put yourself first in your own business, this one is for you. She also talks about why "I'm just lazy" and "I'm not good at time management" are never the real story, what's actually happening in your brain when you avoid the thing on your list, and how she finally sat down with her financials after putting them off for weeks. In this episode: Why so many of us, especially women, were never taught that we matter What actually changes in your business when you believe you're the asset Why your brain resists effort and why that's not a character flaw The short-term discomfort of doing the thing vs. the long-term drain of avoiding it How to notice resistance and create desire with your own mind Why being good with time is an identity, not a skill How to celebrate what you learned, whether or not you hit the goal Doors to Grow a Thriving Practice are open through September. This month Jillian is teaching Time Creation: how to create more time with your mind, the Intentional Planning process, time deconstruction, and time as currency. Come in now and get the replays to catch up, then join live. 190. [Evergreen] Seeking Wisdom From Your Future Self
When you're in the middle of confusion, overwhelm, or self-doubt, the answers can feel completely out of reach. But what if the person who already has the answers is closer than you think? In this episode Jillian shares one of the most timeless tools she uses in her own life and with her clients — a simple but powerful mindset practice that helps you move through the moments when you feel stuck, lost, or unsure of your next step. This is an Evergreen episode, originally recorded in February 2025 and brought back because this tool never gets old. In this episode: Why confusion, overwhelm, and self-doubt are so common for practitioners and what they actually mean The mindset hack Jillian has used in her own life and coached hundreds of practitioners through How to access the wisdom of your future self — the version of you who has already figured this out Why this tool works even when you have no idea what the answer is yet How to use this practice in real time when you're in the thick of a hard moment Why your future self is one of the most powerful coaches you'll ever have access to The core idea: Your future self already has the answer. She's already on the other side of the confusion, the doubt, the overwhelm. She's already done the thing you're afraid you can't do. And she's available to you right now — if you're willing to get quiet enough to ask. 189. Commitment is a Daily Decision
You put in effort, you get a few clients, things start to move. And then you take your foot off the gas. The clients slow down. And suddenly you're thinking this isn't working. Sound familiar? In this episode Jillian talks about what commitment actually looks like in a practice — not the New Year's resolution kind, but the real, daily, sometimes moment-by-moment kind. And why commitment has to come before the proof, not after. In this episode: The pattern Jillian sees constantly with practitioners and why it keeps them stuck Why wanting proof before you commit is completely backwards The difference between confidence and self-confidence and why it changes everything Her personal story of committing to $10k months before she had any evidence it was possible How she applied the same commitment to healing chronic pain she'd lived with for over half her life What the first month of that commitment actually looked like, day by day The two questions to ask yourself every time you make a commitment The real question underneath all of it — and why it's usually what's standing between you and the thing you want Why commitment isn't comfortable and why that's exactly the point The key insight from this episode: Commitment has to come before the proof, or the proof never gets the chance to show up. Most people want to see it working before they'll fully commit. But that's backwards. Self-confidence isn't trusting that the outcome will go a certain way. It's trusting yourself to handle it either way. The two questions from this episode: What am I saying yes to? And what am I saying no to? Ask those every time you make a commitment. And then every day, sometimes every moment, ask: why do I keep showing up for this? Ready to commit with support? If you're tired of putting in a little effort and hoping, and you're ready to actually commit without doing it alone, come join the waitlist for Grow a Thriving Practice. 👉 jillianfaldmo.com/workwithme Connect with Jillian: 📸 Instagram: instagram.com/jillianfaldmo.coaching — @jillianfaldmo.coaching 📘 Facebook: facebook.com/jillianfaldmo — Jillian Faldmo, RN, Business & Life Coach Enjoying the podcast? ⭐ Leave a rating or review on Spotify or Apple Podcasts 📲 Share this episode with a practitioner who needs to hear this today I'm not a magic unicorns. 188. [Evergreen] Being Visible
You became a practitioner because you have a gift to share. But if nobody knows you exist, nobody can benefit from what you do. And yet, being seen is one of the hardest things for healers and wellness practitioners to do. This is an Evergreen episode, one worth coming back to because the content is just as relevant today as when it was first recorded. In this episode: The most common fears practitioners have around being visible and why they're so pervasive in the healing community Why being seen feels vulnerable, uncomfortable, and sometimes downright terrifying The real cost of staying hidden — to your practice, your income, and the people who need you Why visibility isn't about ego. It's about impact. How your fear of being seen is directly connected to the clients you're not reaching Why the practitioners who are willing to show up imperfectly are the ones who grow The truth this episode is built on: The people who need your work can't find you if you're hiding. Visibility isn't about being loud or flashy or perfect. It's about being willing to be seen by the right people at the right time. And the world needs more healers who are brave enough to do that. 187. [Evergreen] How to Befriend Technology
