Healing Yaps
by Boutaïna
I started my healing on August 24, 2024, and I started this podcast on day 104 of that journey. I’m kind of obsessed with counting the days since I chose myself, it makes everything feel real, like I’m watching myself grow in real time. This podcast is basically where all my thoughts go when my head feels too full. Sometimes I talk about healing, sometimes about overthinking, sometimes about random little moments, and sometimes about nothing important at all. I romanticize my life a lot just to get through the day… and somehow, it works.

Expect cringe-worthy stories, unplanned moments, and maybe some healing advice if I remember what I’m saying.