If the word "technology" makes you want to close your laptop and never open it again, this episode is for you. Jillian hears it all the time from practitioners — the overwhelm of websites, online schedulers, email platforms, payment integrations. And the reason it feels so overwhelming usually has nothing to do with the technology itself. It has everything to do with the story you're telling yourself about it. This is an Evergreen episode, one worth coming back to because the content is just as relevant today as when it was first recorded. In this episode: Why your thoughts about technology determine the quality of your relationship with it What it really means when you say you don't have enough time to figure it out Why hiring help can be a band-aid if you don't also learn to navigate your own tech The value of becoming a self-reliant entrepreneur who can handle what comes up Why technology is one of the best investments you can make in your practice The three steps from this episode: One. Practice new thoughts about technology. Start with something simple like "technology is here to help." Your thoughts drive your feelings, your feelings drive your actions, and your actions create your results. If you approach tech with dread and resistance, you won't take action. When you approach it with curiosity and openness, everything shifts. Two. Focus on one thing at a time. Pick one aspect of your tech setup and learn it. Watch tutorial videos. Take it step by step. Complete one project before moving to the next. That's how you build confidence without burning out. Three. Celebrate when you learn something new. We were so good at this as kids. As adults we beat ourselves up for not already knowing things. It takes courage to learn something new at any age. Celebrate it. 186. Why Your Money Goal Isn't the Problem
You didn't become an entrepreneur to survive. You became one to thrive. And part of thriving is getting really honest about your relationship with money and the background thoughts that are working against everything you say you want. In this episode Jillian talks about the difference between having a money goal and needing that goal to feel okay. Because those are two completely different things, and most of us have never separated them. In this episode: Why becoming profitable isn't just about money — it's about having the energy and resources to do your best work and live your fullest life The money thoughts that are pervasive in the practitioner community and why they're keeping you stuck The difference between chasing money from scarcity and pushing it away to avoid pressure — and why neither leads to a thriving practice Why hustle is a coping strategy, not a business strategy What it actually means to fail as an entrepreneur and why it's part of the process The difference between having a money goal and needing it to feel okay Why more money won't fix a broken relationship with money — and what actually does How to use the feeling you think the money will give you as the way to get there, not the reward at the end The key insight from this episode: Your emotions drive your actions. If you've got thoughts about money that are creating fear, self-doubt, or constriction right now, more money is not going to fix that. You have to feel more free, more relaxed, more abundant first in order to create the money. Not the other way around. Book mentioned in this episode: 📖 The Art of Spending Money: Simple Choices for a Richer Life by Morgan Housel — a really compelling look at the psychology behind how we spend and what we're really buying when we do. 185. From Medicine to the Mystical with Gregory Glick
This one is a conversation I really loved having. I sat down with Gregory Glick, a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, sound therapist, and founder of Coherence Sound Therapy, and we went deep. Into sound, frequency, mysticism, the journey back to yourself, and what it really means to say yes to the work you were meant to do. If you're a practitioner who works with sound, energy, or frequency — or if you're just someone who knows there's something more calling you — this episode is going to resonate. About Gregory Glick: Gregory Glick is a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, sound therapist, and founder of Coherence Sound Therapy, where he blends frequency medicine, mindfulness, and lifestyle coaching to help people calm the nervous system, restore coherence, and live more authentically. With nearly two decades as a physician assistant in primary care including Emergency, Pediatric, Integrative, and Family Medicine, Greg brings deep clinical experience to his holistic practice. He left conventional medicine to address the root sources of dis-ease — energetics, beliefs, and lifestyle patterns — rather than only treating symptoms. His guiding belief is that the one healer in the room is the client's own innate healing capacity. Greg's role is to be a conduit, providing a safe, supportive container for people to open into their truth, remember their own inner intelligence, and develop sustainable pathways toward health, balance, and inner stillness. In this episode: Greg's journey from physician assistant and Peace Corps volunteer to sound therapist and Biofield Tuning Practitioner Mystical experiences in Mexico and how they shaped his path back to his own knowing The gongs that changed everything — crystanium gongs and Grazioso gongs The mysticism of sound and music and why frequency is medicine How Greg navigated pace and sustainability — how many people you can really see in a day and still show up fully What it means to say yes and step into the work that's calling you The journey back to mysticism and what that looks like in a modern practice About Coherence Sound Therapy: Greg's practice integrates Biofield Tuning with energy medicine, sound and frequency therapies including gong baths, Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, and guided breathwork, alongside meditation and lifestyle support. He helps individuals and groups shift out of fight/flight stress into parasympathetic rest, balance, and deeper self-awareness. Connect with Gregory: 🌐 coherencesoundtherapy.com Upcoming offering from Greg: Starting late June 2026, Greg is offering a four week frequency medicine course called The Practice of Presence, Frequency and Listening. 184. It's Not Your Pricing. It's Your Energy.
You became an entrepreneur for more time and more money. And instead you're exhausted, trying to get your website perfect, spinning on the right offer, chasing a strategy that never quite works. If that's you, this episode is for you. In this episode Jillian talks about the real reason talented, capable practitioners stay stuck. It's not your pricing. It's not your offer. It's your energy, and the belief underneath it. In this episode: The spiral so many practitioners fall into when clients don't come in the way they expected Why your energy is something potential clients feel, even when they can't name it How to find the real why underneath the surface reasons you started your practice Why confidence doesn't come after the result. It comes first. The difference between a strategy problem and a belief problem What it actually looks like to do belief work and how it changes everything downstream The shift this episode is built on: Most people think they'll feel confident once they get the result. The full schedule, the steady income. But it works the other way. Your emotions drive your actions. When you do the belief work first, you generate the emotion that fuels inspired action, and that action is what creates the result. What working together actually looks like: A dedicated space where nothing you bring is too much. The Becoming Framework, a five step process to building a thriving, aligned practice. Real business strategy alongside the inner work. And learning to use your mind for you instead of against you, so the results become a natural extension of who you're becoming. Ready to talk? 183. One Client at a Time
If you've ever looked at your schedule and felt the panic of needing to fill it all at once, this episode is for you. Jillian shares why "I need to fill my whole month" is one of the most paralyzing thoughts a practitioner can have and what to think instead. Smaller bites. Bigger results. One client at a time. In this episode: The story of a GATP member who had an amazing first part of the year, wanted things to slow down, and then panicked when they actually did Why our brains freak out even when the slowdown is intentional How scarcity thinking keeps you spinning instead of taking action Why marketing from desperation lands differently than marketing from desire The shift that changed everything for this practitioner: nothing has gone wrong Why "one client at a time" is Jillian's answer to overwhelm across the board What to do when you're sitting with an empty calendar and your brain is making it mean something is wrong The key insight from this episode: The slowdown is not a sign that something is wrong. It's an invitation to step into a new identity. One that doesn't need a full schedule to feel okay. One that trusts the process. One that takes it one client at a time and knows that is enough. The practice: Next time your brain goes to "I need to fill my whole schedule" — shrink it down. Who is one person who could benefit from your work right now? What is one action you can take today toward that one person? Notice what happens in your body when you shift from the big overwhelming goal to the one next right thing. 182. Rest Is Productive
What if rest wasn't something you had to earn, but something your business actually requires? In this episode Jillian is talking about rest. Not as a reward for hard work, but as a non-negotiable part of being your most powerful and productive self. If you've ever felt guilty for slowing down, told yourself you'd rest when things calmed down, or pushed through exhaustion because stopping felt irresponsible, this one is for you. In this episode: Why fighting against a tired body and mind is definitely not productive The difference between fatigue you create through your thinking and fatigue that comes from genuinely doing your best work Why continuing to push through is not sustainable and what it costs you How disempowering thoughts drain your energy just as much as overworking does What powerful thoughts about rest actually sound like and how to start practicing them Why rest isn't just allowed in entrepreneurship. It's required. Thoughts worth practicing from this episode: Rest isn't lazy. It's necessary. I am my best self when I have had enough rest. I trust myself to return to productivity after I have fully rested. I trust that my business is still working even when I am at rest. My body and mind are grateful for rest. Nature rests. I can too. I became an entrepreneur so that I could choose when to work, rest, and play. Ready to go deeper? This is the kind of mindset work we do inside Grow a Thriving Practice every single week. 181. How to Feel More Capable
Ever notice that no matter how long you've been doing this work, that voice still shows up? The one that says you're not enough, you didn't prepare enough, you're not going to be able to handle it? In this episode Jillian is recording from her car on the way to co-facilitate a women's retreat and she's sharing what's been happening in her mind in real time. The insecure thoughts are still showing up. They're just not very loud anymore. And the emotion attached to them? Almost gone. That's what capability work actually looks like. This one is off the cuff, conversational, and full of practical tools you can start using today. In this episode: Why self-doubt and insecurity show up even after 12 years and what it means when they do The difference between a thought your brain offers and a belief you actually hold Why your brain is always going to look for problems and how to redirect it without fighting it Two practical steps to start building real evidence for your own capability Why writing it down or saying it out loud is so much more powerful than keeping it in your head The reward system your brain uses and how to use it to your advantage What self-coaching in real time actually looks like in a flash moment of insecurity The two steps from this episode: One. Take inventory. Write down the ways you are already capable. The clients you've helped. The challenges you've navigated. The things you're proud of. You have to intentionally show your brain the evidence it's been ignoring. Two. Keep stretching. Do the things that feel a little uncomfortable. Coach yourself through them. Show your brain you can handle it and let it feel the reward of accomplishment on the other side. Special invitation: Jillian is hosting a free live masterclass, The Becoming: Your Breakthrough for a Thriving Practice, on Thursday May 28th at 8am Pacific. 180. Self-Regulation and Mindset — Why You Need Both
Have you ever tried all the somatic tools, the breathwork, the embodiment practices and still felt like something wasn't working? You're not broken. There's just a missing piece. And that's what this episode is about. In this episode Jillian challenges one of the most common things she hears from practitioners — that mindset work doesn't work for them because they need a more body-based approach. The truth is, you can't do one without the other. And once you understand why, everything changes. In this episode: Why mindset work and body work are not opposites — they are partners The real reason your somatic tools sometimes don't work, and it has nothing to do with the tools Why you have to believe you're capable of self-regulating before your body can actually do it The old story that might be running in the background, and how to recognize it without identifying with it A personal story about shame, misunderstanding, and what it looks like to coach yourself through an intense emotional experience in real time Why there is a new identity available to you, one that moves through emotions and challenges in a more efficient and effective way The key insight from this episode: Your belief is louder than your practice. If you don't believe you're capable of regulating, no tool in the world will work. The mindset piece isn't separate from the embodiment work. It's what makes the embodiment work possible, and vice versa. Ready to go deeper? Jillian is hosting a free masterclass, Your Breakthrough Thriving Practice, on May 28th at 8am Pacific. She'll be teaching the five-part framework she uses to create new beliefs and make them a real reality. Not positive affirmations. Not fake it till you make it. 179. What Becomes Possible When You Use Your Mind Intentionally
Most practitioners have a complicated relationship with goal setting. Fear of failure. Perfectionism. The sting of past disappointment. But what if goal setting has nothing to do with any of that? In this episode: Why hitting your financial goal can still leave you feeling flat — and what that actually means The low-level fog that shows up when you stop listening to your own ambition The difference between ambition that comes from lack versus ambition that comes from an innate desire to grow and evolve Why Jillian can't ask you to do something she's not willing to do herself — and what she changed The client story that happened just yesterday — from dreading marketing to laughing about genius ideas in one week What it really means to embody both the practitioner AND the entrepreneur Why if you don't align those two identities, growth will either not happen or feel like a struggle Two ways to work with Jillian right now Grow a Thriving Practice — the membership This is for the practitioner who wants to embody the entrepreneur. 177. Why We Self-Sabotage Just When Things Get Good
Have you ever noticed that just when things start going really well — opportunities open up, momentum builds, results start coming in — something inside you starts to pull back? You cancel a client. You get sick. You tell yourself it won't last. That's not weakness. That's capacity. And in this episode, we're talking about how to expand it. In this episode: The balloon analogy that explains exactly why success can feel so uncomfortable What's actually happening in your body when things start going well — and why your nervous system responds like it's a threat The two most common ways we unconsciously sabotage ourselves just when things get good A simple three-step practice — Pause, Allow, Embody — to help you stretch into the success you've been working so hard to build Why it is safe to be successful and live into your greatest potential The framework from this episode: Pause — let yourself actually feel what's coming up Allow — notice where it lives in your body and soften the edges of it Embody — let the success land This is the work. Not just the strategy and the action steps — but expanding your capacity to receive and hold the success you're building. Ready to go deeper? 176. Why Talking About Your Work Feels So Hard
In this episode, I explore what’s really underneath the thought: “I don’t want to be salesy.” For many wellness practitioners, talking about their work isn’t just a strategy—it feels personal. Visibility can bring up fears of being misunderstood, rejected, or not chosen, which makes it hard to show up consistently. But what if marketing isn’t about selling at all? In this episode, I offer a more aligned way to think about visibility—one that feels grounded, supportive, and true to who you are. ✨ In this episode, we explore: Why talking about your work can feel so vulnerable What’s actually underneath the fear of being “salesy” A simple reframe that makes marketing feel more natural How to approach visibility from a place of service If you’re ready to talk about your work with more clarity and confidence—without feeling pushy—this episode will support you. 👉 Learn more about working together inside Grow a Thriving Practice:jillianfaldmo.com/workwithme

175. Burnout and Coming Back to Foundations
In this episode, I’m speaking to the practitioners who are fully booked… and completely burnt out. If you love your work but feel exhausted, overextended, or like you’ve hit a wall, this episode is for you. I share a personal story from late last year when I found myself burnt out with a full schedule—teaching, coaching, and seeing clients—with no space left to create what was next. Instead of walking away from my work, I made intentional changes to my business foundations: I restructured my schedule Created a dedicated “creation day” Raised my prices And redefined how I wanted my practice to feel Burnout isn’t always a sign that you’re in the wrong line of work. Sometimes it’s a sign that your business no longer fits who you’ve become. ✨ In this episode, I cover: The difference between being fully booked vs. sustainably booked Why burnout is often a structural issue, not a personal failure How to reassess your ideal schedule, clients, and income What it looks like to evolve your business as you grow If you’re ready to rebuild your practice in a way that supports your energy and your life, this is the work we do inside Grow a Thriving Practice: 👉 jillianfaldmo.com/workwithme

174. The Two Roles in Your Business
In this episode, I explore the two roles every wellness practitioner holds in their business: the practitioner and the entrepreneur. Most trainings teach us how to work on people, but very few teach what it takes to run a thriving practice. And the truth is, if the entrepreneur doesn’t create clients and build systems, the practitioner has no one to serve. I also connect this concept to the 5 Phases of Growth framework I introduced in Episode 172 — Cultivate, Nourish, Root, Bloom, and Harvest — and explain why the entrepreneur role is especially important in the Root phase, where we build the structure and systems that support sustainable growth. 173. Why an Online Scheduler is Foundational
In this episode, we’re focusing on the Root phase of growing a thriving practice — your systems and foundation. I share why an online scheduler is one of the most important structural tools you can implement, and how it supports: Easy client booking Automated confirmations and reminders Follow-up and review requests Package and gift certificate sales Clear scheduling boundaries Root is about creating containers that hold your growth. If you’d like help comparing platforms, download my free Online Scheduler Checklist here: 👉 jillianfaldmo.com/onlineschedulerchecklist And if you want to grow your practice intentionally through all five phases — Cultivate, Nourish, Root, Bloom, and Harvest — join us inside Grow a Thriving Practice: 👉 jillianfaldmo.com/workwithme

172. The 5 Phases of Growth
In this episode, I’m introducing the framework that guides everything I teach inside my membership: The 5 Phases of Growth in building a thriving practice. Growing a business isn’t linear. It’s cyclical. It’s seasonal. It’s much more like tending a garden than climbing a ladder. The five phases are: 🌱 Cultivate – mindset and belief work 🌿 Nourish – building capacity and resilience 🌳 Root – creating strong systems and foundations 🌸 Bloom – visibility and expression 🍎 Harvest – receiving, celebrating, and sustaining growth Inside Grow a Thriving Practice, I walk members through these phases intentionally and repeatedly. Because sometimes when you think you need more strategy, what you really need is stronger roots. Sometimes when you’re pushing visibility, you need to come back and nourish your nervous system. And sometimes when you’re building systems, you need to cultivate new beliefs. Growth isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about tending wisely. In this episode, I break down each phase and explain how they work together to create a sustainable, aligned, and resilient business. If you’re ready to grow your practice intentionally; with structure, support, and a framework that actually makes sense, you can join us inside Grow a Thriving Practice here: 👉 jillianfaldmo.com/workwithme This is where we do the work together.

171. Mindset Over Strategy [From the Archives]
This week, I’m bringing back a powerful episode from the archives—Episode 84: Mindset Over Strategy. I recorded this episode three years ago, and the truth is… the message is just as relevant today as it was then. One of the biggest misconceptions I see in wellness entrepreneurship is the belief that success comes from finding the perfect strategy. In reality, a thriving practice is only about 10% strategy. The other 90% is mindset—how you think, what you believe, and how you show up behind the strategy you’re using. In this episode, I break down the mindset shifts that helped me grow to a six-figure practice and the beliefs I had to release in order to get there. Because even the best strategy won’t work if you’re not energetically behind it. ✨ In this episode, you’ll learn: The mindset I embraced to grow a six-figure practice The beliefs I used to hold that kept me stuck Why strategy alone won’t get you the results you want How getting energetically behind your strategy changes everything If you’ve been searching for the “right” strategy but still not seeing the results you want, this episode will help you refocus on the inner work that actually drives sustainable growth. Tune in to Episode 84: Mindset Over Strategy and notice what still resonates—because mindset is timeless. 170. When You Feel Scattered, Try This
In this episode, I’m talking about what to do when you feel scattered. For many healer entrepreneurs, feeling scattered can trigger self-judgment or the urge to push harder. But scatteredness is information. It’s often a sign that you’re in transition, integrating growth, or holding more than your current structures can support. In this episode, I walk you through a grounded, practical approach to finding clarity again without forcing focus or overloading yourself with more input. ✨ In this episode, I cover: Why feeling scattered isn’t a motivation or mindset problem How scatteredness points to a lack of containment, not capability What to do before you try to make decisions Simple steps to ground, externalize, and re-establish clarity How structure and support help focus return naturally This episode is an invitation to slow down, create safety, and let clarity land without pressure or self-criticism. 169. Lessons in Presence with Dr. Ginger Davis
In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Ginger Davis, an energy healing practitioner with a background of over 20 years of veterinary medicine Ginger and I have an honest, grounded conversation about her journey from over-functioning in her practice to becoming more present, regulated, and intentional in how she works with both animals and people. We talk about what it really takes to create safety in a healing practice—not just energetically, but through clear structure and container. We also explore what it’s like to move through fear, uncertainty, and confusion when you’re evolving professionally and personally, and how those moments can become gateways for deeper embodiment and trust. This episode is for anyone who has ever felt like they were doing too much, holding too much, or trying to prove their value—especially in caregiving and healing professions. ✨ In this episode, we discuss: Ginger’s transition from traditional veterinary medicine to energy healing The pattern of over-functioning and how it shows up in helping professions Why presence—not effort—is what actually creates safety The importance of structure and clear containers in healing work How to move through fear and confusion during seasons of growth and change You can learn more about Dr. Ginger Davis and her work at drgingerdavis.com. 168. Being Seen Without Performing
In this episode, I’m talking about visibility, but not the kind that requires performing, overexplaining, or turning yourself into someone you’re not. I explore how teaching can be one of the most aligned, ethical, and grounded ways to grow a healing practice, especially for practitioners who don’t see themselves as “teachers” or experts yet. If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t have anything to teach,” or worried about copying someone else’s work, this episode is for you. Teaching isn’t about delivering a method or training others to work on people. It’s about creating a safe container for people to experience something you’ve already embodied. I also talk about why in-person experiences are especially powerful right now, how teaching deepens your own embodiment and confidence, and why you don’t need to perform to be seen, just to create space for learning and practice. ✨ In this episode, I cover: Why teaching doesn’t mean performing or positioning yourself as the authority The difference between teaching a method vs. teaching a felt result How embodied learning creates connection and trust Examples of simple, ethical teaching ideas for healing practitioners Why teaching actually builds confidence instead of requiring it first This episode is an invitation to stop waiting until you feel “ready” and start sharing what you already know—slowly, simply, and with integrity. 167. You Don't Need Another Certification
In this episode, I’m speaking directly to healer entrepreneurs who never quite feel ready—and who keep thinking the answer is one more certification, one more training, one more box checked. We’re talking about trusting your embodiment. I explore why imposter syndrome shows up so commonly in healing professions, how it often looks like minimizing your accomplishments or not taking credit for the results you help create, and why that pattern has less to do with skill and more to do with learned self-erasure. I share why healing work is transmitted through presence, not credentials, and how constantly moving the goalpost can quietly undermine your confidence, your pricing, and your visibility. This episode is an invitation to pause, integrate, and let yourself own what you already know—without arrogance, without overexplaining, and without chasing worth through more certifications. ✨ In this episode, we explore: Why imposter syndrome is so common for healer entrepreneurs The subtle ways practitioners minimize their own expertise The difference between learning from curiosity vs. learning from self-doubt What it really means to trust your embodiment How owning your competence supports confidence, clarity, and sustainable growth If you’re in a season where you’re questioning yourself, your readiness, or your right to take up space—this episode is for you. 166. Your Business is a Mirror for Inner Growth
In this final episode of The Aligned Expansion Series, I’m exploring a truth that has shaped both my personal growth and my business journey: your business is a mirror for your inner growth. So often, we try to fix what feels stuck in our business by changing strategies, offers, or marketing. But what if the challenges you’re experiencing are actually invitations to look inward—with curiosity instead of judgment? In this episode, I talk about how patterns around visibility, pricing, boundaries, overgiving, and burnout often reflect what’s happening internally—within your nervous system, your beliefs, and your capacity to receive. When we allow our business to become a teacher instead of a problem to solve, growth becomes less about pushing harder and more about becoming more resourced, regulated, and embodied. ✨ In this episode, I share: How your business reflects your inner world Why recurring challenges are often doorways for personal growth The connection between nervous system capacity and sustainable expansion Questions to ask yourself when something feels off in your business How aligned inner growth naturally creates outer shifts This episode is an invitation to stop making business challenges mean you’re doing something wrong—and instead see them as information guiding you toward deeper alignment. 165. Energetic Integrity in Business
In Episode 4 of The Aligned Expansion Series, I’m talking about energetic integrity in business—what it is, how we lose it, and why it matters so much for sustainable growth. Energetic integrity is about staying aligned with your values, your capacity, and your nervous system as you build your business. It’s about noticing where you might be saying yes when your body is saying no, overgiving, undercharging, or pushing past your limits in the name of being helpful or “successful.” In this episode, I explore how subtle energy leaks show up as burnout, resentment, exhaustion, or a quiet dread—and how restoring energetic integrity often leads to cleaner boundaries, more potent work, and growth that feels less forced. ✨ In this episode, I cover: What energetic integrity really means in a wellness-based business Common ways practitioners unintentionally break energetic integrity The difference between a stretch that expands you and one that depletes you Why you don’t owe anyone access to your energy How aligned boundaries actually support growth, not limit it This episode is an invitation to come back into alignment—with yourself first—so your business can grow from a grounded, regulated place. 164. Stop Waiting to Feel Ready
In this third episode of The Aligned Expansion Series, I dive into one of the biggest myths holding wellness practitioners back: the idea that you must feel ready before you take action. If you’ve ever waited for more confidence, more clarity, more time, more practice sessions (even after you’re certified!), or just “a better moment”… this episode will shift everything for you. I share personal stories—from launching my first offers to teaching my first classes to being interviewed for the local newspaper—and how none of these pivotal steps happened when I felt ready. They happened because I chose to move anyway. You’ll learn why readiness isn’t a feeling—it’s a decision—and how action is actually what creates the clarity and confidence you’re waiting for. ✨ In this episode, I cover: Why “ready” is often just fear in disguise How waiting for guarantees keeps you small The true role of discomfort in aligned growth The 3 truths I rely on when I don’t feel ready How to take your next step with courage (not certainty) This is your reminder that the version of you living your next-level life didn’t wait until she felt ready. 163. Stretching without Snapping
In this episode of The Aligned Expansion Series, I’m talking about the art of stretching yourself without snapping—growing your capacity while keeping your nervous system grounded and supported. I share a recent real-life stretch: saying yes to a local newspaper interview that brought up nerves, the fear of rejection, and my deep-rooted fear of being misunderstood. But on the other side of that stretch? A double rainbow… and the reminder that the benefits of expansion often outweigh the risks. I dive into how I approach risk-taking, why being willing to fail is essential for entrepreneurs, and how I personally recognize the difference between a healthy stretch and pushing myself into dysregulation. This episode is your permission slip to take aligned risks, feel your feelings, and grow your capacity one courageous step at a time. ✨ In this episode: How to stretch outside your comfort zone without overwhelming your nervous system My personal story about being interviewed for the local paper Why “I’m willing to risk failure” is one of my core entrepreneurial mindsets What healthy expansion feels like (and what snapping feels like) How I take aligned action while letting go of the outcome If you want support growing your practice with grounded confidence, come join me inside Grow a Thriving Practice: jillianfaldmo.com/workwithme

You’ll learn how to recognize the deeper message behind objections, how to respond without taking it personally, and practical ways to communicate the value of your work so that fewer people hesitate and more people say yes. ✨ What you’ll hear in this episode: Why “I can’t afford it” usually isn’t about money How to reframe “I don’t have time” into an opportunity Real client stories that show how to handle objections with ease The mindset shift that turns objections into invitations If you’re ready to grow your practice and confidently share the value of your work, join us inside the Grow a Thriving Practice coaching program. The left side of your solar plexus holds the emotional blueprint for how safe you feel to be in your power—especially when it comes to early nurturing and the relationship you had (or didn’t have) with your mother or primary caregiver. When this part of your energy system is out of balance, it can show up as stuckness, low motivation, lack of self-trust, and shrinking your presence to avoid standing out. But this isn’t your fault. These patterns are often inherited or learned in childhood—and the beautiful thing is, once you become aware of them, they can shift. In this episode, we explore what it really means to feel empowered in your body, your business, and your voice. 146. Who You Are Is Already Enough [Biofield Anatomy Series, Sacral Center, Right Side]
Guilt and shame—two emotions that often hold us back from receiving what we deserve. In this episode, we explore the right side of the sacral center, where these patterns live in the biofield. These emotions not only impact our sense of self-worth, but they also influence how we show up in our businesses, how we price our services, and how we allow abundance to flow in. The good news? We can move through them. On the other side is something truly beautiful—self-acceptance and the ability to receive freely. If you’ve ever felt unworthy of success, hesitant to charge what your work is worth, or afraid of being seen, this episode is for you. We’ll uncover the stories we carry about money, self-doubt, and value—and how to shift into the truth that you are already enough. In This Episode, You’ll Discover: How guilt (the belief that you’ve done something wrong) and shame (the belief that you are something wrong) keep you playing small. When in balance, this center empowers you to move confidently toward your goals. When it’s out of balance, you may experience relentless busyness, overthinking, and even physical discomfort such as right-sided hip or sciatic pain and insomnia. We'll explore how early conditioning, societal pressures, and internalized beliefs create these energetic blocks—and how a powerful tool, the 144 Hz tuning fork, can help release deep tension and restore equilibrium. In This Episode, You’ll Discover: The role of the right root center in driving action and momentum. How imbalances can manifest as overthinking, constant busyness, and physical symptoms. The impact of early life experiences and societal expectations on your energy patterns. How the 144 Hz tuning fork serves as a potent tension-buster, helping to reset your energy. Practical steps to ground yourself, pause overthinking, schedule rest or play, and affirm your self-worth. 143. Gaining Traction in Life and Business [Biofield Anatomy Series, Root Center, Left Side]
In this installment of our Biofield Anatomy series, we dive into the Root Center on the left side—the foundation of your energy system, tied to security, grounding, and unmet needs. When this center is out of balance, you might feel frustrated, stuck in a cycle of wanting more yet never quite reaching it. We’ll explore feminine and masculine energies (wet/cold vs. dry/hot) and how both can become imbalanced, regardless of gender. Learn why some people prioritize everyone else’s needs above their own—and how this pattern can take a lifetime to resolve unless we address it at the energetic level. In This Episode, You’ll Discover: Why the Root Center is so foundational and how it impacts your overall sense of stability. The significance of the Left Side in expressing feminine energy: receptivity, intuition, and nurturing. How unmet needs manifest as chronic frustration and feeling stuck in “survival mode.” Key feminine vs. masculine imbalances (wet/cold vs. dry/hot) and what they look like in real life. A simple grounding practice to release frustration and start taking small, aligned steps forward. Take Action: Practice the Grounding Exercise: Visualize roots anchoring you to the earth, identify your unmet need, and choose one small step that aligns with fulfilling it. 142. Trust in Your Journey [Biofield Anatomy Series, Right Knee]
In this installment of our Biofield Anatomy series, we’re focusing on the right knee—the energetic center of forward movement and taking action. While this zone holds our drive to progress, it also stores blocks that keep us from stepping forward. From family rules and societal expectations to fear of failure or success, these influences can morph into self-sabotage. Discover why you might stall out on new projects or second-guess your worth in business—and learn practical steps to reclaim momentum. Takeaways & Insights Movement becomes possible when you recognize and repattern the blocks stored in your biofield. External limitations from childhood (and beyond) often transform into our own barriers, long after the original constraints are gone. Trusting your nervous system’s signals—and showing it that forward movement is safe—can profoundly shift your momentum. Ready to Move Forward?
